It's a Saturday and we have a guest coming for breakfast. So, I'm just trying to get everything together. This is my first time making this, but I'm attempting to make a sausage and egg casserole that's in the oven. I'm going to put some bacon in and get my batter ready for French toast.

Sorry I didn't get to show you guys much of the process. I ended up rushing a bit towards the end. Um, but everyone enjoyed it. Like I said, that was my first time making like a sausage and egg casserole and I really like it. I like that you can I prepped it the night before and then you just put it in the oven on the day of. And I like anything for when you're hosting where you can do as much prep as possible. But now I actually have a baby shower to get to.

[00:02:26]One of [snorts] our lovely friends at church is having a baby boy next month.

[00:02:30]So excited to shower her. So I have to head off. Um they're having a boy like I said, so they asked us to wear like baby blue. And this is what I found in my wardrobe. So, this is one of those dresses kind of if you guys can tell like from the neckline because of the square neckline. It can be really hard to find bras that like don't like show the neckline with it. They have different colors and like I said I like these for when I'm wearing tops that are like a bit flowier and I want to make sure these are absolutely not moving. I feel like these are just like a staple in every woman's wardrobe. They come in like these beautiful bags which make it super easy like for traveling or even like popping in your bag in case you're not sure like if you will need them. It was actually one of Winston's friends from the UK was who we had around for brunch and it was awesome. So, they're still chatting it up on the porch. [00:05:40]>> Hi guys. Like this vlog's been a bit choppy because the last time I spoke to you guys, we were hosting a friend for brunch and then I was getting ready to go to a baby shower which was so much fun. I'm going to insert some videos here.

[00:06:10]But yeah, since then it's been a little minute. The grandparents have actually returned back to the UK.

[00:06:27]>> Torn up. Torn up. So yeah, we've just been it's always cuz they were here for a month. Um which flew by like so so quick. Like we all just kept saying like I can't believe like it's been 4 weeks because it went so quick. Um yeah, we just had a great time. We really wanted to film an interview for you guys, but >> yeah, didn't get around to >> Didn't get around to it this time, but they're going to be back. So when they're back, that's top of the priority list is to film that interview. Um, so yeah, since they left, we've just been adjusting back to >> We've been in survival mode. We have been in survival mode that >> that's we've just been adjusting back cuz they they were so helpful. Like between the two of them, they would take care of Malanka. They went on like a bunch of like fun activities. What did you do with your grandparents?

[00:07:19]>> We went to Bubble Wild.

[00:07:23]She's trying to act upset because she I told her she couldn't have an ice pop yet and we're going to go for a walk.

[00:07:28]She said so she can have the ice pop then. So she's you can't you can't even keep a socking face. You can't even if you wanted to.

[00:07:36]Girl, you too happy. Um but yeah, they did like a bunch of stuff on Bubble World.

[00:09:36]>> To move to the UK cuz Yeah. It was just really nice. Like they were super present with Malikica obviously like helped it like I I barely cooked. My mom did Mr. cooking. My dad is also really like >> hands on >> hands on so he did a lot of cleaning as well. It was just a really nice break.

[00:09:54]Like we're so grateful to them because we'll we'll talk more like we're due like a proper like full update because there are some big things to share. It's been a It's been a wild year and it feels like >> yeah, >> we've just not been able to sit down and just unpack everything. So, we need to do one of those videos.

[00:10:15]>> We're due a big update video with you guys. Um, but yeah, it was just really nice having them. It gave us an opportunity to kind of just like recoup and even though like the adjustment period of like, you know, having the help and then not having it is difficult, we really are better for it.

And it's such a blessing to be able to have this job like you know get to stay home with the Leica get to have that flexibility but you do get like just things can end up feeling like a bit monotimous and we always want like to feel we always want you guys to feel like our content is like present for you guys. So, if there's something that you want to see, that always helps us out, too, cuz sometimes when you're sat in front of a camera, um, yeah, like you can feel like a bit out of touch with what's going on like on the other side. So, we love the back and forth conversation with you guys.
