SHANQUELLA ROBINSON UPDATE: EMANI GREEN WANTS LAWSUIT DISMISSED BY THE ROBINSON FAMILY

[00:00:03]They said I wanted to come to you guys and do a quick video just to give you guys an update on Shanquella Robinson.

[00:00:10]Y'all know, um, Charlotte native who went to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, uh, with some friends and ended up not coming back. She was unalived, all right? And those six friends, well, Daeja Nay Jackson, specifically, physically whooped her and did did all kind of crazy stuff. Now, here's the thing. Daeja Nay Jackson has changed her name to Imani Green. Imani Green just recently had a court appearance. And they're not arguing the crimes, although her attorneys are trying to argue the crimes by saying that, um, Shanquella Robinson was the one that was aggressive to her, all right? When we saw the video and the videos showed us something different. What's quite interesting to me, though, is Mr. Salamon Robinson filed a federal lawsuit against not only the FBI, but also all of the Cabo six. Basically, what Imani Green is arguing in court, now that it has made it back to the lower courts, and it hasn't gone anywhere in the federal courts at all.

[00:01:15]The judge actually sent it back to the lower courts. And in the lower courts, Imani Green's counsel is arguing, and yes, she does have two attorneys to be exact, per the the court documents. Now, what she is asking is is that they throw this lawsuit out because they're arguing the way that she was served. Well, the judge has not made a ruling in regards to if she is going to be thrown out.

[00:01:40]They did have court last Wednesday, and again, the attorneys went back and forth. Now, what's going to be quite interesting to this, and I've always said this, I don't wish anything well on the Cabo six because I just feel like they're all scums of the earth. But Imani Green, Daeja Nay Jackson, she just Now, to be clear, Kalil Cook, which was Shanquella Robinson's best friend, he also was addressed in the same Well, his motion to have it moved to Mexico where Shanquella died. Um the it was addressed in court, okay? It was addressed in court, and basically there hasn't been a ruling yet in regards to that. Sue Ann Robinson, who is the attorney for the Robinson family, has And they are not related. She has You know, she did fight back against that motion, and we have not yet heard a filing as of yet. But what I do want to do is give you this very clean update.

[00:02:54]It does also look like they that the motion has been continued until July the 22nd of this year. So, we will know more in regards to this. I already know, and I told you guys I believe that the state in the lower courts are going to drag this a little bit.
