[00:00:00]When I first started my research, I was amazed at how surprised people were when they came to my channel and weren't being exposed to the same information that I began to uncover that has been on these platforms all this time. Even when it came to certain names that were selectively being left out of the conversation and others trying to distort the simple information that should have been applied when it came to how I was able to view some of these witnesses who were paraded around on these platforms such as Lisa Van Allen.

[00:00:42]Well, court proceedings in the R. Kelly trial called off early today as Kelly's defense team claimed that they may be able to discredit a witness that was on the stand for the prosecution. CLT V's Randy Belisomo joining us now from 26 and California with more on that. Hi, Randy. Hi, Sean. It happened during the lunch break and it took everyone by surprise. The defense said they have a witness they need to interview, but they can't do that until later tonight.

[00:01:09]After all had cleared courtroom 500 for the midday recess, Kelly's defense team threw a curveball at Judge Vincent Gone.

[00:01:16]They claimed to be able to produce a witness who could discredit the testimony that was expected later in the day from an Atlanta woman who said she engaged in a three-way sexual encounter with both the defendant and the alleged victim in the case. Though the defense has fought her appearance for weeks now, all seemed clear for her to take the stand until this 11th hour move.

When it came to the facts that people could verify, it was obvious to me that people were being sent out here to deliberately distort the information. Therefore, if you couldn't come to the conclusion as to why, it was never Premadonna's job to speculate on the characters that were on a janky tape that again should have been challenged from the beginning considering you had all these people making copies, passing it over here, doing this, and doing that, and this so-called imagery is still available online. So, what does that tell you as a whole? Let's think about it. R. Kelly has maintained he's not on the tape, and yet even his own attorney failed to challenge all the points that were critical in the beginning. What does that tell you about an ineffective defense?

[00:04:19]Every talking point that I gave you, I watched people come out and distort, and then try to tell you I'm running conspiracies because they didn't want to come out and tell you that these same characters that they put batteries in their backs came out here doing the most, and why ain't my objective or my position to speculate on because at the end of the day, each and every one of these so-called advocates had the same resources to look up, research, and verify information before coming out here clicking up with people distorting any lead that could have helped real private investigators break down all of these lies that were used to maliciously prosecute R. Kelly while the public was turning a blind eye assuming there were more tapes, more videos, and a whole lot more misconduct that wasn't being talked about even though we have heard all these stories being spun by people like Jim DeRogatis, who also happened to have a copy of a tape. Hmm, but couldn't get on the stand to testify. Somebody make this [ __ ] make sense.

[00:05:38]Now, with what I just said, the fact that people wanted to run over here and do all those interviews in the beginning, I watched them, of course.

[00:05:47]Some of them were good. Some of them again raised red flags from my perspective. So, as I begin to go back and do the research and show you exactly why some of these characters weren't going to do nothing but add to my documentation considering I don't believe [ __ ] they say, nor do I have to make it my mission to come out here making 100 videos accusing people of being liars when the focal point of my content is to deliver the message as to all the games being played to keep R.

[00:06:19]Kelly down that nobody wanted to pay attention to in real time as we revisit all the talking points the defense can bring in this new trial, the new evidence that could be implicated in freeing R. Kelly and all the people in the background still making noise. Don't fade away. Trust me because at the end of the day, like I said, my mission was to research the information so that I could get an understanding, not be influenced by people claiming to be against R. Kelly and damn sure not those who claim to be for R. Kelly, but couldn't focus on the damn charges as much as they want to come out here talking about some civil rights violations as though they can't comprehend the real world wouldn't give a [ __ ] about no civil rights violations if they believe a man is a predator preying on minors. So, somebody go over there and tell these people they want to be so connected to a janky ass inner circle and tell them what Prima Donna said 7 years ago. I don't give a [ __ ] who knows R. Kelly. Don't give a [ __ ] who wants accolades acting like they had all the information cuz we saw how that played out. And with that being said, I think you can apply common sense to some of the visuals that I created that a lot of people came and distorted when it didn't take all that to research the charges, the accusations, and even the characters that these people put on open display, but wanted to go in court and call them Jane Does and other names that people wouldn't identify.

[00:08:05]And as far as the super fan who came out here crashing out again, at one point in time people want to skip around how even he was communicating with me on the same topic, but because of whatever reason, he jumped ship and decided to start with the people who know R. Kelly cuz he think he going to help them free Uncle Rob, then come out here and keep flip-flopping and get mad cuz I documented it all.

[00:08:35]We heard from a former employee of R.

[00:08:37]Kelly who said at first she did not want to believe that it was him.

[00:08:42]Lindsey Perryman worked for Robert Kelly on and off from 1999 to 2006, doing everything from cleaning floors to handling the defendant's personal business. She told the court that included driving the alleged victim in the now infamous sex tape to and from his Olympia Fields home. She also testified to often seeing the girl at Kelly's recording studio, sometimes carrying a pillow and an overnight bag.

[00:09:07]The image that I saw looks exactly like Mr. Kelly, Perryman said. Then ID'ing the female on the tape, citing her facial features and her cheekbones.

[00:09:16]During cross-examination, defense attorney Mark Martin inquired about Perryman's purported master's degree from a recording conservatory in Arizona, a degree she said took only months to acquire. I didn't go to Oxford or Harvard, no, Perryman replied. Also taking the stand was Ja'net Barnett, a family friend of the alleged victim. She said the female on the tape was about 12 or 13 at the time and noted her distinctive cheeks and facial structure.

[00:09:43]However, that's as far as she could go.

[00:09:46]Here's an exchange during cross-examination by defense attorney Sam Adam Jr. At some point you'd have had to have seen her naked. You were so close, right? I've never seen her naked.

[00:09:57]22-year-old Raven Gangler testified as well saying the girl on the tape was her friend from junior high. She said that was something that was absolute and said the alleged victim was very proud of her relationship with R. Kelly.

[00:10:11]R. Kelly sat expressionless through most of the day's proceedings and then occasionally he would whisper something to attorney Eddie Johnson. If convicted, he could face up to 15 years in Now, I'm not the smartest in the world, but again, when a lot of these personas came out and put more attention on these manufactured beefs, maybe somebody had the bright idea, "Let me start [ __ ] with Prima Donna and maybe that'll take her off course because we want to give the public the impression that all of us out here are supporting people like them Olsen twins who clearly had me [ __ ] up."

[00:10:51]But the gag is, unlike some, I can both process information, document it, and show my audience exactly why the things that come out of my mouth, they can dismiss as a conspiracy theory because they ain't got no common sense. But again, I don't give a damn what nobody believes who didn't follow my lead and do their own research. And those that are deliberately distorting why again, I'll stand on a new investigation is due in both these cases in Chicago and New York considering there's a whole lot of new evidence that should be brought out that would shed light to the malicious prosecution, the misconduct, the janky evidence, and the coercion of bad witnesses in which the defense is putting openly in their paperwork. I support but it feels like a zoo. Screams for cages, lines for food. They point, they type, they shout, but the truth doesn't rattle. Every step I take, the chains break. I'm still [music] standing, still speaking. Last time I checked, I don't work with them, don't fool with them, and don't owe them any explanations other than to say, You go tell your audience what you think and worry less about me, boo, unless you already to hit MY CASH APP.

He says, "Going after people for a man that's convicted of a criminal enterprise where people blew up cars and intimidated his accusers and while he's locked up, his two loyal send-outs on YouTube with direct ties to him or his inner circle have lunch and aggressive attack on anyone they feel is the reason for his conviction and continue to carry out allegations that was already proven by the federal government which led to a sequestered jurors >> [laughter] >> utilize some of these super fans to come out here and do all this janky [ __ ] get mad cuz I said for 7 years it's janky, get mad cuz I watched them expose each other all year round, year after year, then come back and skip around these charges that they don't want to give people clarity on as they want to play victim when they start [ __ ] Now, I wouldn't care if you wanted to run with them janky ass Austin Twins, [ __ ] Don, the muscle as they called him, or even flower pot. When people wanted to glaze over while I called things out in real time, whether or not I decided to call people out by name is a gag for me considering you yourself can see how people like to tell other people's stories.
