[00:00:28]that we are gonna have tonight. There we go. Okay. So, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. Okay, still not great, but it's better than it was. I don't know this phone. I think I need to just figure out.

[00:00:42]Okay, how to do it. In any event, we're not going to be focused on the messenger or the camera. We are going to focus on the message. And tonight is all about the science behind listening to your intuition. And I wanna I'm actually in the process of trying to learn how to do like fun videos. So, I'm gonna be learning some editing and um see if I can have some people on here that might be able to help me with um some good tips and tricks on um how to do that because there is a science behind intuition.

[00:01:21]And as I was talking earlier on another platform, I realized that I I say that God is our intuition. Our intuition is God. And I believe that the reason why we get an intuition to do something or to not do something in our heart or in our gut is because it's meant to bypass the brain initially. It's meant to bypass the brain because if it were to be to land in the brain first, we would immediately be like, "Nope, nope, nope."

[00:01:55]Right? We would immediately try to justify why that logically doesn't make sense because um the brain is all about logic. And the brain, our brains were were wired for safety and for comfort and for um the ability to to survive.

[00:02:18]And intuition does not work like that.

[00:02:21]Intuition bypasses your logical brain and goes right to your body in the form of a heart or a gut feeling. And I believe that that is not by accident.

[00:02:33]That is by divine design. Your nervous system, the entic nervous system actually has, I believe it's like 400,000 neurons that have receiving messages. So when you get an intuitive hit, you get that body hit before your brain can even make sense of what is going on.

[00:02:57]And that's a good thing. getting that intuitive hit to your gut or to your heart. Right? The heart, I believe, has 40,000 neurons and the gut, I believe, has 400,000 neurons that go back and forth um from the brain, which is insane. I mean, think about this. So, God divi designed us so perfectly.

[00:03:19]God designed us so because God knows that when we get an intuitive hit, our logical brain is going to come on board and be like, you know what? Why would I do that? Right? If it's something that you would normally not do, you're gonna be like, "Why would I even do that? That doesn't make sense. It doesn't not it's not supposed to make logical sense, right? To see, hear, feel, see to see, feel, hear, touch, or taste, right? Once when we say that doesn't make sense, it's usually in that way. And intuition doesn't work like that. Intuition works by coming straight to the heart of the matter. It either goes right to your heart or right to your gut. And you feel it. It feels good. and you feel like the sensation of inspiration and like, "Oh my gosh, I'm so excited. That sounds so good. I want to do that." Or you feel the sensation in your gut, which is like, "Oh, I shouldn't do that." Right?

[00:04:10]Maybe that's not a good idea. Uh, hi Tim. Hi Tim. I got your message. Yeah. I don't know what you want to give, but yeah, of course. Of course. Thank you.

[00:04:19]Appreciate you. Um so heart coherence is very important when it comes to listening to your intuition because sometimes things will not make logical sense and it hits the heart in such a way that it's like emotionally you know like this thing is right for you or not right for you but logically your brain comes on board and starts giving you all the reasons why it's not a good thing for you or why it didn't work out in the past or why it might not work out in the future. And so when we understand that your intuition is the um it's a trinity, right? Body, mind, and spirit goes with gut, brain, and heart. So you get a feeling in your gut, right? That says no. Or you get this feeling in your heart that says, "Oh, I don't know if that's a good idea, and I feel something's off, right?" or your brain will just be like, I don't know. I don't know if this is right for you. And it's the same kind of feeling for those of us who talk about the holy trinity, body, mind, and spirit. Right?

[00:05:29]It was good today. It was good. Um, so intuition, your intuition will send signals that go beyond your logical brain and your logical thinking, right? And so um I want to read something here.

[00:05:50]Uh let's see here.

[00:05:54]The gut brain connection and interosception describes how your digestive tract and brain communicate. Okay. So your gut, the enticeric nervous system or your second brain will relay physical and chemical signals to your central nervous system.

[00:06:18]And as a result, you will feel this gut. Bring it in. You will feel this gut uh hit that tells you this is right. This feels good. Or you know what? This doesn't feel right.

[00:06:31]Something's off. and I don't know what it is and I can't put my finger on it and I can't make sense of it because you're not thinking in terms of logical sense, right? What you can see, hear, feel, touch, taste, or smell.

[00:06:45]It's not like that. So when I got this intuition that God bypasses our logical brain purposefully because I do believe that our intuition is God speaking directly to your heart and if you agree with it that's awesome and if you don't that's cool too it's no big deal like everybody has their own ways of coming to terms with what they believe God is and how God communicates to them. But I am a firm believer and I want people on my channel who are firm believers and with me with the fact that God is your gut and your gut is God, right? Hello, Aaliyah. Hello. Oh, 10 out of 10. Oh, you're the best. Thank you, Tim. I can always count on you to boost me. Um, I love that. Thank you so much. I'm so tired, but thank you. We I mean, I looked much better before, but you know, hey, it's about the message, not about the messenger. This is coming from God.

[00:08:00]When you understand that God is speaking to you in the form of your intuition, you will never abandon your intuition and your ability to listen to yourself again. You will start building confidence in yourself. You will start moving. You will start manifesting the things in your life that you abs freakingutely will love. You'll be like, "Oh my god, how is this even happening?

[00:08:23]How are all of these things happening?"

[00:08:24]Because why? Because you're listening to intuition. And your intuition is God always guiding you on the path of least resistance. Right? On the path of least resistance moving a can't wait I don't know I'm sorry I can't understand what you said. Uh dear Jesus thank you for all the blessings that you gave us. And if anyone is sick and family please help them. A that's so sweet. Thank you for the prayer. That's beautiful.

It's coming through you and it's specific to your problem. It's specific to the prayers that you have, right? Um, so when you when you see this and you can start acting on your intuition, even if it doesn't make sense, even if it doesn't make logical sense at the beginning and you just start following it, you're going to be like, oh my gosh, how did this even work out? How did this you will be it's like miracles. You're like, I don't understand, but I followed my intuition and holy smokes, like this is insane how it worked out.

[00:10:17]Thank you. Thank you, Tim. So, like it's so crazy. It's so crazy how your intuition will never steer you wrong.

[00:10:28]I had gotten an intuitive hit. Um I get many intuitive hits, right? We all do.

[00:10:33]It's just a matter of are we going to listen to them or or not? So, I had gotten this intuitive hit to um file for divorce like quickly once I knew my son was out of a situation. It was like, "Just do it. Just do it. Just do it now.

[00:10:48]Now, now, now."

[00:10:50]I was like, "Wow, okay. I guess I'm doing this now." And I didn't know what I was doing. And I had to figure it out.

[00:10:56]And I had to like do all of the things.

[00:10:57]I had to figure it out all on my own.

[00:10:59]All on my own. All my own. Um, but I did. And I started doing the the paperwork and um it took like February, March, April, May. Four exactly four months. And good thing because I just got news tonight that's not so great.

[00:11:18]And had I not done and completed what I needed to, it could have been a financial problem for me. So when you listen to your intuition, it will never steer you wrong. Even if in the moment you're like, I don't understand why I have such a sense of urgency to do this thing. You will understand later. God is not telling you to understand. He's just telling you to to walk in blind faith, to follow the thing that you need to follow. And don't worry about the outcome. And don't worry about the results. Just follow. And when you do, you will always feel peace. You will always feel like this connection. And you will know that, okay, this is not coincidental. Um, it's just not. Okay, hang on. So um I want to read about the the gut brain connection. So the gut brain axis is a very massive communication highway two-way communication highway. Your gut and your brain are constantly exchanging messages uh via neural pathways mainly the vagus nerve right hormones immune system gut micro microbiome.

[00:12:31]And introsception is the process by which your brain can sense, interpret and integrate internal signals, right? To map your body's moment to moment state.

[00:12:47]The gut is the mo one of the most critical contributors to this process, right? So it signals hunger, it signals pain, it signals fear, but it also signals intuition, things that you know before you know.

[00:13:02]Uh, better for my family. A, you're so sweet, Aaliyah. Thank you so much. I love that prayer.

[00:13:10]And another visitation. Wow, you are so lucky, Tim. Most people have like one visitation their whole life or two. But to continue that, that's phenomenal, Tim. That's phenomenal.

[00:13:21]Um, okay. So, that's one. Now I want to get back to where is it? Bear with me.

[00:13:36]I want to get to the gut. So we had mentioned that the gut is the entic nervous system which has over I think I said 400 million it's actually 100 million neurons. So I apologize for the mistake but 100 million neurons in the gastrointestinal tract and um it is literally called the second brain. The second brain it communicates with the central nervous system via your vagus nerve and um it forms that that whole ability to listen to your gut.

[00:14:11]Right?

[00:14:13]So it will be able to like through the change in um uh what do you call it physiological states it'll be able to pick up on that and that is what is called interosception right so when you get a a gut feeling these physical ser signals go right to your brain prompting prompting you to act before your logical brain kicks So, it'll help heavily influence your emotional state, right?

[00:14:49]So, also, by the way, did you know that um about 90% of your body's serotonin, which is um a neurotransmitter that is connected to mood and emotion, is produced in your gut. Did you know that?

[00:15:06]Um, and the directional the the highway that allows the gut and brain to communicate is the Vegas nerve nerve. So like if you can learn how to calm your body down, you'll be able to listen to your intuition a lot better. So when you're in a calm state, you'll be able to hear what your intuition is trying to tell you.

[00:15:27]Oh, thank you so much. Thank you so much, Newton.

[00:15:32]Oh, thank you so much, Tim. So, intuition, by the way, will feel very calming. You will not feel this sense of like you'll just feel like something's off.

[00:15:45]Um, and if you're in a scared, if you're in a an alerted like this is a dangerous situation kind of state, your intuition will automatically come on as like it will be like a high alert alarm. But if it's not, then it will be more like, hey, this is not right. Something's not resonating. Your brain will your gut will give your brain the message and then what happens is see for those of you who know that your intuition is God.

[00:16:09]Your intuition will come down into the form of your body and either hit your heart or your stomach, right? Your heart or your gut. And then did you ever notice like after you get the intuitive hit, after the intuition kicks in, then your logical mind comes online and says, "Oh no, that's not a good idea. Why would you do that? In the past, this didn't work out." Or, you know, why would you do that? because you know in the future this might be a problem. No, intuition is a now thing. It's not a past thing or a future thing. Intuition is always acting in your highest and for your highest good in the present moment.

[00:16:44]So just understand that your logical mind, your brain, your is about survival. It's about survival and safety. Your brain wants to keep you alive and your brain wants to keep you safe.

[00:16:59]So that's why after you get any kind of intuitive hit, your brain comes on board and it's like, well, no, we can't do that. You know, you always do it this way. Why would you do that way? Right?

[00:17:08]Or you always go to the store, you get the food here, and then you come home and cook. You don't decide you're going to cook and then go to the store and then buy, you know, no. What are we doing, you know? Yes. Nice to see you again. Thank you so much. See you next time. like and share and please um you know share this message if it resonates with you um with anyone else that you feel might be interested in listening to our intuition and praying to God and using signs and synchronicities to help us to see how we can come back into knowing that we are children of God and creating a life that we actually love using our intuition using all of the tools that God gave us right every resource is available to all of us so Um yeah so there's a difference between the brain hyper vill hyper vigilant state of the brain and fear right that dreaded feeling that makes you feel like oh my god you know maybe you're panicked in and feeling nervous in in a large room of people and you're afraid to talk right that's like a different feeling that's a different that's like a trauma response that's a fear-based feeling that's not intuition. Intuition is calm.

[00:18:24]It's something's off or something's not right or something feels right. Right.

[00:18:28]And it's just like this very very easy like do this now, no hesitation kind of feeling. Um unless you're in a dangerous position in which case your intuition will be like RUN GO GET OUT run you know abort abort. Um but typically that's kind of how it works.

[00:18:49]do. And then the heart, the heart contains 40,000 neurons. And the heart is also referred to as the heart brain.

[00:18:59]So you have the gut brain and then you have the heart brain and then you have the brain brain. And when you put all three of these together and you can get them to work in unison to cohesively, that's where the magic of manifestation happens. Right, Tim? This is where manifestation happens. Thank you. Pizza Hut.

[00:19:20]Um, so when you understand that the heart can actually send more signals to the brain than the brain can to the heart, the brain is the heart is a magnificent tool. It is such a magical tool.

[00:19:36]It is so highly intelligent. Okay? So it doesn't respond just to the brain's commands, but it actually sends the brains its commands that it receives. Right? So when you that's why they say like when people say like, "Oh, she has such a she has such a beautiful heart. She's such an open heart or he has you know he's he's such a loving person. He has such an open heart." That's what that means.

[00:20:03]that they're they're living in the heart space and that heart space resonates and it sends signals to the brain to tell them how magnificent they are and then that radiates out to other people and magnetizes. Right? So the brain is electric and the heart is magnetic. Have you heard about this from Joe Despensza and from other teachings? The brain is electrical and the heart is magnetic. So you can think with the brain and use the brain to say this is what I want to create. This is where manifestation aspects of it come in. You can use the brain to say, "Okay, this is what I want to create." And then you your passion for it is what magnetizes it to you and what magnetizes you to it.

[00:20:47]Yes, the the magic always happens. God works in mysterious ways. Human science says Pizza Hut. It's so freaking cool, guys. This is like the stuff that I was born to teach and born to learn and born to just embody. The more that I got, the more that I understand that God is our intuition and how God works through this human body, that this body is a beautiful vessel when you know how to use your brain and your body. It is a phenomenal tool to help you to manifest, to help you to co-create, to help you to live your dream life, to help you to get all the things that you desire in your life, right? And that also to know that if that doesn't happen, then something better is also waiting for you, right?

[00:21:33]It's like a trust factor. It's like a blind faith factor. It's a not making and relying on the human senses factor.

[00:21:40]It's more relying on like a super sensory skill, right? Intuition is super sensory. It surpasses the senses. It goes above and beyond your normal senses because it's coming from God as it you are the channel. We're the conduit. We are the portal. We're the channel and it comes through us.

[00:22:02]Um, so what that means is as we start to listen to our intuition more and more, right? That that that intuitive discernment as they say.

[00:22:26]When you start listening to your intuition from a heart space, right, from the heart space, you actually will experience genuine positive emotions.

[00:22:38]You will start to feel appreciation for life. You will start to feel compassion.

[00:22:45]You will start to feel more joy.

[00:22:48]And your heart rate will start to even out. Like if those of you who have high blood pressure, if you start like literally listening to your intuition and leading from your heart space, right?

[00:23:02]um and start fostering um heart coherence, which is positive emotions through your heart.

[00:23:09]Then you will have that ability to just calm that blood pressure down and you'll be able to access your your inner voice because now the noise is is you calm that noise around you and then you can like better listen to your intuition and to whatever you know advice that your intuition is trying to give you. And it'll also help with regard to mental clarity.

[00:23:34]For some reason, when you're heart-c centered, you're in the present moment because when you're in your brain, right? That's like why they say like when you meditate to try not to like watch the thoughts, don't don't attach.

[00:23:45]It's the same thing. When you can come into your heart space and be in thea space of calm, you're in heart coherence and that's when you can start really listening to your intuition. So how the brain and the gut work with regard to intuition is insane. And the do the deeper the the more that I get into this work, the more I am fascinated with the neuroscience behind intuition and the spiritual science behind intuition and how they both work so beautifully together. Because the trio, right, that people call the holy trinity, body, mind, and spirit is your gut, brain, and heart.

[00:24:27]body, mind, and spirit is heart, gut, brain, and heart. And when you understand that science and and and spirituality actually are mirrors, they're literally reflecting each other, you're like, "Holy smokes, this is insane." It's so cool.

[00:24:45]Anyway, I had to tell you that. I just thought it was phenomenal. Um, I will be doing I'm trying to learn how to do videos that are going to be more visually engaging. So, I'm like trying to figure out tutorials that will teach me to do long form videos that will have like visuals for everybody. And I think that would be really really cool. Um, and then eventually, you know, be able to kind of demonstrate, not just with my face and my words, but with pictures on the screen that will actually help people to see how the science and the spirituality of intuition literally go hand in hand. So, uh, thank you, Tim.

[00:25:32]Oh, that's so sweet. I appreciate that.

[00:25:34]You did it yourself, right? I'm just a reflection of you. Just like science and spirituality are a reflection. I am a reflection of that inner joy that you were already seeking, right? You already knew you wanted to be happy again, Tim.

[00:25:48]And I was the reflection of you. That's all it is. We are reflections of each other. Reflections of light. That's it.

[00:25:56]And sometimes it feels dark because we might not be in the best place. But when you know that your intuition is in you as God, that you can never lose your connection with God, that God is your GPS system, right? It is God's powers, you know, system inside of you that will guide you every step of the way.

[00:26:22]And even when you make a mistake, you will still be led back on the right path that you will just have to circle around the long way. Listening to your intuition brings you to the direct way, but not listening will teach you the lessons that you need to learn so that you can listen to your intuition. So, in essence, it's all working for your benefit, right? and and we're all here as reflections to remind each other and bring each other back home into the light of being um in tune with our higher selves, God, source, creator in the form of our intuition.

[00:27:00]And that your intuition bypasses your logical brain and goes right to your heart or your gut. That's why you get that hit first and then your logic comes on and then your brain comes on because again your brain was meant to wire you for safety and survival. Those are the basic functions of the brain. It's our job now because we're not living in a world where we have to hunt and kill to survive. Now it's about all things seem like a threat, right? You don't get the email you feel like, oh my god, what's going to happen to me? Is this going to work? Am I going to survive? Am I going to lose my job? you know, we go into these fight or-flight survivalbased and safety based modes because now we don't have the physical threat of a of a lion chasing us, right? So now we take these day-to-day threats and we use them in terms of our job, in terms of our family members, in terms of, you know, our ability to not um to maybe like go after our dreams and we're afraid. So like it's like oh my god will I be able to survive this if it doesn't work? Yes intuition goes beyond logic and your your brain is actually hinders our ability to listen to our gut and our and our heart um because it's meant to again keep us safe and keep us alive. So when you see intuition in this in this new light, you're going to really start to understand, okay, maybe this is like really something I need to pay more attention to when it comes to making decisions that my gut will tell me. And if you get confused, just pause.

[00:28:40]Don't make any decision until you get clear. And the way best way to get clear is to be present. The best way to be present is to come into the heart space.

[00:28:47]And the best way to get into the heart space is literally just tap on your heart and just say, "It's okay. I'm safe right now. Everything's good. There's no major threat in this moment." Unless someone's chasing you or there's some major crisis going on, you just tap your chest and you literally put yourself in your heart space and say, "At this moment, I'm safe in this moment.

[00:29:06]Everything's okay. Even if it doesn't feel okay, I know I'm okay, and I don't have to make a decision right this second. I can give myself some time." So that you are not doing things out of a knee-jerk reaction to please other people. So that you're not doing things that are compromising your boundaries and what works for you over the fact that you want to be validated and have someone else validate you and tell you how great you are or tell you how important you are or that you're needed and that you're only loved when you're needed. Right? So intuition can really build your confidence in yourself. When you listen to it, you will start coming online to your true nature. And that that means just being you, like authentically you. If you're somebody who's like high high energy and maybe you have that little bit of anxious t tendency, that's okay. That's just you, right? That's that's part of who you are from your culture and your upbringing.

[00:30:00]It doesn't mean that you have to become this entirely different person, right?

[00:30:05]We can use some of the things that h may not have served us as a as children and as young adults and adults and we can use them to our benefit now. Right? I had this anxiety my whole life. Now I use anxiety as fuel to help me to get this passion out. Anything that was used against you with God, with your intuition, and with your own ability to retrain your mind, using your intuition can be used for you. It's beautiful.

[00:30:36]It's like falling down the rabbit hole in Alice in Wonderland where everything is upside down and topsyturvy, but in the best possible way. In the best possible way. Yes.

[00:30:50]Um, I'm going to share my heart with you. My heart is full again. Oh, I love that. That's so cool. Yes. That's amazing.

[00:30:59]That's amazing. That's amazing, Tim.

[00:31:02]It's wonderful. You know, when you start feeling good about yourself, when you start loving yourself, right? When you start realizing that there is no external. It's all internal.

[00:31:13]It's everything points back to self.

[00:31:16]When we start to realize that, it's a beautiful thing, right, Kindred Angels?

[00:31:21]It's a beautiful thing. No sticker doodles tonight. No biscuits or cookie or cookie dough. I did have a cookie but not cookie dough. So yeah, this whole science behind intuition is like it's just incredible. And I cannot wait to share more and more and more as I learn. As I learn, as I learn I will share because I feel like the more we learn, the more we all grow together, right? And that's a beautiful thing.

[00:32:08]Uh, very beautiful. Always follow your intuition, guide you through your life, through you may fall down and make mistakes. Life is full of trial and errors. That's how we become better and stronger. Uh Tim says, "I wish give you a big hug." Thank you, Tim. Uh real kindred angel says, "If we don't fall down or make mistakes, we'll never learn from life experiences." Yes. So that's why I said like even though we may not like if we listen to our intuition, it's the path of least resistance. It's like cutting right down the center. You're going right to the finish, right?

[00:32:37]Figuratively speaking, when we make mistakes, we may have to go around the outside and and jump some hurdles and fall and scrape our legs and knees and get hurt and get back up, but we learn the lesson of it along the way. And it only strengthens our ability to start listening to our own intuition. Because everybody can give you a million different reasons as to why you should do this and why you shouldn't do that.

[00:33:02]And at the end of the day, only you really know the best thing for you. And when you listen to it, it it all works out. When you don't, it won't work out. We may suffer consequences. Yes, there will be consequences, unfortunately. Maybe there'll be self-sabotage, but hopefully there will be the lesson of, damn it, I need to listen to my intuition because your intuition bypasses your logical brain. It goes right to your heart or to your gut. And then your brain comes online and tries to talk us out of it because it wants to keep us safe again and alive. Safe and alive. That's its objective. The brain is about safety and being alive. Even if it's in a bad situation, it's like, well, this bad situation's better than a situation that you don't know. That might be better, but it might be 10 times worse. And then it keeps us from making that move, right? It keeps us in procrastination because it's like okay like there's like a saying the devil I know versus the devil I don't right but again that's also just a thought and we have to understand that thoughts don't necessarily mean that it's going to be true right so we have to learn how to discern and intuition is the best way to get to do that uh kindred angel sometimes our brain reprograms itself to help us survive through the trauma or adapt from it because it's the way our brain is protecting ourselves. Exactly. It programs us to survive and then it keeps us it because it reprograms our brain.

[00:34:35]The traumatic experience is programming us to keep safe, right? To give us that sense of safety and survival that may have worked in that one situation or maybe for a few years, but then after that it doesn't work anymore.

[00:34:49]It doesn't work. 11:11 on the clock.

[00:34:53]Yes, angel numbers, portals, new beginnings, entering new timelines. This is the time to manifest our dreams, guys. And I'm doing it. And we're going to do it together. Beautiful. Thank you for that noticing that, Kindred Angels.

I want to make videos. I want to make videos that are more uh animated and interactive. So, I'm trying to look into that. If you have any ideas, let me know.
