Virus Shark | English Full Movie | Horror Sci-FiAdded:
Scientists called it shv1 shaved one. Most people called it death.
A worldwide pandemic disease of cataclysmic proportions.
A simple shark bite off the Australian beach started it. Then it spread exponentially.
Beaches were closed at first and few listened. More shark attacks occurred.
By the time the tourist industry was closed down, it was too late. 100,000 people were infected. Then half a million, then 2 million. Then we stopped counting.
Martial law was declared after looting and panic buying crippled cities. People were forced to stay in their homes to die while the governments of the world scrambled to find a cure. That's how we ended up here. There are five of us in this oceanic research lab converted almost overnight into a top secret facility who has been tasked with finding a cure to this outbreak. Find it at all costs. As hell breaks loose on the surface, we are 800 m below the ocean, searching for answers.
I'm Christy Parks, a shark expert. I have contained several sharks who transferred the deadly virus through their bites and several unaffected sharks. The answer lies in one of them or all of them or none of them. Research so far creates more questions than answers. Time is running out. Gregory Mlandon is our lead disease specialist.
He works tireously between his serum tests and constant video conferences with Shannon Mulun, our topside disease control agent. She feeds us bits and pieces of the real situation, and I wonder what her motives and real purposes.
Gregory says he's close to a cure, but he's been saying that for months. Anne Satcher works closely with Gregory.
She's top of her field in marine studies and plant life. She was the first one chosen for the assignment, handpicked by Moldun. Rumor has it she was an ex-lover of hers, but no one cares enough to even ask. We're all too busy to really care to know one's personal life. RTOR Demato designed and built this underwater maze years ago when it was a weapons test site. He was instrumental in its overhaul to a research lab. And his job is to keep us alive so the deep abyss doesn't come crashing onto us and send us to a watery grave. Duke Larson is our security, if you can call it that. I wonder why we need a soldier down here.
What's he protecting us from? Is he here to break up a squabble? He takes his job too seriously. It makes me nervous. One way or another, the future depends on us. Muloon tells us that at every meeting. Words I never thought I'd hear.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Signis topside platform 10° starboard.
Delivery of specimens prepped and ready for drop off.
Another batch of stiffs.
>> This might be the last one for a while.
>> So tell me, what's it like up there, >> mister?
Be thankful you're down here.
See you later.
>> Have a good one.
You startled me.
>> I'm sorry. I'm heading for another fireside chat with Mald Dune. Are you okay? You seem jumpy.
>> It's the sharks, their behavior.
What about it?
>> They seem more aggressive than usual. I think something's disrupting their behavior patterns.
>> I wouldn't take it personally. We're all a little on edge. And news flash, they are aggressive animals.
>> Not with me. At least they haven't been.
>> When you're done with your samples, we'll set them free and we'll get you some fresh pupils. Anything to add to my report? I have to break down the virus from the different species and cross-examine it with Ann's findings.
>> We got a corpse from topside for her today.
Maybe it'll yield some clues as to how one shark bite can take down the world.
>> Last two bodies didn't show signs of pathogens.
And so, I don't know. I'm just wondering if it's hopeless.
>> Don't give up. We're close.
Seawater.
Yes, Duke. What is it?
>> Fresh meat. Brand new delivery.
All right, let's get it on the table.
>> Thanks. That'll be all.
>> You know, you're colder than those fish that Dr. Christy works with.
>> We have a job to do. We don't have any time for any acquaintances or anything like that.
>> What does it matter? The whole world up top is going to [ __ ] anyway. We're all just down here jerking off, wasting our time. Time better spent enjoying what little bit we might have left.
>> You disgust me. Now go find some other damsel in distress who might need your protection.
>> Yeah, well, have fun, [ __ ] Oh, interesting. His blood cells show lessening signs of the strain decrease.
Oh, damn. We may be on to something. The normal pathogen is attacking the shabed one virus.
I wonder what species of shark inflicted these wounds.
Hey Christie, can you come up to the lab? I need your opinion on something.
Thanks.
>> Need more than that, Gregory. We need results and we need them fast. The virus is spreading rapidly. A few shark attacks have brought us to this.
>> More doom.
>> You know you can call me Shannon. At least you did when you seduced me.
>> Seduced? I wasn't even trying.
>> Don't you even remember?
>> Of course not.
>> But that's not our real priority.
>> I can get you out of there if you want.
It must be lonely for you. Or are the technicians taking care of everyone's needs?
>> Now, what's that supposed to mean?
>> Oh, nothing.
>> The sharks we have in captivity aren't giving us the results we need. So terminate those specimens. We don't have time or resources to deal with things that aren't giving us the result.
>> Understood.
>> Now that we have that matter out of the way, why don't we talk about something entirely personal?
This is not good.
I'm guessing this bite was caused by makeo. Adult teeth. The patterns are a dead giveaway. Why?
>> The normal pathogens fought against the viral samples that I took from this body for the first time.
>> Seriously?
>> Look.
Oh, that's amazing. This could be the break we need. All we need to do now is test it against another species and see if we get the same reaction.
>> But if we don't, >> well, then we're back to square one. But if we do, >> then we can create a universal antidote.
It'll cure all known strains.
>> Yes.
Why do you carry a gun? If you fired it inside of sickness, you'd bring the whole ocean down on us.
>> Not if you get in the way and your body slows down the bullet.
>> I thought it was an extension of your member.
>> Yeah, you can borrow it after the meeting if you want to. Just wipe it off before you're done.
>> Hey, >> don't provoke him, Ann.
>> Okay, what does everyone have for me?
Maldun is not happy with our lack of progress, and I'm afraid we're running out of time.
>> What you have to report?
>> Things are bad, topside. She wants us to destroy the shark specimens, and we're to capture another one to begin new testing immediately.
>> Can't destroy them. They are living creatures.
>> They're infected animals responsible for the downfall of mankind.
>> Stick to your tinker toy and leave the brain power to us.
Uh, this Tinker Toy, as you call it, may not have much time left. I found signs of strain, leaking.
The pressure is taking its toll, and without the need of repairs that I asked for, it's only a matter of time.
>> How much time?
>> I asked you a question.
>> How much time?
>> My professional opinion based on the findings, a few weeks tops.
>> Just great.
Okay. Thank you.
>> That's it. Thank you.
>> We could be crushed any moment by structure failure and that's all you have. Thank you, >> RTOR. We'll continue to assess the situation and >> bad idea.
>> We'll continue with our mission. Is that clear?
>> Good. We'll destroy the specimens immediately and capture another with the sounding net. RTOR will continue to analyze the situation and keep us informed.
Ladies, what do you have for me?
>> We may have a breakthrough. The cadaavver's infectious cells seem to be unable to fight off the normal coagulants.
This is the first time this has occurred.
>> What do you think is the reason?
>> A weakening strain in the virus. Maybe the species carrier. All I know is we have to continue down this path. It's all we have.
>> Then it's imperative we capture a new shark immediately. This is good news.
Let's beat it before it beats us.
Here.
Fishy fishy fishy.
Christy, the carcasses of the sharks will attract others. Duke, assist her with the capture of a fresh specimen.
>> Hi. I captain, you heard him do face. Let's get ourselves a big one.
Here comes the infected bastards. Now get ready to grab them.
You got it. You got to reel it in.
>> Congratulations. You got a great white >> face.
Fin tail.
Hey, watch it.
>> What are you afraid of? A little fishy.
>> Yeah. [ __ ] you.
>> Not even at the bottom.
>> You and I are going to be good friends.
If you kiss Are we watching you or are you watching us?
When this is all over, I'm going to tear you to pieces in person.
>> Well, that may be sooner than you think.
>> What do you mean? Did you find a cure?
>> We've made some positive steps forward, but we need more time.
>> You have it?
>> Not exactly. RTOR has found some weakness in Signis' Hall. He thinks we may only have a few weeks. We might need an extraction. I think RTOR's being paranoid. That facility is wellbuilt and >> and over 30 years old and was given an illegal inspection pass so we could conduct experiments here. Let's not kid one another.
>> Yes, you're right. Keep me updated on RTOR's reporting.
>> I will. He's doing a thorough check now.
>> Tell me more about the antidote.
>> Ann has made a breakthrough in the shop at one strain. It appears she has successfully been able to fight off a strain of the virus.
>> Interesting. On a scale of 1 to 10, where do you see us finding a cure? A marketable cure?
>> I'd say a seven. I really think we're close, but will it be too late?
>> It will never be too late.
>> Millions upon millions have died.
>> But many will survive. Gregory, have you ever thought about what the possessor of the cure for Shabbid One holds in their hands?
salvation >> the world. Gregory, let me tell you what I can offer you.
>> So, tell me, Chief, what's the real story here? How soon before this tuna can implod?
>> Does it matter?
>> Of course it does. I want to get my way back home. And that elevator shaft to the surface pad is our only way in and out of here. So you got to keep us tight >> once we find a cure. If we find a cure, what if they leave us here?
No. Then we'll be heroes to the human race.
>> For those who succeed, there are always those who want the reigning glory.
>> Is that like uh from the Bible or the front of some greeting card? No, it's ancient philosophy.
It means our hard work may be taken from us and delivered by someone else, and we're left down here to die. Now that you put it that way, it does kind of suck.
>> Keep your eyes peeled and your mind open.
>> Wish that guy would speak English.
>> Duke, please report to the tank area.
Need assistance.
>> Think about what I said, Gregory. Think hard. Report back at 1300 hours.
>> Hey lady, I get paid to protect, not to assist in lab work.
>> I need to get a sample from the shark and I can't do it myself.
>> Where's your girlfriend Anna? She's a biologist, isn't she? She's dissecting a cadaavver.
>> Yeah. Well, what's in it for me?
>> The next time I shower, I'll let you guard the door.
>> Now you got my attention.
>> I need you to snag the shark and pull it to the side. I just need 5 seconds to get a sample.
>> Bastard's strong. You can pull me in.
>> You fight him off with your machismo.
>> My what?
>> I fed him fish loaded with sedatives earlier. That should be enough to manage him. Let's go.
>> This isn't working.
>> You need to attract his attention. Smack the water with the pole. He likes the vibration.
>> Oh, a little aquatic SNM. He likes that.
Heat.
Heat.
Damn, getting jumpy.
What the hell you waiting for? You can't hold this thing much longer.
I got it. Damn.
Thing bit me.
>> Let me see. Let me see. Don't be a scratch. It got away.
>> Well, who cares? You got what you wanted, right?
>> Yes. You better get to the lab and let Ann fix you up.
>> You think so?
I don't get paid enough for this crap.
>> Gregory. Gregory.
>> Yes, Christy. What is it? I was able to retrieve a new blood sample from the great white.
>> Good. You and Anne worked together on the antidote. We're running out of time.
>> The shark escaped and Duke was scratched. He's on his way to the lab to get patched up.
>> Is it serious?
>> He'll live. Just a scratch that drew blood. Sorry about the shark.
>> As long as you got the sample, it's of no concern.
>> I'll get right back to work and keep you posted.
>> You do that.
That was fast. Gregory, what's your answer?
>> I'm in. Don't let me down.
>> Don't let me down.
Moisture inside.
The pressure's building.
Damn.
Buzz off. Shoot.
Pressure is rising.
and you around Dan.
An I'm injured here. I could use a little medical attention.
Guess I'll have to fix it myself.
Oh, mother god, that hurts.
Thanks for nothing, Ann.
Gregory. Gregory, I need to speak with you.
>> I'm on my way to the med lab. Can I wait?
>> This is of utmost importance.
>> All right, out with it. The pressure on the hole is increasing faster than I had initially indicated.
>> Great. Just great. You said a few weeks.
With any luck, we'll be out here in a few days.
>> We don't have a few days.
>> Well, how much time do we have?
>> We have well less than 48 hours. A [ __ ] That screws up everything.
>> What do you mean? I want an in-depth analysis on your findings and report directly to me.
>> We need to evacuate right now. You'll do as you're told and not tell anyone. Do you understand?
We have plenty of time to evacuate right now. We need to proceed with caution.
If you insist. I do insist. Now get busy with your analysis.
What awful timing.
Ann, I have another blood sample to run against the culture.
Where the hell is she?
I can run a sample test just as good as she can.
My god, that's it.
The secret was in the metabolic level.
The serum was here all along.
We can duplicate this topside. We can start using it.
>> The only thing going topside is your antidote and myself. Hand it over.
Maybe I'll feel better if I lay down for a little while.
How the hell can that be?
What the hell caused that?
No [ __ ] way.
>> Please tell me what this is about.
>> It's pretty obvious, isn't it?
>> You won't get away with this.
>> What makes you think that?
>> Cuz they'll ask questions when you get topside.
>> Maybe, but they'll believe what I tell them.
>> Let me guess. You'll escape while we meet an unfortunate accident.
>> I'll add a few more heroics to the details, but yeah, more or less.
The shark's gone crazy.
>> This is my ticket to everything I've always wanted. Your ambition lies in microscopes and test tubes. Mine lies in power.
>> You're a fool.
Mulun. She set you up to this, didn't she?
>> Who needs her? She would have stolen the accolades anyway. I will give her credit for inspiring my devious bait and switch.
>> What makes you think she won't have armed guards waiting for you once you get topside? You step on that platform.
You know she's probably playing you. H.
There's too much at stake. We're both in it 50/50.
>> I think your math skills and her math skills are slightly different.
>> Doesn't matter. You won't be around long enough to find out.
>> Oh my god. Ann, >> I'll kill you. I swear I'll kill you.
>> I should really take a look at that bite.
>> We're not looking at anything.
>> What the hell happened to her?
>> You tell me. You're both messing around in this lab. She looked like a mad dog.
>> Sleep on it.
Gregory. Gregory. Not now. Rick Church.
Gregory. We're all going to die.
Maldoon, I have the antidote. They found it and I have it. There's some loose ends I have to take care of here. I have an extraction team waiting for me topside in 40 minutes.
>> Hurry as fast as you can.
>> What?
It's bad up here. Real bad.
The virus is spreading rapidly.
Executions and burials on a mass scale.
Gregory, I need the serum.
I'm sending an extraction team. Please hurry.
I need the shaft authorization key.
Where is it?
Hey there, Miss Anne. Is that you?
Don't be playing games with me. We're in serious trouble.
This place is getting weirder by the minute.
Oh, that bastard. Jesus. Are you okay, Christie?
>> Oh, just a little bump on my head.
>> This place has gone mad.
>> Anna's creeping around the halls.
Gregory's in a mood.
>> Gregory betrayed us. He took off with the antidote. He's going topside.
Anna's infected. I don't know how, but she is.
>> It gets worse than that, I'm afraid.
>> How much worse?
>> The signis has about 30 hours of life left in her before she implodes. But it won't matter because all the oxygen will be gone in less than 8 hours. Oh, why did you have to tell me that?
>> We need to evacuate.
>> Oh, Duke. We have to get Duke. Okay, we'll get out of here.
I don't think the hell am I dreaming?
>> Oh, it's a nightmare.
>> We have to get out of here. We're leaving.
>> Leaving?
>> We have to get to Gregory before he gets the elevator and abandons us with the antidote.
>> Antidote? I might need some of that stuff. I never liked that guy anyway.
>> You never liked anyone. Grab your guns.
We might need him if some heat goes down.
>> I won't listen to you.
>> Come on.
Heat.
Heat.
Damn it. You might be too late.
>> Maybe not. Come on.
Come on, you know. Come on.
>> It's too late. You can't stop me.
Once these doors close, too late for you.
See you in hell.
>> We're not going to stop. It's too late.
>> Don't worry. I shot him in the femoral artery.
[ __ ] will bleed to death before he gets up top.
What's that?
>> The vicious short I forgot to mention.
Oh, great. This just keeps getting better and better.
All right, last bit of antidote we have left.
>> Is that going to cure me or am I going to turn into one of those virus things?
>> I don't know. You're the first live guinea pig we've tested it on.
>> That gives me a lot of confidence.
>> Do you think it'll work on Ann or is she too far gone?
>> I don't have any left. I can make some more. What difference will it make?
>> Yeah, that's right. We either suffocate from nowhere, get crushed from the pressure, or get eaten by that virusfaced shark. Great options we have here.
>> We need a plan.
>> Yeah, we need a plan. All right, what the hell is it?
>> We need help from topside. They can set a submersible down to extract us. Now, let's get on the horn then.
We connected.
>> You're breaking up. What?
>> This is emergency personnel needing extraction at Signis Research Base.
>> All hell is breaking loose up here.
>> Our surface elevator was destroyed. The situation is grim. Structure failure and oxygen disruption.
>> I don't think we can afford the Hello. Hello.
Damn it.
>> Forget it. We're completely cut off.
>> It's that damn shark. It tore all the oxygen couplings apart. Now it's crippled our communication.
>> Don't forget about the elevator shaft.
>> Why would a shark target us?
>> Just like the rest of the world, the virus has driven it bad. And we're its target. It's that simple.
>> Yeah. This place is going to come down around us and send us into our watery grave.
You designed this place. You have to know of a way out.
>> I retrofitted this installation. I did not design it. Had I, we wouldn't be in this situation.
>> There has to be an alternate oxygen supply and another way out of here.
>> Even if there was, the pressure failure is crushing us like a tin can.
>> There's got to be something. Think, man.
>> In the mechanical office, there's schematics and plans. Maybe we can find something there.
>> Let's do it.
>> I'll stay here, work out of their batch of the antidote. I'll bolt the door. So, knock three times when you come back.
>> All right, let's get a move on.
Hey, did you see that? Look like the shark.
>> Yeah, it's a mean bastard. Brain is infected by the virus. What if he decides to kamicazi these glass plates?
>> How long can you hold your breath?
>> I'm serious. Now, >> this glass is as tough as they come, but with the weakening structure, who knows how much force it can withstand.
>> Great.
Heat. Heat.
What the hell?
Oh, Help me.
She's starting to go.
Excuse me.
Not there.
Second relay junction. No, that's no good.
Bad.
Bad. Bad. Bad. Bad. Is there an invisible man in the room or would you like to talk to me?
>> Quiet, Duke. I'm looking >> for what? A solution.
Can't reroute the oxygen lines.
Impossible.
Meaning it's all over, my friend.
Damn it. Hey, watch it.
Wait a minute.
What is this?
It's good. We don't have much time. We don't have much time. We got to go.
>> Get away from me.
>> Get away from me.
>> Thank god you guys got her just in time.
>> You're okay now.
>> What did you find out?
>> The oxygen lines in this place are unrepairable and it's bending like a wet needle. Well, >> it's all over then. Not exactly.
>> What does that mean?
>> I have no idea. He won't tell me either.
>> On level D, there's an escape pod, a backup in case the shaft failed. It's designed to balance the pressure and slowly rise.
>> Let's go.
I think it's right.
Here it is. We're going to have to go one at a time. You go first.
Okay, Victor, you're next.
You don't have much time. You're still right behind me.
Just go. Save yourself.
>> No. No.
>> It's too late for him.
At least we have the antidote.
What the bloody hell is that?
>> It's the virus shark.
>> What drives that demon animal?
>> Oh my god. Look.
How much longer till we reach the surface?
>> About 45 minutes.
>> Are we going to make it?
>> We made it this far.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
It's okay. You're only dreaming. Look, we're almost at the surface. 10 more minutes.
>> Oh, thank God. Oh, thank you for everything.
>> Don't mention it.
It's attacking us.
>> We're almost to the top.
>> This should give him something to think about.
>> There. Take that.
>> He'll think twice before doing that again.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
At first I thought it had been a bad dream.
Then I saw the wreckage and I knew what had happened was all too real.
I was somewhere nowhere, but I was at least alive and I had the serum.
I'm guessing RTOR is gone, eaten by the mutated shark. I need to find someone, something, a semblance of reality to help me from going insane.
Maybe it's all over.
Maybe there is no one else.
Hello, I'm Christy.
Do you know where I am? Do you know where I could find some help?
Oh, I see.
Hello.
Hello.
This is about as fast food as it's going to get.
I'm going crazy.
>> Well, well, well. What do we have here?
Today is our lucky day.
>> Please, I need your help. I need to get to someone in authority.
There's no authority.
No help for you.
What are you looking at? SHE'S CLEAN.
SHE'S CLEAN.
I'm from an underwater research base. We found a cure for the virus. I just need to get to any officials.
>> Consider us officials now. This is Jojo.
I'm Mace and that's garbage.
Come on, give that back.
>> I'll take that. No one tells Mace what to do. Lesson learned. I'll hold on to these.
>> Where am I?
You're with us. The whole world has gone to hell. People and places don't matter anymore.
>> What are we going to do with her?
>> I have a few ideas.
>> Shut up, a bunch of you. I'm the man in charge here. I'll decide what and when I do her. You all get the leftovers.
Tie her up. We don't want her getting away.
>> You're making A BIG MISTAKE.
WOULDN'T be the first time, Missy.
>> Not so rough. You don't know what rough is, lady. But you will soon.
>> Have garbage get the water from the creek.
>> But Mace, >> but what? Some skirt shows up and you forget we have to survive.
>> All right.
You better not be lying to us >> about what?
>> About you being from a research base.
>> Maybe she's a marauder and hasn't turned yet.
>> What's a marauder? One of us, except you're driven by the madness to drink blood.
>> No, that's not me.
>> So, this is the antidote, huh?
We could end up big men with this in our hands.
>> I knew someone who had that same idea, and it didn't end well. That's just a sample. I could make more. We have to get to a lab. There's a research facility ABOUT 30 MILES.
>> CAN IT, JOJO? You don't need to be telling any secrets, lady.
I'm going to let you live for now for a couple of reasons, but cross me and you'll die slowly.
>> May I please have some water? I'm very thirsty.
>> When garbage gets back. Until then, sit over there and shut up. Oh.
Heat. Heat.
Any of you mute morons want to start something, I'm going to blow your heads off.
Heat. Heat.
I'm not one of you yet. Come and get it.
Two down, more to go.
Wake the Jojo. You can't see the marauders with both your eyes closed.
You're pretty.
Real pretty.
All we get to look at as marauders. And we're not too far away from being ones ourselves.
A year or maybe less.
>> We all have our cross to bear, don't we?
I had a wife, two kids.
They're dead now along with the rest of the world. It's like living in a science fiction movie that never ends.
>> We were researching the virus. It took us a really long time to find the cure, but we did.
>> You sure were safe down in your bubble playing with the fish.
>> Sharks, not fish. We did the best we could under the conditions. And what conditions were those? Safety, warmth, companionship, purpose.
All we got were misery.
You come here with your cure for A BUNCH OF MINDLESS NOMADS WHO DON'T want it.
Water.
I had to kill two marauders. They're getting more bold and vicious.
>> We better be careful out there. Not that we all have something to live for.
Get her a drink.
YOU ROTTEN DEMONS. COME AND GET US IF you dare.
>> What are we GOING TO DO NOW, MACE? I have a plan. First, we'll eat dinner.
Come on, let's break out the rations.
>> The way I see it, we got all the cards when we find the authorities.
>> If we find authorities, what do you propose we do?
>> We have the serum and we have her. Both are good bargaining chips.
>> I want a million dollars.
>> Oh, that's all. We can have anything we want, you idiots. Money is worthless.
What we want is power. Power to rule over everyone.
>> So, what's the plan, Mace?
>> We still have the raft by the beach.
We can paddle out to the old research base and see if anyone is still there.
Somebody has to be there and we deal with them.
>> Why not walk?
>> Too many marauders. You're forgetting about the sharks.
>> Hey, what's this about sharks?
>> People aren't the only ones affected by this virus. Sharks are, too. And it makes them blood hungry. When I washed ashore, I saw a swarm of them.
>> May maybe walking ain't such a bad idea.
I never did like THE WATER.
>> WE'LL TAKE the boat.
It's safer that way. And I'm not afraid of no sharks.
>> It's your funeral.
I'd back off if I were you.
>> Why is that, smart mouth?
>> Because if you kill me, you decrease your chance at leverage. Once that serum is gone, only I can make a new batch.
>> Gather our stuff. We're moving out.
Take him out.
Where'd she go?
>> We got to find her.
Come on. Where's Jim? We got to find her.
>> You better help Mace find you first, [ __ ] You can't escape us. The marauders will find you if we don't.
>> Any sign of her?
>> She's nowhere to be found. Mace, >> she'll go to the beach. It's not safe in the woods. She knows we have a boat there. Come on.
I have to find that boat.
I'll take my chances with the shark.
The boat has to be hidden here somewhere.
Oh, you cost us a lot of trouble, girly.
And after we showed you so much hospitality, thanks for getting the boat ready.
>> Screw you.
>> There'll be time for that later. Jojo, get the boat launched.
I don't think this is such a good idea.
>> DO AS YOU TOLD YOU, HALF WIT, and be quick about it.
>> See you, big baby. There's nothing to be afraid of.
We're not getting out of here.
>> No, you're not getting out of here.
>> Are you okay, miss?
>> Yes. Thank you.
>> You're from the Signis research facility?
>> Yes.
>> You have orders to come with me. We traced a recon signal from your escape pod to this island. Do you have the serum?
>> Is it too late?
>> No, ma'am. But the world isn't the same.
Never will be.

>> Why there?
>> It's all that's left of humanity.
