Christ our Passover cop.
In 2022, he got another vision. It was about commemorating the suffering, death and burial and resurrection of Jesus so that the coming generation will not one day deny the sacrifice of Christ on the cross that gave birth to Christ our Passover in 2023 which involves ministering in him songs opra and drama exaltation and prayers. He has been he has seen something similar during his school days in at uni learning. His pastor quickly agreed with the vision and he became the church major program on Good Fridays since 2023. COP is an interdenominational event with the choir and drama ministers coming from different churches. Sunset Dr. Sunday went to be with his creator in the early hours of Thursday May 14 2026 at the age of 44.
His sudden demise caused widespread money across to your state drawing profound tributes from the Bumashaw community, patients and fellow medical colleagues who saw his passing as a great loss to medical practice in O state in particular and Nigeria in general. He survived by his dear wife, children, aged parents and aged parents. His passing left a deep vacuum in the Bumash community where he was regarded as a father comforter and a quiet force of hope.

That's what following family, extended family.
Dr. Rabio is a friend and a partner in Christ our Passover program. You are welcome sir.
>> Okay. Um like said I'm Dr. Rabio uh a dean at the redeemed present church of God in uh to the glory of God in 2022 when um Dr. caught division Christ our Passover.
So intentionally he said the word is expressly given to him that it's going to be an interdenational program not only for his local church. So that's why uh our path made it crossed and um when he shared the vision with me um I openly embraced it because um right from childhood this is what I support and we started in 2023 I don't know for any reason he said I'll be in charge of managing the finance of all activities. I ran that program and um to the glory of God, he's always been the the greatest financial of the program. He will give us fund without looking back. He will give us free hand to disperse fund to every department, our acquired media, all sorts, drama department. And it is us that we even be giving him reports you see is the to the glory of God.
this year's own made it the fourth edition that we had in um on April 3rd.
April 1st was a Wednesday. So we had to visit um in the in our usual practice we go to the less privileged motherless baby home. We have visited correctional centers in the past part of the program that is loaded for the event. So before Good Friday of every year, we do that.
So on April 1st this year, he said, "Okay, we are visiting uh twin dad uh motherless baby home. We've written ahead to them and he said I should be the one that will minister at that event."
When I look at my schedule, I'm always a busy person and I I the spirit was telling me that I should not deny it. I graced shortly accepted.
What baffled me is that Dr. Lad G was is a very humble person. He said it is me that God is saying I should minister.
When I got to the premises of the church, I saw two buses waiting for me loaded and they were waiting for me that I must follow them. And thank God I obeyed. After this event this year on um Good Friday, there were a lot of up things that happened during the program.
Fine is is the financial is the one that gave us money. But he called meeting to review the event. During the meeting, he said it almost like seven times that this program is something God has given to him that we here happened that he felt that he offended people. He set up a committee to of reconciliation. were like you didn't offend people. He said no. He felt that there's somebody that we needed to um um uh plead with. We set up a committee. We had a committee that um we had we had some engagement um till the dead of the night where on the conference call he said I should be the one that will chair that meeting. What the meeting was for? To beg and plead.
He told me that he he needed to clear ways of anything that we hinder.
We didn't even know what he was doing.
We're like nobody you didn't offend this. In fact, the person that were even begging was saying that doctor you didn't offend me. But he said God told him to do it so that if there's anything that we hinder, he likes to keep his part straight.
So um I want to plead with all of us that Christ our Passover project has been committed to all of us. This is an event that we do every Good Friday and like he pleaded and said several times that this program must continue. So I believe that it will continue. His legacy lives on. He has a very short time but he did so much for humanity.
May God bless his soul in Jesus name.
Amen.
Plat section of Dr. Lad was a friend. We worked together in Baptist Medical Center before we departed and we met again in the medical center in our medical setting in Oruro Fellowa Baptist Church. Sh since he has joined us, we don't normally buy any drugs. He will supply us all things and whenever we have an outreach, he will stand by and he will follow us up to the letters. We appreciate God for his life. Pray that God will be with the family and the children and the church he left behind.
Femolani is my name.
I want to ask that um I've been asked to speak on behalf of all the partic fellowship University of Lori alumni. I would like to ask that if you are passed through that institution, can you please rise? I am speaking on your behalf. Just rise. Thank you.
Um, brother Sunday Oladi, I have the privilege by the grace of God to um, meet with him in the University of I have an a rare opportunity to be his mentor by way of um, decorations.
the very first unit he joined where he um led in the University of Lori, I handed over that um office to him. I recall that um while I was going to serve, I had started um a company and I was going to close it down and then he told me he said um Rafi let me manage it. So I handed over my handset because they've known that um number I handed over the answer and the office to him and I traveled. I I served in Pini and surprisingly just one day in youth service I think I had a call from him. I said how are you doing? How is everything?
I said let me even check the account because there was an account for that company and I saw some money there. I said I said you put money in the account. He smiled. He said sir yes that we did some jobs. I had some jobs that we did for some association of medical blah blah blah. I said ah I said I said the company you should just manage it and support yourself in school. That's how very committed he was even as a student. He had been he had been that committed and with integrity.
What failed me when I heard the news somebody just called me on the morning of um that day that he passed that Dr. Ladage is not is no more. I said no it's not possible.
I I I I said no.
I want to thank God because one of the things that is coming to me that is clearer now is that he started out early.
He started to follow everything that God put on his mind early and um to the glory of God he had impacted more lives than we can count.
the the number that is seated here is just a fraction in the number of lives that God has helped him to touch and that is the consolation that we have that he started out early to impact lives and to pursue everything that God gave him.
I trust the Lord that his legacies will live on >> in the mighty name of Jesus. The Lord will stand by and comfort and console and strengthen the heart of his heartrop and all the family members in Jesus name.
>> Amen.
And my speaking on behalf of the family first and foremost we give glory to God.
Dr. Sunday lived an exemplary life.
simple to a fault. At times I look at him simple chief medical director you will never know he lived a simple life.
So, how do you intend to achieve that?
My name is Dorin S. I'm not Nigerian.
Dr. Oli was our family doctor.
We have there's there are a lot of testimonies to share, but I'm going to share this particular one that came to my mind the day I heard of his demise.
God used him to save my son.
I gave birth to that boy at Mainspring Hospital.
One year, 8 months later, he wasn't walking.
He was just sitting and he was very sick. He was admitted at the hospital.
We were there for more than a week and there was no improvement. His case was getting worse. I remember a friend called me and said, "What are you still doing in that hospital? Ask him to discharge you. How will you pay the bills?" But each time my husband went to him, I said, "Doctor, please update us about the bill." He will say, "Don't worry. My priority is this child's health."
There was a day I got discouraged because nothing this child had been for more than a week. Nothing was going on.
I was already preparing my mind that we may end up leaving Nigeria without this child and my family may never see him.
I was so discouraged already. When he entered the world, he saw the discouragement on my face and he said, "Madam, don't worry. This child will be fine." I said, "Doctor, I'm already discouraged." When he came back into the word, I could sense that he had gone to pray. He entered with a kind of boldness that was uncommon and he said, "This child will be fine and this child will never come back to the hospital again."
I I hung on his faith because my faith was gone. He asked the nurses, "Change everything. Give this one. Give this one." By evening this child that had not been eating for over a week asked for food and the next day when he came to check the child, the child was playing.
We were discharged. He did not charge us for the bed fee for almost two weeks.
And he divided our total bill into two.
And from February 2025 till today, that child has never gone to the hospital.
Dr. Ole has been a family doctor to us to my husband and despite all our health challenges when we get in there he will never ask have you paid anything he will always say doctor you always say pastor your health is our priority and I hope that God will help us to find someone that can continue with his legacy.
I saw a man who served God with all dedication and I'm asking myself if I were to go today would I be able to have served as dedicated as he served and my prayer our prayer is with the family with the hospital team and we trust that God is going to comfort us all. Thank you.
>> Good morning everybody. My name is Reverend Father Samson Babat Joe the immediate past parish priest of St. Federinand Catholic Church of Bulma and now the parish priest of St. Steven Catholic Church Apara O. I am the CSM block leader for your state. So I'm here in many capacities.
uh the Khan chairman of your state has asked me to commiserate with the entire uh Baptist family in Obama over the demise of our brother. Uh my bishop also sent greetings who is out of the country. Why? because I cannot count the number of Catholic parishioners in Obama who are using Mainspring Hospital and they have always been testifying to what doctor has always been doing for them and personally he became my personal doctor while I was in Ubumaw here since uh Dr. uh Ambrose at once he left the country I immediately uh changed to his hospital apart from his codiality is friendliness is compassionate and everything let me just share this little testimony last year uh November my mother was sick not critically uh I took her I brought her to Bumos and took her to Latech teaching hospital and um at a time this was a woman who walked into the hospital by herself things started changing. She was on oxygen and when it wasn't uh sufficient they said she needed a ventilator and to let us know how terrible our country has become as at November last year I was personal personally told that there was only one ventilator working at LA hospital so I immediately called Dr. Ladi who picked my call just at once. He said, "Father, I have one. If you can come and pick it and you have somebody to operate it and that was the dilemma. We were still looking for somebody to operate the ventilator when my mother died eventually and I called him never to bother again. Sincerely speaking, I am supposed to be in Ibadon today for the funeral of the immediate past vice chairman of Canoyo State, Reverend Dr. Kalawi, but I choose to be here to honor Dr. Ladi for what he has always been for the little time I encountered him.
Sincerely, as a Catholic, if Dr. Dr. Ladi were to be a Catholic, I can assure you that it will not be long when his process of canonization will begin. But I still want to say that Dr. Ladi was and is a living saint and by the grace of God, he will never lose his reward in heaven.
>> Madam, please accept our consolation.
May the Lord comfort you and you will never be alone. May the Lord bless your children and where their father could not attain in life they will go farther more than that through Christ our Lord.
Thank you.
>> Thank you very much Smas for the opportunity to speak though we came late. My name is Julius Dari and I stand here representing his classmates in medical school University of Lauren. We were classmates. I have some of my other classmates here with me. They are over there. Can you please rise as I say these few words on behalf of all of us?
Uh on 14th of May at about 10:49 a.m.
one of us posted on our class page that those of us who are around should kindly confirm if the news is true. And sadly it was true.
We this is somebody personally I want to say that throughout my days in medical school we've always called him bra because of his way of life he was ever smiling ever accommodating and he's always very welcoming and I was saying in the car as we were coming that he was somebody that knew what he wanted to be way ahead of many of us. This took us by.
Of course, nobody will plan for a thing like this, but our platform has not remained the same since the departure of this beloved brother. It is our prayer that the almighty God will be with his family.
We uphold everything he has left behind.
We pray that the almighty God will keep the wife and children in Jesus name.
Thank you. The last person that we will give the opportunity to is Dr. Samson Adok Mea Good morning uh the organizers and the leadership of this program.
Good morning our people from uh Our Baptist Church where he worshiped before he died.
Uh I had the only little I had just little time in contact with uh Dr. that we used to see in the church.
I know him as a medical doctor and of course as the CMD of Mainspring.
But uh about a month ago, my friend, my brother, Mr. told me that he bought a medical socks and he advised that I get the socks to so I asked where did you get it from? He said from Dr. Ladis.
So we contacted him and why I'm making this testimony that I thought that I should have gone to meet him to collect the sauce but he requested to know where I was and where I was was honestly not convenient for him to come because it was not my house.
It was a hotel where Mr. is uh managing and himself and the wife in the night came to meet me and I wondered why he will come down to meet me at that time when I know that patients will be waiting for him in the hospital.
He came and he took his time to wear the socks for me.
He gave me three pairs of the socks and uh he said each of them was around uh 200,000 or so.
So I said okay 600 you should give me his account details.
He said ah he will not collect money from me. I said why?
I said how will this business thrive if you will not? He insisted and the wife to laugh jokingly and said, "So, so when I heard about his death, that was the thing that struck me most."
I said, "Ah, this was the man that gave me three pairs of socks the and that was the last time I met him. So certainly I will not forget such a thing and that's why I said I must be here.
Uh I didn't come to make triple. I didn't come to make testimony but I just said I must be here.
Uh my prayer goes to his the entire family because looking at his age, he is he should have been alive for the parents to continue to be happy seeing such the person and also should have in our life to take care of his wife and the children but we have nothing to do we have nothing to say than to the fall into the will of God prayer to also the church that he left behind because that gap will be there anytime they mention mention his name. I usually feel happy that uh we have this man in Olua Baptist Church.
Well, I'm not say that uh he shouldn't have been at or uh I don't want to mention the other church but those of you who know Dr. I'm sure he would have preferred that such a man would have been there since he's always with Dr. Shalawa.
So I also appeal to all of us to take hearts and accept that this is what God desired for him.
uh without taking so much of our time, I'd say thank you for this opportunity given to me.
Praise the Lord.
The Lord said in every situation we should thank him.
So we should give glory to God.
For me it was beyond shock.
A week before his death I called him as usual. I normally call him before I come to the hospital and he will say biggie a 110 I'll get to the hospital 2 minutes to 10. I'll say doctor I'm outside. He said I'll open the door patient will be there. Said no no no.
And then you will call madame and the nurses will bring my card.
I have never seen that in any hospital but he means break.
I want to thank Dr. Law for this opportunity because if I didn't say it out my spirit will not forgive me.
Today I'm wearing a shoe for God and Dr. Ladich. This leg would have been amputated.
I got sick in the US.
I was diagnosed of diabetic ulcer.
I never had sugar problem before I went to the Americas.
When I was discharged from Queen's Hospital in New York, I came back to Lagos and I was seeing specialists in Lagos. Spent a lot of money.
One day my mind just said, "Why don't you see Dr. Ladum show?" So I had one of my sons to drive me to show ah he said day. I said, "I'm back." Said, "But I have issues with my leg." Said, "Let me see it." And I showed him normally I wear a size 13.
People don't give me shoes only.
And then my leg had become like size 20.
So I looked at it. He looked at it and he said, "I just want you to say you can't go home with what I'm seeing here."
And I was admitted.
He had for series of tests which was carried out and at the end of the day he said biggie this leg is infected and I cannot discharge you until I see that he is good. So I remained in that hospital for about a week and then he recommended the socks and the drugs and the injections and everything was going on.
At the end of the day he discharged me said I should come back two weeks. I went back said it's improving and then I started wearing my shoes back and I said God thank you for knowing this man they would have given me prosthetic legs but of course I'm sure that if that had happened I would have poisoned myself.
So for him I am alive and so for many others here.
There was a day a man came and met me and there was he said they should go and treat the man first. I ask a simple question.
He does not ask for money before treating you. He treats you and then asks you to go and pay and then you come back and say Dr. Kumasu no hospital does that in Nigeria. No hospital no hospital and that is gone is a shock to many of us is a shock to Bumash land.
And I pray that God Almighty will look at his good deeds >> and prosper all the manifestation of promotions, abundance, prosperity unto his children as his family.
>> May his soul rest in perfect peace.
It is well with all of us.
All right, let's close our eyes as we pray together.
Wow.
We quickly welcome Christ our Passover drama unit for their presentation and immediately we listen to we will listen to special song from Christ our Passover mass choir. So Christ our Passover drama unit, the seventh day, the Sabbath of the Lord.
Hifa was shi or logba owned one of the biggest farms in the village.
Many laborers worked for him.
On a faithful day, he visited his farm to check on the laborers.
There he discovered that one stood out among them.
Some day Bak Baka, Priscilia, Sad, Sunday, Enoch, go back to the farm.
Your work is not done properly.
And all the laborers stood before loba, the farm owner, one after the other. They go to know the rewards of their works and the outcome of their evaluation.
You tried but you can add more to your effort.
Go back and work harder.
Work is good when done it faithfully.
And don't let us forget that we are going to be rewarded by the master.

Will people attend your funeral out of love or out of force?

There are testimonies from the life of our brother that I want to use to challenge us. Number one, calling.
Please know what God has called you for.
Some lives are not manifesting the way they ought to because they are like square pegs in a round hole.
They are fighting for relevance but relevance is not attending to their work because where they are is not where God ordained they should be.
And so you need to know your purpose.
only the highest score PDS.
If LAK has given him definitely he would have finished from Ltech but he wanted mercy. He saw mercy as an avenue to bless life. He saw it as an avenue to touch lives. And you need to discover your purpose.
Lori which I'm already doing on my Facebook page on Instagram and doing it on different platforms. I call it the journey of discovery of purpose. It pains my heart. It saddened my heart that he left in the middle of that journey. But still yet is a reference point to what I am trying to dail and trying to eat through in our generation.
Doctor competence.
Jaffa seeest thou a man that is diligent in his ways. He will stand before kings, not before midmen.
going for Competence.
Competence has to do with your training, your skills, your knowledge, your experience. It is what gives you the ability to do something successfully or efficiently.
Please show competence.
Let people see that you have mastered this thing. Let people know that you are highly skilled in this matter.
for doctor.
Daddy doctor.
Uh-huh.
Good character.
Everybody has concluded that our brother had a good character.
Did I get it right?
>> Wary permits me to challenge you.
Dr. Billy Graham said when wealth or when wealth is lost he said nothing is lost.
Then he said when health when health is lost he said something is lost. But that great man said when character is lost he said all is lost. Now I just want to summarize what he said.
If you don't have character you had nothing in life.
Whatever it is that you are climbing with health or wealth it won't amount to anything. Character can rubbish and it is rubbish in lives. People really pay attention to it. And I want to speak to all my colleagues and friends who knew the Lord Jesus Christ as we close.
If you don't have character, salvation and um speaking in tongues is also useless. At least in our generation, many people are not coming to church because the person that we lead does not have character.

>> Um, first of all, I want to greet all the pastors. I want to follow along using the commercial president as a point of contact and then also using um Miga as a point of contact to all my fathers and I'm so sorry my voice is shaking because it's been a sad moment in Gumashaw for a while and um this pattern has been continuing and And I believe whatever you do is beyond prayers. It's time for be to be selfless amongst ourself.
Sunday Deji when I was coming when my friend came to pick me up he said something to me. He said since the death of Akala Mosa has not mourned like this and this is evident because truly truly a fair cannot collect this crowd. So this is evidence that truly truly he was a good person. This is evidence that truly truly he was a selfless person because like he said if I call people most of them but this is pure love. These are people sitting down here because they are here because of the goodness of one man. A 44 year old man. You should realize that Akala that they were comparing him to Akala was 72.
This man is a 44 year old man. Imagine he lived to 70.
Imagine the impact he would have in our nation. Not just here for so long so good there's been a dark cloud over and that dark cloud is what is causing this doubt amongst us as brothers and friends.
Someone said ah this is a spiritual attack and I said because of disunityity amongst us is why we would think that this is a spiritual attack because we do not love each other enough and why don't we do that because our leaders are fighting our leaders in order to be taking care of us. That's why I said we have to be selfless in this.
My pastor, before you go to Lagos, I know you are being transferred to Lagos.
This should be one of your last duties.
Please make peace in there's no peace in Gumshaw. We're just trying our best from now till next year.
If the head, if there's problem with the head, there will always be problem with the body. Our leaders are fighting.
We need peace in We saw this during the time of Akala and Shu.
When Akala and Shong were fighting, lost everything.
Shaw lost everything.
Politically, Loyal states they always waited for Bumash. Bumos determine who will be governor. But when Akala and Shed fighting, it stopped.
We started sharing scraps.
Now the same thing is happening again.
There's a fight in town of our leaders of our elders.
Please my voice is shaking because it's been going for so long. Throughout the weekend I was at home. I couldn't I didn't go for any of our programs. We had primaries. My primaries I did not go for it. the um the all the rep I didn't go for any political activity this week I was at home crying that when would this stop when would we go back to show of love used to be a town when where I knew Euroba taka once you enter we will embrace you now everybody is fighting brothers do not trust each other anymore Please, we are too young. We can't go and talk to our fathers. The waring power. You cannot talk to anybody cuz we are young.
Please. That's why I said what is selflessness.
is the selflessness to take away this dark cloud over us. Is the selflessness from your your part to please speak to let let this peace come back. Let us be let us be united as one so that the the the the sacrifice the death of this young man will not be in vain. Let us know that please let that be the story. God bless all of us. God bless.
God bless Nigeria. Thank you so much for this opportunity to speak. I might not get opportunity again to speak in front of genuine crowd like he said. This is a genuine crowd. This is not a political crowd. This is not BPC PDP. No, this is genuine crowd. This is people that love Ubum. And in this in in closing to the family, I would love to give a lifetime scholarship to any of the children any one of them. I don't know about a lifetime scholarship and also the program that he started Christ our Passover. I want to assure you that every year you have a lifetime sponsor.
Thank you so much for this opportunity and God bless you all. Thank you so much.
