This video demonstrates a complete medical check-up process for anthropomorphic characters, including vital sign monitoring (brain activity, breathing, heart rate), physical examinations (head, eyes, ears, nose, throat), and treatment procedures (aspirin administration, bandaging, temperature measurement, vitamin C injection, ear cleaning, and allergy medication). The check-up involves systematic assessment of symptoms, monitoring of vital signs, and appropriate medical interventions based on the patient's condition.

Smiling Critter Check Up | Poppy Playtime ASMRAjouté :
Okay. So, what am I needed for today?
Oh, some of the smiling critters need to be looked over. Okay.
Yeah, no worries. Um, three of them. Not too bad.
Yeah, I can handle that. Um, is there anything I need to know beforehand?
They're a little freaked out.
Well, rightfully so. I mean, we're not supposed to talk about it, but yeah. I can see you already have the outdoor noises on, though, so that should help relax them a bit.
Okay. So, if the room is all ready, we can go ahead and start getting them seen. Not sure how long it'll take me. I see you have minor notes here about what's going on with each of them.
Okay. And everything's set up.
There's nothing I'm going to need that isn't already here.
Are you sure?
Okay.
All right, then. So, if that is everything, uh, they can start coming in. I think what we're going to see kick and chicken first.
Okay. Yep.
All right, then. I guess I will call them in.
Kicking chicken.
State your number, please.
Okay. Yep. Come on in.
Hello, Cook and Chicken. So, what is bothering you today? I got a note saying that you weren't doing too good.
Okay, so your head is hurting you. Have you done any extruous activities that would cause your head to hurt you?
Okay. Flailing well tests running.
It doesn't seem very smart, but um that's why I'm here to help you out. So, first I do need to attach some of these 10ens units as you know it's standard here.
Go ahead and take note of your brain activity, your breathing, all of the sort. Let's see. Stick this one here.
I know you're not too great with your balance still.
This one here.
Let me grab my gloves as um I should be treating you with them on.
I hope you are enjoying the outdoor sounds.
I'm sure they remind you of your childhood.
Okay, so let's check your breathing.
like I said.
Okay, I'm just going to place this here.
I know you're a little scared, but please breathe normally.
I'm just going to listen to your heart now.
All right.
You okay there?
Perfect.
Going to look you over for any lumps or bumps. As you mentioned, you hit your head.
There we go.
Okay, let me look at your eyes.
Good. Say ah for me.
Okay.
And I'll check the back of your head as well.
You do appear to have a pretty large bump at the back of your head right under your chicken hair.
Yeah.
So, I assume you fell backwards.
Okay. Yeah. Let me take some notes real quick.
and a bump that back.
All right.
So, what I can do for you Let's give you an aspirin and we'll wrap your head up. The readings on the monitor over here are looking okay. Clearly, you're panicked, but um it's no problem. Just take that.
Swallow it.
Great.
Okay.
Go ahead and get your temperature.
If you could just Well, you can't really hold that in your mouth, can you?
I'll assist you.
There we go.
Just waiting for it to beep.
Any moment now.
Okay.
All right. You're normal for you.
Let's go ahead and look at your mouth real quick.
Everything's looking all right. Otherwise, okay, let me get the wrap and we'll get your head all wrapped up and then you'll be on your way.
I'll pull these off of you now.
And the one at the back where the cord may be. Here it is.
Still stable.
You nearly fainted on me earlier.
Just checking. Get a measurement of your head as well.
Right where the bump is so we can monitor if it is improving or not.
turn around. Okay, make a note of that.
Great.
Okay, get you wrapped up and you'll be on your way.
Please don't pass out on me.
This is going to take a couple of wraps.
Do my best to keep it out of your eyes.
All right. And I'll just give a tear at the back there.
You look like you're about to work out.
Have you ever thought of starting a workout tapes with chick kicking chicken?
Kicking butt with kick and chicken. That sounds like a great Okay, I'll stop pitching ideas. You are all set.
these heads back to play care.
If you are not there within the next 10 minutes, we will be notified. So, please make sure you get to your assigned spot.
Make a note in the computer. Okay.
I hope you feel better in the next few days and go ahead and call the next patient in if you would. We are going to be checking out Bobby.
There should only be one Bobby out there as far as I'm aware.
Thank you.
All right. Welcome in, Bobby. What can I help you with today?
Not feeling too great. Okay, we'll take your temperature first. I'll place the nodes on you. Where did my thermometer go?
It's all clean and ready to go for you.
Just place this in your mouth.
I know you smiling critters cannot hold this in your own mouth. So I am just assisting any moment now.
These things are ancient.
Okay. Okay. Okay. All right. That reading is a little iffy there. Let me pull out our other thermometer.
Did recently get a newer one.
I will just cross compare them.
Okay, here we go.
And we don't need the sound on that.
All right.
It does look the same across the both of them.
So, place that down. It's a bit high.
Um, oh, nearly forgot. Can you state your number for me, please? I just want to make sure I have the right one.
Okay, perfect.
Let's get those nodes on you.
One at the top.
and the one at the back.
Me check the reading on the computer.
Okay, all good there.
Brain activity is looking as it should.
Just going to go ahead and place this on your chest. Please breathe normally.
Okay, now around this way.
Okay, let's listen to your heart.
sounding okay.
Your breathing was a little congested for sure.
You're not sounding stuffed, but I'm not sure how that I mean, you're stuffed. Let's be real, but um not not hearing any congestion in your voice. So, this is an interesting find.
All right.
Depressor.
and my light. Where did I place it?
Here.
Okay. Go ahead and say ah.
Okay.
Let's see. any redness in your throat.
Can you remind me what your symptoms are?
Mhm.
Okay.
Ears. Okay, I'll check those.
Just feeling under the weather.
Okay.
Yeah, you did have a temperature. Maybe you're just not doing great right now.
Do you have a cough at all?
Okay. It's not super consistent. I was going to say you haven't coughed in here at all. Weren't coughing when I was listening to your chest. So, we'll just give you a pretty good look over and then treat you how we can.
Going to just look at your eyes real quick.
Okay.
Cover one.
I'm going to take a look at your nose.
See if anything's clogged up there.
Grab my attachment.
Well, first I'm going to look in your ears. I don't want to go from your ears to your or from your nose to your ears.
That would not be uh the most clean experience now would it?
Just hold still for me. Get a good look in here.
Okay.
Sorry if I'm leaning over you odd.
There's not much space on that side of the table.
All right. Well, that was nothing really backing up into there, which is good. We'll keep an eye on that. Just going to look up your nose real quick.
And the other side.
Oh, yeah. Looks like a little bit of a little bit of stuff dried up there.
Okay. Well, have you been making sure to uh eat and drink?
Okay. I'm going to definitely recommend that you drink fluids.
Um but please do try to eat something provided by the cafeteria.
Um you do need nutrients. I understand there might have been a lot of anxiety and panic and that can also make you feel kind of sick and just make you susceptible to catching something.
So, um, making sure you're doing that, taking care of yourself, drink some juice.
Let me see what I've got back here.
I think I'm going to give you an injection so that way we can fight this illness a little quicker.
It's just vitamin C. Okay. Just going to push that in right here.
All right. We'll just hold that for a moment.
Do you need a band-aid?
Okay, I will get you one.
Don't have any of the fun ones today, but that should work.
All right.
And I'm going to just take a few measurements.
Need to keep an eye on your nutrition.
Like I said, don't want you to start withering away on us.
You can see you have your cuff on this one. So, should be about the same as the other side, which is good.
Just your leg here.
other leg. Pardon me.
Great.
And I'm just going to get as close as I can to the expected measurement. Yep.
Because I know I got the sensors on your head and your torso and your ears.
Okay. Well, please make sure to take care of yourself. Like I said, if you feel you need another vitamin C injection or any kind of fever reducing medications, I can get those to you. But I suggest bed rest right now.
So, you will be going back to your room in the playare and I would say give yourself two days rest of today and all of tomorrow.
Okay.
And I will make all of the Miss Delights aware as well as anyone else you should be meeting with, your counselors and such.
And um I don't believe you have any visits set up for pairing with children. So yep, just get yourself taken care of. Do you want any fever reducing medications?
Okay, you're going to see how you do with the vitamin C and eating. Great choice.
Um, on your way out, if you have no other questions, um, don't want to rush you, but, uh, if you would call in Bubba, thank you so much. Let me get those sensors off of you.
Okay. One, two.
Perfect.
All right. You sure you're ready to head out?
Okay. I hope you feel better. If anything lasts longer than those two days, please make me aware. Okay.
All right.
Get some rest.
All right. Hello, Bubba. Welcome in to the clinic.
How are you doing?
Okay. You have an earachche. That is what I have written here. Um, could you give me your number, please?
Okay.
And you look like you have been covered in a little bit of dust. A little dirty.
I would assume that may be contributing to your ear ache.
Oh, okay. You were found in places you did not belong. I see. Okay. Um well, hopefully you don't start triggering my allergies because I am allergic to dust. So, let me get some monitors on you and we will go from there.
Do all the usual listening to your breathing and such. And I know you have a balancing problem due to your ears being quite large. It is, I imagine, difficult to get used to having a new weight that you didn't have before. All right, check the computer real quick.
Scans are going through. It's perfect.
Now, ear ache. Let me listen to your chest first.
Not feeling ill in any other way.
Are you sure?
Okay. Well, I'm going to check anyway.
Just breathe normally.
No need to be nervous.
I can hear your heart racing.
There you go. Losing balance, huh?
Okay, I'm just going to listen to your heart.
Yep. Just relax. Relax.
It's okay.
Everything is okay.
Breathing and heart sounded good.
I said I am going to take your temperature. Let me just get this.
Let me try again.
Okay.
Let's say that is normal.
Maybe slightly high, but you're still in normal range. When did your ears start bothering you?
Okay.
So, just today.
All right. Let me take a look at your eyes.
All right, grab a tongue depressor.
Going to do a whole once over because just had a Bobby in here that was not feeling too great. Say uh please.
Can you open any wider?
Okay, thank you.
Take a look.
Well, I'll take a look in your nose first. I think I could change the head on this.
See, your snout is quite wide.
Let's go ahead and take a look in your snout.
Okay.
And I'll be looking in your ears.
Okay. Yeah, they look a little irritated. Um, do you have allergies by chance?
All right. I'm going to come around here. Try to look.
See?
Yeah, they're looking Sorry, I might have deflated your ear there.
They're looking a little irritated on the inside. Um, if you had allergies previously, they probably carried over.
I'll get a swab though just to confirm.
Were you on an allergy medication?
Okay, this stuff should have been noted in your file, but it was not. So, just pull up on your ear here and go in.
Sorry if it is uncomfortable.
Okay, that's one ear.
And the other one as well.
Need good samples for testing.
Close that up.
And what was your number again?
Okay. Thought so.
Get that tested for you.
Okay.
So, I can give you an allergy medication to help.
We can either do an ingestable or an injection.
The injection would work faster of course, but I do understand a fear of the needles.
Um, if your ears are bothering you that much, then I would say let's go the faster route.
Okay.
Believe that's a good choice. I can also clean out your ears really quick.
I do have a kit.
Actually, I have two kits.
See what I need here.
And then I can rinse them out with a saline solution.
All right, we'll do that.
So, I've got my kits prepared.
Trying to give you the most relief we can. Don't worry, this one is the rinse, not not the injection.
All right. So, this one is best given in the thigh. So, I'm just going to do that real quick. You can look away if you want to. It's just real simple and it's done.
Okay. Put a little bit of pressure on it. Would you like a band-aid?
Okay. I'll grab one of those. If you want to keep applying pressure, you can.
Otherwise, it should be fine.
Again, I don't have the fun designs today, but I do have bandits.
Okay.
Struggling with the band-aid.
Perfect. Here you go. Right there.
And we'll save the rinse for after I've done the cleaning. We mark that we're doing the cleaning.
Sorry, I'm shaking the table. Hope you're okay.
And histamine.
All right.
Okay. Just going to go in here.
Grab the one for the other side.
This just grabs all the initial dirt and debris at the opening.
Okay.
And then I'm going to go in with See if I do this way. There we go.
Scoop.
Scoop out any of the ickiness.
Yeah. Remember to keep your hands away from your ears. We don't want anything else getting caught in here and causing infection.
All right, let me switch this out.
Grab a clean one and do the same thing.
Okay, take a look.
Still a little bit back here.
Okay, looking good.
Keeping your balance.
I know when our ears don't feel good, our equilibrium can be thrown off.
Go in with a silicone Q-tip now and collect any fuzz or anything else that could be collected. Try to remove the allergen.
Use the other side for this side.
All right, that looks great.
Check the inside one more time.
Good.
Looking better aside from the redness that is just the irritation that comes with the allergy.
So, we will flush you now with a saline solution.
And this will make your ears feel a little bit better for the time being just because there's moisture being added to any dryness and irritation that's happening inside of them. Okay.
So, let's start with this one.
Just go ahead and inject some.
And because you're plush, the fluid may not run out all at once. It might kind of get absorbed.
There you go.
today. Um, I would also recommend for you to take it easy.
The fluid will be draining from your ears at some point. Not a lot, not as much as I put in, but um, it will be.
So, I'd recommend laying on your sides so we don't keep that water in your head. Drain out as much as we can.
So, just bed rest for today. The antihistamine should kick in. and you should feel better. Um, until we get that sorted out because it's interesting that your allergies followed over, uh, you will probably have to come back in and get that injection every 4 days will start wearing off.
So, if it's sooner, let me know. We'll figure out a different plan.
Okay, that's have been taken.
Do you have any questions, comments, or concerns?
Yeah, let me I can't remember if I mentioned doing that.
I need to get this out of here, but we will brush the outside of your ear. All right.
Okay. My hands are sterile. I will be holding your ear with one of my unglloved hands.
Got your balance. Right.
And then this one.
Okay, removed anything extra there.
So, get that bed rest. Like I said, keep me updated on the state of your allergies and I hope you feel better in the next few days. Okay.
All right, let's get the sensors off.
Okay, you are good to go. Bye-bye. Thank you for coming in. Please come back if you need me.
All right, goodbye now.
