The difference being, civil liberties are guaranteed in the Constitution, in the first 10 amendments called the Bill of Rights, [ __ ] And guess what?

[00:03:34]No average citizen can violate your civil liberties, only the government can. Now, on the other side are civil rights, which are, well, statutory in nature, and they protect people from discrimination based upon your race, gender, religion, creed, and all that.

That's a civil rights violation right there. So, why don't you actually take the time and learn this crap instead of making yourself look like a complete [ __ ] on camera?
