[00:00:00]As long as you've been doing this thing, what types of real estate investing [music] transactions have you been a part of and which ones have made you the most money?

[00:00:10]>> I do own two commercial buildings. One I'm getting beat down on, [music] so definitely not going to say I'm a commercial real estate expert. I have a rental portfolio. I built houses, fix and flip, do the room rental. The thing that makes me the most money wholesale. I don't think I'm ever stop wholesale. Be real with you. Really? I don't think I'm ever stop. No.

[00:00:32]>> That's a high paying job though, not saying It's a very high paying job.

[00:00:36]>> Isn't isn't the point to get away from the labor? To get away from the manual work?

[00:00:41]>> yeah, like I just don't know any other thing where I can create 20, 30K, 40K out of thin air. Thin air? Just pushing papers?

[00:00:50]>> Just pushing papers. Yeah. I know over the years that people have got into teaching how to build this whole selling business. Like putting 10 and 15 people in an office cold calling because you can make 70, 80, [music] 90 thousand dollars a month. Right. Is that your business model today? I always was keeping lean type of guy. Yeah. You know, don't just go out there and just build a bunch of expenses.
