Independent housing programs provide safe, shared living arrangements for adults who cannot afford traditional housing but have their own income sources (such as social security, disability, or VA benefits). These programs operate as for-profit businesses where operators get paid per bed without requiring licenses, zoning permits, or property ownership. The key to success involves starting with a specific mission (such as housing veterans, seniors, or people coming home from prison), building relationships with mentors and landlords, and charging bed prices that match local cost of living while providing value through community and stability.

Stop Trying to Start a Group Home… This Is How People Are Really Getting Paid From Housing (LIVE)Added:
Hello, hello. Welcome in YouTube.
Welcome in. Welcome. Happy Monday, everybody. It's officially May.
Uh, let me bring Tik Tok in the chat really quick.
NFB, welcome in. Welcome in, YouTube. If you're just joining, make sure you guys smash that like button, like, comment, and subscribe.
Welcome in, welcome in.
If you are not following me on the other platforms, so YouTube, make sure you guys are following me on Tik Tok and FB because I went live earlier today from one of the one of my houses. So, if you want to see behind the scenes content of me in the field in real life, y'all have to follow me on Tik Tok and FB. is Lane Lavish over there on Tik Tok. But I'm thinking about going to another one of my houses tomorrow. So, I'mma bring y'all to work with me. But it's hard to bring my laptop and my other two phones and stream on all three in the field.
So, y'all going to have to go to Tik Tok tomorrow afternoon. But welcome in Tik Tok. Welcome in. Let's tap the live.
Let's get the hearts up in the live stream. But if you are new here, my name is Lane. I'm based in Atlanta. I get paid from housing the homeless because I started a housing program that pays me.
And now I teach you guys how you can start these up in your cities and your states with no license needed, no zoning, no certification. And you don't even need to own a property. So any of y'all can do this. And that's why I love this business model because you don't have to be a nurse. You don't have to be a CNA. You don't have to be somebody to have all this experience. You can be a everyday person and win in this business. And that's why I get on these platforms and teach you guys that this is what you should be doing if you want to get paid from housing. Veterans, seniors, people coming home from prison, people that are disabled but can live independently, you need to start a housing program. And I always tell people like if it's something that if there's a mission that you have that you're extremely passionate about, put that turn that mission into a housing program. That's exactly what I did, y'all. And a lot of my students are doing the same thing. Marica part two.
That part. We back. We back with another part two. This is my second time on live today, y'all. But yeah, so if you're not following me on my other platforms, I went live earlier today from one of the houses in the field. So YouTube, make sure you guys follow me on Tik Tok and FB for behind the scenes content. Live in action. And yeah, it was a vibe.
Earlier today, I actually gave a house tour and everything. They was loving it.
But I'mma go to another house tomorrow so I could show y'all one of my other houses because if you're new to me, I I'm based in metro Atlanta. I have six houses and 49 beds. So, I rent all six of these locations with permission so the landlords know what I do and they love what I do. And that's why I teach you guys how to start these housing programs up in your cities and your states because there's a need for housing everywhere, y'all. A big demand for housing. And you don't have to have all this experience. You don't have to be a nurse. If you're a everyday person with a passion to want to help people.
So, when I first started this business, y'all, my passion was to create a housing program for guys coming home from prison so they can get back on track. They can I I was going to help them find jobs, help them get back acclimated into society. But when you start your housing program with a mission and you start serving these people and then you'll see you'll see that there's other needs out there outside of the outside of the demographic that you want to house. Like for example, I started housing seniors.
I started housing veterans. I started housing people that are disabled but can still live independently. So there's so much demand for people that need housing, not just one demographic of people. So that's what y'all need to keep an open mind when you get into this business. But it's all going to start with one mission. One mission and then it's going to go further. But right now, I got six locations, 49 beds. I get paid by the bed. So, I teach you guys how you can get paid by the bed for in these houses that you don't have to own.
YouTube, let's hit the thumbs up on the live stream. Get the likes up. Tik Tok, let's get the likes up to at least 5K likes. Thank you. Y'all want me to get into it? Ain't nobody saying nothing in this chat. I'm talking to myself. Y'all ain't said hello or nothing. Come in the live stream and say hello. Y'all just watching me. This is a live stream. I'm not This is not a AI. Oh, you was talking. Hey, Kesha. I ain't see nobody stuff come through. Hey, Kesha. But yeah, it's just saying all these people join. It's not showing. Hello, Miss Fet.
Who else we got in the chat? FB, y'all ain't saying nothing over there.
YouTube, what y'all doing? Y'all sleep tonight?
Uh, I wrote a re-entry program today.
Period. Re, where you located? Angel said, "I was doing the dishes." Hey girl. Hey. We were listening to Pookie.
Period. Ro. Period. Okay, cool. Cool.
But yeah, so when y'all start your housing programs, I want y'all to start with a mission in mine and uh they horrible with replying to emails. So with the re-entry people, you going to really have to like know somebody that knows somebody. So here's the thing, y'all. in in this housing business, relationships is going to get you very far. So, the the person that gave me my foot in the door when it came to re-entry was my mentor. My mentor had direct my my mentor does re-entry housing. So, she know all the people to talk to. She know the um the chief of this of this place. She know everybody like she know the head people in charge.
So, that was really my gateway in the door. And from there, I was able to maneuver. But when it come to like re-entry. Hey, uh, hey, Robin. So, yeah, Robin is also doing re-entry because she works in re-entry. But yeah, when it comes to re-entry, y'all, you really have to know somebody that knows somebody that can kind of vouch for you.
And that's what my mentor did for me.
So, my mentor pretty much took me under her wing cuz she loved my passion. She loved my work ethic. And my mentor is local. My mentor is local in Georgia.
and she already has a re-entry program that's certified through the state. But I tell y'all, you don't have to start these programs and be certified. But when you're certified, you you can kind of make more connections because you're a little more official. But I'm still official. I house re-entry population.
But the point I'm trying to make to y'all is when you know people that's in this space and that can kind of like refer you to people, that's going to help. my my mentor, she referred me to a bunch of prisons, people in the prison system, and then they started sending me referrals, y'all. They started sending me referrals. I didn't have to do that much footwork. I didn't have to email because she gave them the direct contact to me. So, they was calling me, "Hey, we got your number from Miss So and So, she said you have beds available. Can you tell us where you're located, how much your beds?" So, that's what I'm trying to tell y'all. Connect with the right mentors. And that can really take you to the next level. Don't you have to get them settled with their funding before you get paid? Yeah. So, when it come to the re-entry, so this is what she told me, right? And this is what I tell my students that that try to house re-entry people. You got to have house re-entry people that get money. There are some people in prison that have money, y'all.
Those are the people I house. So, there's something called the halfway house where they allow those guys even though they're in prison. Tik Tok, let's get the likes up to 5K. I'm giving y'all a lot of free gain. But in in the prison, there's something called a halfway house where these guys, even though they're in prison, they're still working. So the only difference is they're in prison, they leave to go to work and they come back to prison. And all that money that they're making that they're working, guess what? It goes on their books. And let me tell y'all a story, right? One of my guys that's currently in the housing program, we call him Cool Breeze. Cole Breeze came home. He he came to the program last year around this time. Cole Breeze was in a halfway house. He went in prison when he was 18. He got released to our housing program at like 40ome. He's like 44 now or something like that. So he did 30 years in the system. And Cole Breeze when he contacted the housing program, he had 20K over 20K on his books just sitting there. But guess what? He didn't have any housing program that was willing to accept him. So when word gets around, listen y'all, when you market a housing program a certain way, somebody tell this person to tell this person. I don't even know how he found us, honestly. But um he ended up finding us.
He called and I and I actually had that conversation on my page, y'all. If you go on my Tik Tok page and you scroll down, that was a real life conversation that I recorded, but it's on my page.
Let me see if I can find it. And you can hear the conversation. I was like, "Well, can you pay first month rent in the He was like, oh yeah, that ain't nothing." I'm like, "Okay, shoot. Big spender." But yeah, it's because he had over 20k on his account. Gina said, "I have a connect with head pearl officers." Yeah. So that part, relationships in this business, y'all, it's going to take you far. It's going to take you far. So emails can only do but so much. And that's why I tell y'all to get in the field. And let me tell you how I met how I met my mentor, right?
And listen, the people that I learned this business from, they've been in this business 15 plus 20 years. So these are some real OG's that really took me under their wing. They love my passion. They love my drive. and they just kind of, you know, gave me the game. But when it the way I met my mentor was I didn't meet my mentor. I met I was out in the community, y'all. Let me tell y'all a story, right? And that was nothing but God the way I met her because I was out in the community. I actually was just leaving the workout class. Me and my best friend was leaving the workout class and then we saw like this food pantry. I went to this food pantry right next to the gym and then we was like, "What they got going on?" Cuz me y'all, I like to network. So I was like, "Let's go in this food pantry and see what's going on." I went to the food pantry and then of course, I don't know how it came in the conversation, but I told one of the ladies that was working the pantry like, "Yeah, I'm a housing program. If I have a housing program if you got anybody that need and then I gave her my flyer." She's like, "Oh, I know somebody that do the same business." Um, she What What population do you house? Because she house Thank you for the gift, Gina.
Thank you. Thank you, YouTube. Smash that like button. I'm Listen, I'm telling y'all real game and y'all sitting here not engaging with the content. Hit the like button. It's free to like. Tik Tok, let's get the likes up to 8K likes. FB, hit the hearts. Uh, speaking facts, I'm homesick. It's my birthday. Happy birthday, Robin. Happy birthday.
Everybody tell happy birthday in the chat. But so, I was at this food pantry, right, y'all? And it's nothing but God.
And that's why I tell my students, all of this internet stuff, I didn't meet my mentor on the internet. I didn't I don't I don't promote my business on the internet. I'm really in the field. I'm really in the community. So, when I was at the food bank, I I don't know how we stumbled upon the conversation, but the lady was like, "Oh, I have a friend. She did the same business. She houses coming home from prison." And so, she's the one that gave me took my number. She gave the lady my number. And then she called me the next day. Well, I think she called me that day. She was like, "Hey, um, yeah, so and so told me about you.
Tell me what you do. Why did you get into this business?" Like, she was grilling me, y'all. She was like, "So, why'd you start this?" No, actually, she grilled me in person. She grilled me in person first. So, when she called me, she was telling me, "Well, you need to come down to my program. I would like to meet you in person, see what you have going on." So, in the first time I met her, I went to her place and my mentor, she operates in apartments, y'all. So, I do this business in single family homes, but she runs her housing programs out of apartments. So, yes, you can do this business in apartments, but it has to be a minimum of three bedrooms. So, just remember that anything under that is not going to make sense. But she has she had like um I think she had like six apartment units that she rents her housing programs out of. So she was like, "Yeah, come down to the housing program. I'll give you a tour." This lady was just just took me under her wing. So when I met her in person, she was telling me, giving me a tour of the house. Actually, I have it on video. Let me see if I can show y'all. I record everything even before I started before I started posting on social media my entire journey of this business. And that's why I try to email you for my client who need housing. Shop God, send me a DM. Who is it? What what state are they in? But that's why I'm a Listen y'all. I'm really in this business.
There's people on here teaching that don't have the half the h they don't have half of the experience I have. Let me show y'all. I I really have receipts.
I can go all the way back to 2022 when I met my mentor. Let me show y'all. This ain't nothing but God. But that just I'm so glad I recorded all of this stuff because I knew it would be a day where I would just share this journey. But yeah, period 5K. Shout out to y'all. So yeah, she took me to her her um she sent me her address. I met her at her complex.
She gave me a tour. Listen y'all, she she sat me down. I ain't even asked her to be my mentor. She pretty much just took me under her wing. She was like, "Yeah, so tell me your story. Well, how did you get into this business? Why are you doing this?" She grilling me, y'all.
Like she And so I'm sitting here telling her my story, how I got into it. Cuz the thing is, the money is so good in this business, y'all. you want to get into this with the right intentions because if you not in it for the right intentions, it's not going to work for you. So, I guess that was her way of vetting me to see where my head was at and where my heart was at. And um we getting the tea. Listen, y'all getting period, Kendry. They getting the tea for real cuz I don't never go this deep. But she was really grilling me and I'm like, am I in an interview? I thought I was coming here to tour her tour facility, tour her program. She was like, "So, what you in this business for?" Then I went I went all into my story of why I started and where I'm at currently. And I had when I met her when I'm Hey, Yogi.
And when I met my mentor, I had two locations. So, I had my one house that was then I had just signed a lease on my duplex and I was going to make that duplex my re-entry location. Hey, Sharon. Yeah, thank God for her. And I was going to make my duplex my re-entry house. So, she was the one that kind of gave me that connection to the re-entry world. And then from her, I met other mentors in the space that's doing it.
But that's why I tell y'all, you have to get out in the community. Nobody is going to nobody on social media is really going to tell you nothing. For real, for real, unless you pay. But yeah, so that was that's how I met my mentor and she gave me the game on the re-entry population. And I did and I still do how the re-entry population, but I kind of pivoted. And then I was listening to what she was saying because she was telling me, well, you know, I'm doing this now, but I'mma eventually probably go into the older people. And so that's where I came with the business model of why not mix these populations?
Because the thing about the re-entry, y'all, the re-entry is very like a high turnover rate. Strikes were very minor.
How do you feel about um how do you feel about allowing someone back into your home after they hit three strikes? Uh I would go with your gut. If you don't if they too much of a problem, get rid of them. But some people I do have a soft spot for some of my people, but it just depends on who the person is. It just depends. But I normally stick to my guns. I run a strict program. But who was I seeing? Dag, I'm just rambling tonight. But where was I at?
I don't remember. Oh, thank you. Mixed population. Yeah. So, she was the one when she said that, it kind of clicked in my head like what? Who who said that we can't mix these populations? And so, that's why I tell my students, listen, you want to get in this business and make your money. You better mix them people up. Don't nobody care. Hey, Tw, you better mix them people up in that house. Listen, I have six locations, y'all. All of my locations are mixed.
They get al They get along just fine.
Uh, hey always.
Good evening. Is it a lot of oversight?
Nope, it's not. My house is running itself, y'all. Today was my first time I went to one of my house in like a month or two months. They ain't seen me in a minute. So, tomorrow I think I'mma go live from another one of my houses and show y'all that house. So, make sure you're following me and subscribe if you want to see the behind the scenes exclusive because I'll be showing on Tik Tok and FB. Oh, yeah. I was looking for the video. Let me show y'all the video when I met my mentor. But she was giving me a tour of her of her facilities, her program, and that's what kind of get got me into the door. What year was that?
Was that 2023?
Was that 2023? I think so. Listen y'all, I got receipts for days.
This was me hosting Thanksgiving dinner for my people. I look like this no more. That's how y'all know I've been in field. Let me show y'all the date. Y'all see that? November 2023.
November 2023. Y'all see that? This is me really in the field hosting Thanksgiving dinners for my housing program before I even stepped on social media sharing what sharing to y'all what I do.
And there's people in this app that just learned this last month and they already teaching. Make it make sense. But yeah, y'all. So, I'm really I'm really a OG in this. Like, for real, for real. But I don't know where that video is of let me see if I can find that. That had to be in 2022 cuz that's when I really went all in on my b my housing business. And that's why I teach y'all. Listen, any of y'all could set this up. I don't even look the same anymore. Like, wow. Oh, here it is. I found it. Let me show y'all.
Let me show y'all.
So, this is my mentor.
She was showing me her her um re-entry program and she's based in the apartments.
So, this is the one that gave me my foot in the door when it come to housing the re-entry population.
But yeah, that's why you need to invest in the right mentor cuz they going to take you far. It's kind of dark, but she was showing me the different rooms. And she does two individuals to one room, y'all. The same way that I teach you guys. Two people to a room. That's how we get paid in this business. Shared living. And these people are okay with it cuz if they not and her prices her prices for the re-entry, guys, is $1,100 per bed.
And guess what? They paying it too. They paying it too. The only difference is Yeah. an apartment. Uh some of them are from are from the community too. Wait, what happened? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yogi, it is. So they do their own cooking.
This is straight grown independent people. The only thing we offer them is just the bed. The bed. That's it. Fully furnished. But yeah, she charges right now. I think her bed price is 1,100 per bed. But she can charge them that because they actually work. See the people that I house y'all, they are more stable when it come to the money, but they're on a fixed income. So, we can't hit them over the head with all that money. But for the working people, oh, you could charge whatever you want.
Listen, whatever. If they can afford it, they going to pay it. But she getting her money for sure. And that's why she told me because she was like, "Yeah, I'mma eventually," she said, "I'mma eventually switch to the older older population because you know these young boys is getting on my nerves." And she old, she like older, too. So she can't and she been doing this for 15 plus years, but that's my mentor that gave me the game when it come to reentry. When it come to re-entry, but she has like multiple apartment units in the same building. So, that's how you scale. When I tell y'all you can scale this housing business as far as you want to take it.
Why is my my Wi-Fi not working? But yeah, you can scale this business as far as you want to take it.
But yeah, I have six locations of 49 beds and I think she has six apartment units. But listen y'all, the more beds you have, the more money you can make.
The more beds you have in this business, the more money you can make. And that's why I tell y'all, anybody can start this up. You can even be a felon. How do you do rentals with felons? So, that's simple. I I house everybody, y'all. We house everybody in need. And that's how I teach y'all when y'all get started.
Don't just cater to one demographic.
House everybody. Everybody needs a safe place to call home. Like her her she house strictly re-entry. Me, I house some of everybody. That's why my money be steady.
Um, how do you do rentals with felons?
So, listen y'all, we are the housing program. We're renting the units ourselves, not the people. So, yeah, that's how it go. But if you're in the chat and you're new here, yeah, she rents the apartments. And listen y'all, there are apartments out there that allow you to do this business. There are. They're out there. And I know some firsthand. And even her her apartment complex allows them to do this. I had another mentor that I learned from and she was in town homes. She was in some town homes in Decator and they allowed her to do it too. She said she had about 15 units and she ended up scaling down to like five units and then she eventually ended up closing her doors and giving me all her people cuz she didn't she just got burnt out. She got burnt out doing the business. But, you know, I'm fresh. I'm fresh young blood in the game. So, they give me all the people because they know I'm passionate and I'm hungry. So, but yeah, after a while, after a while, I guess they got burnt out. But me, I don't let nobody burn me out. I know self-care. I don't play those type of games in business. I will I will I will leave, go on a vacation before I get burnt out.
Felons can live together. Yes, they can.
Yes and no. There's a limit. So, yeah.
Yes and no.
Of course, I agree. But how do you rent and then able to house them? Simple. You get permission from the landlord to run your program and you house whoever you want in that house. Who you have in your housing program is your business. Your business. You ain't got to tell everybody what you got going on in your house. You pay the bills, dear.
That's how it go. But if you in this chat, I teach you guys how to get paid from housing the homeless through starting your own housing program.
Anybody can start this up. I don't care if you a felon. Oh, I have students that are felons, y'all. And let me tell y'all this. The landlords that we rent from, the property management companies that we rent from, they not checking no backgrounds. They not doing no credit checks. They not asking for bank statements. And why is that? Because I tell y'all what to say to where they not asking all them questions. They not doing all of that. When I tell y'all when I found my first Yes. through a property management company, I pitched these people so good. Like I was telling them what I do and they was eating it up. They ain't asked me for no bank statement. They ain't asked me for no credit check and they ain't asked me for no what else? Um background check. The only thing that they asked me was do you have first month rent and deposit. I said absolutely. They said okay well we're going to email it email you the portal so you can sign up. Simple as that. That's why y'all need to learn from the queen because my methods do not miss. She was smart to do it out of apartments and unit. She doesn't have to worry about maintenance. Yeah. So, there are definitely good sides because when she was telling me about the apartments, it kind of had me like, "D, I need to transition my units from houses to apartments because number one, I'mma tell y'all why. Even though I still have my single family homes, number one, them apartments, like all the all the um the utilities is like racked in together.
So, you really only paying for Wi-Fi and electric because y'all know that the water and the gas have all that stuff be included. So, that's the good side about running out of apartments like all your utilities be um bundled together and then when it come to maintenance, you just put tickets in. And even me, even in my houses, because I rent, I put tickets in too. So, I still I don't fix nothing. Well, I fix minor things, but yeah.
Do you need to use your personal credit?
Nope. No, you don't.
When I tell you these landlords is overly going.
These landlords is overly going. That's why you got to know what to say. I tell y'all what to say. If you in the chat and you want to learn my methods, you got to become a student. I will not steer y'all wrong. I have success story after success story. I got students that are felons that got two, three homes up and running with that doing their biggest one. use the pictures that I told them to use and they having success and big motion. Success and big motion.
So yeah, that's that on that property management info. I don't have FB.
So going get in soon, Lane. Waiting on my wife. She always scared to make money.
Delroy, you going to have to pull that trigger for her. So look, everybody can't be scary in this life. Somebody got to be a risk taker and then she going to be on board when it work out.
That's how I see it. Number one, I had family member that ain't believe in me.
When I said, and listen, this why you don't tell everybody your plans. Now, husband and wife, I understand. I get it. But when it come to family members, I was man, I told one of my family members, I was like, "Yeah, I'mma start me a housing program for guys coming home from prison to help them get back on track." And you want to know what they told me? How you gonna do that?
Ain't nobody going to listen to you. Who going to share a room? I said just watch me. That ain't none of your concern about who going to do it. I'm telling you what I'mma do and watch me do it.
And that's exactly what I did. Now they be Now I make them eat their words every chance I get. And let them tell it. Let them tell it. Well, I I never said that.
Yes, you did. Don't sit here and try to Don't sit here and try to what they call that word when somebody Don't sit here and try to gaslight me and tell me that you ain't tell me that. I remember that cuz if you ain't said it, I wouldn't have remembered it. I didn't tell you nothing like that. If anything, I be supporting you. Get out of here. So, yes, you going to have haters. Even family members, make them eat their words every chance. And that's exactly what I did. And now he like, "Well, I never said that." Yes, you did because I wouldn't have said that. I So, yeah, people gonna sit here. Everybody gonna think you crazy until it work. That's why you got to stick to your own vision.
Stick to your own plan. They they all of my coattails now. He I ain't never say that. Yes, you did. Now he telling the whole family, "Yeah, she doing this. You need to go watch her. Go watch her TikTok." Nah, get out of here. Don't try to act like you support me now.
And then and then be mad like, "Stop telling people that I said that. I don't know where you getting this from. I never said I didn't believe in you."
Yes, you did. It's okay. It's okay. I remember that you said that. But that's family members for you. When you up, it's a whole another story. But when you in the when you in the building phase, you sound crazy until it work. That's why I be trying to tell y'all. You have to block the noise out and go all in on your dream. And that's just that on that. But I love proving people wrong.
And that's just me. I just always have a point to prove to myself, to other people. And that's why I'm so successful in this life. Cuz you ain't about to tell me what I can't do. If you telling me I can't do it, watch me find a way and do it so I can prove you prove you wrong and show you that. So yeah. So for the ones that ain't believing, somebody got to be the risk taker. Somebody gotta somebody got to do it. And for me it was me. And now guess what? I'm up now. I ain't got to clock into no nine. I can live life on my own terms. I can travel and get on planes. I don't have to be shackled to my houses and I'm still making money every single month. And that's what I love. That's what I love for me. And that's why I get on here and teach you guys and educate you guys on what's possible for you. Because I used to be just like y'all, thinking I had to start a group home, thinking I need all this licensing, all this experience. I got to be a nurse. You ain't got to do none of that. All you got to do is have a mission that you passionate about.
Make that mission into a housing program and build it from the ground up. That's exactly what I did. My mission was to house guys coming home from prison. But when I actually got in this field, I my mission expanded. I said, "It's other people that need housing, not just people coming home from prison. It's veterans that need housing. It's seniors that need housing. It's people that's living with HIV that need housing. It's people that are in all walks of life in recovery that need housing. So, when you start seeing the demand, it's going to open up so many doors for y'all. I could I could also teach entrepreneurial skills, period. and family be the main one asking for money. Listen and listen and I sent them some money too just because I could. And then you know I like doing stuff like that cuz I got a point to prove. You sat here talk all that crap. I never said that. I always believed in you. Whatever. Bless you tell it. Happy Monday le. But yeah, you got to prove them people wrong.
Stop. Block out the noise and go all in on your dream. God gave you the vision.
run with it. Everybody not going to understand, but give them something to to see like, "Oh, wow. You really did that. I didn't think it was going to work." So, for the ones that have spouses that's not on board, I don't know what to tell you. I would still go for it anyway because guess what? I'm doing this for us. That's how I see it.
If I if we if it work, it work. If it don't, at least I tried. And that's how I think for myself. The worst I can do is say it didn't work. Move on to the next thing. Move on to the next thing.
Hey, Dream Diva. But welcome in y'all.
If you're just joining, my name is Lane.
I'm based in Atlanta. I teach you guys how to get paid from housing the homeless through starting your own housing program. I've been doing this business since 2021. And right now, I have a total of six houses and 49 beds.
And I don't you don't need a license to start this up. You guys can run these in your cities, in your states. Anybody can start a housing program. My favorite saying, stay stay in the course and block out the noise. That part. Yeah.
Nothing is a fail. Nothing beats a failure but a try. And you will never know till you try. You will never know until you try.
And one person I heard somebody say one time, I listen to a lot of personal development, right? And I heard something somebody say, "You would rather die knowing that you tried what you wanted to do in life rather than live in regret and be like, "Dad, I wish I would have opened up this coffee shop.
I wonder how my life would have been if I really would have tried that business I always wanted to do." But guess what?
When I leave this earth, I'mma know I did everything I wanted to do in this life. I tried every business. Listen y'all, before I made this business successful, I used to do lashes. I did Airbnb. I did so many I tried so many businesses. But that's a part of being an entrepreneur, trying different things. I had nothing to lose. I was miserable working a nineto-ive. So, what do you lose for trying a business and trying to find something that worked for yourself? You can't lose. You're trying.
And eventually you're gonna find something that opened up the floodgates for you. And for me it was independent housing. I had never made six figures in my life until I started housing programs.
And now I ain't got to clock in to nobody. I clock in to me cuz I locked in on me. So that's why I tell y'all you want to build real wealth, you want real freedom, you going to have to start a business. You going to have to start a business. Nobody's coming to save you.
not no family member, not no man, not not nothing. You have to build the life of your dreams. And the way I built my dream life was I started a housing business that really sustains me, that's able to fund my life. And I and the housing business that I started, y'all, was able to me open up other businesses.
So, when you open up one successful business, you can always take money from that business that's successful and reinvest into something else. That's how you generate multiple streams of income.
That's the real key to wealth, y'all.
So, you have to start a business. A nineto-ive is not going to make you rich. It's not. So, that's why I tell y'all the business that did it for me was housing programs. Why? Because you didn't need no license, no certification, no zoning. You ain't got to own the properties. I rent all my properties with permission. The landlords know what I do. They love what I do. So, that's why I teach you guys how you can set these up in your cities, in your states. There's a need for safe housing everywhere, not just in major cities like Atlanta, Charlotte. I even have students in the smaller towns in the rural areas that's doing their biggest one because and they and they bagging up all the clients because there's not a lot of housing providers in that area. Should one get the house first or the clients? I say do both at the same time. I say do both at the same time. YouTube, let's smash that like button. It's too many of us in here and it's not enough likes. Tik Tok, let's get it up to 20K likes. Thank you. Thank you. I'm giving y'all a lot of free game tonight. I'm giving y'all a lot of free game tonight. Period. Hey Vest, I'm Vest and I'm new here. Nice to meet you, Lane. I follow you and I'm working on my first care home housing project. Period.
Vest. Period. Period. That's amazing.
But let me tell y'all this. What I do, this is not a group home. This is not a personal care home. And it's not an assisted living. And let me tell y'all what that means. That means you as the housing program, you as the housing provider, you don't have to give these people three meals a day. You don't have to bathe nobody up. You don't have to give out medications. Your job as a housing program, your job as a housing provider is to only provide these people housing only. Everybody type housing only in the chat. That's your only responsibility.
How providing these people safe housing only. And let me share what that look like. That's a bed.
That's a twin bed that's fully furnished.
Let me show y'all.
That is a freaking twin bed. It ain't got to be no king, California king.
Listen, these people, half these people, they can't even get in no California king because these old people, they have a hard time getting out the bed. So, all they really need is a twin bed. Like, it's not that hard. Let me show y'all.
This is how we set up our This is how we set up our homes.
We put a minimum of two people in one room, y'all. This is how we make our money. And this is how we make our impact. So, the more people you house, the more money you can make. The more people you house, the more people you help, the more money you can make. So, we I teach you guys how to put two adult people in one room, and they are okay with sharing because they have no other choice. YouTube, let's get the likes up.
Smash that like button.
So yes, been on the hunt for my house. I know it's coming. Period. Seirly, it's definitely coming. Keep that same mindset. It's coming so fast. But yeah, what was I saying? But yeah, y'all. So that's that's how we get down in here.
We get paid for housing people in need.
You can set these up in your cities and your states. This is not a group home.
This is not a personal care home. This is not a assisted living. That's why anybody can win in this space. I don't care if you're a felon. I don't care if you got bad credit. I don't care if you ain't graduate high school. None of that matters. I don't care if you ain't no nurse, no CNA. I'm none of those things.
I am just a baddie with a business mind and a heart that let to help people and I found a way to get paid for it. So that's why I get on these platforms and I teach you guys how you can set these up in your cities and your states. Are there grants that can support the business? Yes, but you don't need grants. So, the way that I teach my students, if you guys want to know how we get paid in this business, type how in the chat. Type how in the chat. If you guys want to know how we get paid in in this business, one TV per TVs in my room. Listen y'all, it's straight beds and that's it. You want a TV, get you a tablet. Get you a tablet.
I only got a TV in the common area.
That's it.
So the way we get paid in this business, y'all, this is completely private pay.
So what private pay means is that the individuals that we house, they have their own money. So the people that we house in these in these beds, they all have their own sources of income that they can afford to pay you to be in these beds. And what does that look like? So when I say we're private pay, that means you don't need no grants for this. You don't need to get paid through the state. You don't need to get paid through insurance because our people have their own money. That's what the difference is. And listen, just because you hear the word homeless don't mean these people ain't got no money. I'm only housing people that got money. And that's guaranteed income, y'all. Yeah.
They want a TV, they better get them a tablet. We ain't doing that TV nonsense up in here. And that's why I tell them, you want your own TV, get you a tablet with some headphones.
Get you a tablet with some headphones, cuz I'm not playing with y'all. Listen y'all, I've been doing this business so long, I already I could already foresee when it's something's going to be a problem. Them TVs be a problem. Always complaining, "Oh, I ain't getting no sleep last night. They had the TV on all night. Oh, they ain't letting me watch the TV." Listen, I don't want to hear none of that. You get your tablet. You get your tablet. And y'all better share the TV in the living room. I don't know what to tell you. Yeah, we provide internet. We provide internet, of course. And the only reason I provide internet because I need to have my cameras. My cameras got to have some type of Wi-Fi. So yeah, we no cable, just internet cuz we in a day and age of smart TVs and all type of Fire Sticks.
You better find something on that on the on the free channels. I don't do that extra cable and all that stuff. But yeah, but that's how we get down. I don't do Now listen, this is your program. If you want to if you want to put TVs in all the rooms, be my guest and let me know how that go when you get your house up and running and they and your light bill is $1,000 and they arguing every night because this person didn't turn the TV off. Be my guest. But listen, you won't know until you try it.
I I'm not trying to try it. I'm already over that. My mentors put me on game for a lot of stuff and I said, "You know what? I like that. Ain't no TVs. You ain't bringing no TV up in here. You ain't No. Get you a tablet with some headphones cuz that's how we getting down up in here. You ain't about to be disturbing nobody. Then they calling me I can't get no sleep. They No, I'm not hearing that.
These Listen y'all, they act like kids.
Even though they grown, they start to act like kids after a while. And it's like you having to sit here and deescalate arguments. No. No. But yeah, where my cameras the camera's in the comment areas. But back to what I was saying, how we get paid, right? So I teach you guys to only house people that have their own money, guaranteed money.
So what that look like? That's everybody that get a check. Everybody that we house, they have to get a check. So that's a social security check, disability check, retirement check, a VA check, paycheck. If you ain't got a check, I don't want you. This is not a charity, y'all. This is a for-profit business. We get paid for what we do. We get paid for what we do. And there's nothing wrong being paid for helping people because guess what? We got bills we got to pay. We got rent we got to pay. And we are in the business to make money. Like same way people go to their 9-5 and clock in to get a check. What's wrong with you getting paid for helping somebody and and walking in your purpose and and being paid well for it? No different. So, that's what I teach you guys. I teach you guys how to live in your purpose and get paid. That's the type of time we on on this channel. I don't know about nobody else, but we going to get to a bag if we don't do nothing else.
So, yeah. So, that's how we get paid.
You You only want to house people that get their own money. If they don't get money, they don't qualify. They need to go to the shelter or find somewhere else. Get somebody else to do it cuz I can't help you. I cannot help you. This is not a nonprofit, y'all. I can't. I'm a forprofit.
Yeah. I don't want them. If you ain't got no money, get get away from me, please. Them be the main ones. And it's always the ones that have no money or that barely can afford it that give you the most demands. Well, why we can't get a TV in the room? Like, you your check is barely big enough to afford. Like, go sit down. Go sit down. Like, those be the main ones having all these demands and you barely get a check. You just get about this much of a check and you sitting here asking me for this, this, and that. Go sit down. So, yeah, that's how we get down up in here. That That's right, Felicia. Nobody staying for free.
We got to get paid for what we do.
Listen y'all, we work too hard in this business. We endure too much nonsense sometimes. You deserve to get paid. They were These people are going to get on your nerves. I love what I do. Don't get me wrong, but they are annoying. And you gonna have to pay me for this. I can't.
You can not about to get on my nerves for free. I need that check. Hand it here. Put that check right here cuz I'm not about to sit here and stress. You ain't about to stress me out for free.
You need to pay. So, that's the way I see it. But anyways, yeah, I love what I do y'all. Y'all can set these up in y'all cities and y'all states because when I tell you the demand for housing is so great. We're really in a housing crisis. And what I love about this business is that this is really a recession proof business because if people don't have nowhere to live, they going to pass away. We coming up on the summertime and it's going to be hot outside. They can pass away from a heat stroke. In the winter time, you could freeze until you not living any longer.
So everybody needs housing. This is not nothing that oh I don't need a place to live today. No, you need to have a roof over your head to have a quality life.
So that's why this this field is so in demand. And al also the people that we house in our housing programs, right y'all, they don't qualify to rent traditionally like you and I would. So for example, they can't go out and rent a house just like number one, they barely making money. They don't make three times the rent. They have bad credit. They have um what else? They on parole and probation.
So that's why they end up in housing programs like ours because they really don't have no choice. They really don't have no choice. So that's why I tell y'all what we offer them is really second chance housing. And this what I always tell my people, my students and the people that I house, we are a step up from the streets and we are a step up from the shelters. Because if it's not for housing programs like us and housing programs like yourself, the people that we house and serve, they would be in the streets, in the shelter, in the jail or prison. There's really no in between.
And I never knew how many seniors, how many people are out here in this world that have no children, no support system. So that's why they end up in these type of environments because they really have nowhere else to go, nowhere else to turn to. or some of their family passed. All of their family passed away.
They went to prison. They came home. All of their family is gone. So, this is why they end up in housing programs, second chance housing. And that's why I tell y'all, you want to make a difference, change someone's life, and get paid for it, start you a housing program, and tie your housing program to a mission.
That's the way that you going to last a long time. If you just in this business for the money is not going to work. It's not going to work. So, you have to be in this for a bigger purpose. And then the money will always f find you honestly.
And then when it comes to how much to charge, we get paid by the bed, y'all.
So I teach you guys and I teach my students to put a minimum of two people in one room. So we're getting paid by the bed. Everybody type bed in the chat.
Everybody type bed in the chat. So we get paid by the bed. We're not renting out private rooms. We're renting out shared rooms. So these are shared rooms.
So, we're putting a minimum of two adults in one room and we get paid per bed. Now, me in Metro Atlanta, my bed price starts at 750 a month. 750 a month. And what's included in this bed price, y'all see this, is fully furnished, is nice, is comfortable, is clean. Everything that they need is there. Only thing they need to do is bring their clothes. for my people that I house. The only thing they need to do is bring their clothes and welcome home.
But and then they got to bring their own food. But everything is here for them.
We also and the bed price also is the utilities included. Now, you might be thinking, well, how much could I charge in my area? I want everybody in the chat to drop where they're located and I'll let you guys know what my students are charging in your area, but it can vary.
So, I've seen people charge as low as $500 per month all the way up to $1,200 per month.
Now, so for my students that are in Florida, they charge starting at $800 per bed. My students that are in Cali, they charge $950 per bed, a,000 per bed.
Georgia, it's about it starts at $750.
Alabama, it starts at 500 all the way up to 750.
Um, where else? I know in Dallas, Texas, my students are charging a minimum of $800 per bed. Where else?
Philly, they're charging starting at 750 per bed to $850 per bed. So, what's going to determine what you can charge?
Number one is the cost of living in your area. So, that depends on what the cost of living in your area is. Because I'm in Georgia, I charge 750. Somebody in Cali would not charge 750 per bed because the cost of living don't match.
So, you have to keep in consideration what the cost of living in your area is.
And also, the people that you house, you need to know what they can be able to afford. Most of the people that I teach you guys to house and most of the people that I house, they're on a fixed income.
So, a fixed income means that they only get one set amount of money every single month. They don't get more, they don't get less. Now, let me give y'all some perspective. Most of my people only get $943 a month on social security, disability, VA benefits. I'm in Tampa, St. Pete, and my beds are $850 and up.
Period. But I have to work with many.
Yeah. So, Les, one of my students, she is actually in Tampa and her bed price start at 850. So, you have to know your market and like what's the cost of living. So, I teach you guys how to run your numbers in my program. I teach you how to determine what your bed price is going to be, but you have to do your market research and that's what's going to let you know how much you should charge in your area. So, most of my people that I house, they only get $943 a month on social security disability.
So, that's why I charge 750 because honestly, and then they still left with a decent amount. Somebody was like, "Oh, you taking their whole check?" Listen, we doing them a good thing because these nursing homes leaving them with $40 or nothing. So to think that we taking all their money, no. My people be having enough money to get their little cigarettes, get what they hygiene or whatever they need.
But you'd be amazed because number one, half of them get food stamps.
Yeah. The nursing home take the entire check. Some of them don't even see an allowance. So you sitting here thinking we doing something bad. They getting they whole check took. At least they got the freedom to go to the store and buy some stuff at the CVS or whatever they need to go. But a lot of the people that we house y'all, they already get food stamps. They get food benefits from their insurance. So what do they really need extra money for? They they got the Obama phones. It ain't like they got no real cell phone bill, health insurance, all that stuff. Some of them got Medicaid, Medicare. So it ain't we not do there's nothing wrong with charging them majority of their check because guess what they paying one flat fee for housing. They ain't got to think about tech. They ain't got to think about um utilities. They ain't got to think about how they got to find the furniture. So you're handling all of that fa. So you're very well deserved at bed price.
So I don't see what the issue is. And my people and if my people is paying it and they not complaining, who are you to complain about what they paying? They love it here. My people love it here.
One of my people told me, one of my veterans, his name, Mr. Randy, Mr. Randy said, "The only way I'm leaving this house is in a body bag." So that mean he ain't never trying to leave unless he passed away. So that should tell y'all something. You think we sitting here doing something bad cuz we taking half their check. They have a nice place to call home. They got a community-like environment. They feel like they a part of something. If it's not for housing programs like us, y'all, these people probably would have passed away a long time ago. We adding to the quality of their life. So, what are you talking about? This is real impact being made.
Yeah, we making money, but we really making a difference if you think about it. A lot of them don't have family.
They don't have no support system, nobody to talk to. And that's why half these old people be in the homes clocking out.
If if we really want to be real, they be in them nursing homes clocking out. But when they get into these housing programs, it makes them feel like they a part of something. They have they get to live a regular life. Even though it's not what they live back in the day, but they still feel some type of normaly.
They ain't on lockdown 24/7. They can go to the backyard and smoke a cigarette.
They can go to the backyard and smoke a cigarette. Them nursing homes, you you smoking a cigarette, you getting in trouble. You better not have no cigarettes on their premises. So yeah, we're adding to their quality of life and that's just that on that. So there's nothing wrong with charging your bed price if it makes sense for the people.
So yeah, sure don't. I knew a guy who was in a nursing home and they was charging him 900 and his check was 958. Oh yeah, they gonna take all that check. They don't care.
But yeah, if you're in the chat, welcome in. If you're new, if you're new here, type new in the chat. But my name is Lane. I'm based in Metro Atlanta. I get paid from housing the homeless because I started a housing program and I teach you guys how you can start these housing programs up in your cities and your states because there's a need for housing everywhere. You don't have to be licensed to set this up. You don't have to be zoned. You don't have to be certified. You don't have to own the property. I don't own nothing, y'all. I have six locations and 49 beds. I get paid by the bed. And can't nobody clock my tea. The city can't clock my tea because there's nothing illegal about providing safe housing to independent adults. That's what the difference is.
We not sitting here housing these bed bound people that's that need to be watched 24 hours a day. They dementia.
No. The people that we house y'all the these are high functioning normal people that they just can't afford to live by themselves. They can't afford to live by themselves. They don't have no support system. That's why they end up in these housing programs and these shared living homes because they really don't have a choice. It's either the shared living home or the shelter. You pick your choice. Pick your choice. Because in that shelter, they sharing a room with 50 other people. In this housing program, they sharing a room with one other person. So, if you ask me, it's a win-win. And my people don't complain about sharing a room. The only if a person is sitting here complaining, "Oh, I don't want to share no room." Well, this ain't for you. have a nice day. I'm not about to sit here and argue you down on why you should share a room. There's plenty other people out here that's ready to come in these in these beds cuz they rather be in a shared room than on the street sleeping on a a bus stop bench. That's what the difference is.
Don't sit here and beg nobody for nothing. I don't beg nobody to stay in my housing program. If it ain't for you, have a nice day. Have a nice day. I'm not about to sit here and overly convince you when there's people ringing my line down for a shared bed. Go sit down somewhere. Go. And then those be the same ones that call back. Um, yeah.
You still got that shared bed? Oh, yeah.
I do. Do you? What's going on? Do you need it? How can I help you?
And they be feeling stupid. Well, I think I'll go ahead and try it out.
Yeah, that's what I thought. Talking all tough. Listen, don't I don't chase nobody for nothing. And they be the main ones talking $750 for a shared room.
Absolutely. If you can't pay and have a nice day, then they call back. Well, I couldn't find nothing else. Well, how much you say the room was again? Well, you say, well, what type of person is in the room? How old are they? Like, oh, okay, now you want to ask all these question, but you was talking all that crap before, but thank God I'm a business owner. I don't take stuff like that personal. I just laugh at it. I just laugh at it. But if I'm in my feelings, oh no, you talking all that crap. Don't call me back. But we running a business, y'all. So, we got to get paid. So, don't be like that. Let these people talk they crap and they answer the phone. How can I help you? Okay. And would you And I be making them feel stupid. Like, I be making them feel it.
I make them feel it. And then they still end up coming in. Okay. Well, well, you know, when you first called me, you was telling me you couldn't do no shared room. Yeah, but this place is really nice. I never been to no place like this. And I like these room dividers that y'all got up. Oh, okay. Hey, that's what I thought. Talking all tough.
See, that's why I tell y'all when you start your housing program and you really adding value to these people, they can't say nothing cuz they ain't never seen nothing like this. I'm not no average housing program that we just throwing up beds and we putting people in the bunk beds. No, it's real value in here. That's why my people don't ever want to leave. That's why my people don't ever want to leave. I know how to do stuff. I know how to run a business.
I've been in this field since 2021. I know it works and I know it don't work.
And that's why I teach my students, set this up the right way, you ain't going to have no issues with them high turnover rates. These people, they gonna be beating your door down. Oh, well, they gonna be telling their friends when I tell y'all they be talking all that crap. Well, I can I gave my friend your number. I told them that she got a bed open. Oh, okay. And they friend them came in. That's what happened to one of the ladies that moved in a few months ago, y'all. like she she um found us from a local agency and then yeah, the divider is on my Amazon storefront. The room divider is on there. Let me see.
But it should be linked there. It's like a little It's like a little wire. It's like a circular wire thing, but it's on there. And um it says like IKEA or something, but that's the room divider.
It's like a wire that you put on the studs and then you just, you know. Yeah.
They be calling back and then what was I going to say? And then they be telling their friends, "Well, yeah, I told my friend to um to give you a call." And then the friends be calling. Well, can my Well, if I'mma share a room, can my friend come? Oh, okay. Do your friend got Your friend get a check? Oh, yeah.
They get They get social security check.
They get about 943 a month. Oh, absolutely. Bring them on down.
Bring them on down. I GOT A WE GOT a space over here. You said how much they get? I'm calling phone right now. And that's exactly how it go, y'all. That's why you want to add value to these people when you get them in your homes.
make them feel a part of something and that's once one stream of income that you got until they either leave or until they pass away or until you kick them out. Honestly, I love it here. That's why I tell y'all start a housing program. It's lifech changing. It really is. You really getting paid to change lives and it's like you don't have to do too much. And that's what I love about this. This ain't no group home where we got to feed people every day. No, these people is grown. I think this live is pre-recorded. Okay, that's nice. So yeah, these people is grown. They can go in the kitchen, make them a sandwich.
They can make them a bowl of cereal.
It's I love it here, y'all. Imagine having a house full of grown kids that's paying you to stay there. That's what it felt like. They act like kids sometimes, but I love it. I love it. But yeah, and then one of my one of the girls I used to house, she always used to had this saying. She would be she'd be like, "Once a man, twice a child." And I said, "You know what? That do make sense because they act like little kids.
Especially the men. They act like bad little kids. Once a man, twice a child.
And I just be shaking my head laughing.
So yeah. But yeah, y'all. I love it here. So if you in this chat, if you've ever had desire to get paid from housing the homeless, whether that's veterans, seniors, people coming home from prison, people that are disabled but can still live independently, you need to be starting a housing program. This is the new wave. We not starting up group homes no more. We not starting up personal care homes no more. We not starting up assisted living. We are starting independent housing. Some people may call this independent living, co-l livingiving, shared housing. It's where you don't need no license, no zoning, no certification. You don't even need to own the property.
I have six houses, 49 beds. I don't own no property, y'all. I get paid off of these houses that I do not own. And I love it here. I make more money than the landlords, but don't tell them that. So yeah, I love it here and that's what I teach my students. So if you in this chat and you want to come become a student, tap in with the queen because all my students having big motion and they in this chat right now having their way in all states. Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, New Jersey. But yeah, we really making real impact through housing. Through housing, y'all. People gonna always need a place to call home.
So why not get paid for creating these safe spaces for these people?
Listen, one house is life changing, y'all. And one house really changed my life. Oh, how? Yep. Big motion. That big motion. So, right now they want to refer people that part. Yeah. Actually, they talking all that crap and now you sending your friends over here. That's what I thought.
Yeah, that's what I thought. So, yeah, that's I love it here though. We really making a difference. And then when you see how happy that that they that they are when they get into your homes, it that's a feeling that money can give you. Like just to know that you contribute to someone's happiness and that you when you see their face and they have a a piece of mind and they ain't got to look over their shoulder.
This person stole my stuff at the shelter. They can't get no good night rest in them shelters, y'all. It be crazy up in there. They be having to wash their stuff. One of these old ladies, I had an old lady before she moved back to California. I had an old lady her name is she always be like girl but she when she called us she was sleeping on the bus stop bench she couldn't get no sleep she couldn't get no sleep and then she called the housing program and was saying that she needed a place she's on the street and I guess the shelters were full because she I think that was in like the winter time where she found us. So, I was like, "Um, yeah, come on down. We got a bed open."
And I listen y'all, they would rather sleep in a shared room than sleep on the street in the cold. So, don't sit here and think that people are not sharing rooms. They definitely are. But yes, so if you're in this chat and you want to get started, my bundle is going to walk you A to Z.
If you want to become a student, drop a one in the chat. If you want to learn my bed to bread method, how to get paid and set set these up in any city in any state, drop a one in the chat and I might do something special for y'all only while I'm on this live cuz I'm have to go. It's getting late and I got some work to do when I get off of here. But here's what I got for you guys. Now, there's only two ways you can become a student of mine and learn my method and get coached by me once you become a student. And that's number one. You can invest in my bundle. My bundle is a master class that's almost three hours long. It's a video. It's not an ebook.
So, you can watch the master class, which is three hours long, and I literally walk you guys step by step. I teach you how to set it up in any city, in any state. I teach you where to go in your community to find the people that need housing and they have money. I also teach you guys what to say in your community to get people to call you for housing. And and also in the bundle, I teach you guys, if you don't own property already, I teach you how to go into the community and find private landlords and property management companies that'll give you full permission to rent their homes to run your housing program. I have six homes that I rent in 49 beds, all with permission.
Um, Ladybuff, email me, I mean, inbox me the email that you paid for the the replay with because the replay, the live class is just live class. But yeah, and then also in the replay, I teach you guys how to structure your housing program where you don't have to be there every day. So, I tell you guys the systems that I put in place so that I can live my life. I can travel, get on planes, do my big one.
You can have freedom, time, freedom, financial freedom, but you have to structure your housing program a certain way. And I teach you guys the methods that I use to structure my home so I don't have to be shackled to the houses.
And all of that is in my bundle. And then once you become a student of mine, you get ongoing coaching inside of my exclusive FB community. So once you become a student and you watch your bundle and also in the bundle there are forms. So we don't give out leases. All the forms that you need to get started with your housing program, those are also in the bundle. And these are all the forms that I use for my housing program, y'all. So, everything that I give you guys, I literally do it in real life and in real time. So, that the landlord scripts that I say to the landlords, that's in the master class.
What I say inside the community to build connections and get people into my in my homes, I tell you that in the master class as well. And then once you become a student, you have forever access to meet inside of the exclusive FB community. Inside of the exclusive FB community. And you have forever access to the bundle. It never expires. So once you become a student of mine, you have access to it for life. For life.
Uh and we have free monthly meetups. So we have free Zoom calls. So, even after you watch your bundle and you still have ongoing questions, you can drop your questions in the FB in the FB community or you can come on to the live calls.
And our next live call is going to be May 13th at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. So, for everybody that purchases tonight, you'll still have an opportunity to get your questions answered by me and the other students in the group by May 13th. Now, here's what I'm going to do. only for the real serious people that are want to be action takers that want to join the winning team. This is what I'mma do for y'all tonight for the next 10 minutes cuz I got to go. I got some work to do.
So, here's what I'mma do. My bundle is currently discounted, but for the ones that want it right now, I'mma discount it even more. Even more. And then when I get off of this live stream, the discount is going right back is it's going right off. So, do not do not sleep and do not wait. Also, another opportunity if you want to learn this in person, I'm going to be in Oakland, California, downtown Oakland. We're going to be learning I'm going to be doing an in-person event teaching housing, how to elevate your life through housing programs and go to your next level and go from one house to two, three houses. So, that we're going to be learning that in person. So, if you're more of a in person, you want to get into the room, then I'm hosting an event in Oakland, California, May 30th, this month, at the end of this month. Tickets are also in my BIO. So, if you either get a ticket to Oakland or if you purchase your bundle, you'll get forever ongoing mentorship with me inside of the FB community. So, here's what I'mma do.
And then, also, the Oakland tickets are currently on sale. But for the bundle, I'mma do something even even nicer for you guys. I'mma take the price down even more. Even more. Only for right now.
Only for while I'm on this live. So, and the first two people that check out and get their bundle, they're going to get a free coaching call me, but that's only for the first two people. And I'm on YouTube, Tik Tok, and FB. So, listen.
Let me show you guys how to get it. So, if you want me to show you how to become a student, type me in the chat. Type me in the chat. I only want to see the serious people. If you're not serious, don't join the winning team cuz I really take people to their next level when they get into this housing business because all of my students is winning in real life. So, here's what I'mma do.
Um, when I'm going to be in Georgia. So, Atlanta is going to be in July. So, Atlanta's going to be in July. So, here's what I'm going to do. So, it's currently on sale. So, here's how you get your bundle, y'all. And we also have CLA and Afterpay. CLA and Afterpay. So you can get it for as low as $71 right now and it'll break it up into installments for you. So for my people on Tik Tok, this is what you're going to do. You're going to click on my profile picture right up here. And once you click on that profile picture, it's going to another box is going to pop up.
Click on my face again. And when you click on my face and the live is only going to be discounted I mean the bundle is only gonna be discounted for 10 minutes. So I'mma soon as I show y'all I'm it's going back up. And then once you click on here, another box is going to pop up. Click on my face again. And then once you get to my page, it's going to say stand. Click on stand. And the bundle is currently 2.85, y'all. This is as low as it's going to get. YouTube, the link is in this description. So click the drop down bar and then click it. And it's going to take you to my stand store and it's going to look like this.
And once you get it, come back and say, "Got it." so I can show you guys how to get the ongoing coaching. So, let me know. And then you're going to click where it says get my bundle to get your bundle and it's going to come straight to your email. So, everything that you guys want to know step by step, I break it down inside this video. Every single thing, all my students that have two, three houses up and running, they got this, they got this bundle, y'all. This is what they started off with. So, you're going to go all the way down. If you want to do clin afterpay, you're going to click the K and it's going to break it up into payment plans for you. So today it's going to be $71. You see that? So if you were to use Clarin Afterpay, it'll be $71. And as soon as I get off of this live, y'all, it's going right back up.
Hey Siri, set alarm for 10 minutes. And then once you get it, come back and say, "Got it." So I can show you how to join the FB community where you get ongoing support on your journey. So, for FB, the way you guys get it is there's a link in this live stream. If not, go to my main page.
Go to my main page and it's this L I N K right up here and it's going to take you to my stand store. And once you get to my stand store, it's the first one. Get the bundle. It's 285.
It'll never be this cheap. When you listen, when I get off here, it's going right back up. So, once you get it, come back and say, "Got it." And then so for YouTube, what you guys are going to do if there should be a dropown button right next to the like button. So you hit that dropdown and it should say for more resources, click that stand link and then the bundle is the very first one. And that's what's going to walk you guys step by step and you have access to it forever. It never expires. The only way it expires if you delete out your email. And even if you delete out your email, just send me an email and I'll send it right back to you. But yeah, so you guys got 10 minutes to get it while it's discounted, when I get off here, the price is going back up. So yes, um Na N said, "No mentorships." What do you mean no mentorships?
You want a one-on-one mentorship? Now, for the ones that want one-on-one exclusive mentorship, that's going to cost you. My one-on-one VIP coaching is a is a pretty little penny. So yeah, but yeah, just stumbled across your live. What are what are you about? I teach people how to get paid from housing the homeless through starting their own housing program. I've been doing this since 2021. And this is a business that made me financially free.
I never made six figures in my life until I started housing the homeless through housing programs. So that's why I get on here and I educate you guys on what's possible for you. So when you set these housing programs up in your cities and your states, not only are you helping your community, but you are getting paid. You are getting paid. You becoming financially free. You doing your biggest one. And you ain't got to clock into no 9 to5. You ain't got to be no group home. You ain't got to be no personal care home. You ain't got to be no assistant living. So if you want VIP coaching with me, just DM me VIP coaching and I'll send you the link because I'm I'm opening up spots now.
But um I'm only taking probably two people because I'm doing tour. I'm going on tour this this summer. So I don't want to I don't want to spread myself too thin. Hey Sean. But yeah y'all. So that's pretty much that on that.
Um for the ones that are serious that win VIP coaching, just inbox me and I'll send you the link. But I only have I'm only going to do probably two spots. I'm only going to do two spots. But I'mma be going live from another location probably tomorrow from another one of my houses so y'all can see in real life what it's like having a housing program in person. I'mma show y'all a tour, but y'all going to have to show up. Y'all going to have to show up. So yeah, if you're just joining and you want to become a student, my bundle is currently discounted. It is on sale. It'll never be this low. When I get off of here, the price is going up. So, make sure you get your bundle and then I'll show you guys how to join the ongoing coaching once you become a student because once you become a student of mine, you have ongoing coaching through the FB community. What time around? Um, it might be in the afternoon, maybe like around uh 1:00 or maybe 2 o'clock. So, so for the ones that want to become a student, drop me in the chat and I'll show you guys. Drop me in the chat and I'll show you. But it's very reasonable for everything that you get plus ongoing coaching with me. That's priceless.
That's priceless. So listen, and my success, my success rate for my students is next level. Ain't no other coach on the internet teaching housing students having success like my students is. Let me show y'all. I take everyday people, single moms, and they got two, three houses. So here's what you're going to do for on TikTok. What you're going to do, you're going to click on my profile picture right up here. Once you click on that, another box is going to pop up.
Click on my face again and make sure you guys are following me if you don't already follow me. It's a lot of fake pages. I will never inbox y'all first asking about Telegram, WhatsApp. Please do not get scammed out here. And then once you get to my page, you're going to click where it says stand is right under there. And the bundle is right here. It's currently on sale for this price here. And when I get off, it's going right back up to normal.
And then if you want to use CLIN Afterpay, you're going to hit this at checkout and it's going to be $71 today with Clarin Afterpay. And then once you get your bundle, come back and say, "Got it." And I'm going to show you how to join the FB community where you can get your questions answered. You can join the free monthly calls and get support on your journey. So that's honestly y'all is where the magic happens. Like the bundle is good, but when you have extra questions and you want to reach out to me, my DMs are not the way to reach out to me. The best place to reach me is inside the group. Put your questions in the group. That's where everybody can benefit off of your question. And even if I can't get to the question, a lot of my students that are already up and running with multiple houses, they know the answer. So they might get to it before I can get to it.
But I still try to get to it. So yeah, the only way to have access to my exclusive community, bedtobread housing community, you have to become a student.
All my students in here, y'all, they are real action takers. They real heavy hitters. They got they actually take action. They put post their homes. Who is this? We got Dara. Dara just launched her home. So listen, we my students is really in the field. They getting the information. They taking off. They doing their biggest one and they in every state in the US. This another one of my students out in the field promoting her business, doing her biggest one. So, yes, but this is where all the magic happens. This is where you get your your questions. Yeah, Sean, we are here now.
We're in bedto bread housing community on FB. This is a new group I had to create for everybody. So, make sure if you're a student of mine, if you ever invested in my class, if you in if you ever invested in my bundle in my in-person events, this is where we are now. I'm no longer in any other group, y'all. This is where all the magic is happening. Make sure you put the email that you purchase with to be approved.
And this is where you're going to find me and the rest of the winners and the rest of the action takers. Did you change the the NA Latana? No, I'm no longer a part of the other group. So, I had to create this group. So, this is where all my students can find me. This is where all my students can find me now. I'm no longer in any other group except this one. So, this is where I put all my people now. So, this is exclusively for us where we can actually do our big one and, you know, really take it up a notch. So, yeah, join and make sure you put the email you purchase to be approved. So yeah, but that's how you're going to get access to me in there.
Absolutely.
And then the house that I'm going to tomorrow, that's the house where Cool Breeze is. That's my guy that came home from prison. He was actually supposed to be leaving, but I guess things happen and he end up paying for this month. So that's what happens sometimes. They be having their plan set and then things happen, so they end up staying longer.
And that's cool. And that's the beauty of this business, y'all. I allow my people to stay for as long as they need to. As long as they're following the rules, as long as they're paying. I'm not about to throw nobody on the street if they're doing good and they Listen, sometime it take people a little longer to get back on their feet than others.
And then you're also going to have people in your housing that that they not really going nowhere. Like them seniors, they not going nowhere because they don't do all that moving around.
So, but the re-entry guys, if they kind of they coming home and they in their 40s, of course, eventually, you know, they going to move in with their girlfriend or whatever the case may be.
So, that population is different. That population is different. But yeah, y'all, if you are in the chat and you want to start your housing program, this is a new wave. We not doing group homes no more. We not doing personal care homes or assisted living. We are getting paid starting independent living, independent housing. Some people call it shared housing because anybody can set this up. I don't care what walk of life you came from. You could have did 30 years in prison. One of my students, his name is Tony. Tony did a 30-year bid. He came home back in what was it? December.
And Tony already got his housing program up and running while he's living in the halfway house. So that should tell y'all something. Success leave clues. And my students is really winning doing their biggest one. But yeah, I just requested.
Yeah. So, when I get off of here, I'mma let everybody in the community, but shout out to all the action takers in the chat that's doing their biggest one, getting their bundles. Let me show you guys how to join the community to get ongoing support on your journey. You are going to go to FB and type in bed to bread and only my students can request access. If you did not invest in yourself, do not even do not even request it. It will be declined. It will be declined. Felicia said, "How is Miss Charlotte doing?" She's not with us no more. You missed a whole bunch of chapters. Miss Charlotte been going y'all. We had to get rid of her because um she had to go somewhere else because she was having dementia episodes. Like she was going in the neighborhoods, going to the neighbor's house. It was it was getting real scary. So, and that's the downside of this business. Sometimes people they get to a point where they need a higher level of care and they no longer qualify for independent living.
So that's time.
So shout out to all the action takers that did their biggest one and became a student today. I will see y'all in the community. I have things to do. I got some more work to work on before I do my big one. And I got to go to the houses tomorrow. So I'mma take y'all there cuz I got a lot of things I got to do cuz I am leaving town this weekend. So I got to make sure all the ducks are in a row so I can do my big one cuz y'all know I'm quick to take a trip. But thank y'all for tuning in tonight. I hope I left you guys inspired. Take action. Go build the life of your dreams. Go start a housing program. Go start your business. And I will see y'all next time. Love y'all. Good night.
