Now, we're going to dive straight into the content that we have prepared for today, but I would encourage all of our listeners to stick around through the entire episode as we're going to paint the picture of exactly why XRP will be very expensive due to the use cases that are going to be facilitated worldwide. But to kick off today's show, I wanted to break down exactly what happened earlier this month as the CEO of SBI Holdings, one of Ripple's largest backers globally, publicly declared that XRP will be very expensive and ties it directly to favorable court rulings labeling XRP as a nonsecurity, plus the urgent need for the United States to pass the Clarity Act. Now, this isn't hype. This is an actual strategic signal from institutions deeply embedded within the ecosystem. Today, SBI has been pushing for XRP's crossber payments for years through both SBI Asia and Remittant Services, and their CEO isn't guessing.

[00:01:31]He's outlining the conditions for explosive institutional scaling. Like we've broken down many times on this channel, in order for XRP to be the global liquidity layer that we all envision, it needs to be a higher value than it is today. And that's exactly what the SBI CEO is referencing.

[00:01:46]Regulatory clarity via a positive court case in the Clarity Act removes the institutional overhang. And this opens up the floodgates for US banks, ETFs, and global integration outside of the United States. Without the Clarity Act being passed, institutions will hesitate worldwide. But with it, adoption will accelerate, demand will surge, and price quickly follows after this new demand enters the market. Now, SBI CEO explicitly links this to the firm's Asia expansion, stating that their business model depends on the US passing the Clarity Act. That's not FOMO. That's enterprise adoption, letting us know exactly how this process is going to lay out. Now, we've heard several analysts target the 3 to8 mark, but quite frankly, this may not be nearly high enough to facilitate many of the use cases that Japanese CEO is outlining here. the mathematics of why XRP has to reach a higher price target. That's what we're going to break down for the next portion of today's episode. But it's absolutely clear that SBI CEO just sent the signal to the world, we need the Clarity Act in order for XRP to reach some of these massively higher price targets.

[00:02:48]>> At the end of the day, there's no way companies are going to start working with this technology and be able to get to the adoption levels and the use cases. Let me repeat that. And the use cases needed to be able to drive XRP to a higher price. Because remember, at the end of the day, the more volume that's done on on the blockchain or on the ledger, the higher that price needs to be to be able to handle that without seeing too much volatility in the price.

[00:03:15]And that's what you don't want to happen. And with the price being too low, imagine if you want to transfer, let's say, $und00 billion. Well, guess what? You would need every single XRP token. You have to literally buy one one one transaction would have to buy the whole entire lot up. Yeah.

[00:03:31]>> Which is not even possible because the whole lot's not even available.

[00:03:34]>> And and and so imagine what that would do to the price, right? If you tried to take a if you had to try to build a 100red billion XRP right now off the market to be a facilitator trade, you can't do it. The price would skyrocket.

[00:03:46]So that's why you keep hearing over and over again that XRP has to be repriced at a higher number at a different number. So that if I want to transfer, I want to send a hundred billion dollars.

[00:03:58]I I can't do it needing a hundred billion XRP. I need to need like 5,000 or 10,000 XRP and then okay, yeah, now I'm not really moving the needle in terms of driving the price up. But if I can do it using 10,000 XRP and I want to move 100 billion, you could do the math and see what that number is, right? What XRP has to be maybe $100 may have $1,000 depends on.

[00:04:21]Then you can see why these guys are all saying it's going to get repriced at a higher level so that it can be used on the blockchain to solve these use cases without what's the word without falsely manipulating the price every time you're doing a transaction. because right now it's not you cannot move a hundred billion dollars on the XRP ledger without without driving the price astronomically and that just is not practical and it will never work and so until that problem is fixed we aren't going to ever see that kind of use case down. So when we see the pricing change then of course logically it makes sense that we can then begin to see those use cases being solved with very little XRP.

[00:05:01]>> And this is the massive repricing moment that we've been talking about for the XRP community. Some define this as a decoupling event. Some define this as utility entering the network, but the reality is that there is a new amount of demand that enters the market and it increases the value of the asset. That's what we're going to be breaking down for the next portion of today's episode, showing you guys the exact mathematics that are necessary to get an increase in the XRP price. But Johnny, we're going to break down the exact mathematics of what you were just talking about. Because banks need deep liquidity to move massive sums of value without having a huge impact on the XRP price chart. This is often referenced as slippage on the network. Now, in on demand liquidity payments, a sender buys XRP with fiat A, transfers it instantly on the XRP ledger, and the receiver sells it for fiat B. The whole bridge transaction happens in a matter of seconds, minimizing volatility exposure on the network. But a great example of this high amount of liquidity that's necessary, Johnny, is if you were going to settle a billion dollar transaction today with XRP being only a$1.30 in value, you'd need over 769 million units of XRP liquid to facilitate that single transaction. That's a huge chunk of the daily trading volume or available depth on exchanges and order books. And the buying and selling of that much would spike the price dramatically and instantaneously, making it inefficient and costly for banks. But at $10, the same $1 billion transaction only needs a h 100red million units of XRP, making it far easier to source from deeper liquidity pools while having a minimum impact on the price chart. And this only gets better as the price continues to increase. As at a $100 XRP, just 10 million units could facilitate a billion dollar transaction, meaning a mere 1 million units of XRP could move a billion dollars worth of cash. And the higher the price is, the fewer tokens are needed to move the same value, reducing the relative supply pressure and enabling tighter spreads. This means the volatility would diminish and the slippage would diminish, Johnny. So, this is massive for XRP investors worldwide. A low price plus huge volume equals volatility and inefficiency for the banks. But a higher price creates a deeper market depth per token. It lowers the liquidity capital you must hold. And Ripple has long claimed up to 60% saving costs when using XRP. So this is just one of the many use cases that I believe SBI CEO is getting at here. And it all connects to the petro dollar as well.

[00:07:28]But just applying these mathematics, Johnny Crypto, you can very simply come to the conclusion that XRP will need to be a higher price in order to facilitate many of these use cases. [00:07:48]But Johnny, so he's calling for a higher price of XRP while simultaneously stating pass the Clarity Act immediately. Now, SBI Japan CEO also stated the petro dollar is collapsing right now and the Clarity Act needs to be passed immediately. And here's the quote. The petro dollar is dying from the US and Iran war and the straight of Hormuz chaos. The Juan and crypto payments are exploding simultaneously.

[00:08:11]Dollar hedgeimony is ending like Pax Branica. America still has one chance to dominate the digital future and it is through the clarity act. Now remember this is one of the most influential CEOs in all of Asia calling for America to pass crypto regulation. Now, interestingly enough, SBI Japan Dlo disclosed they have been using XRP for international payments since the calendar year of 2021. SBI will also be launching an XRP paying bond and pushing XRP ETFs on Tokyo's stock exchange, bringing trillions of volume on chain.

[00:08:45]Now, following this, he stated XRP will be very expensive. Japan has also announced to officially designate XRP as a financial asset by the calendar year of 2027. So while Japan is literally adopting the XRP ledger for the new financial system, the Clarity Act will act as a green light globally for countries all around the world to start doing the exact same thing. So that's why he's calling for the Clarity Act. He understands that without the Clarity Act, nothing happens. He gets it and he's spot on. This current administration and the Ripple higher up sen senior hierarchy seem to have a good relationship here, right? And so if there were ever a time that you would want to see this happen, you would you would expect that would happen now. And of course he understands that for for for XRP to kind of get repriced at what he wants it to repric at. You need to have laws in America that are going to drive the adopt because listen, let's face it, we're the largest financial market in the world. So you want to have that volume, you want to have that adoption, you want it all working in here. I don't think he wants that being driven by other countries because we know I don't know about you, I you know, but I'm not so sure I've seen Brad the hunky hunky dory up to President Xi in China. you know, I'm not sure President Xi is going to go out of his way to do anything to help Ripple the company or help this technology or help this this industry move forward um in a way where you might see in the US President Trump or this administration helping to move the needle forward for the whole industry.

[00:10:19]But we also know that President Trump wrote an executive order literally to help Ripple become a bank. So for me it kind of feels like there's an urgency here to get this thing done before other countries take the lead right now. I think that's why you're seeing I don't want to call it desperation but an urgency from the from the FBI CEO the push on the US government to get this passed because it's going to also at the end of the day abs this is probably the most important part. It's going to kind of set the standard for the way the rest of the world is going to fall. Let's face it, the rest of the world has been waiting to see what's the US going to do. And we know that typically in the past once the US passes some kind of law and regulation. A lot of other countries tend to follow 90 80 to 90% of it, right? They kind of adopt the same thing and maybe they tweak a few things for what they want, but at least the bulk and center core of it is around what the US technology is driving. And that's what we want to happen right now. So, and if I were the SBI president and knowing like the relationship that he's got with Ripple and with President Trump and I'm a a major investor in Ripple, I want to see this thing happening. So, I'm not surprised at all that he's calling for it. And frankly, I hope we're going to get it abs. I think there is going to be I still feel in my gut though just after watching the Jamie Diamond videos and stuff that there is still a subset that is going to push back on this because don't forget we got another committee but we're not off the floor yet. We're still on the Senate floor and there's still a big battle to be fought. I think we'll get through it and I think it'll happen but I don't think it's going to be as easy as I originally thought it.

[00:11:48]>> One of the things our listeners need to understand is that when we're talking about a higher price for XRP, this isn't speculation. We're talking about the math and the data behind these higher price targets because if all of these different use cases in the banking industry are going to be coming on chain, XRP will need to be a higher value. So SBI CEO calling this very expensive, it's not a number. It's a requirement for XRP to function as a global bridge asset. And quite frankly, at $1 to $2, it's a speculative token, but it's not doing what it's built to do. At $10 to $50, this can become an infrastructure grade money with market cap reflecting the real economic demand behind the scenes. Combine this with the Clarity Act and SBI level endorsement, it's guaranteed that the adoption timelines are lining up here. For XRP to dramatically increase in price, and the math only supports this equation for XRP to handle the volume that banks need without breaking its own liquidity, the price has to rise substantially. And I think what we're seeing in the XLM price chart is a good indication of what could be happening very soon for XRP as a single announcement that the DTCC would be using XLM for the tokenization of real world assets led to an explosion in the price chart against the momentum of the market. Bitcoin, Ethereum, even XRP was correcting, but XLM is up over 65% in just the last 7 days. My belief is that XRP is undervalued in comparison to where it will be a few years from now. And a $5,000 investment could be a $5 million portfolio if XRP were to reach $1,200. If XRP were to reach $600 and you put in $10,000 into the crypto market, that would be a $5 million investment. If you continue to extrapolate here, a $25,000 bet at a $130. If XRP were to reach $250, that would be $5 million in profit. And if you had a $100,000 and you entered the market today and XRP reached 65 bucks, you would be looking at $5 million worth of gains hitting your crypto portfolio.
