A global project led by the Bank for International Settlements says tokenization could finally fix the biggest problems in international payments. Right now, crossber transactions are often slow, expensive, and difficult to track. But project Agora believes tokenized money could change that. The initiative involved major central banks like the Fed and Bank of England along with over 40 private financial institutions.
