[00:00:01]Is it in the in the paper we're going to be reviewing tonight, they provided MRI two MRIs there and could and we could see fluid in there on the on the imaging.

[00:00:12]Um, is this something that you see often in your like what is your um signs and symptoms of a uh of a pubic plate uh after erotic plate injury?

[00:00:24]And then how do you decipher that from some of the other clinical entities that we went through in the Doha agreement, adductor related strains, iliopsoas related strains, posterior floor of the inguinal canal uh defects or or or bulge which presses on the nerve and a pubic pain and pubic pain. Uh what's your algorithm? How do you go through making that pubic plate diagnosis?

[00:00:52]Right. So, um for me there's two components and um I think this has been sort of the culmination quite nicely of the evolution of understanding the MRIs.

[00:01:04]Uh the physical exam is almost always somewhat instructive to understand that there's an adductor component and you know, all of you have seen this adductor component on your patients, I'm sure.
