[00:06:50]Judgment in favor of the plaintiff was rendered in this case against the defendant. By terms of the judgment, the following sums are now due. Principal due as of today 1.75 million plus dollar amount of interest due as of today 655.8904.

[00:07:07]Plus court costs due as of today, a clean $200, plus other $767. I say about 12 cents. So the total due as of today is $1,816,556 with the 16 cents on the end. The document proceeds to say that she is able to satisfy the judgment not out of her personal property, not out of anything she listed about her air fryer, her MacBook, her camera, none of that.

[00:07:35]She just has to pay the money, but she can keep all the [ __ ] she got in her house. So, it was no reason for her to go and get rid of that damn couch. Soon as that file popped up, another file popped up on the case where Bernay's lawyer came back and said, "Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Listen, we did not get enough time to look through everything to read everything in the transcripts.

[00:07:52]It's been six days of court. We need to read every single line, every single word to see if y'all got the right evidence." So, it's like they're hanging in limbo. Bnee's lawyer is trying to tell the judge and the courts, "We know that we're in the middle of this appeals process. We know you told us that we had to pay $40,000 worth of that bond."

[00:08:13]The lawyer is saying, "I don't have an assistant to help me look through all of this stuff, and y'all's court reporter ain't even done yet. So, let's put a pause on all of this." Keep in mind, Akira has already won this judgment.

[00:08:23]Bnee has already tried to tell them that they were wrong, that they didn't have enough evidence. She's tried to appeal the decision already. This is her second goaround and this is also a very normal part of the process. We may very well not see Bnee have any sort of payment towards this until this whole year is over. Not until probably I say middle of the summer next year when they really put their neck when they really put their foot to her neck and say, "Girl, you got to pay for real. We ain't playing these games with you." But it's not going to happen anytime soon. Where she messed up at is not making that $40,000 bond she played with that judge.

[00:08:53]That judge tried to give her an opportunity. They said, "If you promise you going to pay this, we will look into everything. We'll put a pause on your overall payment of owing that lump sum up front, but you got to pay your bond."

[00:09:04]Renee thought that [ __ ] was a game. And what attorney Robinetta keeps on doing is proving that Bnee does not care about paying this debt to this woman that she owes.

Or you put on something funny, you just get to walking, just don't pay attention to you walking. you put on your waist trainer or, you know, ankle weights or a um weighted vest, walk for about an hour to hour and a half. Just don't pay attention to your walking. I'm telling you, you gonna be taking steps up and down. You ain't going to have to do no two grocery trips, three grocery trips.

[00:14:04]If you live in an apartment and you have to take your laundry downstairs to go and wash, you ain't going to be all out of breath and sweating all [ __ ] hard because you just so out of shape you can't carry your [ __ ] around. You're gonna be like, then you're going to like your clothes better. You're gonna be looking good in your clothes. you're going to be feeling happy in your emotions because working out naturally makes you happy. It helps you to stay happy. Helps you to stay peaceful, stay stress free. It's not always about, you know, just looking slim and trim.

[00:15:02]If you already have issues with what you smell like down there, what you have coming out like as far as discharge or something, the worst thing that you could do is put yourself in a spandex or something silky and not in a cotton breathable short or panties. That's the worst thing you could do. Also, you need to get on a probiotic and you can get those at the dollar store. I got I think they got like a little yellow top. You can take those probiotic pills. Those will help you eat more yogurt because yogurt is a natural probiotic.

That'll help flush out your system and keep you cleansed and clean. when it comes time for you to take a shower or take a bath, you need to be doing that [ __ ] every single day. And sometimes you do need to sit down in a bath and get up in them folds areas, whatever that might look like for you, and make sure it's nice and clean down there. I know for some it might be easier to just keep the hair just completely bare so you're able to keep it clean and keep the smell down more whenever it's summertime outside.

And there's still going to be a stench down there in in a level of uncomfortability that she's sitting in whenever she trying to be cute. And also tell my husband, "Hey babe, you going to have to go to work and do something too. I don't want to be in debt. I don't want to be struggling financially when it comes time for us to buy a house or something.

She like to act like he is the decision maker of the household. Why isn't he stepping up and starting to make better financial decisions for the both of them?
