[00:01:17]Um Cuffy called me the other day and he said that he saw you doing some interviews. He sent me a text message.

[00:02:02]I want to go into great detail uh about your relationship with Cuffy and why you haven't spoken to Cuffy uh since he was arrested.

[00:02:15]The second part I want to cover with you is Tammy Cowins, who uh was a known DEA informant, uh linked up with Jack Harvey, and uh Keith Cromer.

[00:02:31]Um And even after it was discovered that she was a known DEA informant, you still continued to um deal with her. Yeah, talk to her, speak to her, involve her. [00:03:08]Um and then I also want to talk about uh how come how come this is all of This is all of Cuffy's paperwork. It's Frank Sheeran.

[00:03:34]During your bid that you did, um you received two legitimate time cuts, two legitimate two-point reductions, which lowered your sentence down from 360 months to um I think you had like 24 months, and then with the good time, and maybe I don't know, some other stuff, you got released after 20 years. I I I I got no problem with the math on that. Um and I've done videos, you know, saying that you got two legitimate time cuts.

[00:04:25]But there was another time uh where you were in prison, and you filed a motion in the Eastern District of Michigan federal court for an additional two-point reduction, uh in front of Assistant US Attorney Dawn Ison, the black girl.

[00:04:50]>> [clears throat] >> So, you came back to court while after you had already been sentenced, >> [snorts] >> you flew back to Detroit, and Dawn Ison heard your motion, the judge heard your motion uh for the additional two-point time cut that you requested.

[00:05:13]And Dawn was going to give it to you.

[00:05:17]She granted it.

[00:05:19]Dawn Ison, the United States Attorney, or if she might have been the Assistant US Attorney, but she was the one that prosecuted you and all of the Detroit crew in Michigan.

[00:05:33]She granted it. She granted it.

[00:05:35]It's It's somewhere in here. I got it. I read it.

[00:05:40]And one of the conditions for granting you the two-point additional two-point reduction, over and above the two legitimate ones you got, this would have been number three, she says, "Fine, Demetrius Flenory. I'm going to give you this third two-point cut, and I'll cut your time even more, but in order for me to do that, I am going to have to unseal some documents uh on your case in order to grant you the two-point reduction."

[00:06:25]When she told you that, Dawn Ison, that she had to unseal some documents, you, through your lawyer, you told your lawyer, who was a former federal prosecutor, to withdraw your motion for that two-point reduction.

[00:06:48]And Dawn Ison addressed it in court. She said, "I'm going to grant you the two-point reduction. I don't She was a little She was a little funny at it. She took a little jab at you.

[00:07:02]She said, uh but then you withdraw She said, "I'm going to give you the two points, but then now you're withdrawing cuz I'm saying I got to unseal some documents."

[00:07:14]And then she said in court, "I wonder what that's all about."

[00:07:19]We only God only knows why you don't want those documents unsealed.

[00:07:24]Um you withdrew the motion for the two-point reduction, and then you told them to ship you back to prison.

[00:07:35]Now, the attorney that you used to file that motion was a former federal prosecutor.

[00:07:44]You went back to the joint, then you hired a new lawyer. You got rid of the [ __ ] the the the former federal prosecutor, uh you got rid of him.

[00:07:58]He might have been a white boy. I'm just saying. [ __ ] just cuz it's a dude. It was a dude. Wasn't no female. You hired a new lawyer to um I think he was doing the compassionate release, but you filed for a compassionate release because Southwest T filed for a compassionate release, and he got it.

[00:08:19]Uh they granted Southwest T his compassionate release because they said he was uh you know, morbidly obese. He was uh severely overweight. And this is the time when the uh the the pandemic joint was going down, and they felt like if he caught that while he was in there, he might not make it.

[00:08:40]When you found out that Southwest T filed for the compassionate release and got it, you filed for one, and you said that "Me and his case has been together from the beginning, so he got a compassionate release, give me one."

[00:08:56]But uh they sent you to have services.

[00:08:59]They took your blood pressure. They They checked you out, and uh they see that they find out you had a workout routine.

[00:09:06]You used to lead workout classes in there. So, they says, "You're not in no type of health danger."

[00:09:14]You understand? So, they denied you your compassionate release.

[00:09:18]Um and the lawyer the new lawyer that you hired, when he came back, they brought up the fact that you withdrew a prior motion to get a two-point release.

[00:09:37]That was granted, but when the documents had to be unsealed, you withdrew it.

[00:09:43]They brought that up to your new lawyer, and he said, "Oh, yeah, Mr. Flenory's old lawyer didn't understand the the sentencing guidelines range. He didn't understand the sentencing guidelines, and that's why Mr. Flannery withdrew his uh motion, granted motion for the two-point reduction.

[00:10:08]Now, your previous lawyer was a former federal prosecutor, man.

[00:10:13]That [ __ ] know the guidelines, goddamn, at 3:19 in the morning if you wake him up cold out of sleep. So, I That's what When we do our interview, those are the three things I want to focus on.

[00:10:27]Tammy Cowans, uh your relationship with her, and why you continue to still have a relationship with her uh after it became known that she took down Terry White, um after it became known that she was a federal informant and she took down Cuffee, and then Cuffee reached out to you uh for some assistance, you never reached back.

[00:10:52]Um I want to know, you know, we I want to discuss how did she end up with your life rights? You know, what was the uh I want you to add some color to that.

[00:11:04]And then I want to talk about Cuff.

[00:12:27]Yeah, I want to talk about that affidavit, too, that Tammy Cowans gave to the St. Louis DEA um saying that you put her in touch with Suarez and Cuff, and uh that you were going to share in the proceeds from the from the drug deal that was going to go down.

[00:12:47]Um but you were never charged at all.
