When individuals receive a subpoena to testify in court, they are legally obligated to appear and respond, with penalties for non-compliance including fines up to $500 and potential arrest for contempt of court. However, once in court, individuals have the right to refuse to answer questions that would incriminate them, as they cannot be forced to provide self-incriminating testimony. This legal principle ensures that while witnesses must participate in the judicial process, they retain constitutional protections against self-incrimination.

Like even me and him like we had our differences but we don't got no problem because we both kids [ __ ] >> Exactly. And at the end of the day y'all are still family at the end of the day.
Like like >> when people come trying to [ __ ] with her they going to bring they try to do that try to bring me out or they try to say something about my daughter to bring me out. But like I tell like I tell people like be gangster for real. I just you know what I'm saying? I'm have to wait cuz I'm doing the right thing. And these days, look, it's not worth it. We getting too old to be going back to our old ways and [ __ ] You feel me? These kids need us. That's the way I think about it. They be trying to throw so much dirt on your goddamn name.
Nobody.
>> I know, babe.
>> I know, babe. I know, babe. I don't know what you two had going on, but I'm gonna be real. It was a certain part of the interview yesterday when when me and her and Rain was at the interview spot. Rain looks at 88 and he just goes, "You [ __ ] Jos Bodega." And the look on her face was like, No, like no I didn't. He's like, you did. You [ __ ] you [ __ ] Jose Bodega.
It's like Rain realized because some [ __ ] she was saying up there. He's like, "You met up with this nigga?" She like, "Yeah, we Yeah, I met up Saturday with He's like, "You [ __ ] Jose Bodega."
No, no, I didn't. No, I didn't. He's like, "No, you [ __ ] you [ __ ] Bodega.
I can't believe you [ __ ] him." Like, what the [ __ ] And I'm just like, "What?
Whoa, you so you did?" And I'm just like, "Wow." Okay, so you did.
Interesting [ __ ] to know that 88 and Bodega did smash allegedly. I don't know if that's allegedly. Allegedly. I don't know. She probably just like, "Oh, don't ratchet no mother." She said, "I didn't." I don't know. Chat, do y'all think that they smashed?
Rain even Rain even said they smashed.
So, I don't know. Rain did say they smashed. I don't know what it is, but it's loose. So, we going to get back to that. We'll get back to that.
We will get back to that. Let's go over here. Take a trip down receipt lane.
Let's take a trip down the receipt lane.
Is this it right here?
Is it? Hold on. Why the hell I can't see it?
Damn it. Hold on.
Give me a second.
Find my receipts.
Is this it?
Yeah, there we go. So, why the [ __ ] it won't show up right here?
There we go. But you know what? I don't want to do it like this. I want to do it the other way so we can so we can zoom in. Let me just do it like this. I'm just going to share my screen. My fault.
I'm just gonna share my screen. All right. So, then I need to zoom my [ __ ] out. Let's go here.
All right.
All right.
So, let's go.
This was what we dropped the other day, right?
Get the likes up, y'all. Is everything good? Y'all can hear the audio.
Everything good? We got 2,000 people in here. Make sure we get 2,000 likes on the screen, man. We got 700 likes. Can we get it to 1,000 likes, man? Can we get it up to 1,000 likes? Is everything good on Can y'all see my screen? Let me see.
Trying to see. Y'all can't see my screen.
Hold on.
Oh, no wonder I got it on. My bad. I know exactly why you can't see it. My fault. I shared it the wrong way.
I shared it the wrong way. My fault.
That's on me. I was like, "Hold on. Why the [ __ ] my screen ain't switching over?" All right, I got it. Let me go here. Share my screen. Entire screen. My fault. That's That's on me.
All right. Now y'all will be able to see it.
Oops. Why' I go to Discord?
Let's go here. All right. Now y'all should be able to see it. All right, there we go. Theodore Thomas.
Let me see. All right, we good now.
Yeah, now I see it. All right, cool. But let me take this off the screen while I'm over here doing it. While I'm on the receipts, I'mma take this off the screen. I'mma take this off the screen.
All right, there we go. All right, so right before the interview dropped, a bunch of weird [ __ ] starts happening.
Shawn G pops out. Finn, who is uh Shawn G's baby mother slash Jose Bodega's baby's mother. He's sitting over there laying with the ops talking about ops and talking about setup chicks when you're sitting over there with one. Then he's like, "You better respect my woman.
I'm not Sean G. I don't got to I don't have to respect anything." I mean, she admitted to putting on skimpy clothes and you sending her to restaurants and bars to go get money from dudes. I don't got respect for women like that. I'm sorry. I just don't I would tell you what I would call her, but I'm going to try to keep this PG and I'm just going to keep it respectful for for now, but I mean I got a lot of female French bulldogs that if you look up the name of those, they'll tell you what your girl is. But anyway, that's a story for another day.
Shan Gi, uh, United States of America versus Theodore Thomas, aka Bodega.
Uh the defendant has successfully completed track one of sentencing to equip people for success program steps. The government submits that the interest of justice would be served by granting this motion. So they this is the motion to dismiss the indictment court. The United States of America moves this court to dismiss the indictment as the defendant Theodore Thomas has successfully completed track one of sentencing to equip people for success program steps.
The government submits that the interest of justice would be served by granting this motion. So that's where we left off with last time we was about to interview Bodega. These receipts came out like right as soon as we was about to get ready to interview him. It was like the day of right before I I went to interview him, the receipts dropped. I'm like, "Wait, what the [ __ ] What in the hell is going on?" So, you get over here, 312 2026 eviction bench trial.
Thomas Jones was the judicial officer.
This was uh 412026.
appeal due date 492026.
Uh then you got requested by Rolling Hills place. This is where he lived at in Rolling Hills place. Uh served 417 2026.
So in April 17th you were getting evicted.
You were getting evicted from your place. So you got you just got you just got evicted from Rolling Hill. You know how cheap them damn apartments are, bro?
That's where you was living at, bodega.
You living in apartments, bro. You You might want to be more careful out here, fam. You over here snitching on everybody living in some damn apartments. You know everybody going to know who you is after this. You do realize everybody everybody going to know who you is, bro.
Let's go ahead and keep it a buck. So, this dude just got evicted. This is his eviction paperwork right here. So, you ran off on me for a couple hundred and you just got evicted. It sounds like you needed the [ __ ] money. I mean, you you shouldn't have ran off. If I was you, I would have just got up there and told the rest and got the rest of my goddamn money cuz you got half of your goddamn money. That wasn't a good deal.
I don't think you came out on top in this deal because now you get exposed for being an alleged snitch anyway. All of Dallas is in here looking at this [ __ ] right now, bro. I'm taking my time with this. All of Dallas is looking at you right now like, "Bro, you just got evicted. You supposed to be big gangster Theo.
You just got evicted from your apartments.
Now we're going to connect the dots with Jerry Maserati.
They say the ending always better than the beginning. So it remember it was alleged that Kiwan White saw Jerry Maserati and Theodore Thomas aka Jose Bodega in the same cell in Lucer at one point or at some jail. I don't know. I think it was Lster. But he found these two dudes in the same cell. Now, these two dudes are allegedly cousins. Allegedly.
Allegedly, Jose Bodega and Jerry Maserati are cousins. And I'm telling y'all, he went in to save his cousin, Jerry Maserati. And we going to show y'all I'm not lying about that either.
We going to connect the dots on everything. So, let's talk about this.

Both Jose and Jerry are nephews to Dallas legendary Coach Bird, whose real name is Carl Thomas Jr., Theodore Thomas. Carl's mother, Jerry Jose's aunt, is also part of the church. Her name is Pastor Annie Ruth Thomas. Number nine, Jerry and Bodega are real bloodreated cousins on his dad's side of the family. Number 10. Not 100% sure yet, but Uno Loso, who was arrested from the KFI studio, may be related to them, or at least Joseé Bodega. And if y'all remember that studio, does anybody remember that studio on my channel, KFI Studio? Do y'all remember what I got done to that studio? Said they don't let you out of jail just because you have health issues. Bodega is the biggest rad ever. Oh no. I got proof. Oh, we I'm fa I'm gonna [ __ ] Dallas up in just a second. We just getting started. I'm just getting warmed up. I'm rubbing my hands like Birdman. Hey, big boy. Big boy, you gonna want to run a fade after this one. And I will I will I will [ __ ] your big ass up. I'm telling you, a bodega, if me and you ever, ever, I'm talking about if we ever just be in the same grocery store, I'm going to make sure your fat ass touch every bagel, every watermelon, every sweet potato, every baked potato, every Idaho potato, every red potato, every small potato, every big potato, every bell pepper, every onion, every piece of lettuce, every bagel, uh, mushroom, Boom. I'm going to make sure your fat ass touch every single aisle in that store. Every Pepsi, every Coke, Sprite, Minute Made, whatever the [ __ ] it may be. I don't give every water jug in there.
every pot, pan, uh, napkin, everything in that [ __ ] Spoons, forks, everything. I'm [ __ ] every aisle up with you on my mama. Every single aisle, fat [ __ ] Now, let's continue. I had to go the [ __ ] off on that [ __ ] [ __ ] tried to run off with my goddamn money, but do you know who the [ __ ] I am? You know, I'm gonna [ __ ] you up, brother.
Like, I'm gonna I'm gonna I don't know who the [ __ ] you think I am, Jose. Boy, I'm gonna [ __ ] you up tonight.
Sean, come on, brother. So, this is the legendary baby mother fin. That's the legendary baby mother fin of Mr. Jose. Of Mr. Jose. You know, that's Mr. Jose's baby mother. And they were still cracking when Shan G was locked up.
Allegedly. They were still cracking when Shawn G was locked up. Allegedly.
Allegedly. Say she pretty. No the [ __ ] she not. Hey fellas, what y'all give her on a on a one to 10 in the chat?
Rated on a scale from one to 10.
Eyebrows and all. Let's keep it a book.
Eyebrows and all. One to 10. Chat, man. Man, man. Man, man. Say she look young. You know how Sean G like him young. Hey Sean, I heard you like them young.
They said smooth 64 53 two five. It said 2 one 43. I know he pissed off and there, but he he's swinging in the air right now like uh Trey off of Boys in the Hood right now. Yeah, everybody giving your girl about a two or three, bro. That girl is not cute. But anyway, that's the real money Maya allegedly.
But this is the connection between Joseé Bodega and 88 is this girl. This is the real connection. So, who really sent or told 88 to do the mission that she did?
Because it damn sure wasn't me. I didn't send 88 on this mission that she was doing. I have no idea what the [ __ ] she got going on. So then we get here and I also Oh, and let me go back to tell y'all what I did to that studio. So the cousin Uno was in the studio that I interviewed uh what is it? Kiwan White's brother, Now You Thugging. I interviewed Now You Thugging. Now You Thugging was in the studio. They were doing drug transactions on my damn on the damn live. You could see them [ __ ] Hey, what you need?
I'm like I'm looking like do these [ __ ] know we on live? I'm watching the [ __ ] them [ __ ] doing whole transactions on my damn live. I'm like bro what in the [ __ ] is did I just see what the [ __ ] I think I saw in the chat was even saying it like oh [ __ ] them [ __ ] selling drugs online. We like what the [ __ ] But the next day that studio got raided. Long story short the next day that studio got raided Kiwan White's brother was in that studio. He got hit with the with the Rico with these dudes. Unolo was up in there. It was a bunch of people in there and they definitely they they definitely, you know, got raided and got a Rico on them boys and it was me, Rainwater, Sean G, and now you thugging on that live. It was an argument that happened.
I don't know if y'all remember that [ __ ] but the next day that studio got raided and them [ __ ] was up in that [ __ ] They was like, "Rash, you put a Rico on them niggas." I'm like, "I did what?" Like, you don't even realize what the [ __ ] you did that night. Like your live got the all them [ __ ] locked up.
I'm like, "Bro, what? I didn't know what it is. I know you didn't know what the [ __ ] you was doing, but [ __ ] you got to be careful cuz [ __ ] you had a whole bunch of You didn't realize Jerry Johnson was standing back there. I'm like, what the [ __ ] But I can't. And Rain always told me that's the live you need to go back and watch. That live don't exist on my channel no more. I don't know what the [ __ ] happened to that video. It's not here no more. I do not have that now. You duging video, which leads me to believe I just got to think the police took it because I never delete the video. So, I think the police took that damn video. I don't know. But anyway, long story short, that's what the [ __ ] happened. So September 27th, 2021, FGC, Banzo Bling, post a picture right behind those boxes that I exposed in the Rico that I helped build uh against these same [ __ ] in Dallas. I showed y'all how these [ __ ] was going in the same house with these same boxes. They was all doing drug transactions and and whoopy whoopy whoop GRC boys. So then August 6th, 2020, have nots on the way. GRC that GRC PMG Jose Bodega with those same boxes in that same facility. Lil Fat Dundada. I'm still connected like cable. These [ __ ] ain't do me no favors. Fish scale grc that man man.
Banzo bling says free me. Liked by trap boy Freddy. Liked by trap boy Freddy who we gonna get into in just a minute.
We gonna definitely get into trap boy Freddy. So let's connect the dots on all this [ __ ] June 26, 2021.
When I say I'm putting you down, it's respectfully defamation of character.
GRC big general.
PMG GRC.
Where's your affiliation? Yella. You've been separating yourself from these boys. He been feeling the separation for a long time.
So now you and Jose Bodega find yourselves at odds. And Yellowy wants to know what the [ __ ] Jose Bodega been saying behind the scenes.
He wants to know what the [ __ ] you've been telling people behind the scenes.
Well, we finn to figure that out. We need a 100 likes to get to a th00and, man. Can we get to a th00and likes?
Y'all been bsing on my likes for a long time. Can we get to a th00and likes, please? And thank you. Can we please get to a th00and likes, please? Let's go.
I was gonna say double tap. You don't got to do that. Just exit off the live chat and hit the like button. So, let's get to Jose Bodega a little. Let's get a little deeper into this situation, right? Let's get a little bit deeper into this situation. Make sure you get your memberships because whenever I decide to go to members only, y'all going to be mad. I'm like, "Oh, Ratchet, what happened, bro? What happened to the live? I told you to get your membership."
Jose PMG Jose Bodega being with MO3's alleged killer in pics and involvement with Roy Lee and Yellow Bezy's fight. So allegedly he was the one this weird looking dude was the one who started the beef with with Roy Lee and allegedly could be tied into the shooting of Roy Lee. Allegedly, this man right here we looking at allegedly could possibly be tied into that shooting.
Said they can't be on Mink. I'm better than all these. What the M? Why is that?
What the hell is you? Mink always making something about her. Mink, take your drunk ass to bed. Uh, say mouth looks like it's hot and stank. Well, he definitely don't have money to pay his rent, so I doubt he got money to wash the crack of his ass. Let's just keep it a buck. He said, "Oh man, long live Roy Lee." They said, "He look like he missing a chromosome or two." Yeah, he looks like a germ. Like he he just looks like some sort of germ or like a something that needs to be disinfected.
I don't know. It I can't stare at that dude for he just weird looking. So, April third, April 30th at 11:09 p.m. Jose Bodega says, "Boy, I'm about ready to check out."
Jose Bodega, you and Kiwan started saying a bunch of weird [ __ ] So, it's like y'all both started realizing it's time to snitch.
That's when Kiwan White started saying a bunch of weird [ __ ] about you on the internet. I'm just starting to piece together this whole play that's been presented to us on the internet. So then we get here.
Jose Bodega says, "Look, I'm willing to tell my side how Yellow set the play up, but how do I know you won't flip on me as he flips on his whole [ __ ] squad?" That's some crazy [ __ ] I didn't realize that.
Somebody put that in my damn uh they put that in my damn on my Facebook in the comments. They was like, "Nigga, how the [ __ ] he gonna say, "Are you going to flip on me?" when he flipped on his whole crew. Yeah, [ __ ] You didn't. You going to ask me am I going to flip on you when you flipped on on GRC. I said, "Nobody going to flip on you, bro. Just going to tell your side."
Yella did me wrong. He has to pay for what he did to us. I'll call you in a minute.
So, I seen a lot of people wondering what the [ __ ] this was about, right? They was like, "What what the [ __ ] is what you got going on, Ratchet?"
So, then I told y'all today that we was going to go down through there. I told y'all we was going to go down through there. Says, "Bro, I'm telling you right now, the internet only know half of what really happened.
Everybody keep putting it all on one person when the truth is it was way deeper than that. Freddy knew certain plays was being made and Yellow was moving like he was untouchable cuz he thought nobody from the inside would ever speak on it. That's where they messed up at. I stayed solid through everything. Stayed quiet while people lied on my name, cut me off, switched sides, and acted like I was the problem.
But everybody panicking because paperwork getting unsealed, phones getting looked at, people getting questioned again. They know the walls is closing in. You got to understand.
Stop right there for a second.
Stop right there for a second. Hey, Los Angeles.
Let's stop right there for one second.
Said the poll is gone. The poll ain't gone. It's right there.
58% say I'm going to end them.
42 say nah with 1100 votes. Keep voting. Just keep voting. We gonna see if I we gonna see if I buried this [ __ ] or not. He might get buried alive.
He might get buried alive. Said your problem now. They said, "Well, damn. I think someone gifted me a membership, but I'm still not agree." "No, you didn't get gifted."
They said, "Imagine how Mo 3 felt." They said, "Child."
All right. So right there it says Freddy knew certain plays was being made and yellow was moving like he was untouchable cuz he thought nobody from the inside would ever speak on it.
Meaning inside of GRC [ __ ] meaning inside of GRC. I need some [ __ ] water.
Freddy knew certain plays was being made and Yella was moving like he was untouchable because he thought nobody from the inside would ever speak on it.
So this was all when 88 wasn't around.
You see I didn't feel comfortable sending him the bread and he wanted the money. I needed something. You know what I'm saying?
Like what what are we talking about? You know what I'm saying? What is we going to speak about on this [ __ ] interview? I don't know what the [ __ ] is going on cuz I never got a chance to speak to him because for some reason, like I told y'all earlier, every time I try to talk to him, 88 is holding one phone to another phone, letting us speak, she's not putting merging a call together. It never was one time that we merged the call and actually all got on the phone together. It was always like, I can't hear him. I can't hear him. I'm like, what? 88? Why you just don't call us on the same [ __ ] phone? Uh, can you hear him now? Can you hear him now?
Can you hear him now? I'm like, hey, hey, just call us on the phone together.
Hey, can you hear him now? Okay, well, he can hear you. Can you hear? I'm like, all right, what? It was just weird. So, I didn't feel comfortable and uh he started, you know, getting desperate.
So, when I didn't feel comfortable and he got desperate, that's when this [ __ ] happened. Know the laws watching this.
Whenever he got desperate, bro, for the money, he got desperate and he just started talking. So, he says, "That's where they messed up at. I stayed solid through everything. Stayed quiet while people lied on my name, cut me off, switched sides, and acted like I was the problem. But now everybody panicking because paperwork getting unsealed, phones getting looked at, people getting questioned again. They know the walls closing in. You got to understand. And then it stops right there for a second.
So yeah, get them [ __ ] memberships. So 88, is this some similar [ __ ] that he was telling you?
I would like to know that. 88, if you still in here, was this some of the similar [ __ ] that he was saying to you?
Like [ __ ] switch sides on them and people panicking and was he saying some similar [ __ ] like this to you?
Y'all just timing [ __ ] out.
Okay.
say he know them walls closing in on God. We are aware that the members of GRC have turned against yellow.
I wonder I I would like to ask her that.
I don't know if she's still in here. I don't see her in the comments. So I'm going just get back to it. Said let's go Ratchet. Salute Miss Calli. Salute.
Salute to all the mod. Salute all the green members. Salute to everybody getting memberships. He panicking right now biting them nails. So let's continue. So let's continue. Hold on.
Let's continue.
It says, "You got to understand, I was around when conversations was happening.
I seen people linking up, money being thrown around, promises being made, certain dudes was talking reckless like nothing could ever come back on them. Now look at everybody moving nervous. And the crazy part is they still think loyalty supposed to protect them after how they did me. Nah, loyalty ended when they left people to crash out while they sat back acting innocent. I ain't saying everything over text, but just know if I really decide to speak publicly and tell the full story, it's going to change how everybody look at this whole situation.
People been blaming the wrong people this whole time.
Man, man.
Interesting.
Interesting. Interesting. Interesting.
You got to understand I was around when conversations was happening. I seen people linking up, money being thrown around, promises being made. Certain dudes was talking reckless like nothing could ever come back on them. Now look at everybody moving nervous. And the crazy part is they still think loyalty is supposed to protect them after how they did me. Nah, loyalty ended when they left people to crash out while they all sat back acting innocent.
I ain't saying everything over text, but just know if I ever if I really decide to speak publicly and tell the full story, it's going to be it's going to change how everybody look at this whole situation. People been blaming the wrong people this whole time.
Salute, Buglet. I appreciate I appreciate you. Salute. Salute.
Salute.
So, what the [ __ ] What do y'all think about this [ __ ] Salute to everybody getting the memberships. I appreciate y'all. What y'all think about this [ __ ] y'all?
It said, "Say all that in text. Might as well do it in person." No, it's I don't think he thought this through, bro. This is why he should have did the damn interview because he's saying they did him wrong. So why not put it all out there, Bodega? I don't know what the [ __ ] he was doing. I don't know what I don't know what ever came of him. Salute Beauty Playhouse for getting that membership.
They said it's over for old Yellow Boy shaking my head buddy ass out of there.
Oh we Man, it might be over for It's looking like Bro, this [ __ ] is bad, bro.
This [ __ ] is bad.
So it says I say see that's the that's see that's the type of stuff people been hinting at but nobody ever fully explains. If you if you really got firsthand knowledge then tell it straight cuz everybody acting confused on what really happened behind closed doors. What exactly did Freddy know? And what role did Yella really play in all this? Because if the truth been covered up this whole time, people deserve to hear the real story from somebody who was actually around. It's a good response, Ratchet.
It's a great [ __ ] response.
Great [ __ ] response, man. Look, all I'm saying is people acting shocked now, but behind the scenes, this is stuff. This stuff been brewing for a long time. Certain people had issues with Mo 3 way before the world knew about it and the tension was getting deeper and deeper. Freddy was around enough to know who didn't like who and who was talking crazy behind closed doors. Yella always moved like he had power and connections and people around him wasn't going to question nothing. The problem is everybody thought this would stay in the streets forever and never turn into federal pressure. Once phones started getting looked at and people started getting jammed up, energy change. Dudes that was loud went quiet real fast. I ain't going to say too much, man. What the [ __ ] bro?
Man, man. How I get a membership? Hey, drop the membership link. Uh, Mods, drop the membership link man. Man, man.
Uh, who is Zimmy talking to? Who is this dude Zimmy talking to? Watch that dude comments. I don't know who the [ __ ] that weird ass [ __ ] is. They said, "I ain't going to say too much." Yeah, you [ __ ] you just said a mouthful and say, "I ain't going to say too much."
But [ __ ] you just said everything. You don't need to really say too much more.
They said, "Man, look, all I'm saying is people acting shocked now behind the scenes. This stuff been brewing for a long time. Certain people had issues with Mo3 way before the world knew about it, and the tension was getting deeper and deeper. Freddy was around enough to know who didn't like who and who was talking crazy behind closed doors.
Yellow moved like he had power and connections and people around him wasn't going to question nothing. The problem is everybody thought this would stay in the streets forever and never turn into federal pressure. Once phones started getting looked at and people started getting jammed up. Energy changed. Dudes that was loud went quiet real fast. I ain't going to say too much. [ __ ] what [ __ ] much more should you say at this [ __ ] point? What else can you [ __ ] say? Oops. It says streets uh forever and never turn into federal pressure. Once phones started getting looked at and people started getting jammed up. Energy change. Dudes that was loud went quiet real fast. I ain't going to say too much over messages because I already know how this internet stuff go.
Screenshots get passed everywhere. But trust me when I say if I ever sit down and really break down timelines, meetings, conversations, and who is around during certain moments, people going to understand this situation way different. A lot of dudes playing innocent publicly while privately they know exactly why certain things happen.
Why the [ __ ] did certain things happen, Mr. Bode? It's like you're telling every [ __ ] thing but won't say too much.
said this content better than the mother effing interview. That's what I'm saying. Like, [ __ ] why would you not do the interview when I can get up here and I can destroy you with receipts?
I can literally destroy you.
The [ __ ] needed a friend and decided to let his emotions out to Ratchet. He dumb as hell.
This [ __ ] vented to me, bro. This [ __ ] started venting to me. I'm like, "What the fuck?" I just That the next day I gave the That's when I paid the money. I mean, at this point, [ __ ] I earned it.
I mean, he earned it at this point. Now, be real. After after I'm getting all this [ __ ] at this point, even if I get finessed, [ __ ] you didn't told me enough to run some content with, [ __ ] You really gave me gold. This is better than the [ __ ] interview. [ __ ] the interview, cuz I don't think you was even gonna get up there and say the [ __ ] you saying on these damn messages. And then the [ __ ] you said to 88, this is like to pile all this [ __ ] on top of each other with your paperwork, [ __ ] We fa to prove you're a rat. We proving the rat took the cheese.
We proving it. The rat took the cheese.
Is Joseé Bodega a snitch? Y'all let me know in the chat. Is Joseé Bodega a snitch? R. You know these kids got weak bones. They hurt them, man. His feelings was hurt.
His feelings was hurt. Do y'all Do y'all think I'm going to destroy this [ __ ] now? cuz that pole might should switch.
Y'all think I'mma destroy this [ __ ] now? Bro, I got this [ __ ] Well, this [ __ ] getting deep fried. I'm talking about he is getting deep fried right now. So, let's see. The grand jury of Dallas County, state of Texas, duly organized uh at the January term AD 2022 29 291st judicial district court for said county upon its oath due present and and they said to court what? Quote, Theodore Thomas called defendant on or about the 25th day of August 2021 in the county of Dallas, Texas, did unlawfully appropriate property, namely exercise control over property to one motor vehicle of value of at least $30,000 but less than $150,000 without the effective consent of Hilario Alvarez and Vander Griff Hyundai, the owner of said property with the intent to deprive the said owner of the said property and further said the defendant did unlawfully appropriate property namely exercise control over property to one motor vehicle value of 30,000 uh same [ __ ] So this [ __ ] you got a lot of [ __ ] You got theft of property over 30k but less than 150k. The state of Texas versus Theodore Thomas. still got some [ __ ] going on. So, you're pretending like you're a good boy and you got these special privileges because you committed uh you completed the steps program, but you're a [ __ ] criminal.
Salute poo. I appreciate you. You're a [ __ ] criminal, my boy. You are a [ __ ] criminal. Seizure forfeiture closed. That was 112 2015.
$3,11 in United States currency. That was seizure forfeiture. Theodore Thomas.
So you got your money seized back in 2015. How are you a good boy that's completing step programs when we can clearly see you got a lot of [ __ ] going on, brother?
428 2020 misdemeanor Theodore Thomas.
Here's another case. You got this that's still open. It says, uh, you got a 2016 misdemeanor closed.
You got another 2016 misdemeanor closed.
You got a 2014 misdemeanor closed. You got a You got a lot of [ __ ] on your record, Theodore. Hey yo, Theo, you got a lot of [ __ ] on your record, fam. Here goes. Another felony closed.
Felony one.
It got to be a typo. And then it got another felony one.
Two closed felony ones. District court seven.
292nd judicial court. You got another felony closed felony. Well, you got a man. How the you you ain't no damn step program. You can't do that [ __ ] You got too much [ __ ] going on. Here go more. Another felony. Active. It's an act of felony that he got in 2022, Theodore Thomas.
And you got uh eviction on here for 2026 judgment. You got evicted, brother. So, you got a lot of [ __ ] on your record, bro. You got four felonies, like seven misdemeanors.
How the [ __ ] did you get to go to a STEPS program?
It says, "Man, everybody keep asking me about them too like it's some simple answer, and it ain't one thing I learned. It's the And it ain't one thing I learned is the loudest person in the room usually ain't the one you need to be watching. It's always the ones moving different, staying low, letting everybody else do the talking. Folks think they know the whole story because they've seen headlines, heard rumors, and watched interviews, but they don't know what was really going on behind closed doors.
They don't know who was talking to who, and who was falling out, who was making moves when nobody was looking. That's why I laugh when people swear they got it.
This [ __ ] bro, you can't tell me this [ __ ] didn't get in front of the police.
And you can't tell me this same man didn't get in front of the police and tell them every [ __ ] thing they want to know. There ain't no way, shape, form, or fashion that you going to tell me with a straight face that this [ __ ] didn't get. They said that this [ __ ] didn't get uh he said, "Can you zoom out, son?"
Ratchet, can you shut the hell up and watch the damn content? [ __ ] Can you zoom out? So, what the what is it you need to see? It said [ __ ] the same screen you're looking at right now, zoomed out. It's the same [ __ ] screen you looking at.
I don't even remember what the hell I was saying no more. Uh, they said, "So, nobody gifting memberships, man. Stop begging for memberships, bro. If you get one, you get one. Just buy one."
Said he knows everything. He said, "Well, the laws got it all now." He told them detectives everything.
Do y'all think this dude is a snitch?
Do y'all think this dude is a snitch?
Let me ask the chat. Do is Jose Bodega telling right now? Is it He might I mean I ain't no way. They said he absolutely did. They said glad you said it. They said child quit begging. They said it told it. What? It told it all is what you're saying. He told every [ __ ] thing. This [ __ ] didn't told every damn thing. Said hell yeah. He telling this [ __ ] didn't got up here and and confessed everything to me. I'm talking about this guy. This [ __ ] got emotional as a [ __ ] I'm like, "Bro, this this is big bodega. This big ass bodega."
Uh, people swear they got it figured out cuz they only know what they was allowed to know. All I'm saying is when the real timeline come out and people start connecting dates, conversations, and relationships, a lot of folks don't be looking crazy cuz the picture way bigger than what everybody been pushing online.
I ain't dropping everything in the text message though cuz y'all know how this y'all know how this internet get screenshots everywhere. People running with half the story. Just know some of the people acting the most surprised today ain't nearly as surprised as they pretend to be.
Man, I stayed solid through everything.
Stayed quiet while people lied on my name, cut me off, switch sides, and acted like I was the problem. But now everybody panicking because paperwork getting unsealed, phones getting looked at, people getting questioned again.
They know the walls is closing in. You got to understand, I was around when conversations was happening. I seen people linking up, money being thrown around, promises being made. Certain dudes was talking whoopde whoopde whoop.
Certain dudes was talking reckless.
Nothing could ever come like nothing could ever come back on them. Now look at everybody moving nervous. And the crazy part is they still think loyalty is supposed to protect them after how they did me. Nah, loyalty ended when they let when they left people to crash out while they sat back acting innocent.
I ain't saying everything over text, but just know if I really decide to speak publicly and tell the full story, it's going to change how everybody look at this whole situation. People been blaming the wrong people this whole time, man. Bodega, I ain't gonna even lie to you, bro.
I ain't gonna even lie to you, dog. The way this brother The walls is going to close all the way in on you. You got to get the [ __ ] up out of here. I ain't gonna lie, bro. You might want to go ahead and get the [ __ ] on up out of Dallas, dog.
You might want to go ahead and get the [ __ ] on up out of here. They probably gave you a number one and you told them everything. A superersized number one.
You They probably gave you a superersized number one and you told every [ __ ] thing they wanted to know.
They said he a MO3 fan in disguise. That [ __ ] really doing the Mo3 a big favor.
But we gonna get the truth out. He got to. So, no one is mad at Joseé Bodega. I want y'all to understand that no one's mad at Jose Bodega. We just got to do the work for him and he got to get exposed in the midst of all this [ __ ] I'm sorry, but it just is what it is, Jose. So, uh, where is my videos at? Let me go here. I want to show y'all I want to show y'all something real quick.
Don't go my videos.
Let's go here.
>> Next question is, you know, how does one respond? Mind you, this is Jerry Johnson's lawyer for his MO3 case. This guy right here, this guy right here in the uh with the on the left hand side with the white shirt on, that's Jerry Johnson's lawyer in the MO3 case.
>> When they have been subpoenaed to court, what what is your obligations when you've been subpoenaed?
>> Okay, I've been seeing a little chatter online about a certain case about a well-known rapper, you know, and another well-known rapper that raps from him got subpoenaed. So, this is all I'mma say.
What's the penalty for not responding to a subpoena? The penalty for not responding to a subpoena is anywhere between uh you can get fined up to $500, right? You could get um arrested and and held in contempt of court until the trial is over, right?
it to me the way I would answer this is you know if it's me and I don't want to and I or hypothetically right cuz you got to be hypothetical right I'll pay my $500 that that's option number one $500 here you go and I I ain't testify I ain't saying nothing you understand what I'm saying >> I would probably not be any and a rid of attachment is when a judge um tells a officer to come get you and bring you to court to testify. You know, um I probably wouldn't be anywhere that you could find me to bring me to court to testify. If you did find me or you did find this person that didn't want to testify, maybe you take the stand and you do, you know, do do the attorneys the same way this guy did me. Like I've told you on another episode, every answer to my See, look, the subpoena, you only have to show up. You understand what I'm saying?
You only got to show up and sit there.
You ain't got to say what they want you to say. You ain't got to respond how they want you to respond. Or your other option is Michael, your other your other option is, you know, you ain't got to say what these people want you to say when you come to court, when you answer the subpoena. You understand? You ain't got to respond how they want you to respond. You see what I'm saying? Y'all seen Little Woody in in the in the YSL case. Y'all seen what he did. I mean, they wish they never subpoenaed that [ __ ] You understand what I'm saying?
You can make them wish they never subpoena. He tore that whole [ __ ] down.
You see what I'm saying? You want me?
Okay, bet. You see what I'm saying? Or you can do um >> Are y'all paying attention to this [ __ ] Cuz this is what's going to happen in the Mo 3 trial.
>> You know, I I like to consider myself a distinguished attorney. I don't really think that's up to me, but I'm going to call myself a distinguished attorney at this point. What a guy did to me. You see what I'm saying? It was a murder trial. He didn't want to be there. He didn't want to answer no questions. Even though his brother was the victim, he didn't want to be there. He didn't want to answer no questions. Every question I asked him, he said, "It depends." I'm talking about every question. And look, it depends can come off different ways.
You could smile when you say it. It depends. You could be sad when you say it. It depends. You could be serious when it depends. I mean, every question to the point where I objected and I said, "Your honor, objection, nonresponsive." And the judge said, you know, I do sustain your objection, Mr. Wilkerson, but let me guess what what what's your answer? It depends. You see what I'm saying? It was to the point where the judge was joking about it cuz every single question I asked him, he said, "It depends." So, at that point, you showed up for your subpoena. You've answered every question, and you ain't giving nobody no information that they trying to elicit from you. I honestly I think that's more more gangster than anything. Honestly, you see what I'm saying? That's the way. Cuz now I'm here, [ __ ] I'm here. You can't arrest me. You can't nothing. I'm here. And honestly, and honestly, you could you could tap in on this, Mike. I don't even know how that played with the jury for real. I think the jury could see he didn't want to be there. And I think the jury was turned off by it. Like, not turned off mad at him, but kind of looking at whoever subpoenaed him like, "Bro, why you even got him here?" You know what I'm saying? Like, it wasn't it wasn't No, he ain't make no kind of splash. She was more just >> so that's the advice that they're giving the people that's that are subpoenaed to testify in the MO3 case. This is the advice that they're giving these people like Jose Bodega that got all this information. Trap Boy Freddy that knows all of this [ __ ] to be factual.
This is what the information >> is. It was more just a just a draw if you will. It might have been worse than a draw though. What you think, Mike?
>> I'm gonna attack this question two two ways. Number one, if you been subpoenaed and you don't want to be there, I I think it's best for you to show up because they can't make you say what they want you to say. They they may have control over getting you there. Judge can get, you know, once they put that subpoena in your hand. Hey, judge, can you send a cable to go pick them up? If they able to find you during that time frame of the trial, they come drag you down to court. But once they get you there, once they get you there, they can't make you say what they want you to say. And just like YSL Woody did, you got to know how to be savvy enough not to give them what they want and not to per yourself because here's the thing.
Uh uh I'mma throw out this DA office again because they known for this [ __ ] Teran County DA will threaten you with perjury once you don't say what they want you to say. You lied to the police.
You lied to the police or you lying now and we gonna hit you with perjury.
Listen, listen, listen.
>> Lying to the police is not perjury.
>> Listen. Hey, they can threaten you all they want, but again, you have a right to get on that stand and testify to whatever you want to testify to. So, I think it is more gangster just to show up. If you be a subpoena, just show up and once you get there, stay on business. Stand on business. They can't make you do anything you don't want to do. And they may be mad and up in up and arms about your responses, but that's the best thing to do. Okay. Number two, if I subpoenaed you, okay, if I subpoenaed you and you don't want to come like a man, you could just call me.
Let's talk about it. Why don't you want to come?
>> Okay. And here's the thing. I don't work for the police. I ain't trying to get you down here and and and put you in in in these people uh uh uh radar, put you on these people radar or nothing like that. All I'm trying to solicit from you is the truth that I need that you said before, okay? That I need to help my client get off this case. So, if I'm subpoenaing you, you got to know I'm not subpoenaing you like a police officer, a district attorney is subpoenaing you.
I'm subpoenaing you trying to save you just as much as I'm trying to save my client. So you ain't got to worry about me doing the police type [ __ ] What you gota what you got to do is know we going to keep it very limited. We going to keep it to the scope of what I need you to say and then I'mma get you up out of there. Okay? So if you ever get a subpoena from Wilkins to the Campbell, just give us a call, G. Just give us a call. We'll tell you what it's all about. But it ain't I tell you what it's not about. It's not about putting anybody in on the police radar because we just not about that. Okay. Okay. So, moving along. Moving along, you know.
>> Yeah. These dudes sound like some crooked ass lawyers. I ain't going to lie. Them two brothers don't sound like that. They sound like some crooked ass [ __ ] Like they [ __ ] with a lot of gangsters. Hey man, that's more gangster right there. I want my lawyer talking like that. You will not represent me saying that's more gangster. No the [ __ ] it's not, brother.
Get me a another one that don't look like you.
Give me somebody else, brother. Not you.
you I'm not going to war with a [ __ ] telling me that's gangster. Nah, we can't do that. But so that's that's the lawyers for that. That's Jerry Johnson's lawyer in the Mo3 case giving advice to Trap Boy Freddy, Jose Bodega, and other individuals that are tied into this MO3 murder case, telling them don't speak, don't say [ __ ] Look like Jose Bodega jumped the gun and he already started talking though. And that's why this this that's why your goddamn phone records and all that [ __ ] Jose Bodega because [ __ ] you confided in Ratchet TV and and Queen 88.
How much more green can your ass be? You confided in Queen 88 and Ratchet TV of all [ __ ] people in the world you could confide to. You confided, man. I just this dude. Let me go over here and do this. Let me share my screen. Hold on. Window.
Is this it?
Is that it? No, that's not it. Let's go.
Oh, yeah. I can go here. Let's do this.
My fault. All right, let's go over here.
So, Theodore, this expose on you, brother.
Look at my damn All right, there we go.
I can go one more.
All right, it comes now. Danny McMillan, senior US probation officer, presenting a request for released of pre-trial supervision, records of defendant Theodore Thomas. Mr. Thomas, who was placed under pre-trial supervision by US Majesty Judge Rebecca Rutherford, sitting in the court in Dallas, Texas, February 19th, 2025. On December 8th, my birthday, December 8th, 2025, the United States Probation Office in Dallas, received a subpoena to appear on December 12th, 2025 at 8 a.m. to testify as a witness on behalf of Maris Conway, the defendant in criminal docket number F2500154 in the criminal district court number seven in Dallas County, Texas. The subpoena demands the probation office provide a complete copy of Mr. Thomas pre-trial services file monthly reports, drug tests, and outside correspondence and complaints. The defense private investigator, Marissa Wallace, the subpoena appears to be in reference to Mr. Thomas' involvement as a witness in the capital murder trial of Maris Conway.
Let's say that again. To defense private investigator Marissa Wallace. And it says the subpoena appears to be in reference to Mr. Thomas's involvement as a witness in the Capitol murder trial of Maris Conway. Well, Maris Conway, I just gave you some vital information that this [ __ ] been saying about you behind the scenes. Mr. Maris Conway, ain't this what you've been looking for?
The [ __ ] that you've been looking for is the [ __ ] I got, brother.
The [ __ ] you looking for is the [ __ ] that I got.
So your boy Ratchet went undercover and he confided in me and he confided in 88 who also went undercover. We didn't know we was going undercover. We just did. We ended up it just it just happened this way. The stars just aligned for us to go ahead and get this [ __ ] popping. Hold on. All right. I couldn't find my damn mouse. Where the [ __ ] is my damn mouse?
Why can't I see it on screen? Okay, there you go. Oh, that's why. All right.
So, uh, he's a witness in the capital murder trial of Maris Conway. The probation office respectfully recommends that the court deny the release of the above defendants pre-trial records.
Confidentiality of pre-trial services information is important to promote a candid and truthful relationship between the defendant, Mr. Thomas, and his supervision officer in order to obtain the most complete and accurate information possible for the court. The defendant's records contain sensitive information. Furthermore, the defendant is not under criminal investigation in relation to these charges involving Maris Conway in case number 25 F2500154 pursuant to 18 USC 3153. The release of confidential pre-trial information shall only be released under certain circumstances. here. The subpoena served upon the US Probation Office does not establish good cause for the release of pre-trial service information, praying that the court will order the denial of the request for release of pre-trial supervision file. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
And it says agrees with the recommendation of the probation officer to deny the request of the release of pre-trial records. Everything Yellow Beey wanted with this dude, he could never get it. And and when we went down, just remember 88. When we went down there to the courts, we couldn't get no information on this dude, Jose Bodega.
Me and 88 tried to go get information on him and Jerry Johnson. We could not get anything. Boy, they took us on loops.
Somebody walked in the damn courtroom and said, "What's your what's your what's your name?" I like, "Ratchet TV."
They said, "No, no, no. We need your first and last name." I No, you don't.
You don't need my damn first and last name. You just need Ratchet TV. What do you do? I'm a journalist. Who you work for? Independent.
And why do you need this again? And can you go downstairs to this? And they like, "No, you go back upstairs." I just left from upstairs. They like told me to come down here. No, no, no, you got to go up there and get that. No, you got to go here and get that. No, you got to go there. And then I just talked to the director of the court. Like, you just left the damn courtroom. Can you tell, can you give me the transcript? Oh, we keep the transcripts in a vault. I'm like, "Ma'am, he literally just got out of court right now." They're like, "Oh, yeah, but we already put those in a vault, so we got to go and lock them."
Then they came back up, "What's your name again?" I'm like, "Bro, what the ADA was like, bro, what the [ __ ] is going on?" They were like so secretive when it came to Joseé Bodega at Dallas County. I'm telling y'all, we went up there trying to get information on this dude and we couldn't get it. I promise y'all we could not get it. Ask ADA, she'll tell you like, man, they took us on loops, loops upon loops upon loops.
So, are you saying that they are snitching relatives? They ended up in the same [ __ ] cell together. These [ __ ] both gave up everything. That's why Jerry is going up for that re-sentence right now. Jerry know what his cousin and did. Jerry know his cousin and snitched. Oops. Cancel. I almost I almost exited off the whole damn thing. My bad. I almost exited off.
I almost ended the whole damn live.
[ __ ] My bad. Let me go back over here.
I don't know what I was thinking. I was pressing the X on this [ __ ] My bad. I'm thinking I'm on a damn I'm tripping. I'm over here tripping like a [ __ ] Let me exit off like that.
All right, so I almost ended the whole damn live. Let me see. Am I still live?
Okay, I am. I'm like, damn. Let me make sure I'm still live. I almost [ __ ] the whole damn live up. All right, so let's get back to it. And I'mma prove to you.
I'm glad you asked that question, uh, Trigger Man. I'm glad you I'm glad you asked that question. So, let's get through here with this then. So, we got the United States versus Theodore Thomas. This also has Jerry Johnson in a lot of his [ __ ] too. Uh, for the government, for the defendant, uh, for US probation and pre-trial services. They got the people they're recorded by, transcribed by, and it says the court. Mr. Thomas, how are you doing? Have y'all heard this [ __ ] Have y'all ever seen this [ __ ] Drop the gems if you seen this [ __ ] Drop the eyeballs if y'all don't know what the [ __ ] going on cuz I got his court transcripts too. We got everything on your ass, Jose Bodega. We got you, brother. Like, your boy Ratchet cold with this [ __ ] fam. I'm telling you, I'm cold with this [ __ ] You going to wish you never [ __ ] with me. They said, uh, so one person said they seen his transcripts before. Everybody else saying we ain't seen this. I bet Kiwan.
Now, y'all ever seen this [ __ ] before?
Drop the eyeballs if y'all ain't seen this [ __ ] cuz I got your court transcripts, my [ __ ] I told you I got a lot of I got a lot of [ __ ] on you, my my dude. Got a lot of [ __ ] on you. The court says, "Mr. Thomas, the defendant, how you doing?" The court, "Good. How are you doing?" The defendant, "I'm doing pretty good." Court says, "All right, so tell me about the past month."
The defendant, "Well, I finished up the class." The court, "Congratulations, you finished the MRT program." The defendant says, "MRT part of the class?" Yeah. The court MRT? Yes. You not done with the steps? The defendant? Yeah, I was going to I just always the court. You can't trick me.
This [ __ ] a snitch. You see, I ain't never seen the court interact with me when I was in no damn court like this. I don't know about when y'all go to court, but they don't inter. They don't laugh with me. Them [ __ ] be looking at me like, "Nigga, the fuck." Uh, bring your ass up here. Like, what the [ __ ] I ain't never cracked a joke with a judge before. Man, I don't know about y'all, but I ain't never cracked no damn joke with a judge. And the whole court just burst out in laughter with me. I don't know what kind of relationship y'all be having with courts, but them ain't the kind of relationships I got in the courtroom when I walk in that [ __ ] They It don't be that kind of experience. I don't know about y'all.
They said, "Ratch, how you reading it is because that's how it's going. That's exactly what that's exactly what went on. This dude is a they love him in in this court." You can't trick me. The court says, "Did you guys see that?"
Yeah. No, you're not skipping the line.
You've got to stay in. But you did finish MRT. That's an accomplishment.
The defendant. Yes, ma'am. Uh the court.
Congratulations, the defendant. And it's been a good month. You know, we my company, they we was going to have a union come in and we supposed to be going to vote for a union to come in. So that's, you know, that's always good, you know.
That's Jose Bodega, by the way. And then it says, "Well, that's what everybody tells me that, you know, you want to work with the union, so you know, that's good. Just getting, you know, used to all the new responsibilities that I got at my job, you know, but it's starting to settle in. This [ __ ] is a snitch."
The court says, "Okay, you feel like you've got the tools you need to succeed there?" The defendant says, "Yeah, I it's really just I'm just realizing uh it just ain't all about me and my performance. I've got to, you know, make sure everybody's on time, make sure they need help. It's a lot of responsibilities, but it keeps me going." And I like it. And I now I don't know. Uh, I don't have a load of trucks at all. So, all I got to do is help and make sure everything is on time. I mean, I might load. I do load. Though, still at the end of the night, just whoever got an extra truck, I take all the extra trucks, but I don't have to load it all.
The court, well, that's pretty nice. And you know that you can always talk to the team if you need any ideas or help working through anything that you might encounter with your team at work. Right.
The defendant. Yes, sir. I mean, yes, ma'am. I be talking to Mr. McMillan when I be, you know, whenever though, like I call sometimes at 8, 9:00, you know, he answers. So, he's like another friend.
Yo, this [ __ ] is What y'all think about Bodega? Y'all hold on. What y'all think about this dude, fam?
Why y'all uh time out?
Why y'all time out the damn green members? What is going on with the mods?
Red Velvet, slow the [ __ ] down. Hey y'all, what what is going on?
Why did the green member get timed out for what? For Y'all need to slow the [ __ ] down. What y'all think about Bodega? Said, "Man, I'm crying." They said he is loose. Yeah, Red Velvet, that you got one more time. If somebody tell me you [ __ ] up one more time, I'm taking your wrench. I'm sorry. Can't have no mistakes. Rain, brother. Rain, are you watching this [ __ ] Rain, I got this boy by the nuts. No, did he? This dude, he got such a great relationship with the judge. It's a ratchet delivered on time.
I don't think he halfway through. Oh, no, no, no. We know we nowhere near through. We got a long way to go. We got a lot of content to to We We not nowhere near done. The court says he's got a lot of experience and he's seen people do it easy way and do it the hard way and he's always very generous in letting us know if we're doing it the hard way. So we can save ourselves. I mean if someone is going to tell Hold on okay my bad. So it says uh so we can save ourselves. I mean, if someone's going to tell me there's an easy way to do it, I think I'm going to listen because I've done enough things the hard way. And if someone else is going to tell me that that's the hard way, then there's an easier way. I want to know the easier way. The defendant, right, the court. And I think Mr. McMillan has a lot of experience with the observation of the hard way. So, thank you for using him as a resource. And are you thinking about as you go forward how you might be able to replace Mr. McMillan? Do you have another Do you have other people that you started to identify that can give you that kind of support and insight? The defendant? Well, yeah. I got I have made a partner at work. You know, at first I ain't I ain't never been big on friends. So, but I made uh like I said, me and him been, you know, going to click real tight, you know, with some of the same situations. He ain't been through what I've been through, but, you know, he's been in the work field before and he kind of been helping me guide me through that. So, that's pretty cool. Like, I talked to him a lot. He's in a relationship with this [ __ ] That's what it sound like.
The court says, "That's good. You seem like you're pretty open to talking to people and listening to them. The defendant, it's a new world. So, the court, even though you're not big on new friends, the defendant. Yeah, it's a new world. I had it didn't it didn't started. It was like It wasn't like that in the beginning, but I've been opening up all the time, you know, trying to get settled in with being out the court. Do you anticipate any particular challenges in the next month or so or in the next year or in the new year? The defendant, no. Like I was saying in class earlier, I just, you know, I didn't I was just settling in my foundation right now, you know, I've been laying the ceiling down. I've been working, working, working, you know. So, make sure I just plan on, you know, doing the open things like, you know, going out, meet new people, you know, trying different stuff, you know, quit being so boxed in. This [ __ ] is th This is GRC.
Big GRC Theo.
This big gangster PMG. This big gangster GRC, Mr. Walk Down. Whoopde whoop. This is This is him. This is your gangster, man.
This [ __ ] is an informant.
This [ __ ] is an informant.
I know an informant when I see one. This man, look how he he talking like point Dexter. He in this [ __ ] talking like screech off. Save by the bail. The court says, "Okay, good."
The court Oh, no. We ain't even close to being done. The court says, "Okay, good." As you do that, I hope you continue to visit with Mr. McMillan and some of the other people at the program and they can share where if you did more things that they how how to do more things and still keep it kind of within the lines so you are able to finish the program and then have success after the steps. Right, the defendant. Right, the court. That's the goal. The defendant, right? the court that you get through this and you get that fresh start and you really succeed with that fresh start. The defendant right the court good all right Mr. McMillan do you have any response want to defend yourself officer McMillan Mr. Thomas, you caught me on a good day. That's why I asked you.
Officer McMillan. No, I mean just sometimes going through it. So, he's been working with Officer McMillan, y'all. Jose Bodega been working side by side with Officer McMillan. Keep that in mind. Y'all heard it in court. He's been working side by side with Officer McMillan. He's confided in him and made a friend with Officer McMillan. This [ __ ] working with the police. This [ __ ] Jose Bodega is working with the police. He's an informant. They say Jose, this Jose Bodega. Yes, this is Jose Bodega. This is Jose Bodega's paperwork. This is his court transcribe transcripts.
They say he running a play in court.
Wow. Say getting ready to cooperate. GRC getting ready to cooperate.
So we need to get in contact with Mr. McMillan and let him know his boy out here running off with people. Yeah, I need to call officer McMillan. Someone give me Officer McMillan's uh number so I can call. This is his resource. I say this [ __ ] stole some money from me. I I'm looking for buddy. That [ __ ] stole some bread from me. I need Hey, Officer McMillan. That [ __ ] didn't [ __ ] up.
He done relapsed. That [ __ ] stole some money from me, fam. You need to go ahead and lock this goofy ass [ __ ] up.
Officer McMillan. Officer McMillan says, "No, I mean just sometimes going through it and then sometimes just going to work and then going home and just handling the basics. Sometimes that's good.
Sometimes we need it in our lives. But I mean, I appreciate the fact that, you know, like we're human beings. I mean, we need relationships. We need people, need a tribe. And, you know, you've made it a goal for yourself to start at the start. Now, a little bit more. And that's commendable. You know, do that.
But as Judge was alluding to, you find some safe people to be around, like some people that you don't end up in cases with the defendant. Right. Right.
Officer McMillan, you know, that's the objective is, you know, I know Mr. Lock is mountain biking. Find new sorts of things that you don't even know you like. go hiking, you know, find a hiking group or walking group, you know, and walk around DFW. Just experiment. like when you're looking for like what you want to do, experiment because it's finding positive pro-social way to be around people. then also kind of elevate your life because once you're around those types of people, I mean, there's all kinds of people from all businesses who are financial investors, real estate investors, you're just you're just around a whole bunch of different types of people now to where you can just start growing as an individual because you'll never be the smartest person in the whole the defendant. Right, Officer McMillan? Hold on. First of all, I've never had this type of conversation in a courtroom before with anybody. I don't know about y'all, but I ain't never had a conversation like I ain't never even seen a person have a conversation like this in court. Is this some [ __ ] that I just I ain't aware of. I might not be hip to this side of the court. I ain't never seen a court interaction like with a criminal and some cops before. I ain't and a judge just in a courtroom chilling, laughing, having a long ass conversation. They usually be like, "Hey, so what's going on? You finish it.
All right. How long is it going to be till you finish it? All right. He needs to finish it by so and so. All right.
Cool. We'll adjourn and we'll be here next month. Some [ __ ] like that. I ain't never seen no [ __ ] like this. I wouldn't be claiming nothing and getting evicted.
Yeah. This [ __ ] got evicted, bro. Get your goofy ass on. So, Officer Fuentes jumps in. I want to commend you real quick. I know I told you last week for all the hard work that you've put into MRT. I know I have I have mentioned from the person that you were from the beginning to finish in MRT, you have grown so much. You saw the opportunity that was given to you and kind of took it and ran with it. And and so I can't wait to see what the future holds for you, the defendant. Thank you. Uh uh officer Fuentes, Mr. Thomas, MRT specifically, the defendant. Thank you.
And it says the court. All right. So like pre-graduation, a mini graduation, the defendant, right? The court, anybody, any of any any of our participants, especially those of you who have been in before Mr. Thomas came, have you also noticed a change in him since he's been in the program? Miss Dea Garza, yes, the court. You have, Miss Dea Garza. And congratulations, the defendant. Thank you, Miss Dea Garza.
The court. Uh, that's nice to hear, isn't it? The defendant. Yes, ma'am. The court that other people notice the defendant. Yes, ma'am. The court. All right. Good work.
And the proceedings concluded. What the [ __ ] kind of court date this [ __ ] had.
This [ __ ] got special treatment in that courtroom. But them judges love the [ __ ] out of him. I'm talking about them judges love that [ __ ] Oh my god. Mr. Thomas just she was so commendable. This [ __ ] This [ __ ] is a snitch. Let's go here. This [ __ ] is a snitch.
What we got here? We got more paperwork.
We do.
Theodore Thomas the defendant. And here we go again.
The court. All right. How about Mr. Thomas? This is Dallas County. How you doing? I'm doing good. How are you?
Great. the past month. I hear you're getting I hear you're on step 11 of MRT.
The defendant. Yes, ma'am. The court.
Okay. You've been making some good progress. The defendant just trying, you know, just trying to, you know, stay stay focused, you know, and work on being a better leader because, you know, like I told you last month, I had got the lead position in my job. And like I say, I just focused on it and my little girl pretty that's pretty much it. They had they tried to come at me about being like a supervisor, but I I told them supervisor, it ain't going to add up the same because that's salary. And I really but I've been thinking about changing my mind because I that's something that I could add to my resume. So, I just told them just give me a week to think about it. And you know, I'm going to probably go over it with Mr. McMillan and see what he thinks. The court, okay, yes, I encourage you to uh to talk to Mr. McMillan and uh think about, you know, the pros and cons. Maybe make a list, think through that. The defendant, right? The court, well, good. And you clearly must be doing a good job that they would come to you to even ask about that. You're taking care of business at business, right? The defendant. Yeah, that's what I said. Like, I had a couple of little hiccups.
Who the [ __ ] says some [ __ ] like this?
That [ __ ] said I had a couple of hiccups because there were some people like a little jealous because I got the position because, you know, I only been there like six months. Six, seven months. Six, seven. Uh, and you know, there's people that have been there like 10 years and they was waiting on the dude that had the position to think they thought they was going to be able to be up next and he, you know, he'd been kind of giving me a little primer, but I it just as long as my manager see I ain't doing no wrong with passing out the work and making sure everything is done, it don't really matter how you feel. The court, yes, those kind of workplace relationships can be difficult if there is a little jealousy. The defendant, yeah, because he was cool at first, but like he be like kind of, you know, sneering his nose up like won't say nothing when I speak to him, but I, you know, I don't let it bother me, the court. Well, that's good. Some people let it get to them and that causes problems. Then you just give up. Then you just give them the reaction they're hoping for. The defendant, right? The court. And it reflects badly on you. It takes the some strength to ignore it.
The defendant, right? The court not indulgent. Okay. And your daughter?
Things are good there. The defendant.
It's all right. Like we me and my her mom, we kind of had a little argument like earlier this week because she you know she she feel like well my thing you know she I ain't on child support and them so she'll get upset about something or I don't do something fast enough for her like and she won't let me see my daughter, you know, and like like I said, me and Mr. We talked about that too, you know. I was just going I'm probably just going to put myself on child support, you know, because at the end of the day, I don't care about paying. But like I told I even told her the same thing. like you want more money because you know I had got a car a new car and stuff if you want more money I'll bring you more money when I pick her up and she that wasn't enough for her because she still want to control the narrative of how it go and I don't think that's fair but that's the last conversation we had that was probably like Monday the court yes that seems like it's kind of going sound a voice. Maybe it's in the air.
The court. Uhhuh.
It's that time of year. Everybody thinks about needing a little more. And you have and you have to. It is very difficult to navigate. The defendant, but like I told her, I don't mind giving more, but I want to get my child when I want her. Like I don't want you to dictate to me how I get to see my child.
But you you cool with me sending money every week, but I can't get her when I want her. Or not having a good week.
Like, you know, I'm only off on Sundays.
So on Sunday, I'm going to want to get her. Like, but nah, not this week. Like that's a whole week. I work a lot, but you know, I be needing it. You know, that's the time with my little girl, the court. Yes. Yes. She has uh she has the card that you want and she is she's using it. So, I really encourage you to talk with Mr. McMillan and make a smart decision about what your next steps are and don't get drawn into a situation that makes it worse for you, the defendant. All right. The court because your daughter is how old? The defendant.
Five. The court. Five. Yes. The defendant. Yeah, that's why I say like, you know, them the earliest I already miss time being locked up. Like I ain't trying to miss no more time, but you know, that's that's what I say. I'm definitely going to take the right steps, you know, navigate it differently. The court, yes. Uh, it's really hard because it's very emotional.
The defendant, yeah, the court, yes.
Sometimes it's a little bit easier when they're teenagers and not quite so cute, but they're five. They really can be sweet. Uh, let me say they can be really sweet and they still like fall asleep early. And you know, teenagers make you worry about a lot more, but it's a long time and she'll be a teenager before you know it. And then you might be fine with no no, I don't need to see her for like three years. the the defendant. Nah, not me. That's, you know, that's the only good thing God gave me. So, she can come live with me anytime. The court. Well, be careful what you ask for. Your whole house will be taken over by what is it you told me she likes? I know she likes the sparkle shoes. And then she does she have a was it what was she for Halloween? The defendant. Now she liked Lilo and Stitch. That's her new the court. Uhhuh. The defendant. She want Lilo and Stitch backpack lunchbox. She switched it up. The court. You're going to have to find something that you like together. Like maybe you can go get her into Marvel or something like that. Some superheroes. The defendant. Yeah, she ain't. She girly. She ain't the court.
No. The defendant. She ain't going to like none of that. The court. No. You can't convince her. The defendant. The only thing that I can get her to do is to go to the jump place. She like that.
She will go for days, but my knees ain't that good. I can't jump that long. I try to, you know, jump with her for a little bit, but the court. Well, she sounds pretty active. Maybe you can convince her to watch some football with you. The defendant. Yeah, I can get her to pretty much watch anything with me. But after a while, Daddy, where your phone at? and she's doing her own thing. The court, any other concerns you have coming up? I mean, navigating your relationship with your daughter's mom is certainly a big one. And then you have a big decision you have to make you have to make with work. Is there anything else on your list of concerns? The defendant, we just going into peak season, so it's like more I know I'm going to be working more hours and that's it. You know, my it ain't I ain't used to it. This is my first job. So, you know, it's still this part is kind of it gets hard a little bit just as far as the hours, you know, being the first to come in and the last to leave. Like, no matter what time I get off, I still got to be in in at this time because I still got a starter shift. I still got a starter shift for everybody else. The court uh Oh, yes, Mr. McMillan. Or anybody else on the team? Officer McMillan on the team.
Officer McMillan says, "Danny McMillan, good job, Mr. Thomas. Good. Go forward, man. I mean, anything that comes your way, I mean, you're well equipped to navigate it. You know, I really do like the way you think. I appreciate you being vulnerable. I appreciate you picking up the phone and calling whenever you have questions instead of just relying on maybe uh your own internal intuition and how to address things and handle things. You know, I appreciate like walking in early to MRT and you know, encouraging other people, giving them advice and things of that nature. You know, I can see the growth already in you, man. And I'm proud of you for that. Just keep going. You know, we'll navigate this thing. I mean, you have a a little while left. We're navigating whatever comes your direction, but just know uh we we're going to It says just know keep going and good job. So, we're proud of you, Officer Perez. Okay, Mr. Thomas.
I'm glad to hear you're reconsidering that decision. This sounds like a briefing. You know, you've got, you know, you've got to have some kind of stress. That was an uncomfortable situation that so we can grow. So, we don't and I don't I don't know what this I don't know what the saying is. Nothing ventured, nothing gained or something like that. You've got you've got to take the opportunity when it comes because you never know. It'll it'll it's another thing that'll ground you because now you're going to be responsible for a group of people, right? So I keep talking to you guys about the things that ground us, you know, and that's something that grounds us, you know, don't, you know, don't shy away from that, you know, the court. Any participants? Miss de la Garza, good job. I think that you really are trusting the process and you trust the program because you have grown from when you first started. And you know, I'm always here, you know, call me if you want to have a few conversations. the defendant, right, Miss Dea Garza. So, I'm so I'm proud of you extremely to be vulnerable. It takes a whole person and you've been uh an audible man. Keep going the court. All right, good job.
Proceeding concluded at 10:59.
