WALK OF SHAME Begins After Auditor Refuses To Show ID | First Amendment AuditHinzugefügt:
We have a special watch on you being around the police department, so I'm just trying to figure out what's going on.
>> Okay.
Do you have an ID with you, sir? I do.
Can I have it, please? No.
Okay.
You never answered my question if it's potentially illegal to take a picture of >> away. You go to the shade. Are you threatening me with arrest if I don't?
>> detain you for sure. For what? For obstructing the investigation. Get over in the shade now.
>> Okay.
>> [snorts] >> You're a [ __ ] coward cop.
Tonight's series takes us from a police department sidewalk encounter to a heated confrontation outside Summit Healthcare in Arizona.
In both cases, cameras were rolling, tensions exploded, and one question kept growing louder.
Did these officers go too far trying to demand compliance?
The original channels behind these encounters continue spreading awareness about civil rights, public filming, and police accountability.
Make sure to subscribe to them. Check the links in the description, and tell them Mr. Right I do refusal sent you because we believe civil rights matter. Will these citizens stand their ground, or will the pressure finally break them?
Stay until the end because you're absolutely going to learn something and have strong opinions about what happened here.
Hey, how you doing today, sir? Doing fine.
What's going on today?
I don't know what you mean.
Oh, just photographing the PD and stuff.
Is that illegal?
Well, depends on what's going on.
So, it is potentially illegal?
You can keep recording me, man. That's fine. I'm just asking you a simple question.
>> watch on you being around the police department, so I'm just trying to figure out what's going on.
>> Okay.
Do you have an ID with you, sir? I do.
Can I have it, please? No.
Okay.
You never answered my question if it's potentially illegal to take a picture of the police department.
>> absolutely not [clears throat] potentially. It's just a safety issue.
That's all. Okay. It's an officer safety issue.
So, I'm engaged in completely lawful conduct, and this is a consensual encounter.
Oh, absolutely. That's why I'm asking for your ID. Okay.
How you doing, sir?
Doing fine.
Didn't we meet the other day? We did meet the other day. How are you doing?
Pretty well, and yourself? Good, thank you. Good. I understand you've been been around the metro area doing some filming. Is that right?
Could be. Okay. All right.
You going to Would you be willing to tell me why you're why you're doing this filming?
No. No? Okay. All right.
So, what's the What's the plan of action for today?
I don't know. I think I'm going to film until you guys walk away, and then I'm going to leave. All right.
All right. Well, we just I think someone called to say and that's why we just come to see what you're doing.
So, I know what the answer was last time, but you willing to show me your ID today? I'm not. You know? Okay. All right.
No problem.
What's your name?
My name is Officer Young.
Do you Do you see Do you see a town in your name?
Oh, let's not call it decency. I mean, you kind of have to identify yourself as your department policy.
Okay.
So, you're just here filming us coming and going, are you?
I'm just here filming from a public sidewalk engaged in legal activity.
Okay.
I'm just asking are you uh just filming officers or are you filming everyone?
Filming everyone that goes by.
Okay.
The only ones that seem to get worked up are the officers.
Well, we're just a little bit curious as to what's going on. That's all. Well, you met me the other day, and yet here you are. Yet here you are again. So, it seems like a bit more than just curiosity. Okay.
Well, I think we're not There's five of you.
At least five of you right in the immediate vicinity. Six, seven.
Well, actually they're not cops over there.
Okay.
So, that's why we just come and speak to you to see what you're doing, if you're willing to speak to us, sir. And I did.
Okay. All right. Well, we'll leave you to it then. You have a good day, sir.
You too. Take care. Thank you. You too.
What started as a calm refusal to identify outside a police department quickly exposed how uncomfortable lawful filming can make authorities. But, the next encounter goes even further.
This time, accusations of assault, threats of arrest, and explosive confrontations turn a public recording into complete chaos.
Just so you know, that's assault. You're not law enforcement officers.
Did you video him assault these guys first? [snorts] Did you video him Did you have a video of the first part of it? I don't have to. What you're doing right now is assault.
Do you see your foot or your knee in the back of his back?

Do you care? No.
I don't have to. [ __ ] you. I'm in public property. Get off the property. Public property. Public.

>> Do you see what you're doing?
That is illegal. You are not law enforcement. Learn the laws, bro.
Director of what? Jerome, director of security here at Summit Healthcare.
So, you guys go ahead and call Summit Healthcare here in Show Low, Arizona, and you guys express your opinions as to the way they're treating this man outside. You didn't see what he did to them >> I don't have to.
Do you know what self-defense means? It means one act, you stop the action, >> the knife? and the action was stopped.
>> see the knife?
>> Is the action stopped?
>> the knife?
>> Is the action stopped?
Is the action of assault stopped?
>> the knife? Is the action of assault stopped?
What law school did you go to?
>> I don't have to tell you [ __ ] Nothing to tell you other than you are assaulting this man. You are an idiot.
You're going to You're going to block me?
You realize this is a First Amendment right, right? And you're preventing me.
I can do this as much as I want. Cool.
You know how many calls you're going to get, dude?
You Yeah, you are.
You are. If you knew how many people were watching you, you'd [ __ ] be amazed.
I don't have a million. I don't need a million.

So, if you continue to follow me, sir, I'll consider it harassment.
So, you're impeding my right to record, right? Yeah.
I don't give We don't give you permission to record us.
>> I don't care. You don't have to. I'm in public.
You got this, right, Dad?
You're going to lose your job, buddy.
You can laugh all you want, dude. You're assaulting this man.
Director of security, you're going to lose your job, buddy.
Thank you for at least getting your knee out of his back.
See the way they're treating the man now? This is what should have happened.
He shouldn't have been on the ground for 10 [ __ ] minutes with some dude's knee in his back. And his face on the hot pavement.
That is not how you treat someone. You work at a hospital, man.
Don't you know how to treat people?
Obviously not, cuz look what you did to me. You walked right into me and assaulted me, sir. On camera.
You did. It's on camera. Yes.
You walked right in front OF ME AND TOUCHED ME, MAN.
And touched me. Yes, you did. It's on my camera.
Good. Law enforcement's here.
I will be filing criminal complaints against you guys.
I have rights to do all of everything.
I'm on public property.
Go to the shade. Okay.
10 ft away. To the shade. 10 ft away.
Are you threatening me with arrest if I don't?

And this officer tyrant here, I'm going to be needing his name and badge number so I can make a formal complaint.
Obstructing his investigation for being more than 10 ft.

Yep. Next time, don't make unlawful directives towards people.
Supreme Court says 10 ft. I was 15 or more.
So, instead of being all cocky with your [ __ ] badge on, dude, why don't you show respect to the people who pay your salary? I was plenty of distance. Ask the Supreme Court. They already ruled it. 10 ft. That's what you get. I gave you 15. That was kind of me. That was kind of me.
So, I have issues with Sergeant Hart.
It'll be somebody higher than that.
Have a nice day.
Have a nice day.
See you later.
[ __ ] tyrant.
This [snorts] guy assaulted me, by the way, and I have it on camera.

I don't pay him to leave while I'm talking to him.
It's pathetic, man.
Dude, I ain't going to sit here and do all that. He just was here taking care of it and [ __ ] left. Why?
There's no story. I have a video to show him of dude assaulting me. What the [ __ ] Like, I told him I have two cameras with video of assaulting me and he said, "Have a nice day." and left.
Like, I wanted to talk to him. He was already standing here. He's the original initiating officer. Like, what the [ __ ] man?
