While the video accurately connects climate volatility to zoonotic spillover, its sensationalist framing risks inflating a localized ecological shift into a national scare. It serves as a stark reminder that environmental instability is now a primary driver of emerging public health threats.

Hantavirus ALERT: Experts Warn Surge Could Hit THIS Summer!Añadido:
Well, I hate to say it, but the haunt virus is not going away. According to multiple reports just this morning, we are now learning of more possible infections. That is a huge problem. But on top of that, we're also getting warnings from experts saying that what we are seeing right now regarding the haunt virus isn't even the peak of it.
We are likely going to see this spread because of heat. Yeah, but look at this.
This is a video from about four months ago. Watch this.
>> A quick heads up for San Diego residents. The county just confirmed its first hivirus detection of the year.
>> That was from the beginning of January.
But yet, nobody was talking about the Havirus until recently because of the ship that had people dying on it. That is a concern. Again, this has been around. It's very rare, but it is something that we need to keep up to date on because it is actually moving fairly quickly. Look at this right here.
It says passenger or Spain reports a new haunt case in passenger from cruise ship as total cases grow to 11. So, here's the issue.
Spain is now warning that there's more cases.
Spain is also doing something that the United States isn't. Spain is actually uh isolating their people, their uh their citizens that came back from the MVHandas. They are isolating them for six weeks. The United States is not.
That's the concern. But look at this.
Sacramento County resident may have been exposed to haunt virus on a plane according to health officials. We learned that this morning. Yeah. Again, more problems. Look at this one as well.
The CDC says one Oregon resident possibly exposed to haunt virus. But here's the issue. the people that came back from the MV Hondas, they were sent, there was uh what was there 15 that were 16 that were sent to uh Nebraska to the Omaha quarantine unit. The other two uh which is a couple, they went to Georgia, but there were 32 other people that were let off the MVY Hondas back in April.
Okay, so they were led off back in uh April, but the the fact of the matter is this.
We don't know where they went in between like the middle of April to the beginning of May. We have no clue. All we know is that they were let off in uh what in uh St. Helena. They were let off and they just went on their way. Again, at that time, we had no clue haunt virus was an issue. But I want to play a couple things for you. Or actually, I want to play one thing for you first, and then I'm going to explain what some experts are telling us. First, look at this. It says, "The California Department of Public Health confirms four Californians are being monitored for the the Andes Havirus exposure related to the cruise ship." So, we again, we learned that this morning.
Okay, problems. But listen to this right here.
>> There's a lot happening lately and that's why I really want to go back to the known aspect of this pathogen. It is not a novel pathogen. It is very difficult to spread. This is a different strain. So we have h virus in the United States. It is a different strain of that. And this haunt virus, the Andes virus is one of is the only strain that is personto person but again very difficult to spread. is close contact uh with bodily secretions or respiration sharing things intimately toothbrush etc. And so this is very different than a respiratory virus and that's what I really would like to get across and and I appreciate that we want people to understand we know this virus it's not novel and we know what we need to do. I understand.
>> Okay. There's a lot.
>> So again, they know this virus that it's not a novel virus, but they know what they need to do based off what most experts are saying. What we have to do is we have to quarantine those that have been potentially exposed because the incubation period is anywhere between one and eight weeks. That's the issue.
Now, listen to this. Okay? Somebody wrote to me and and I looked into a lot of this. Somebody wrote to me. This is exactly what they said and I and they wrote and they quote, "Love your videos.
I've been a longtime viewer. I want to share something with your audience that I don't think you have touched on. The last time the US saw a fairly highprofile honor outbreak was back in 2012. I believe the same year we saw extreme temperatures throughout the United States. During months of extreme heat, rodents tend to find shelter inside people's homes. In cool places, in the garage or in sheds, and this will likely cause another spread. Tell your watchers to act now and block any possible entrances entrances for rodents before it's too late. Again, I'm not an expert on this virus. Based off of their uh YouTube name, this person looks like they're an exterminator.
Now, I I'm bringing this up for one reason. I actually brought this up to somebody else and I and I mentioned, is this going to impact us at all? Because of uh you know, people are likely going to get together uh you know, get into pools and probably not hot tubs if it's very uh very hot this summer, but they're likely going to, you know, travel and do other things like that.
again dependent on uh gas prices. But if people are now getting together and they're, you know, in confined spaces, jumping on airplanes, doing all that stuff, is that going to create an issue?
The person said no. That they don't think that's going to be the issue. what they think the issue is is the the heat plus drought because what that's going to do and when I was reading this comment it brought it up or kind of you know brought up that that conversation but what the person told me was this that they believe that because of the extreme temperatures okay which again this person is saying that's what we had back in 2012 I don't remember exactly um but I I do know it was right around that time that yes we did have uh some high high is very high heat uh in certain months. But here's why this is important. We have a drought right now in much of the United States. When there's a drought and like rodents, rats, mice, they like they're not going to go jump in the water, but what they're going to do is go places where it's kind of humid uh or a little bit moist. That that's what they want. They they want to be in the not in the dark necessarily, but they want to be shaded.
They don't want to be out in the heat.
So, what they're going to try to do is they'll try to burrow their way into your homes, try to get into your garage or hide under boxes and uh you know, get into your shed or your attic, your your basement, things like that. Okay, that's what they're going to try to do. So, what I was talking to this other person about, he was saying that's the concern is that we have the haunt virus. We know how it spreads, okay? We know how the the main haunt virus spreads. It's from rodents where they're, you know, walking where one rodent is infected and goes and leaves secretions and, you know, fluid, urine, bro, droppings, whatever, and another rodent comes right behind it and then kind of picks it up, okay? And that's how it spreads. But here's the other thing. The Andes virus can spread from human to human. We know that now.
So the concern right now is because of the haunt virus because of the uh El Nino the super El Nino that is according to European um uh studies or results they're saying it's a 100% chance we see a super El Nino this year. Okay so you got that and then the third one is you have a drought. Those three things combined are likely going to cause the haunt virus to spread. We will see more infections. in a video I did yesterday and I talked about this where we know that experts believe there will be more localized uh in uh outbreaks where it's not going to be massive just all over the United States but it will be in certain uh certain portions of the US.
Now I looked into this a little bit and one of the things that we have seen in the past is yes honorus does uh you know kind of hit us in certain regions like I believe it was back in was it 20 was it 2021 maybe it was maybe it was 2012 or something like that where we saw like Yellowstone had a haunt virus outbreak and I believe it was like like a dozen cases or something like that. it was right around that number. Maybe it was 10 to 12, 15, something like that. But again, that was a localized outbreak.
And experts believe we are about to see that same thing in 2026. So, we'll see what happens. But as of right now, yes, it is still extremely concerning. But now, experts say it's those three things, the haunt virus, the drought, and the weather. Those three things combined are likely going to result in more honto virus cases, not today, but in several months. So, we'll see what happens. But the one thing that I can promise you is I will be here every step of the way and I'll fill you in on all the latest news and updates. But as of today, that is what we know. So, again, thank you guys for watching. Consider subscribing and I'll see you guys on the next
