Forman delivers a sharp breakdown of how legal timing is weaponized to control public narratives rather than just seek justice. It’s a sobering reminder that in high-stakes litigation, the statute of limitations is often used as a strategic muzzle.

Karen Read and Turtleboy SUED: Lawyer Breaks Down the ComplaintAdded:
You know, folks, sometimes something so big happens that even I have to come out of hiatus to cover it. And today is going to be one of those days. Jennifer McCabe, Brian Albert, Brian Higgins, and Colin Albert have filed a defamation lawsuit against Karen Reed and Aiden Carney, also known as Turtle Boy, for everything that allegedly Karen and Aiden have said about the family. Now, why aren't they joined with the McCabes?
That's an interesting question. and we're going to cover it today. But without further ado, folks, we're about to dive in into the complaint against Aiden and Karen by the Alberts and Higgins. Let's dive in, shall we?
>> He doesn't say anything new. He must follow the law. He was present, so I think he can answer whether or not it happened or not.
>> Have you had any conversation with the prosecutor?
>> I could say the same thing by taking Amber Heard as a client.
>> Mentive, don't you think?
>> Oh, hardly. Are you able to estimate of those thousand different types of cases dealing with accident reconstruction?
Uh, we're not with the jury present.
That would be >> Have you reached a verdict? We the jury find the defendant not guilty.
>> Not guilty.
>> Not guilty.
>> Not guilty.
>> Not guilty.
>> Well, hello everybody and welcome back to Buckle Up. It's the law with attorney Larry Foreman. Folks, today we are going to cover something unprecedented. We've heard for months that it was coming.
Well, guess what? It's finally here. So, our four protagonists are Jennifer McCabe, Brian Albert, Brian Higgins, and Colin Albert have filed a defamation lawsuit in Massachusetts against Karen Reed and Aiden Carney. Now, I imagine before we dive into it, because this is going to be a cold read, uh I have not looked at the document before this recording, cuz I wanted you to see my genuine fresh reaction from a legal perspective, and we're going to dissect, analyze, and give you the legal perspective as to what the Alberts and Higgins are going to or not going to be able to achieve. Remember, in order to win on defamation grounds, the Alberts and Higgins are going to have to prove four different elements. number one that a false statement has been made upon them. Presumably, it's going to be about the accusation that they were the ones who assisted in the murder of John O'Keefe, which they probably did. Okay, so element number two, publication to a third party. Now, Aiden published it on his YouTube channel. How did Karen publish it? By winning her jury trial.
By winning the murder charges against her when she was pinned to the ground essentially. and they were trying to convict her of murder and send her away for the rest of her life. That kind of publication. Have you lost your freaking gourd? But okay. All right. That's element number two. Element number three, fault by Aiden andor Karen amounting to at least negligence since obviously the Alberts and Higgins are not public figures. They're probably not going to have to prove actual malice.
And of course, number four, damages, the harm that has come to their reputation.
I think they soiled their reputation themselves. They're going to have to prove that in some way Karen and Aiden orchestrated this campaign of horrors, if you will, uh, against them. And they're going to have to prove that, yes, indeed, we suffered harm as a result of the actions by Aiden and Karen, or Aiden's actions and the inactions of Karen. Maybe one was feeding into the other. As if Aiden didn't have enough problems of his own, now he has to deal with this lawsuit.
So, let's take a look at it. Have you been injured in an accident? Have you been hurt by a doctor? Have you suffered from a dog bite? Have you lost a loved one due to someone else's negligence?
Call us 1844774 hurt. Get a trial lawyer to get you the most money you deserve.
This case arises from a multi-year conspiracy. Really, this is how you're going to start your complaint. And by the way, this complaint was written by the same lawyers who are representing the Alberts and McCabes and Higgins in the federal lawsuit of Karen Reed suing them. a multi-year conspiracy orchestrated by Karen Reed. Just reading that sentence and Aiden Carney, I I am just blown away that they have the gall, the audacity after knowing of everything that has happened, just just lay it to rest. Just leave it alone. I think they want karmic retribution. I'm almost convinced at this point that this is what they're seeking. There is no way in hell that they think that they're actually going to be able to win something here. Maybe they feel like, "Oh, we have to do it because we have to do it." You know, maybe they feel like it's not so much retribution as it is, uh, we need to at least try and, uh, clear our bismerch name in in some way, any way we possibly can. Is this the way to do it? I don't think so. But do they honestly feel that at the end of all this, they're actually going to win something? I don't understand. I truly don't. to subvert and prejudice the criminal justice process in North County, Massachusetts through a coordinated scheme. So, this is how they're tying Reed into this cuz I'm like, Reed didn't really publish anything. How can you uh defame someone if you're not going to actually publish something? But, okay, fine, whatever.
Through a coordinated scheme, Reed and Carney sought to protect and enrich themselves by defaming, harassing, and tormenting the plaintiffs. Here's the pot calling the kettle black. Who served as witnesses in connection with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts investigation into the death of John O'Keefe and its prosecution of Reed for his murder. More specifically, Reed and Carney conspired to defame and did defame the plaintiffs by falsely asserting among other things that they were responsible for Ak's death, conspired to conceal their roles in his death, and framed Reed for murder. You can't make this stuff up, folks. The plaintiffs are now and have always been entirely innocent. I mean, the the level of gaslighting here is unprecedented. Of any involvement in O'Keefe's tragic death, Reeden Carney's calculated operation to assassinate choice of words. The character and reputation of the plaintiffs has caused incalculable harm, subjecting them to a daily, really to this day. All right. title wave of hatred, harassment, and intimidation.
While the damage to these plaintiffs has been catastrophic, Reed and Carney's lives have also caused a rupture within the Canton, Massachusetts community, poisoning the community's cohesion and discourse. Oh, so now suddenly they care about the community in Canton.
Fascinating. Fascinating. So before when you were actually doing all of those actions, planning John O'Keefe's murder and orchestrating the framing originally of Lucky and then of Karen Reed, none of that was, you know, poison. That's just business as usual. But now that we are the ones being accused, well, no, no, no. This shall not stand, man. We need to fight against it. We need to do something about it. Fascinating creatures, these people. Absolutely fascinating creatures. Raiden Carney's lies, which were amplified by a vigorous PR campaign, tainted the criminal prosecution of Reed. What? Tainted the prosecution of Reed? You're joking, right? You're joking, right? And deprived the O'Keefe family and the Commonwealth of the justice they deserve. Okay, pause. Hold on. Okay.
So what you're trying to tell me now in your latest gaslighting campaign, Jennifer McCabe, Brian Albert, Brian Higgins, and Colin Albert, is that not only have you had absolutely nothing to do with it, but also Karen, you're now going to take a stand against the lack of justice that John O'Keeffe has not been able to receive as a result of the PR campaign that Aiden Carney has orchestrated. Do you understand that there is no such thing as a PR campaign?
We Emily D. Baker, Melanie Little, uh Peter Treyos, Ian Wrl, myself. Uh who else? I know that um I believe Nick Ricada has joined the Frey talking about this for a little bit. Uh we got Brother Counsel. Uh that's already seven that I can just think of off the top of my head and there were there are tons more.
micro dots. Uh Will Glairer, uh Annie, I forget her last name. That's at least 10 that I just named off the top of my head. And there are many, many, many, many more channels that have covered this trial that Yeah, sure. I mean, sometimes we have each other as guests on the show. That's fine. But that we absolutely positively are independent of one another. We have come to the conclusion independently of one another.
We have formed our own opinions independently of one another. We've listened to the facts of the case. We watch the trials. Some of us watched both trials like myself and a few others that I could mention. We have covered these cases cover to cover. We have analyzed them. We've analyzed the experts, the data, the information, the facts. Everything has been cut to pieces in order for us to get the full picture.
And it all points in one direction that Karen Reed is innocent and that someone else is guilty more than likely the Alberts because this happened in their home. They're in some capacity liable whether or not through vicarious liability or through actual liability if they were actually involved in the murder. You know, there are various different theories about how John O'Keeffe actually ended up perishing, whether it was a fight inside the home, and then they drugg his body out into the cold, let him die, and then drag his body out in the back because remember there's like this gated wooden fence, so nobody would be able to see his body if they were to drive by. And plus, it was dark. And then uh dragging his body out in front or if they just let him bleed in the basement. That's why they had to renovate the basement. And you know, all that loss of blood, nobody could explain the loss of blood, the temperature on the cell phone, why did it go up? Why did it spike at like 2 am and then go drop back down after 3:00 a.m.? None of these facts make sense when you point the finger at Karen Reed. But you're still perpetuating this nonsense, this idiocy, this I I I I have no words. I am completely I the the level of gaslighting and the attempt to to twist facts to butcher the evidence to ignore the evidence is unprecedented. This is one of the most heinous gaslighting campaigns by a family or several families that I have ever seen in in my life on this planet as a human being.
I've never seen anything like this. I'm sure there are some of these things that are happening like in the political realm. You know, there's that whole allegation about the Clintons and uh how how they unalive people that that get in their way, sure, but that is a little too removed from our daily lives. We don't actually get to see that kind of stuff, and it's always conjecture and speculation. Here, we go way beyond conjecture and speculation. We have actual facts. We have actual evidence of everything that is happening, that has happened. and to go on and to file this rather than just put it to rest. I I promise you at some point in the notsodistant future, this lawsuit is going to accidentally uncover something.
It is the rule of inevitability. When you are the one who has perpetuated a crime and you go after someone else trying to kind of cover it up and dust it off, guess what? It always comes to bite you in the ass. Now, it's going to take a few months. I'm not saying it's going to happen tomorrow or next week.
I've been talking I've been saying that this is this is going to happen. And now they're adding more gasoline to the fire. We already have all those depositions in Karen Reed's other case and uh the the O'Keefe case. We've got depositions are going to be scheduled in Karen Reeds versus Tuli Higgins, etc. That lawsuit where there's like eight defendants. All of these cases are going to all have their own respective depositions and more and more and more stuff is going to come to light. So folks, I I'm telling you that the more I see this stuff and it's exhausting. It's so tiresome. I just I cannot Let's just keep going because I I could go on forever talking about this case. You guys know I have been following it since since Aiden actually introduced me to it in September of 23 uh about six or seven months before the case went to trial.
The plaintists bring this to civil action to finally hold Reed and Carney accountable. Finally, really, okay, for the wreckage that their conduct has caused and to prove in a public forum governed by the rules of evidence that Reed and Carney individually and collectively pursued a deliberate scheme to spread lies about the plaintiffs, use social media and other amplification means to achieve maximum penetration of those lies, and enrich themselves through their illgotten celebrity. So, hold on. So they pursued a deliberate scheme to spread lies and then used social media and other amplification means to achieve maximum penetration of those lies. So what does that mean? They use social media. Okay. So first of all again they Reed didn't do any of these things. So they're saying Reed guided Carney, fed him information, I imagine, and Carney was the one who actually went out and spread the lies to amplify them achieving maximum penetration of those lies. How? What would these other amplification means? I can't wait to read about them. Defendant Karen Reed is a resident of North Don, Massachusetts.
On January 29th, 2022, an intoxicated Reed struck O'Keefe with the back of her Lexus, blah blah blah. We've heard the story a million times. Two juries acquitted her of this. The whole universe knows that didn't happen, but okay. Incapacitating him and ultimately causing his death. On June 9th, she was arrested after being indicted by a grand jury for seconddegree murder, manslaughter while operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death. On July 1, a jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict on the charge defenses, which is not true.
Actually, the jury did reach a unanimous verdict on charges one and three. They could not decide on two. And later, when it was split in trial number two, the uh the jury realized like, "Oh, we just convict her on DUI. That's that's the only thing that she did." She drove intoxicated like the everybody and their mother drove intoxicated that day. So what the court declared a mistrial then in 2025 the comealth retried Reed and on June 18th a jury convicted her of driving under the influence of alcohol but concluded that the Commonwealth failed to prove Reed's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt on the remaining charges. Defendant Aiden Carney, also known as Turtle Boy, is a resident of Holden, Massachusetts. Carney owns and operates the website tbdtbdailynews.com and is responsible for the content that appears on that website. He also owns and controls the YouTube channel Turtle Boy Live, the Rumble channel Turtle Boy, Turtleboy Daily News, the Facebook page TB Daily News, Xac account under the handle Dr. Turtle Boy, Instagram page, Tik Tok, etc. Carney monetizes the content he publishes on those various platforms and outlets by selling merchandise and advertising and by asking for donations to his Cash App account, Uncle Turtle Boy. In 2023, a grand jury indicted him on witness intimidation charges related to his conduct towards the plaintiffs. The grand jury accused Carney of harassing the plaintiffs. The grand jury accused him. That's a interesting way to to phrase things. The grand jury accused him. No, the grand jury was presented with evidence and then they said, "Okay, sure. will will indict him, charging him with eight counts of witness intimidation, five counts of picketing a witness, and three counts of conspiracy to intimidate a witness. And these charges are probably on their way out, but all right. Uh, plain Jennifer McCabe was a resident of Canton, Massachusetts.
She testified publicly and under oath at the trial and retrial of Reed under the protection and guise of Canon. Don't forget, she also voluntarily testified as a witness before state and federal grand juries. Brian Albert is a resident of Norwood, retired sergeant of Boston PD. Testified publicly and under oath.
Also testified voluntarily before state and federal grand juries. Colin Albert is a resident of Canton, Massachusetts.
Testified publicly and under oath at the trial of Reed and also voluntarily as a witness before the federal grand jury.
Brian Higgins is a resident of Sandwich, Massachusetts, special agent of um ATF.
Higgins testified publicly and under oath at the trial of Reed. He also testified voluntarily uh before state and federal grand juries. Nonparty John O'Keeffe was a resident of Canton and a Boston PD. Nonparty Allan Jackson was Reed's attorney and nonparty David Yianetti was also Reed's attorney. Thank God that they're not stupid enough to sue the lawyers. That would have gone completely backwards and would have probably fried this case very quickly.
It's still going to fry the case, but not as quickly by not including them.
Okay, do we really need to go over the factual background again? I just don't want to waste your time. We know the facts. We know the story. You know, January 29th, middle of a snowstorm, Reed allegedly struck O'Keeffe with the back of her Lexus. This is their story, leaving him to die. Then she said, "I hit him. I hit him. I hit him." Uh, an investigation into the death resulted in an indictment with lots of corruption.
Jackson and Yianetti represented her in connection with the prosecution.
Yianetti told the court that O'Keefe's death was an accident by calling the charge a tremendous reach and explaining that Reed has no had no criminal intent.
That was probably before more facts came to light. In January 2022, Carney's occupation was that of an aspiring internet personality with limited reach in the greater Boston area. He primarily commented on sports and other media reports. Carney's objective was to attract attention to himself in order to build a brand and to monetize his audience. To do so, Aiden routinely engaged in provocation and courted controversy. While he described himself at times as a journalist, and he calls himself G journalism Jesus or something like that, I remember. In fact, uh, Carney has no journalistic training, editorial standards, or oversight, which by the way, independent journalism doesn't have any of those. I'm an independent journalist, and I don't have journalistic training, editorial standards, or any oversight. Hello. The launch of the defamation campaign. God, I I just I the audacity of these people, the nerve that they have, the nerve to to call it a a campaign. Like, what is a campaign? I swear it's like every time I hear the word like PR campaign, I I keep thinking back to the Johnny Depp Amber Heard trial. The same thing over and over. like Amber the poor innocent with her mountains of evidence that never came to light because they don't exist.
Uh the PR campaign of all these nefarious YouTubers who have been publishing content. We're just speaking our truths. We're just speaking from the heart. We are speaking of what we see and what we hear and what we believe are to be the facts of of what's happening before us. We're just commenting. We're commentators. Okay. So maybe Aiden goes a little bit over the top sometimes.
Yes, I look I'm not I'm not going to sit here and try and defend him. All right, he has his own ways. We have Everybody has their own different ways, whatever.
But this this is beyond the pale. This is disgusting behavior to actually try and sue for defamation when you know you know that there is no defamation. when 99% of the people who when presented with all of the evidence and all of the facts will all come to the same exact conclusion. That's not defamation. I just I I I have no words. Despite her several admissions of liability, by the time she was indicted and arrested on murder and related charges in June 22, Reed had set in motion a defamation campaign to falsely blame others for O'Keefe's death to escape responsibility for her own culpability. Prior to her arraignment, Reed falsely denied responsibility for O'Keefe's death and contrary to her prior admissions, falsely stated to law enforcement officers she was not responsible for his death. Instead, she claimed falsely, again, false, false, false, false, false, false, false, that O'Keefe had been beaten up by Brian and Colin Albert. There's a footnote, Karen Reed during arrest. We're all in on the same joke, right? Court TV 2024. That was right before the first trial premiered uh premiered. Well, technically, yes, but uh before the first trial started, Reed knew this statement was false and that Brian Albert and Colin Albert had nothing to do. So, okay. So they're saying it was Reed's appearances in videos and talking about the Albert. So she also published these false statements against them. Okay. So they're not just saying she coached Carney on what to say. They're saying she also said these things in various interviews and YouTube videos and whatever that have been published like on Court TV, which is now owned by Law and Crime. It's still so weird to think about that Lawn Crime is now Court TV.
Court TV is now Long Crime. It's the same company. Anyway, Reed knew this statement was false and that Brian Albert and Colin Albert had nothing to do with the death because she knew that she had hit O'Keefe with a car causing his death. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Reed's false accusation against Brian Albert and calling Albert was recorded on police body cameras and released to the public during a pre-trial hearing in April 2024.
Okay. During the trial, I'm wondering if if I was Reed's lawyer, I would probably I would file some type of anti-slap because at least if I'm Karen Reed's lawyer. I don't know about Aiden's because obviously he was not involved in the the criminal trial uh directly. He was not a defendant. He has his own trial. Although he could probably springboard that trial as well if I was Aiden's lawyer. Anti-SLAP, strategic lawsuit against public proceedings or whatever the acronym is. Essentially, they're saying Karen Reed had no right to speak about these matters at her trial. Now, she didn't speak about them per se. She had other people speak for her, like Jackson, Yianetti, Allessie, etc. So, maybe this lawsuit could also be shut down with an anti-slap motion to dismiss. It would be very interesting.
To facilitate the spread and publication of her lies, Reed found and enlisted Carney. Okay, there it is. So that's how they they're also tying it together. By the way, how how does anti-slap works for those of you who may not be familiar? It's when you are being sued for speaking out about something against someone and in order to uh get you to essentially stop or whatever you Now, at this point, it's not even to get them to stop. It's just in hindsight to recoup damages or whatever you want to call it.
you're filing a lawsuit to shut somebody up to stop them from speaking out about something that you don't like. You don't even need to get to the truth of the matter asserted. If you're just simply using the lawsuit to shut somebody up to just like seal their lips, if you will, about a matter that's classic anti-slap.
As of April 2023, Carney and Reed through an intermediary and Reed's council began communicating with one another to further Reed's defamatory scheme against the plaintiffs. Carney described the intermediary as a copy and paste vessel that just sent messages between Reed and him. Andrea Burkheart Journalism and Revolution conversation with Dr. Turtle Boy. Aiden Carney on YouTube. Oh, interesting. They pulled it from an interview that he had with Andrea. Hm.
Reed used an intermediary in her counsel to correspond with Carney to conceal the defendant's relationship and to create a basis upon which she could plausibly deny her role in Carney's false claims.
So basically, she's feeding him information. I think this is by now a known fact, so it's not really a secret, but okay. Pursuant to this scheme, Carney would publicize and widely disseminate Reed's false claims about the plaintiffs and others in an effort to destroy the reputation of these individuals so that Reed could evade responsibility. This is this is something else. As part of this scheme, Reed sought to launder defamatory material by gratuitously including it in pleading filing pleadings filed with the court. For example, on April 12th, 2023, Reed through her council filed a discovery motion for a second time to obtain Brian Albert's phone in which she falsely stated Brian Albert and Colin Albert were responsible for the death and that McCabe was the mastermind who covered it up. Reed knew these statements were false. Okay, we've heard this before. Reed through her council also attached several non-public documents to the filing that had zero relevance to the narrow issue before the court. The purpose in part of those extraneous non-public documents was to convey them surreptitiously to Carney and then would amplify oh excuse me who then would amplify the public dissemination of the defamatory material all in furtherance of the defendant's defamatory scheme. For example, Reed attached an unredacted copy of the Canton Police Department's incident report that listed the private addresses, cell phone numbers, and social security numbers of, among other things, of among other people, the plaintiffs. Reed made this filing in direct violation of Massachusetts Supreme Court judicial rule, da da da, and did so for the purpose of giving the information to Carney so that he would further disseminate Reed's false claims.
So what are the false claims that that that now he had the addresses and the social security number? Like it's none of this is making sense. After this filing, Reed through the intermediary forwarded her April 12th filing to Carney for the purpose of Carney publishing and widely disseminating her false statements. With encouragement and direction from Reed, Carney published his first blog post days after receiving these false statements from Reed.
Indeed, prior to Carney's April 18th, 2023 publication, Carney shared his draft block with Reed through her intermediary, who provided Carney with dozens of corrections, which Carney understood to be from Reed. After Carney received and adopted these corrections, Reed through her intermediary texted Carney, "Amazeball sauce, and thank you so much." Then on April 18th, 2023, the defendant's defamation campaign went public when Carney published the first two parts of his Canton Coverup series.
The series is now up to 545 parts as of the date of this filing. Holy crap, that's long. In part one, Carney stated that Jennifer McCabe did not kill John O'Keefe since she's not physically capable of that. Brian Albert, Colin Albert, and the dog were more than capable of that, and Colin Albert had the motive. McCabe was just the quarterback of the cover up. He also explained that Jennifer McCabe would never have been able to cover up this murder without the assistance of law enforcement. That is true. Carney admitted that he made these statements based on beliefs relayed to him by his sources. Although not identified at the time, these sources were Reed and her legal team. In part two, Carney posted screenshots of people's messages to him that were critical of his defamatory statements. He made no effort to redact the names and proceeded to publicly mock them. Carney claimed that most people are shocked and outraged about the mountain of evidence indicating that O'Keefee was killed by fellow BPD Sergeant Brian Albert and his nephew Colin Albert and possibly others. In reality, this blog post by Carney, like numerous other defamatory statements that he made, was funneled by Reed to her accomplice Carne with knowledge that he would publish it. Again, this is all just just another attempt to to spin the narrative, to have the pot call the kettle black, to allege that we are these innocent people who had nothing to do with this. And it's it's like I already said, it's beyond the pale. This this is defamation.
I know it's weird when you're filing a defamation lawsuit, but you're the one actually defaming the person you're talking about. I would absolutely file three things. Motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. 12B6 anti-slap and counter sue for defamation myself.
Those are the three actions that you take in a case like this. This is how you you never take the defense. You always take the offense. To Fox News, Carney later explained that after he published the beginning of his Canton Coverup series, his blog exploded. Well, no duh. You're exposing corruption point blank and you you're talking to the source. Of course, you're going to explode. He had a record- setting audience with over half a million views.
Elsewhere, Carney explained that when he would first go live on his YouTube channel, he would only have about 300 live viewers, but he had over 2,000 on the first night during his first live stream about the Canton Coverup. Well, people are going to be interested. This is normal. With this newly found audience, Carney was now able to disseminate Reed's false narrative to an even larger audience, as Reed intended.
Indeed, given the success of the first show at publishing and disseminating Reed's false narrative to a wider audience, Reed's intermediary told Carney that Reed's council, Jackson and Yianetti wanted to speak directly with Carney. The conversation between Carney and Reed's council occurred on April 20th, 2023, in which they spoke about Reed's campaign. How do you know this?
Carney secretly recorded that conversation. Is that how two days after speaking directly to Reed's council on April 22nd, Carney made additional false statements at the direction of Reed in episode 575 of his weekend live show.
Carney repeated Reed's false claim that O'Keefe was killed inside 34 Fairview during a fight with Colin Albert and Brian Albert. During that show, Carney also used the phone numbers that Reed and her council intentionally made public in their April 12th, 2023 rule 17 motion. Carney used those numbers to call McCabe and Brian Albert and directly accused them both of a cover up. Carney's voicemail left on Albert's phone asked, "Did you kill John O'Keefe or was it your nephew Colin and are you covering for him? How did your dog get downstairs and began biting Mr. O'Keefe?" Later in the April 22, 2023 show, Carney shared images of the Canton Police Department's incident report distributing to his thousands of followers the private addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers of the plaintiffs. As a direct result of Carney's publicizing their personal identifying information which he received from Reed, the plaintiffs, who are not generally recognized or responsible for Ake's death, began to experience disturbing levels of defamation, harassment, and abuse by members of Carney's audience. This is exactly what Reed intended when she began to use Carney to disseminate and publish her false story. Indeed, minutes after Carney's broadcast ended, Yanetti, who was watching the live broadcast, messaged Carney congratulating him. That was priceless, dude. great effing show, really enjoying the turtle reporting.
Yet Reed and her council repeatedly deceived the public about Reed's coordination and relationship with Carney in part because they knew that using Carne as a defamation mouthpiece could subject Reed to civil liability for defamation related civil misconduct.
Well, clearly it didn't help because she's being sued by you anyway. So, I don't understand why you would include that sentence in there, but okay.
Oh my goodness. For example, during a September 2023 Boston Magazine interview, Reed and her council stated they had never been in contact with Carney. The statement was false and intended to hide the fact that Carney was carrying out Reed's defamatory scheme. I mean, is it wrong to have a mole and like reporting whatever whatever you want to report to an outside reporter to disseminate information? I don't think so.
Especially if it's not defamatory. Now, you can argue, you can claim it's defamatory and jump up and down and say, "I've been defamed. been defamed all day long. You can do that. That's fine. The courts are open to you. You can sue. But I'm telling you, this lawsuit is going to end in disaster for the very simple fact that not only were the Alberts and the McCabes involved, but by forcing the issue, if they would just let what's what's the expression? Let sleeping bears lie. Why? They're not letting sleeping or sleeping dogs. I think it's letting sleeping dogs lie. Instead, they are waking up the sleeping dogs and they're rattling them. And you know what happens to dogs when you rattle them?
They bite. And this lawsuit is going to bite the mccalberts in the ass. Mark my words, folks. This is this is just how the universe operates. I don't make the rules. I just read the tea leaves. You know what I'm saying? I've been on this planet a little bit longer than than some people, and I can honestly say that this is not going to end well. These things never do. Just let sleeping dogs lie. the because you are rattling the cage because you are trying to force the issue. You're trying to look at Corey Richens. She poisoned her husband, killed her husband, framed it as a I didn't do nothing. I didn't say nothing.
It was not my fault. He was doing something else, doing fentanyl, killed himself on accident. If she just let sleeping dogs lie, maybe she would have gotten away with it. But oh, she was too greedy. She saw an opportunity. I can write a book and make a huge buck. So what did she do? She wrote a book. She published it. She went on tour. 2 days later she was arrested. Why? Because she rattled the cage. You see? Moreover, 20 months after telling Carney that his April 22, 2023 show accusing McKay, Brian Albert, and Colin Albert of being involved in the death of Ake was a great effing show, Yiani disavowed Reed's relationship with Carney. In an address he gave at Boston College Law School on November 11th, 2024 regarding Reed's first trial. Yanetti said he had concerns about Carney and that he was someone you want to keep at arms length.
Yiani also said, notwithstanding his undisclosed direct and indirect communications in coordination with Carney, that Carney's tactics are not the tactics of a refined defense attorney. Similarly, Jackson publicly denied communicating and coordinating with Carney. In an October 18th, 2024 interview, Jackson denied involving Carney in Reed's public strategy. Yet, during the same interview, Reed acknowledged she had communicated with Carney frequently, but she limited that disclosure, claiming that the two only spoke in the months leading up to her March 2024 criminal trial. On April 24th, 2023, Carney published part 10 of his Canton coverup series, wherein he again accused Mabe of covering up her murder and pretending to be a compassionate person while completely innocent woman faces decades in prison.
In response, Reed through her intermediary messaged Carney stating, "Please tell Carney that article might be his best so far." Carney responded responded, "Really? That from her?" The intermediary replied, "Yep." Since April 2023, Carney has published 545 parts to his Canton Coverup series, along with countless other pieces of content, including posts on X and YouTube falsely claiming that the plaintiffs were responsible for O'Keefe's death.
Carney's content has spanned thousands of tweets, hundreds of blog posts, hundreds of YouTube videos, and countless other public statements across a variety of platforms. Carney has also continued to spread his harmful, defamatory statements and interviews with multiple sources. The conspiracy continues. Reed and Carney continued communicating before, during, and after her trials to coordinate their defamation of the plaintiffs. Reed and Carney agreed to act in concert and use their defamation of the plaintiffs to subvert the comel's prosecution to attract an audience and to monetize that audience and their celebrity. So has nothing to do with publishing the truth and speaking the truth and figuring out and pointing the finger at the guilty culprit, the guilty party in this whole event. But no, no, no, no. They just wanted celebrity. That's all they were after. Genius. Absolute genius. In furtherance of this scheme, Reed regularly funneled non-public information to Carney using tradecraftraft such as intermediaries so that Carney could selectively publish at Reed's behest certain non-public materials for the purpose of casting false suspicion on the plaintiffs and away from Reed. Reed instructed Carney to falsely claim that he had not received information from Reed when in fact he had done exactly that. For example, on April 23rd, 2023, despite having already publicly accused Colin Albert of O'Keefe's murder at Reed's direction and encouragement, Carney inquired of Reed's intermediary regarding how Reed knew that Colin Albert was ever at 34 Fairview on January 29th, 2022 after O'Keeffe allegedly arrived. In response, Reed through the intermediary responded, "Brian and Nicole and Chris and Julie all testified he was there, but I can't send grand jury testimony because it's sealed." That statement was not true as no witness ever testified Colin Albert was there after Reed's vehicle arrived at the location. That same day, Reed also informed Carney through the intermediary about the details of an alleged non-public ongoing separate investigation apparently related to law enforcement's investigation of O'Keefe's death. In a message to Carney Reed through the intermediary stated, "Not public. The feds have been involved longer than anyone is likely guessing."
Moreover, on December 1st, 2023, Carney posted a YouTube video in which he included audio that had been recovered from O'Keefe's phone by investigators.
Wearing a Jackson Yiani 2024 shirt that is for sale on his website, Carney played audio from that voicemail that Reed was leaving O'Keefe at the time she found O'Keefe's body, incidentally capturing Mabe's Mabe calling 911. At the time of Carney's YouTube video, only the Commonwealth Reed and Reed's legal team possessed the audio file.
Eventually, Reed and Carney started communicating directly for the purpose of sharing information, coordinating the timing of defamatory publications, and aligning Reed's litigation strategy with their shared public defamation campaign.
To do so, Reed utilized Signal, an encrypted messaging system that avoids detection and aids deletion of communications. Reed and Carney ultimately exchanged over 189 phone calls totaling more than 40 hours in 2023 alone, not including the countless messages exchanged through Signal. in conspiring with Carney to defame the plaintiffs. I wonder where they're getting all this data. Did they get it from Reed's cell phone? I wonder h Reed knew that Carney's and her statements blaming plaintiffs for the murder of O'Keefe were false because in reality she was responsible for his death. Blah blah blah. In furtherance of the scheme on May 3rd, Carney met with Reed Jackson and Unity for the purpose of coordinating Car's extrajudicial defamatory publication with Reed's litigation and media strategy. That same day and after the meeting with Reed and her council, Carney posted a YouTube video reacting to Jackson's press conference after a court appearance.
During this video, Carney stated John O'Keeffe was murdered by Brian Albert and by Colin Albert and that freaking dog and every other single person in the house who remains quiet to this day and participated in the lie. They're all guilty of murder as far as I'm concerned. They're participating in it.
By accusing every other single person in the house, Carney intended to include McCabe Higgins in his defamatory statement, a fact that his followers would have understood in light of prior publications. On May 24th, 2023, in conjunction with publishing part 39 of his Canton coverup series, Carney published a YouTube video reacting to Jackson's press conference following another court appearance. In this video, Carney stated, "Jennifer McCabe and Brian Albert were involved. They're covering it up." In a subsequent blog post, they continued, "The McCabes have the look of evil in them when you see them in person. These are people with no shame and aren't the least bit deterred by the fact that millions of people know that they participated in the murder and subsequent cover up of murder Boston police officer. Days later on May 30th, 2023, Carney published part 20 43 of his Canton Coverup series wherein he discussed McCabe yet again referring to her as Horseface and reposting a video that Carney previously took confronting McCabe and calling her a cop killer.
Notably, the blog post covered the denial of an exparte harassment prevention order that McCabe the H or HO that McCabe sought against Carney in Stottton district court based on his repeated public harassment of her.
However, McCabe's HPO request was not public information. Instead, Carney received this information directly from Reed's council, Yanetti, who sent a text message to Carney that McCabe's request for an HBO has been made and denied. In particular, Yiani wrote to Carney, "Ho denied." Then on June 6, 2023, Mabe traveled with her husband to attend their children's sporting event in Bel Bellerica, Massachusetts. I hope I'm pronouncing that correctly. Carney traveled to the same event at Reed's behest with a purpose of accosting the McCabes, which he did in a video he posted online. Carney then wrote a blog post about the interaction, stating, "Jen and Matt McCabe do not deserve to live a normal life and pretend that they weren't involved in murdering a Boston police officer." In a subsequent video, Carney again discussed his harassment of the McCabe family, stating, "I went to their kids lacrosse game and made a scene there and got kicked out because I kept calling her a cop killer." On July 23rd, 2023, Carney met with Reed, and Jackson again in person. The purpose of this meeting was for Reed, Jackson, and Carney to meet with a national CBS news correspondent over a dinner at a steakhouse in downtown Boston to discuss Reed's criminal def uh case. This meeting occurred the day after a rolling rally organized by Carney took place where nearly 50 cars drove in tandem through the streets of Canton expressing their support for Reed. During the rally, Carney stopped at the homes of Brian Albert and McCabe, who was home at the time, shouting into a bullhorn that Brian Albert and Mabe were covering up O'Keefe's murder. Carney's behavior at the rally enjoyed the support of Reed and her legal team. Indeed, the day of the rally, Unetti messaged Carney, "Thank you for your continued support."
The next day, Carney hosted his weekend live show on YouTube. During his show, Carney stated that Jen McCabe killed or helped kill Let's Keep It A Buck. That's what she did. She killed John O'Keefe.
He proceeded to question why O'Keefe's family was associating with McCabe by stating, "Jen McCabe killed her uncle and then you're escorting her to the freaking orientation. And Jen McCabe killed your son. She effing killed him."
On August 9th, 2023, Carney published part 96 of his Canton Coverup series. He began the blog post by explaining the movement for justice for John O'Keefe and Karen Reed continues to grow by the day. Although Turtle Boy was the first media outlet to really dig deep into the story, it was has taken a life of its own independent of our award-winning journalism. The Facebook group dedicated to discussion of this topic has nearly 20,000 members and is one of the more more active groups you will see on the platform. In his post, Carney bragged about the fact that he was able to amass his followers with well over a 100 cars and at least 200 to 300 people scattered everywhere in front of the McCabe home.
He included pictures of himself wearing a free Karen Reed t-shirt next to someone wearing a t-shirt sold by Carney. Carney lambasted the Canton police chief by stating, "It's disgusting and pathetic that this public official is treating a cop killer like the victim of a crime." Again, no lies detected.
I even spoke the truth. They didn't like it. They still don't like it. They'll never be able to get over it until someone's head is actually going to be on a stake. This is the problem. The McCabes and Alberts are treated as royalty in this town. Yep. And they know that the police will go out of their way to protect them. Yep. This is why they felt so emboldened to kill a man, frame a woman, and think they could get away with it. Again, show me the lie. It's painfully obvious to anyone with a brain that the McCabes and Alberts murdered John O'Keefe. On September 5th, 2023, Carney directed remarks in a YouTube video towards Chris Albert, the father of Colin Albert. He bragged, "I go down to your pizza shop and I stand out there for an hour and I yell crap about your son. I just crap all over your child, Chris. I go down there and I crap all over him and I accuse him of some of the most heinous things possible and I affect business." People don't want to go into your business because of the things that I'm saying. I'm telling cars going by that your family what your family did and what you're being accused of and what you've done to cover up this thing. What a scumbag you are and how you don't pay your bills. By early September of 2023, this is where I become involved. Uh because this is when uh I have Aiden on my show. This is when I was in Poland for the first time. I remember I was in my my little hotel room and people were telling me that I need to interview this cat talking about the Karen Reed case. And I remember very vividly how I said, you know, can you share some photos with me privately? And he did. And I took a look at uh I said, "Show me the SUV and show me the body and I'll tell you if there's been an impact or not." I think it took me a grand total of 5 seconds. I looked at the at the SUV. I looked at the body and I said, "This there's no connection here. Physics doesn't apply. uh it's something else killed this man, not the car. And I've been of that opinion ever since. And it's only been reinforced with the ARCA witnesses in the second trial as well as the testimony of the the prosecution's own medical examiner who admitted certain things. If you remember that there could not have possibly been any impact between a car and O'Keefe's body in so many words. By early September 2023, Reed's team was concerned that the police were potentially going to charge Carney with witness harassment. If that were going to happen, Reed's council Yiani expressed concern to Carney that if that happens, then a judge prohibits you from having contact with witnesses. This prospect concerned Reed Yianetti and Jackson since they feared silencing Carney would impact the defendant's campaign against the plaintiffs. Indeed, on September 9th, 2023, Yiani messaged Carney regarding the plaintiffs, stating, "These bastards deserve all the scorn we are giving them." With Carney silence, the scorn Reed intended to incite might diminish. Well, yeah, because they were they were weaponizing the justice system against Carney and Reed's ability to disseminate the truth about the McCabes and the Alberts, and they were not liking that. It's It's ridiculous. It's insanity what I'm reading. I'm I'm I can't believe they they actually filed this. This is a public filing. This is a real public filing. In addition to using Carne as a tool to seed the public discourse with defamatory material, Reed through her council also hired a private investigator Sarah Nes. Nes had previously worked with Jackson in connection with his representation of disgraced sex offender Harvey Weinstein and was deployed in that case to discredit victims of Weinstein's crimes.
On September 17th, 2023, at the direction of Reed and Jackson, Ness visited the home of Higgins. Reed and Jackson directed Ness to question Higgins and other witnesses using tactics similar to those used against victims of witnesses in the Weinstein criminal trial. While Ness confronted Higgins, who Reed and her council knew was represented by council at the time, Reed and her counsel watched from a black blacked out SUV with Reed texting Carney in real time about Nessa's efforts. Sorry. In the car with the lawyers, stirring crap up again. When Higgins refused to speak with Ness, Reed texted Carney again, this time seeking the address of Sarah Levenson and another witness who ultimately testified against Reed. Following Higgins refusal to cooperate with NES, defendants directed additional defamation and defamatory conduct at him. As a federal law enforcement special agent with covert undercover responsibilities, Higgins suffered profound damage to his career as a result of defendants false and widely publicized statements that Higgins was involved in O'Keefe's murder. Oh boohoo. In addition, due to Reeds and Carney's defamation, individuals have traveled to Higgins residence for the purpose of taking photographs and videos. Higgins has been surveyed and individuals inspired by Reed and Karen's defamation campaign have trespassed and vandalized his property. Carney himself has personally harassed Higgins by visiting him at his residence on multiple occasions for the purpose of confronting him and generating content to be published on platforms Carney controls. On September 19th, 2023, Carney hosted his weekly live show. In his show, Carney stated, "What I'm saying right now is not I'm not saying this is a matter of opinion.
I'm saying this is a matter of fact that Jen McKay participated in killing in planning to kill and cover up the murder of John O'Keefe. I am saying that this is not my opinion. This is a fact." He went on to taunt McKay by exclaiming, "Jen McKay participated in killing John O'Keefe. So sue me. Why don't you just sue me? Because you did it." Because she did it. That's why. Because she did it.
Well, now she's suing you.
It's not going to go very far, but she's suing you. During the same live show, Carney also called McCabe's brother-in-law, Bob Galvin, after someone sent Carney $10 to his cash app with Mr. Galvin's number. Carney left a voicemail for Mr. Galvvin in which he claimed, among other things, your sister-in-law, Jen, she done killed that mother effer. Thrilled by the level of exposure and overall impact that Carney's publications were having on Reed's defamation campaign. And by the way, every time you hear Reed's defamation campaign, just you can read it like this. Thrilled by the level of exposure and overall impact that Carney's publications were having on the exposure of the real killers of John O'Keeffe. Reed messaged Carney through Signal on September 29th, 2023, stating, "Look at what you've done to the reputations and to my jury pool. Chris Albert's business is the next casualty.
Just a matter of time." Reed was referring to the public degradation of the reputation of, among other things, the plaintiffs. Around this same time, Reed and Carney became administrators of the Facebook group justice for John O'Keeffe, Karen Reed, Turtle Boy official. As administrators, Carney and Reed maintained complete control over the Facebook group, including the ability to approve or deny posts, delete posts or comments, and approve or deny new members. The group became a feeding ground for defamatory and harassing posts made regarding the plaintiffs.
Reed personally posted in the group on several occasions, including instances where she shared confidential information regarding her criminal case that had not been previously made or known to the public. On March 12th, 2024, so this is a month before the first trial started, Carney posted a 2-hour recap following one of the last court appearances before Reed's first trial. In that video, Carney stated, "We called them murderers because they are they are they murdered John O'Keefe and I will not shut up about it. You can call them witnesses all you effing want.
They murdered John O'Keeffe. This is a fact that is undeniable. We don't know who delivered the fatal blow, but they all effing did it. Carney attempted to justify his harassment and defamation of the plaintiffs by claiming that they deserved it. For example, Carney admitted that he harassed McCabe at her daughter's lacrosse game and attempted to justify that conduct as follows.
Well, guess what? Jennifer McCabe murdered a Boston police officer. She doesn't have a right to be asked questions in public about that. You murdered someone, you don't get to just walk around like none of it ever happened. Before launching the defamation campaign with Reed against the plaintiffs, Carney's YouTube channel only had about 25,000 subscribers.
Before the first trial, his followers have ballooned to 70,000 YouTube subscribers. So, now we move on to the profit model. Carney's willingness to work with Reed and his conduct is based on twin motives, greed and fame.
Carney's business model relies on his ability to attract an audience by spreading outrage and mistrust, including most critically, excuse me, including most centrally through his defamatory statements about the plaintiffs. It is very it is a very lucrative business model. Carney and Reed have built an audience and personal celebrity by spreading their false n these false narratives. And again, remember at the heart of all this, it seems like if you were just to read it like knowing nothing about the case, you may go like, "Wow, I can't believe this actually happened." But when you think about it, at at the heart of all this, remember there's a woman who doesn't know she's going to go to prison for the rest of her life because of these people's actions. You know what I mean?
At the the centerpiece, which they continuously and obviously also conveniently ignore, is that at the center of this, a woman doesn't know her future. She doesn't know her fate because someone is setting her up.
Someone is pinning a murder on her that she did not commit in order to take the blame off of them. Because if she goes to prison, well, they will never be prosecuted. And they can weaponize the justice system because they're all connected to the local law enforcement.
They're connected to the prosecutor.
Morsy, they're connected to the judge.
Canon. They're all in this giant cesspool of corruption, all feeding each other whatever they need. Corrupt individuals killed a man who happened to be a Boston police officer. Then they were investigated by a corrupt friend and corrupt police department whom they were involved with and related to. And of course, I'm talking about Proctor and Canton PD. and then to be prosecuted by a corrupt prosecutor's office Morrisy and by extension Lai with a corrupt judge, Auntie Bev, someone who I I remember there was allegations that she spent time at their uh at their home in Hilton Head Island or something like that or I I forget the exact details.
You guys can fill them in in the comments below. By the way, don't forget to like this video. I I forgot this. I'm so I'm so consumed by this right now that I forgot to and it's also been a while since I made a video. But anyway, this is crazy, folks. Like, do you understand? At the heart of all this, we can't forget that these are the facts.
This is what happened. And then to go and say, "Oh, you know, poor us, poor me. Aiden and Reed conspired to say all these things about us." If you hadn't conspired to try and put her in prison, none of this would have happened. This all was your doing. All this spawned because of your actions, McCalberts and Higgins. Aiden and Reed conspired, right? Or worked together is another way to say it. To clear her name because that's all she had. That's all we have in this life is our name, our reputation. That's all we have. Once that is destroyed, you can't go after someone's life and then expect no retribution in in in response. What these people have done is completely heinous. And I'm talking about the McAlberts, not what this lawsuit is accusing uh Aiden and Reed of. Aiden and Reed are completely in the right here.
At least in the beginning. I know there's lots of things that Aiden has also done. I'm not trying to defend every single one of his actions. I know he's a very unorthodox in his way in the way that he does his journalism. Again, not here to criticize. I've been not following directly, but I've known about the man for almost three years now since he first came about. It's it's since the trial ended that uh a lot of things have started to come to light. And of course, I'm talking about the the whole hoopla with Meredith and all that. And I'm I'm sorry. I'm I'm not interested. I'm not going to cover it. I'm not going to be following it. I'm not going to be talking about it. If if you want me to do a video on that, you've come to the wrong place. Go somewhere else. But I will say that um this right here, what's happening is um is despicable. This lawsuit is is going to fizzle out so fast. It's going to fizzle out faster than Hillary Clinton's hope of becoming president in 2016. Just watch. Have you been injured in an accident? Have you been hurt by a doctor? Have you suffered from a dog bite? Have you lost a loved one due to someone else's negligence?
Call us 1844774 her. Get a trial lawyer to get you the most money you deserve. Carney holds himself out as a trusted reporter, regularly referring to himself as an award-winning journalist and a truth teller when in fact he's nothing more than a willing purveyor and of of and vessel for defamatory material that Reed fed him to publish for her own selfish purposes. What a sentence. Once Carney captures his audience's attention with outrageous claims, he exploits their anger and mistrust by urging them to pay him money in exchange for products that echo the false world worldview he promotes. In his internet-based shows and content, Carney Hawks merchandise exploiting the Canton Coverup. his dishonest characterization of events. A Boston cop possibly being involved in murdering another cop, followed by an elaborate coverup designed to frame the murdered cop's girlfriend. A design featured featuring a Massachusetts license plate with the word framed as the number and a t-shirt featuring the text of a Google search that Carney had repeatedly lied about, just to name a few. Why didn't you specify it? How long to die in the cold? Why didn't you specify what it was? Oh, because you don't like it. Yeah, because that that's what Jennifer McCabe searched. Oh, yeah.
Carney consistently hustles his followers to donate directly to him on his own page and in his posts. His YouTube features a defense fund where followers continue to send him money in his pursuit of defending free speech.
And during his live streams, he shares the names and messages of people who donate to him directly while watching his content. For example, during one live stream, he listed that Stephanie sends 10 bucks and says, "Brian Higgins car front of mailbox." How does that work? Help. Thank you very much, Stephanie. Jim Ferris Buer sends five bucks and says, "Hey, Liberace, that shirt's going to irritate your nips."
Jason EMT sends five bucks. No comment.
Thank you, Jason EMT. Carrie sends Okay, we get it. News Nation coming this trial. Blah blah blah da da da. Thank you very much. You guys can read it on on the screen, but you get it. It's when he receives money and he comments on that. Please wear that shirt to court on Tuesday, says Laura. After personally recognizing his followers, Carney goes on, and this is how Super Chat works, by the way. Welcome to 2026 lawyers for the Macalberts and Higgins. Carney then goes on to direct his followers to donate to him at the link on his website or directly through Cash App. Car's followers buy subscriptions, donate to him, purchase his merchandise, and continue to visit his website and YouTube page. All of which boost his attractiveness to advertisers. Carney has estimated his monthly income to be $45 to $50,000, which he attributes to his defamatory discussions of the Reed case. I wonder how they came up with that number and if it's accurate. But so that would be at its peak. I mean, he probably made over a million dollars on this case. If you count like 24, 25, $50,000 a month multiplied by at least 20, that's a million. 20 months. Good for him. Carney publicly defends this corrupt business model by explaining, "Well, it's capitalism. If he creates a service that people think is worth giving their hard-earned money for, that's capitalism. That's their choice."
He claims people want to give him money.
People want to buy Turtle Boy subscriptions. People want to buy stuff from the store in coordination with Reed and at her behest. Carney spread elaborate and false narratives about the plaintiffs because doing so attracted attention, personal notoriety, and a buying audience. He deliberately stokes social anxiety and political discord in his listeners because distrust in government and cultural tribalism motivates those listeners to buy his products. Yeah, but the distrust of the government is not new. It's just now you have evidence of people who have actively framed a woman for murder. You know what I mean?
This is nuts. Carney also sought production and movie deals to further monetize his highly public defamation and harassment campaign against plaintiffs. On July 1st, 2023, just three months after Carney began working with Reed to disseminate her false claims and harass witnesses, Carney reported that Jackson that he had received an offer from a Karen Reed documentary from B7 Entertainment, a California production company. Now, we get to the trial. Reed's first trial began with jury selection on April 16th, 2024. Carney took on his took to his live stream on April 17th and wondered if they can find jurors that aren't tainted already because turtle boy is everywhere. He proceeded to claim that they can't find a jury in the United States of America anywhere, any county, anywhere because turtle boy is too big.
On April 20th, 2024, Carney interviewed an excused juror who had previously engaged with his content and had been a member of his Facebook group. She explained that when she arrived for jury duty, she saw free Karen Reed signs all along the street and people wearing pink in support of Reed and that she could hear the protesters inside the courthouse. She also said that everyone in the room said they had previously heard about the case. During the same live stream, Carney played a clip covering the courthouse from Court TV.
He proceeded to verbally attack the host who expressed dissatisfaction with the conduct of Carney and his followers, claiming it was disgraceful for them to harass the O'Keefe family. Carney said, referring to McCabe, "You know what's disgraceful? Julie Grant, by the way, thank God that she's gone from Court TV. She's been fired. Uh I also criticized her once and she blocked me instantly. Apparently, she has half of Twitter blocked because of that.
Everyone who disagrees with her, she just blocks them. I'll tell you what's really disgraceful is when somebody who Googled how long to die in the cold at 2:27 a.m. because they wanted to make sure or they wanted to see and find out how long it would take for someone to die in the snow. When a person like that shows up with the O'Keefe family and rubs their shoulders and starts a support group called Peggy's Angels, that's disgusting. I agree wholeheartedly, 100%. Aiden, you have my respect there, sir. Carney went on to say that McCabe is sick and sadistic and twisted and that he has nothing but hatred to her as I should because I'm normal. I'm a rational person. Any rational person hates Jennifer McCabe and is disgusted by her because Jennifer McCabe is a pig. She's a pig. She's a cop killing pig. He proceeded to mock the court TV host again saying she supports a cop killing pig like Jennifer McCabe who Google has long to die in the cold. On May 17th, 2024, following the first day of Mabe's trial testimony, Carney posted on X that McCabe was a psychopath and that she knew exactly where O'Keefe was dying in the cold and Brian Albert's front lawn. She plotted to put him there. On May 21st, 2024, Carney published part 354 of his Canton Co-Up series in which he summarized the testimony of the plaintiffs and claimed that plaintiffs lied their way through their testimony. He claimed that they all have nearly identical well-rehearsed stories, which is true, which isn't surprising because they've had two years to make sure that they had them straight and their lives depend on the consistency. Also true. He also explained that all of the plaintiffs were caught in lies at some point during the testimony. Also true. I mean, recall that Carrie Roberts even admitted in trial number two that she lied to the grand jury. So, she's the one who slipped up the most. What about Ellie McCabe's slip up? Colin wasn't at the house when Jon was there. Oops. Again, these tiny little micro slips that happened during the trial. I wish we had more of them. Maybe it would have been a different outcome uh for the for the O'Keefe's, I mean, and for the McCabes and Alberts. But like I said, folks, depositions are coming. In the depositions, they will not have Kenon's protection. The problem at the trial was anytime Jackson or Yiani would be on the verge of something good, Lai or Brennan in trial 2, Lai in trial one would object and say, you know, objection, relevance, whatever. Like they would just object for whatever reason came to mind and Canon would sustain the objection and no matter how hard they would fight Jackson, Yianetti Allesie to get that testimony, Canon would just shut them down. Well, guess what? at depositions. You don't get Canon's protection anymore. You're going to have to spill the beans. You're going you're not going to have any more ways to hide from the truth. And oh my god, am I looking forward to those. I think the rest of the world is too. I know I'm not alone in this. On June 7th, 2024, Carney joined the Morning Club YouTube channel to discuss the Reed trial. After being praised for literally creating all of the fanfare surrounding Reed's trial, uh Carney touted that people believed in response to Carney's coverage of the case that the plaintiffs engaged in the legitimate cover up and a framing of an innocent woman in order to protect some of the most unlikable people ever. Like it's not like they're trying to cover up and protect likable nice people. Like they're protecting Jennifer McCabe, who nobody likes. She's like a Disney villain. She's so bad. And like you're protecting her of all people. Again, show me the lie.
This this is like a an autobiography of how they framed Karen Reed, not a defamation case. Are are you all like reading along with me? Do you see what I'm saying? On June 22nd, 2024, Carney hosted his weekend live show as Reed's defense team began presenting their case. And I think that was coming uh to the closing if I'm not mistaken. During the show, Carney directed comments towards a member of the Albert family and said, "Your family murdered a cop, a human being, and then they covered it up. Then they blamed an innocent woman."
This is not an opinion. It is a fact. It is an undeniable fact. The bigger injustice is that John O'Keeffe was murdered by the Mcalberts and left outside to die. In March 2025, HBO released a five-part docue series covering Karen Reed's first trial in depth, which featured interviews with Reed Jackson and Yianetti filmed during Reed's first trial. Episode two features the relationship that developed between Reed and Carney before and during the trial. Yanetti admitted that they wanted media coverage of her case. Initially, there was no coverage, but according to Yanetti, the Karen Reed case really started to blow up when Turtle Boy started shining the light on Karen's innocence. Again, no lie detected.
Yanetti did not disclose that it was Reed and her team who recruited Carney to disseminate Reed's false statements.
Okay, pause. No, they did not recruit him. He recruited himself as a journalist because he already had the the tools and the mechanism for it. And he was like, I want to talk about this.
Give me the stuff and I'll share it. And not because you're asking me to share it. I'm going to share it because I want to share it because yes, I'm making money off of it and I am also spreading the truth about an innocent woman being framed. What's the problem? There is no problem here. Reed admitted that her lawyer said she could provide information to Carney as long as it was public, but advised her not to speak with him directly. Nevertheless, she said she got nervous about who she was using as a third party, so she ended up developing a direct relationship with Carney herself. They started talking about the case probably once a day, 5 to six days a week. Reed, however, failed to disclose to HBO that her council on her behalf were directly communicating with Carne at the outset of the defamation scheme or simply the the releasing of the facts about her case.
Just the defamation, defamation, defamation, defamation is being thrown around like it's candy on Halloween.
In the same HBO series, one of Carney's followers admitted that Carney had spurred them to take public action.
Another admitted that turtle boy was the reason there were people outside the courthouse every single day. And good for Karen. That's awesome. The documentary features footage of Carney conceding that his purpose in canvasing the communities and creating a daily courthouse presence was to affect the jury pool. Carney's followers were so incendiary incendiary that the judge created a 200 foot buffer zone which was questioned by the feds by the way in federal court and the second time I believe it was struck because it was a little too unreasonable even though it was extended on during the second trial around the courthouse and ordered that no one carry any signs or wear clothing with the intent to influence what was happening inside during the trial.
Nevertheless, Carney's followers who were steeped in his lies about the plaintiffs showed up every day chanting free Karen Reed and wearing pink as a symbol of their support. Yeah, because they're just gullible idiots following a turtle. Like seriously. Oh, these people. How can they say things like this? They have no shame, do they? None whatsoever. The run-up to Reed's retrial. Now, this is trial number two.
On July 1, 2024, a mistrial was declared in Karen Reed's first trial after eight jurors decided that Karen Reed was guilty of manslaughter, but four jurors disagreed. Following the deadlock, the Commonwealth announced its intention to retry the case. Carney and Reed persisted in their defamation campaign against the plaintiffs. For example, on July 22nd, 2024, Carney hosted a live show from outside the courtroom during a pre-trial hearing. The video which is said outside the courthouse depicts Carney confronting a police officer who's directing Carney away from an individual whom the court has had restrained Carney from contacting.
Carney proceeded to harass other supporters of the O'Keefe family outside the courthouse by saying they're just supporting cop killers. They're supporting the cop killing mccalberts and that's what they're here to do.
These are the cop killing mccalberts.
These are the people supporting the cop killers who murdered John O'Keefe in cold blood. They murdered him. They murdered John O'Keefe in cold blood. He asked the bystanders, "Are you proud to support cop killers like the McAlberts?"
He continued, "I didn't kill someone like Jen McCabe, Brian Albert, and they all did. I didn't kill anyone, but they did. Yes, they did. Yes, they did. They murdered him. They murdered John O'Keeffe in cold blood." On July 29th, 2024, Carney published part 382 of his Canton Coverup series. In this post, Carney explained, "I've been fighting for justice for John for the last 15 months. I sacrificed my freedom for that cuz he did go to jail for 60 days. Or was it 90?" Something like that. 60 or 90. But because the O'Keefe family can't get over their hatred for Karen Reed and they have too much pride to admit that they've been conned by Jon's killers, they want me to rot in prison. Carney also explained that the reason he faced witness intimidation charges was because I'm standing up for justice for Jon and because I've questioned the people who the evidence shows murdered Jon. On August 17th, 2024, Carney hosted his live weekend live show on YouTube. In his show, Carney discussed a documentary about Scott Peterson's involvement in Lacy Peterson's murder in 2002. Carney stated, "That's how I view the Macalberts. The same way these reporters view Scott Peterson, I view the Macalberts." I didn't view the Macalberts as witnesses. I view them as murderers because they are like they're effing murderers. They put this in my charging documents. So, let me say it again in case I wasn't clear. The first 1,000 times I've said this, the Macalberts murdered John O'Keefe. They did. The Mcalberts murder John O'Keefe because it wasn't Karen Reed. On September 14th, 2024, Carney hosted his weekend live show. Carney stated, "Think of how much that cost the Commonwealth.
All to protect Jennifer McCabe. All to protect her. A murderer. Let me be very clear about this in case I haven't a million effing times. Jennifer McCabe is a murderer." Like, full stop. That's it.
She's a murderer. She did it. She actively participated in the murder of John O'Keefe. I can't stress that enough. I'm begging them to sue me if it's not true. They haven't done it yet.
Well, they have done it now. She actively participated in the murder of John O'Keefe. And I I'm I'm happy that they did because much more stuff is going to start coming to light now. It's a terrible move by them. Horrible move by the Mcalberts and Higgins. Horrible.
I can't think of anything more disastrous that is going to uncover even more stuff on them. Now, on October 18th, 2024, Reed publicly acknowledged for the first time her long-standing relationship with Carney. They just got cocky. I think you know what I think? I think the Alberts and the McCabes and Higgins finally they're like, they're getting cocky. They're like, "Look, we're nothing is getting exposed.
Everything is staying buried. Everything is staying uh untold. Everyone is keeping their traps shut. We got our stories straight months ago. We just have to keep it going." But the problem is the more you talk about it and in depositions and if there is a trial, another trial, like a civil trial where you're going to testify and all that, if anything like that continues to happen over and over and over and over, the chances of a slip up increase dramatically. This is why I keep saying this was a horrible practical decision.
Let sleeping dogs lie. This is what I was talking about earlier. What's they they got cocky. They got cocky and they got greedy. They got cocky and they got greedy. They should have just left it alone. In an interview given to Dline NBC, Reed admitted to speaking with Carney on the phone almost every day for like 20 minutes. On January 20th, 2025, Carney published part 466 of his Canton Coverup series in response to a claim by one of McCabe's friends that she was harassed by a turtle writer, the name for Carney's followers. In public, Carney stated, "The fact that Jennifer McCabe has to cover her face in public like this because everywhere she goes, people immediately see her face and recognize her as a cop killer is a great thing." On April 24th, 2025, ABC released an episode of Impact and Night Line in anticipation of Reed's retrial, which I believe has already started. So, jury selection started on April Fool's Day 25. And then opening statements were shortly thereafter. I want to say 3 weeks later, so right around that time, which featured interviews with Reed and Jackson. In it, Reed's attorney, Jackson, stated, referring to the plaintiffs, "There are people in that house that are actually responsible for his death and who murdered him, and there are others in the house who are covering up that murder." Jackson also specifically refers to McCabe as being involved in a cover up. Something was going on with Jon laying in that snow in that front yard. That means that this was a cover up. Jon was murdered inside the house. His body was placed outside, and Jennifer McCabe's Mabe knows that.
So, why aren't you also suing Jackson, idiots? the retrial and a quiddle of Karen Reed. On April 1st, the second trial began and April 23rd, there it is.
O'Keefe's mother testified. Carney reacted on a weekday live show by saying, "She's on the side of evil."
Unfortunately, it's it's true. He argued that O'Keefe's mother is proudly friends with the people who quite obviously killed her son. Like, if that were my mother and I was killed, my mother would be looking for answers and she wouldn't be like, "Yeah, I'm just going to be easily manipulated." I mean, Jen McCabe is a master manipulator. She is real good at fooling stupid people and she's very lucky that the guy she helped kill John O'Keefe was surrounded by a lot of stupid people. Like there are a lot of stupid people in John's life and that's just a mean statement but unfortunately again no lie detected. Uh on April 25th 2025, Carney took to X in response to a post claiming that the free Karen Reed movement should be ashamed of the way they treat they treated O'Keeffe's mother. Carney replied, "Your friends murdered this woman's son. Every pain she's feeling right now is a direct result of the Mcalberts and Brian Higgins murdering John O'Keefe. You proudly call these people friends.
Nothing you say or think matters at all.
Despite quite literally engaging in divisive language, Carney later posted on X, "The idea that the Canton community is divided is a lie." The media spreads to make it sound like there are two equal competing sides to the Karen Reed case. There is no divide.
There's a vast majority who knows the Macalbert's murder John O'Keefe. Reed herself published more defamatory statements regarding the plaintiffs during her retrial. On May 1st, 2025, following Mabe's testimony, Reed spoke to reporters outside the courthouse about McCabe, claiming another witness, another instance of perjury, or instances, I'd say. Referring to McCabe, Reed then said, "She is lying. That's not defamation, but okay." Then on May 8th, 2025, Carney went live outside the courthouse wearing a t-shirt with a still of Mabe on the stand. He explained that he was walking the periphery of the buffer zone and hoped to not be in violation with a shirt on. He went around speaking to protesters outside the courthouse with people coming from as far as California and Georgia. People stopped to take pictures with him and people handed him money to which he responded, "People just give me cash.
It's nice." Reed knew that her statements regarding McCabe and others, like the same type of statements that she fed to Carney, were untrue and were intended to deflect from her own culpability. That's laughable. During the retrial, the prosecution presented footage of an interview and none of that helped either. That still didn't convict her. How crazy is that? Because the jury was smart. The prosecution presented footage of the interview with Reed and Yianetti. During the interview, Reed acknowledged that she had previously expressed concern to Yiani that she was responsible for O'Keefe's death. And then when I hired David Yianetti, I asked him those questions the night of January 29th. like David, what if I don't know what if I run over his foot or what if I clipped him in the knee or he passed out or went to care for himself and he threw up or passed out and David said then yeah, you have some element of culpability. But yeah, that's a if if I would have if I could have, should have, would have, but it never happened because the evidence does not show that just because Karen is just a a humble person. She is very intelligent.
She's very smart to her own detriment unfortunately. And that's why she's like, could I have hit him? This is where Jennifer McCabe got the I hit him.
I hit him. I hit him. Which Karen never said. There's no recording of her ever saying that. There is no, it's not in writing. It's not on audio. It's not on video. She just said, "Could I have hit him? Did I hit him?" And then that morphed into, "I hit him." And that morphed into I hit him. I hit him. I hit him. Like, and even if she had said that, hypothetically speaking, let's just pretend for a second in this parallel LA universe land, just that actually shows how much Karen really cared about Jon because someone who takes the life of another person in such a capacity would never even be close to admitting. They'll just be like, "Lawyer." But because Karen Reed is so innocent in this whole thing, she fell into the Macalbert's trap and they're like, "We can spin this." And that's what happened. Moreover, during the Commonwealth's closing argument, the Commonwealth showed a clip from an interview with Reed in the HBO documentary. With a smirk on her face, Reed explains, "The closest I must have said was, "Did I hit him? I know I said I hit him, but did I really say it as many times as law enforcement is claiming I said it? No."
On June 4th, 2025, Carney posted a video recapping day 27 of the Reed retrial in response to the testimony of Brian Lucky Law friend, a plow driver who testified on the defense's behalf. Carney said, "I run Canton. I'm the mayor of Canton. I'm the most powerful person in Canton.
Lucky you don't have to worry about them anymore. The big wolf is dead. I slayed them. The Mabes and Alberts are nothing." referencing the McCabes and the Alberts, he continued, "They're pissing their pants every single day counting down the days of their freedom like Jennifer McCabe is every day. She's a free woman. She's grateful for her freedom because she knows that she's going to spend a significant amount of time in federal prison because it's going to be glorious when that happens."
On June 18th, 2025, immediately following the conclusion of the retrial, Carney was interviewed by NBC 10 in Boston. During the interview, he said, "The people who murdered John O'Keefe are out there. They're in the McCabes and the Alberts and John O'Keefe went into their home and never came out of it alive and they threw him on the lawn like trash. When asked if he felt responsible for the verdict, Carney explained that he was responsible for the social media aspect of it. He also explained that he'd like to think that some of the evidence that was presented to the jury in court was the result of his journalism and his influence and his activism online. He also applauded himself for conducting standouts, putting up billboards all over North County for free Karen Reed, and making it impossible for people not to know about the case. Carney was also asked, "Who killed John O'Keeffe?" To which he responded, "The people inside Brian Albert's house." Dude, I don't know who exactly delivered the fatal blow, but Brian Albert was in there. Colin Elbert was in there. Brian Higgins was in there, and the dog was in there. And quite frankly, every single person inside that house who has remained silent is just as guilty as the people who delivered the fatal blows to John.
They did it. On June 19th, 2025, Carney posted a live YouTube video discussing the retrial. Within the first 10 seconds of Carney being on camera, he remarked that there were already over 10,000 people streaming the video. He hustled the listen listeners to subscribe to his page and within the first 5 minutes, he had surpassed 143,000 subscribers to his YouTube channel. 35 minutes into the program, Carney explained that over 20,000 people were watching the live stream and that it was the biggest show we've ever had. He explained that if they had a message that they wanted him to read aloud to everyone, they could donate to him using the link attached to the chat and they could pay whatever amount of money they want and they he could write and they could write the message. For example, one individual named Oxana sent him $150 to say, "You did it, Aiden. You did it. You stared down an entire system built on lies and corruption and intimidation and you never blinked." Karen Reed walks free.
An individual named Allison sent him $10 to say, "I can't imagine the pride and emotion you felt seeing all your hard work come to fruition." Again, this reads less like a defamation action and more like a simple synopsis of the facts of everything that happened, just removing the word defamation. I'm serious. This is this is wild. During the same program, Carney admitted that when the jurors came in after deliberating, but before announcing the verdict, two of the jurors looked at him and smiled at him. Carney also admitted that he was invited to the celebration dinner with Reed and her defense team after the verdict. We've seen the photos. Uh at the dinner, Carney and Reed posted for the picture below mocking Colin Albert. Carney also then posted the photograph on X. He acknowledged that he and Reed had spoken about recreating the picture with the same caption over two years prior. And there it is. The last two I'd f with. On November 2nd, 2025, Carney hosted his weekend live show in which he reacted to a podcast that he had previously appeared on speaking about the Reed case. In the podcast, Carney admitted that he protected Karen Reid and that he lied to Boston magazine about the relationship. He explained that Reed's team did not want to be publicly associated with him. They wanted him to do the work of getting the story out there about what the Macalberts have done. He admitted that he understood it would be dangerous if her team were publicly tied to him, but that privately they praised him and they fully supported him. In the same video, Carney talks too much. I'm sorry. Like, he could he didn't have to say all of these things. Why did he say them? He could have avoided this paragraph at the very least. In the same video, Carney also admitted that he approached McCabe in the past to ask her questions as a direct request of Reed Jackson and Yianetti. Like, there's some things you just keep to yourself, man. That's called That's called journalism. Rule one of journalistic integrity, brother, protect your sources. Never reveal your sources. Never reveal where the information came from. By admitting that you were doing it to protect Karen, by lying to Boston magazine, and that you approached them at at the request of Jackson and Yianetti, you you betrayed your sources. Why did you do that?
That's the one thing I disagree with so far in reading this with Aiden's behavior. In January 12th, 2026, Reed participated in her first podcast interview since her criminal trial ended with Rotten Mango. When asked, "What do you think happened to John O'Keefe?"
Reed responded that he entered the house at 34 Fairview and much sooner than later met his demise. She bluntly concluded that someone in that in that house killed him, referring to the plaintiffs. The impact of Carney and Reed's conspiracy. Every day since April 18th, 2023, when the defamation campaign began, the plaintiffs and their families have been harassed and tormented as a result of Carney and Reed's unlawful conspiracy to defame them. The plaintiffs have become prisoners in their own communities. Oh, besieged by Carney and others who have been duped by Carney and Reed to believe that plaintiffs are murderers. Oh, how sad. Defendants have deliberately employed these false narratives about O'Keefe's murder and the Planist families as part of a marketing scheme that has brought Carney's substantial personal income to the detriment of the Mcalberts. Of course, Carney has an audience of hundreds of thousands of followers. He has purposely published statements by other people who falsely assert that the plaintiffs are responsible. As a result of defendants campaign, the plaintiffs have been forced to endure malicious and cruel abuse at the hands of ruthless and unscrupulous people. On a regular basis, the plaintiffs have faced physical confrontation and harassment at their personal residences, their places of business, and their children's extracurricular activities. The plaintiffs have also sustained a barrage of harassment and verbal assaults on social media. Throughout Reed's trials, Carney and his followers harassed the plaintiffs as they reported to court to serve as witnesses. The harassment was so extreme that the judge ordered a buffer zone around the courthouse to protect those inside. That's not why the buffer zone was created, but it was created so that the people around the courthouse would not be able to influence the jurors, not to protect the witnesses. So don't lie, please. Carney and his followers chanted cop killers as the plaintiffs walked by and shouted free Karen Reed all day. The plaintiffs have had to undertake efforts to protect themselves and their identities. Their famil family's places of business have been targeted and Carney has stalked them at their children's extracurricular activities causing fear and emotional trauma to the plaintiffs and their families. Carney admitted publicly that one of the goals of his false, outrageous, and defamatory statements about the plaintiffs was not only to portray the plaintiffs as those responsible for Akef's murder, but also to taint the jury pool for Reed's trial and to benefit financially from the publicity.
What a croc of [ __ ] Oh god, what a load of baloney. The way this is written, this is written by someone who never reviewed the evidence in the case either Karen Reed trial listened to their clients at face value and said, "Sure, I'll file it. Just give me some money." I know these are typically done either as a hybrid or a pure contingency. I mean, if I were a bet man, I'd say the lawyers are not stupid to sue this on a pure contingency because they know they'll never win. So, they probably decided to collect some sort of fee up front, maybe like a quarter million dollars or something to file it. And if if it's lost, well, then the Macalberts and Higgins will be out a quarter mil or something. And if they win, well, whatever they win is going to be offset by that quarter mill the for the lawyer's fee. If that makes sense. I hope I'm making sense when I'm describing it. That's the difference between a hybrid and a pure contingency.
Pure contingency, the lawyer just simply gets to collect a portion of the proceeds at the end. Whereas in a hybrid fee, there is an upfront retainer. Uh and for a case like this, I wouldn't take less anything less than a quarter million because the amount of work that is going to be involved and the chances of recovery are less than zero. So count one, defamation and defamation per se as to defendant Reed. In repeatedly publishing false statements, asserting or reasonably understood to be asserting that the plaintiff are responsible for the murder of John O'Keefe and a cover up of their reported role in the murder.
Reed published numerous defamatory statements both directly and through her accomplice, Carney. She knew those statements were false, made those admissions, blah blah blah. Those publications were not only individually defamatory, but also a continuous course of conduct. The statements contained in the Reed's campaign on harassment abuse are also defamation per se because the harmful nature of the defamatory statements is self-evident. That's defamation per se, literally the definition thereof. Reed's statements were of and concerning each of the plaintiffs. She repeatedly identified each and every single one of them across multiple social media platforms, blog posts, television viewers, and of course, this caused damages by damaging the reputation, image, exposing the plaintiffs to public and private hatred, contempt, and ridicule. And Reed published her outrageous, cruel, and malicious lies about the plaintiffs negligently with knowing that the statements were false or or with reckless disregard as to whether they're true or not. Count two, same thing.
defamation only now against Carney and defamation per se. Same thing by repeatedly publishing these false statements against the plaintiffs. He has made them. Carney knew that the statements were false. Blah blah blah.
He made no independent journalistic effort. To verify the accuracy, he received information from Karen. He repeatedly ignored dismissed evidence.
He admitted he protected Karen. It was a continuous course of conduct. It's also defamation per se because they're self-evident just like with Karen. He did it publicly. He published them. He did it with an effort to increase viewership and financially benefit himself to hundreds of thousands of people. This injured the plaintiffs.
This was reckless or negligent, outrageous, cruel, blah blah blah. Count three, aiding in abetting defamation and defamation per se as to defendant Reed.
So Reed, same thing. She fed Carney the information. This is count three. Count four, aiding in abetting defamation is to defendant Carney. And now Aiden helped Karen. So, so far, count one, Karen defamed them. Count two, Aiden defamed them. Count three, Aiden helped or Karen helped Aiden defamed them.
Count four, Aiden helped Karen defame them. Count five, intentional infliction of emotional distress. Standard uh language. Intentional infliction of emotional distress is to Aiden Carney.
Now number six. Now his is going to be a little bit more egregious because of the the voicemails and the the name calling etc. Count seven aiding in abetting intentional infliction of emotional distress as to defendant Reed. Count eight aid in abetting intentional infliction of emotional distress is to Aiden. Count nine negligent infliction of emotional distress. So it caused anxiety. Uh negligent infliction emotional distress. Count 10 is to Aiden. 11 and 12 aiding and abetting negligent infliction of emotion. Oh my god, they went for the whole kitten kaboodleoodle. Some of these are going to get dismissed in in a couple of weeks. Probably a lot of these claims are are not going to withstand the 12b6 motion to dismiss. In count 13, lucky number 13, civil conspiracy. Hold on, I want to read this one. This one is interesting. The defendants acting in concert with each other conspired by concerted actions to pursue a campaign of defamation, harassment, abuse, and intimidation resulting in severe emotional distress on the plaintist which included numerous unlawful acts or lawful acts by unlawful means as described above. The defendants formed an agreement which whether expressed or implied to defame the plaintiffs and through their intentional reckless and negligent conduct to inflict severe emotional distress on the plaintiffs.
This agreement is evident by Reed's use of intermediaries and encrypted communications to funnel information and false statements to Carney. Car's admission that he received information and direction from Reed and her legal team. Reed's praise and encouragement of Carney's defamatory publications, their coordinated timing of publications to coincide with court proceedings, their shared financial and strategic interest in the defamation campaign, and Reeds and Carney's joint effort to conceal their relationship from the public. What conspiracy?
Conspiracy though? Oh my god, this is cute. This is so cute. In furtherance of their scheme to defame, harass, abuse, and intimidate the plaintiffs, the defendants committed overt acts and were otherwise willful participants in joint activity. The defendants miscon was undertaken with malice, willfulness, recklessness, negligent indifference to the rights of others. These acts and defendants resulted in damages to the plaintist. Folks, why am I smiling and why am I calling it cute is because they are the ones who engaged in a civil conspiracy. They're the ones who have killed a man and all agreed to cover up the murder. And they're the ones who are saying, "No, they conspired. It wasn't me. It was them." Do you do you understand how ludicrous it sounds when you are the guilty party? You are the one who has done all of these things and now you're pointing the finger and saying, "They talked about me in a way that I don't like." Do you understand how obscene this is? how ludicrous, how asinine this whole thing, this whole document is. I I would sue for emotional distress for having to read it. Count 14, Massachusetts unfair trade practices act. So, this is uh against Carney probably for his interference, monetizing content by selling subscriptions, merchandise, featuring the plaintiff's names and likenesses, and advertising, and by soliciting donations. I don't think that's exactly how that law is supposed to be enact like let's say if I if I if I had like Johnny Depp shirts and I was trying to sell them for profit that would be in violation of the unfair trade practices act but by using someone's likeness I I don't think it violates that. But good luck to them. Request for relief. Here we go. Judgment in favor of the plaintiffs on all counts. All 14 of them I think. Was was it 14? Yeah, total of 14. Award damages in an amount to be determined at trial. Punitive damages, doubled or treble damages, even attorney's fees, costs, expenses, and any other legal equitable relief that the court may deem proper. And of course, demand for a jury trial, that's standard. Dated Boston, Massachusetts few days ago. Jennifer McCabe, Brian Albert, Colin Albert, Brian Higgins by their attorneys. There they are. Tuxbury Murphy, Hinckley Allen, and Schneider.
Very familiar names. Very familiar names. We've already seen them. They represent these people. Uh not not Colin, but the other three in the the federal lawsuit where Karen Reed is is suing them. It's it's just continuing to be a a pissing contest, folks. It it's it's the gift that keeps on giving, but we don't want it to. You know, here we are. As I know I I joked about it before, and I'm not the only one. And I think Melanie Little has talked about this as well, how it's like season 3 of the Karen Reed trial. Now it's we're at the civil portion of things. It it's it's season 3, but we don't want it. You know, it's it's like season 8 of Game of Thrones. Like seasons 1 through seven were awesome and we're so happy with the result and it was great. And then with season 8, you just just kind of tanked. Like nobody wants this anymore. Can we can we hit the pause button? Can we put put a stop to it? No, Karen needs to get justice.
Fine. But now they're like, "No, no, no." But we need to get justice, too. It just will not stop. It just will not stop. I'm frustrated with it. I'm very frustrated with it. I'm glad that that, you know, I made a video about this cuz I really wanted to make a video about this. And here we are over an hour and a half as I've been talking about this.
The By the way, you're not going to get to see this, but the actual video is close to two hours. It's after you cut all the the little shout out to boy on my boy who's going to be editing this today after I send it to him. I I just I I can't I I just can't believe it. It continues happening.
I will continue covering it. I will continue covering it because you guys need to know what's going on. You guys need to know. You are entitled to the truth. You're entitled to know the happenings of the Karen Reed case, her civil cases, because now how how many do we have now? I'm I'm losing track. We've got O'Keefe's versus Reed. That's the obvious one where the depositions have already begun. We have Reed versus the Mcalberts, Higgins, Tully, Proctor, and uh Buchananic. Now we have to add more to the pile. And now we have Brian Albert, Colin Albert, Jennifer McCabe, and Brian Higgins going up uh against Reed. That's already three. The criminal cases are done. Thank God. The statute in Massachusetts, the statute of limitations on civil cases is 3 years.
So, this is why it's happening now.
April of 2026, they were basically days away from the expiration of the statute of limitations and they decided to pull the trigger, which again I think is a horrible mistake. It is a catastrophic error in they're waking a sleeping dragon already. There are enough dragons already flying overhead the Macalbert's fate and now they're waking more dragons because they feel impenetrable. They feel untouchable. They feel like, "Look, we've survived two criminal public trials. We've testified. We didn't get caught. We are good at this." Yeah.
That's how Bonnie and Clyde met their end, by the way. They got too cocky. The Feds figured out the trajectory of where they're going to be headed next because they were going bankto bank. Their next move became predictable. They got too confident and they were shot to oblivion. That's what happens when you get overly confident. fate takes care of you. So anyway, folks, um I hope you all enjoyed this video. I obviously I have been on hiatus for you guys don't know this. The last video I actually recorded I think was around March 3rd. So it's been about 6 weeks since I've been in front of this camera, believe it or not.
I know I've released some videos uh in March, but obviously not all of them were of me sitting before this camera. A lot of it was content I already had in the hopper when I because I went to Mexico and then when I came back I said you know what I wanted to take a little bit of a break focus on my firm. Uh our firm is doing very very well. I'm sure you've seen hopefully at least one commercial uh that Buon will have inserted uh in the in the video. And I will tell you that uh I'm having a lot of fun practicing civil law because criminal law is great. And don't get me wrong, I'm very good at what I do and I still get criminal cases and I still represent people on criminal cases. The funny thing is I don't need to advertise on the criminal side of things anymore.
cases are just leaning into my lap of people who need the best of the best.
And I don't just represent anybody. I represent people who truly truly need assistance and can afford it, of course, on the criminal side of things. But on the civil side, we are helping so many more people because you don't charge anything upfront.
And it's been a struggle building up a brand new practice. I'm basically I'm starting from scratch. uh not entirely from scratch because I already have an established name, an established law firm and all that, but I'm learning new areas of law. I feel like I'm back in law school a little bit. I have these books that I'm reading and I have these uh parallegals that are teaching me things and we just hired a new one and she starts Monday. And I'm like so excited about the things to come that you guys have no idea the waves that we're going to be sending. They're going to be shock waves just like I did in the criminal realm. I know I'm probably sound like I'm tooting my own horn and shut up Larry. You've said enough. I know. But listen to me when I say this.
Personal injury lawyers are a dime a dozen just like criminal defense. But very few are good at what they do. And I intend on becoming number one just like I did in criminal defense in DUIs. I became number one in the state. Now it's time to do that in personal injury, car accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death. I will be number one because if I did it in criminal defense, I can do it in in the civil arena. It's just going to take time. But the key to becoming number one is you can't think about yourself. You have to think about you, your client. The reason the Morgan and Morgans of the world exist is because they have created a machine that basically it's like it's like politics.
Whoever spends the most money on their campaign is going to win. But just because you're the biggest and just because you have the most business doesn't mean you are the best because you sacrifice the client at the expense of just generating revenue, generating income. You sacrifice the client's maximum recovery potential in order to make a quick buck to make a quick turnover in order to keep the treadmill going to keep the conveyor belt going.
The difference is when you start uh when you completely shift your practice like I did and you're starting from zero in the personal injury arena, I can choose do I want to be conveyor belt or do I want to be premium lawyer? Do I want to be someone who is providing value to the customer, the client, rather than or do I would I rather simply settle as quickly as possible for the minimum amount and then move on to the next case? And I'm picking and choosing the former. So, we are prioritizing clients.
Each individual case is going to get the best and maximum attention in order to maximize each individual claim. And when you build that foundation, especially myself as a trial lawyer with 55 trials and 95% success rate in my criminal defense practice, I can now transfer that over into my civil practice. And that's what I've been working on. This is why I've been gone for so long. I've been learning. I've been studying. I've been teaching myself. I've been perfecting my practice. I realized I've made errors already. I hired people that were not entirely conducive to my vision. So now I'm correcting course.
I'm hiring new people, like I said, who the reason I'm actually back here making videos. Sure, it's it's a great video to make about the defamation situation, but um it's more than that. It's more than that. It's the fact that I now feel like I can come back and talk to you guys. I am ready for you if you are ready for me because I want to help you. All of you, especially those who got screwed by their lawyer, by their insurance company.
Those are the people that I want to help now. Because although you may not be looking at prison time or jail time or heavy fines and costs or losing your job like I've been dealing with previously, now I'm looking at you who suffered a broken back and the last offer that they made to you was $10,000 or something stupid and your lawyer says, "Take it." And I say, "No, you deserve justice, real justice, real compensation for your injuries from a lawyer who's not afraid to take it to trial and who is building the most powerful team to be able to do it with.
And I will continue building that team because this is what we do at Foreman and Associates. I'm extremely proud of the work that we have done despite my mistakes. It's all about catching them, correcting course, and being better than yesterday.
So folks, with that, I leave you.
Enjoy the rest of your day. I love every single one of you, and I will see you all in the next video. Bye, everybody.
