I mean, the word random doesn't create confidence, does it? In my mind, I had a lot of a doubt.
I mean, I'm used to antennas being precisely measured.
Being exactly on frequency.
Not random lengths of wire. That can't be right, can it?
But, curiosity got the better of me.
So, about a year ago, I erected a so-called random end-fed HF antenna at my QTH with a 9:1 unun.
Was I right in my doubts?
