[00:05:31]But what was the intentment of taking Zeni Labor Party to court?

[00:06:32]I must tell you that mayor announcing that we were in court, we lost a lot of >> scared a lot of people.

[00:06:40]>> It scared a lot of people away in this nomination process. I have about four or five governorship aspirants who have gone to other parties. They go and say sorry Dan we wanted to come to you and I said we are not in court.

[00:06:56]The only thing expected a political party to win the only office is one counelor just one you would have qualified you would have met the threshold of the constitution.

[00:07:09]We have 15 local governments. We have 176 counselors Abia Nasarawa rivers before they cancelled that of rivers.

[00:07:20]They knew all they wanted to was to make Zeni Labor Party unusable, unattractable, which of course they succeeded by most people running away. But the one that pinned us while the matter was in court, the attorney general of the federation filed his defense agreeing with the plaintiff that they should resto that we didn't win anything that infuriated us. He did not stop at filing it. He went to the market.

[00:08:29]That was how the leadership of our party responded to him. That attorney general, chief law officer, since you have decided to dance naked in the market square, notwithstanding the matter pending a court, we without prejudice to the matter in court, you lied under oath.

[00:08:52]This is called pery and you should resign from your office because you are no longer a fit and proper person to occupy that office. Did you do due diligence before he appended the authority and signature on that document?

[00:09:08]You should have called your there are many lawyers in the ministry of justice. [00:19:34]I came down. They say PDP. I say I'm not in PDP. I'm a friend of the president everywhere I come down and when the president was introduced me in Dela he said with me here is the national chairman of labor party he's not in PDP he's a friend of the president I never I never accepted what I was not so president Jonathan saw something in me and that was why I told people that I was for president Jonathan hate to do so people will see me that time president Jonathan hate to do I say yes Benny because he's a man with a heart.

I have given example one day when he was hospitalized in a co hospital room 437 I was the only non- member of the family with Abola in his hospital bed and he gave me a timet 10:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. At times I will end up going by 3:00 a.m. 2:00 a.m. That time Nigeria was good. I will drive alone pass get to my house no problem.
