This video demonstrates how sovereign citizen defendants often raise unusual legal arguments in court, such as questioning whether a court is a common law or admiralty court, claiming to be beneficiaries of trust accounts, or requesting that their name be written in all lowercase letters. Judges maintain courtroom authority by calmly addressing these arguments, explaining standard court procedures, and offering legitimate legal options such as plea deals, fines, or trial dates. The proceedings show that while sovereign citizens may make unconventional claims, courts follow established legal protocols and provide defendants with standard options to resolve their cases.

Sovereign Citizen Tries Word Games on Judge Kolony Fields — Judge Sets Him StraightAdded:
What's going on everybody? Welcome back to the channel. This is Carl from Sovereign Ciz Chronicles. So today we're going to be in a courtroom of Judge Colon Fields out of the state of Colorado. She's going to have a sovereign citizen in a courtroom. Um this guy's going to be kind of bringing up some really weird uh uh statements and arguments. Anyway, let's get to this proceeding.
>> This is 25M2378 people versus Alan Herrera.
>> Anders Ericson for the people.
of Mr. Herware right at the podium.
>> All right. So, he was supposed to be here earlier this morning. Can you tell me what happened with that position with regards to the warrant?
>> No objection to quashing it, your honor.
>> So, given that he did appear today, I will quash the warrant. Reinstate personal recognizance bond.
need to issue a mandatory protection order because I don't think one was ever issued in this matter.
See, so it looks like Mr. Ericson, you want the listed victim um tax order in boxes one, two, and three.
Is that correct?
>> Yes, judge.
>> All right. Um so, Mr. Mr. Herrera, I am required to issue a mandatory protection in this matter. It quite frankly should have been done a long time ago, but it was it looks like it was an oversight on behalf of the court. So, I'm going to issue it today. Um, it will list Margaret Kersner as the listed victim or protected party. This protection order will state that you cannot harass, molest, intimidate, retaliate against, or tamper with any witness or victim of the acts that you are charged with committing. You must also uh vacate the home or stay away from the home of any of the listed victims or witnesses. You must also uh avoid any contact uh stay away from or avoid any other location where they are likely to be found. And you must refrain from contacting or directly or indirectly communicating with any of the listed victims or witnesses. Do you understand those conditions, >> your honor? Um it's um uh I just want to say that um I'm the beneficiary of my account and um or we can proceed with this matter as as director and beneficiary and executive my own trust account.
Have 21 days to show me a proof of claim of writing. They have jurisdiction to bother me at all. Until then, I do not consent to proceed. My next question is, is this a common law court? Cuz I represent myself under common law, or is this admirality court?
>> It's not an admirality court.
>> And um the day when um when the legit alle allegations were created, I didn't see anybody. I was on the bike trail.
Nobody was around me. So my question is, do you charge people when they are close to you or do you charge them when they are far away and people um taking their own time to use accusations?
Because this is what this ticket I'm being held here for, for something where I didn't see anybody.
I got off the off the off the bike trail, >> but there was nobody around me. So there was people watching me and to me that's that's um what I'm explaining about this.
So certainly Mr. Her I'm to talk with Miss Nazar and she can certainly answer any of those questions uh for you. All I'm asking at this point is whether or not you understand the conditions of that protection order. Do you understand those conditions?
>> Uh yeah I comprehend um the Yeah. um to stay away from the person which I don't even know who she is and uh yeah I'll stay away and uh um mind my business you know like I got no I don't even know who the person is >> okay so knowing that you don't know who she is it's not going to be an issue for you it doesn't sound like so uh that's a good thing so we'll give you a copy of this order today you're welcome to take a copy with you if you would like you'll need to sign it before you go and then you'll have time to talk with Miss Nazerie further about this case and she can certainly answer those questions that you have. Okay?
>> And I just want to say I don't consent to the social experiment I'm going through and um that's just my situation.
Everybody's case is different, but this is what I'm going through. And um I believe President Donald Trump and other people been going through certain type of like um harassment through different ways.
You know what I mean? But all I got to say is um uh it was not intentional. and I could face my accuser and you know I'll make I'll try to make it right. But like yeah like I'm here to show up for this and for the record I didn't know court was at 9:30 and I thought it was at 1 and I just rode like just trying to get here and I'm glad I made it at least. But thank you for your time. Thank you for your consideration everybody.
>> You're welcome. So, let me get you a new court date. Um, Miss Nazari, how far out do you want to set it?
>> Um, I can do June 15th or June 16th.
>> June 16th. That one.
>> Okay. So, Mr. Herrera, I'll set you June 16th at 1:30. If you need a reminder slip, we can get that for you before you leave today. Otherwise, just make sure you stay in touch with Miss Nazarie. I will grant the request for a bridges liaison as well. Um, and she can talk to you about what that means. Okay.
>> All right. Thank you y'all. And um y have a blessed day. Thank you y'all.
Shalom.
>> Hold on. Mr. Her Snazzy is going to try We're either going to do an order or she's going to try to get the email from the other.
>> All right, Mr. Herrera. Take care. Have a good day. Okay. They'll call you up in just a second. Okay.
>> Come on up, Mr. Herrera. Right. I think that takes care of our docket. Do you all have anything else? robot.
>> Okay.
>> All right, y'all. So, that's the end of the proceeding. Um, yeah, this guy, he uh he was very polite, very nice, but definitely had, you know, some really unusual stuff that he was saying in the courtroom, you know, you know, particularly about Trump and, you know, not knowing the um the people who he needed to stay away from and, you know, not consenting to this. and you know when he brought up uh what was it uh said something really crazy like admirality or something like that and the judge had to correct him but anyway he's going to be back in court in June.
I would definitely try to bring that to you. Um now we're going to be moving into another uh court proceeding with Judge Sean Perkins out of the state of Michigan. So yesterday I posted a video um well I posted two videos but the second the second well I posted two hearings. The second hearing was a guy named I believe it was Harrison Leone Bay. Uh he was in front of Judge Perkins. This is another proceeding with him in front of Judge Perkins. Uh this time he's going to be wearing a fez hat.
All right, so let's get to it. Harrison.
Harrison Lemon the second >> both of the devices in here for that because I believe there were two devices.
>> That's that's the gentleman with the uh what the uh fis had a head here on.
feeds. Can you unmute yourself, please, sir?
>> Is he connected to audio?
>> It appears.
>> Lemon Bay. Harrison Lemon Bay, >> can you hear me, sir?
>> Can you hear me?
>> I can hear you. Good morning to you.
>> Are you >> okay? Are you the second or the third?
Uh, I'm here on behalf of the third.
>> The third. Okay. Uh, and and I guess it's the second, right? This is the city of Detroit versus Harrison Lemon Bay the third. Straight back. This is the state of Michigan versus Harrison Lemon Bay the third. Case number SX 41 4195968 counts one and counts three.
Appearance for the record, please.
>> Elwood S. Berry Jr. on behalf of the defendant. State your full name, sir.
I think he's representing himself.
>> Yeah. All right. And and add add count three to that add count uh three to that record as well or count two to that one to that record as well. So count one, two, and three. Let me have that other I believe. Uh state your name for the record, Mr. uh Lemon III.
>> Uh yes, I am that I am Harrison Lamont Bay. all lowercase letters. Uh, and I'm here on uh behalf of Harrison Lamont uh the third.
>> I' I've never heard of the all lowercase letters. What does that mean?
>> It means that my the name is to be spelled with all lowercase letters. Not not all capital letters, not not part capital and lowercase. Strictly all lowercase letters.
>> All right. So, um, today is the date and time set for a pre-trial in the matter.
Um, how do you want to proceed, sir? I know you filed some documents with the court. Um, and I did have those up in my chambers. Um, but how do you want to proceed?
>> Uh, your honor, uh, I'm I'm the shy on behalf of the principal debtor, straw man, Harrison Lamont the third. I've given the court notice uh, weeks in advance. Uh I'm here to tender a special deposit to the court and make clerk fiduciary uh you know prosecutor uh you know as well and I'm looking uh for a plea of release today. Will you grant a plea to release?
>> Um no I can grant you a a pre-trial. I can grant you the opportunity to speak with the city attorney or I can grant you a trial date.
by judge or by jury.
>> Yeah. So, >> what would you what would you like to do, Mr. uh Lemon Bay?
>> Well, do you mind if I ask a couple of questions? Just want to make sure that I'm comprehending it.
>> You may.
>> All right. So, as you gave the the name, I heard you mention a few different names. I heard you mention Harrison Lamont Bay I theI and then a Harrison Lamont II and and various different names. I I I just want to make sure that I'm I'm clear on uh who or what it is that we're we're here to discuss because I don't want to speak uh on behalf of of >> It does have an error. It does have an error. There appears to be an error on the uh on the uh computer here. So, in entry date, one one of the counts was entered into as um well, one count was entered into as Harris Lemon the third.
The other one was Harris Lemon and the other count was injured Harris third lemon. So, um I think that's just a typo. There's uh the the uh the nature of the offenses is uh the misdemeanor case uh is uh driving out valid operator's license uh no ops on person and that is a 93 punishable by the maximum possible penalty 93 days in jail and or $500 in fines and you have two civil infractions, one expired plates and the other one speeding a 20 16 to 20 miles an hour over the uh speed limit.
Um so those are the the nature of the charges. I'm going to offer you an opportunity to mitigate this by taking the better drivers course, sir. I'm going to put that in the chat if you choose to. Um if if uh and you and I can give you time to do that. Um if not, you you can set it for a trial date or whatever your set it for a trial date or speak with the city attorney today. What would you like to do?
>> I I I'm I'm really again I'm I'm I'm ultimately I'm here to tender special deposit and and settle the charges, you know, make the clerk fiduciary.
>> Well, you settle it you settle it by playing to um one uh in taking a plea paying the fines or taking it to trial.
See if you can do better at trial. You have a right to a jud trial by judge or jury and that's it.
>> Those are those are your only options.
Sir, >> I'm I'm looking for plea release.
There's no there's no there's are you are you me are you stating that there's no offer of equity in in this matter, your honor?
>> I don't know what you're talking about.
All right, we're going to move on. So, I I don't I don't have time for this.
>> Would you like to speak to an at Would you like to speak to an attorney, sir?
>> I I I don't I'm not I'm not ask for counsel.
>> Okay. Well, we're going we're going to we're going to just we're going to pass the matter and we're going to move on and uh he can just watch and see how how it works in here because I just I got too many I have too many people that are waiting that want to uh want to be heard and hear their claim. And um I I don't I don't understand what you're saying.
I've given you your options and you can sit back and ponder those. I'll give you time to ponder those options. Um, other than that, sir, uh, I I don't know what else to tell you. All right, let's move on. Next time, >> no, I've already answered the questions I'm gonna answer. No, please mute your please mute your device and um, you deal you either take the u offers that I've given you, speak with the attorney or take the deal or set the matter for a trial date. Those are your options.
>> Let me set the matter for trial.
Set the matter for trial. Okay. I'm going to give you a trial. I'm gonna do you want the trial by judge or jury, sir?
>> Your your honor. Uh by jury.
>> Okay. Jury trial. Can I get a jury trial date, please?
As soon as one you have.
on the 29th. Is that right?
>> No, that's the earliest one you have.
>> June June.
>> June the second.
>> All right. June the second >> or we have 15. We have right and the next one will be July the 13th because we have 15.
>> Let's do June the 2nd. June the 2nd. We should do this in the afternoon as well.
>> Yeah, we'll set a pre-trial. We'll set So your next court date is going to be a final pre-trial, sir.
>> Um Final pre-trial will be uh June the 1st 61, 2023 at 8:30 if you and then we'll set the the jury trial date for the next day. We'll set it at 2:30.
All right, we'll have we'll have you at 9:30 on at 9:30 on uh uh June the 2nd.
So, your next action date that you need to appear is June the 1st at 8:30 and then um uh the next day we'll have the jury trial at um uh June the 2nd, 2023.
I have received um your motions. Uh if you have any more motions, make sure they're in before the June the 1st date and then we'll proceed with uh picking a jury uh at setting a jury panel at 9:30 uh on June the second. If you don't have any further questions uh Mr. Lemon Bay, then have a very good day. All right.
Good luck to you.
>> Best of luck to you.
>> Thank you.
>> All right, y'all. So, that's the end of that proceeding. Um, yeah, the whole lower caps thing or low caps or or whatever that that was kind of interesting. Most of the time it's like I'm not the all caps and all that stuff.
But, um, but yeah, you know, all this was over a traffic violation. Um, he's going to be there's obviously going to be another appearance. I'm more than likely I'm going to bring that appearance tomorrow. If nothing else comes up, I would definitely have that appearance tomorrow or the day after.
All right. But if you know if you're interested in see it, make sure you subscribe to the channel and hit that notification bell so you get notified when I upload that video and other videos like this one. All right, this is Carl from Sovereign Citizen Chronicles.
I catch you on the next proceeding. God bless. Peace.
