[00:00:00]Improper planning and budgetary constraints have been cited as reasons for the non-absorption of key medical personnel in the country despite their huge demand. Speakers at this gathering believe that if this is not addressed, challenges within the health sector will remain.

So, we need to attend to structural challenges of the economy. The economy must grow. The economy must turn out the resources to employ professionals, but also we must be able as a higher education sector to produce graduates that can create employment and participate in the economy.
