Endogenous peptides are naturally produced by the body and are perfectly matched, self-regulated, and highly effective, while synthetic peptides from injections or pills are poorly matched, unregulated, and can disrupt natural body functions; for example, GHK-CU, a copper peptide composed of glycine, histidine, and lysine, naturally declines by 90% by age 60, and increasing endogenous GHK-CU production through non-invasive phototherapy can support healthy cell proliferation and overall cellular health.

Peptides in your body vs injections
Added:Hey everyone, welcome. I am going to be sharing about peptides tonight and how uh something super simple, almost stupid simple can change the way your body um creates peptides. So, we're just going to dive right in.
And I'm Jenna Sullivan. So, this is me.
I'm a board-certified naturopathic practitioner. I am an award-winning speaker and an author of over 80 books.
We're actually pushing 90 right now. uh 10 books are bestselling which is just crazy to me. I'm also a LifeWave two star executive. Uh we just for a disclaimer this presentation is for educational purposes only. I am a brand partner with LifeWave. I'm not trying to give anybody medical advice. I'm this product that we're going to talk about is not used to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness. So just be aware this has not been evaluated by the FD FDA. We're you know doing the best we can here to make sure that we're not not making any claims. But what we're talking about tonight is peptides and X39. And um the joke is, have you been patched? Because it's so so simple. So peptides are short chain of amino acids linked together. They are like messengers. They give instructions all over your body. Okay? So they're real simple, but they are basically the building blocks of proteins. So when you think about where amino acids come from that because peptides are a string of amino acids they come from your liver some organs in your body that create different amino acids but also they come from the foods that you eat. So just in simple terms, you might eat food like meat and eggs and then that gets broken down. Your digestion breaks down those proteins into amino acids and then your cells build peptides from those amino acids. And then those peptides travel to your cells to basically tell them what to do. And peptide signaling helps with things like repairing and healing and brain function, hormones, muscle building, fat burning, you know, metabolism, your immune system. But here's the deal. So many people are jumping on the peptide wagon. And while true, peptides are massively important, we just have to understand the difference between them. There are natural human endogenous peptides that your body naturally creates and then there are injections and pills and they're just different. So if you can understand that they are different that the ones that your body makes are perfectly matched, they're self-regulated, they have a complete signal and they're highly effective obviously because your body knows what to do with them. Whereas injectables are a better version um of a pill form. So, if you're taking pill peptides, they're useless. So, just disregard those. But injectables, depending on where you're getting them from, some are okay. Uh, some are really bad, right? And it depends on how you're doing it because they're poorly matched in most cases. They're unregulated. So, you have this chaotic timing of how they're working in your body. There's an incomplete signal. Many of these peptides are not even real to your body.
They're made up and you're they're kind of forcing your body to do something different than it's normally going to do with the natural version of that. Uh like GLP1 comes to mind, right? So, it's keeping that GLP-1 in your body longer than it normally would be so that you're not going to eat any food, right?
There's some interesting things that scientists have sort of I you know, I I have a hard time saying meddling, right?
They're sort of meddling with God and what how he designed our bodies to work.
But we've also meddled with our consumption of what we're taking. We're we're consuming things that are just highly processed and bad. So, it's kind of like fighting bad with bad to try to make it good. So, we just have to remember that, you know, peptides are amazing. You have to know the source.
You have to understand what you're doing, where you're doing it, what the side effects are. But in reality, human peptides, endogenous natural peptides are far superior. Always hard stop.
Okay. And in the case of GHKCU, uh this is a big one. This is something that as you age, you have this cellular decline and it's because of GHKCU.
And so scientists have found the direct correlation between GHKCU and healthy stem cells. They rise and fall at the same rate. So when you're in your 20s, you have a massive amount of them, but the by the age of 60, like 90% of it's gone. Okay? And GHKCU is basically a copper peptide, glycine, histadine, and lysine. It was discovered in 1973. It's not rocket science here. It's amino acids, three of them, bound to copper, a trace mineral.
But this endogenous GHKCU or another word for that would be human GHKCU has a ton of benefits. If you can increase human, okay, the human endogenous form of GHKCU, if you can increase human, not injecting it or taking a pill form, but human, your own bodies, [snorts] uh, GHKCU production, you actually can have a massive increase in healthy cell proliferation.
I'm not talking about disease cells. I'm talking about the healthy cells. This can then have effects on your strength and muscle building, your stamina, mobility, cognition, energy levels, moods, hormones, skin, vision, gums, digestion, the list goes on and on.
Because when you think about having younger, healthier cells, you're going to have a younger looking you and a younger version of you. It's because of human, also known as endogenous GHKCU.
I'm sorry if you like, oh no, I'm in a science class now. It just is something that's important to understand the difference here. So when you get into say the cellular performance system, you have cellergize morning matched with X39. And this is going to just give you some basics here. The cellergize supports healthy energy and motivation and pro it provides key nutrients. It's going to help the body's renewal process. It's going to actually help support healthy stem cell production and used with X39. X39 has been proven to elevate GHKCU. This is what it does on its own. Not even with cellergize. Okay?
So, just know that the Cellerize is going to help make this even better. But X39 on its own uses light to elevate GHKCU. Uh this is important to understand that this is not a transermal. It's non-transdermal, non-invasive. It's a medical grade plastic with a uh like little tiny mirrors. Okay. So, the best way to understand this is that there's these tiny little uh amino acid and salt crystals inside these fabric discs that are specifically positioned so that they are reflecting your own light. So, I'm going to get into that in a minute so you understand how this works. But this is patented and it's proven and there's a ton of research on this. So this is not something that is just, oh, trust me, it works, right? This is actual science here. And this there's there's tons of studies on phototherapy.
Any doctor that you talk to will know, oh sure, phototherapy, yes, it works. It is what it is. When the sun hits your skin, the actual wavelength of light from the sun, not a light bulb, but from your sun actually triggers your skin and tells your body to produ to produce vitamin D.
It's like a light switch. That wavelength of light turns on something specific. Right? When you take a light switch in the home, what is it turning on a light? Is it turning on the blender? Right? Every switch is specific. And in the case of sun rays, that specific wavelength is a signal to turn on vitamin D production in your body. We are made out of infrared light.
So this means we have the ability to reflect infrared light from the tiny little patches, right? So we've got these tiny little patches that we put on our body. And the patch actually reflects onto your body a signal that increases GHKCU. Again, it's turning on a switch. And that switch for the X39 patch is, you've guessed it, increasing GHKCU. So, what happens when you have younger cells? Well, it's going to go to work where most critical first. We don't know where. So, we just need to make sure you're drinking a good amount of water, you're getting good electrolytes, and you're going to wear this thing for up to 12 hours per day. So, this is what it looks like. You would put it two finger widths below your navl or on your C7 spine bump behind your neck where your shoulder line meets and you wear it there for 10 or 12 hours. Okay? It's very simple. Don't go past 12 hours and wear it during your waking hours. And when you go to sleep, you take it off.
And then during your regeneration time, it uses all that GHKCU to do what your body does best at night, which is repair and rejuvenate. You're going to make a 6 to 12 month commitment time because that's where people see the most results. Now, are you going to ever stop? I'm not. I'm wearing one right now. Why would I stop? Why would I stop something that is consistently helping my body optimize?
So this is a unique patented and proven system. David Schmidt, he's our inventor, scientist, uh CEO, over 250 patents, 80 studies. It's crazy, you guys. We are an award-winning company. 2026 Golden STE Gold Stevie award for entrepreneur of the year. Uh 2025 biotech breakthrough award for stem cell innovation of the year. Crazy.
That's a huge award. Um, and the the Stevie award, uh, David won that. Um, the stem cell award, we won that for X39. In 2024 and 2023, we won the direct selling news bravo growth award for fastest sustainable growth in direct selling. These are big deals. You don't have companies grow this fast when the product doesn't work. Okay, so if you are ready to get started, you're going to sign up either core, advanced, advanced plus, or premium. You're more than welcome to come in as a customer.
You're going to ask the person who invited you to this presentation to help get you started in the right direction.
All right, I want to thank you for being here and now I want you to go get patched. Okay, so I hope that that was a super easy and simple presentation.
Again, I do this every Monday night to help you guys just learn. It's fun. It's fast. It's a way for you to just understand this technology without feeling pressure. But do know that you want to if some of you are on here and you're like, "Ah, I started patching and I haven't I stopped." Well, you got to start again. Okay? We're we're starting to understand like signaling and and how there could be blocks in your body and what that looks like and how do we get your body to work again so that you're going to get results like you saw maybe two years ago. Some of you have been patching for 6 years or longer and and you're starting to see attenuation happen. That's what I'm here for is to help answer questions. So, we do a quick Q&A after our main discussion. Uh so, I'm going to answer any questions that you have. And do know that my goal I, you know, as a LifeWave leader, I have a ton of people that sign up with me. We work I work through all of your issues as a naturopath. I work through your issues as a just a patcher, you know.
But if you have questions and you're on someone else's team, great. That's why you can come here Monday nights and ask your questions. Okay? So, it's a place for you to ask cuz obviously I don't have enough time to help all of the greater LifeWave community um all week long. So, sometimes you guys text me and I can't text you back for legal reasons, but this is your chance right now. So, I'm going to go ahead and answer as many questions as we can uh in the next 15 minutes. Okay. So, does the morning salaries have the electrolytes needed to optimize X39? No, it has some. It does not have sodium. And sodium is one of your biggest things when you're drinking water.
And to help your cells signal properly, you definitely need a sodium, potassium, magnesium balance. There is some potassium and some magnesium, but definitely not enough. So, I encourage you guys to get an actual electrolyte stick pack or powder. Uh, my favorite is the Redmond's Relight electrolyte mixes.
We all, us ladies, love the chocolate salt one. It's new and we've all been just dying over it. It's about, I think, maybe a year and a half old. And then, uh, like Jacob, his favorite is the pina colada. I don't sell from them. This is just what we use here in this house. Uh, but yeah, you need some sodium. And if not, just put some pink pink salt in your in your water. But then that means you might need some extra potassium.
Most people have a deficiency or an imbalance of potassium to magnesium to sodium ratio.
Okay.
Okay. So, some of you guys are asking questions that are real specific like what patches and where do I place them to avoid a hip replacement?
There's no answer to that. Okay? So, that's not how these work. So, you're asking a medically-minded question and these patches don't work like that.
These patches work systemically. So you can place them directly on spots that don't feel good to help force say mitochondrial activity, but it's not I can't ever say do this and this and that's going to help you avoid this.
Like that's impossible, right? That that would be I would be practicing medicine without a license. And even though I am a licensed practitioner actually, right, legally allowed to help people, touch people as a practitioner, I'm not a medical doctor. And even if I were, let's say I was sitting here and I was, guess what? I still wouldn't be able to answer you because you're not my patient if I was a medical doctor, which I'm not. So, there are a lot of medical doctors way over the line on malpractice with these patches because they're answering people thinking that their liability insurance covers them and it doesn't.
Not for a p person that's not their patient. So, I wouldn't even be able to answer that. But I want you to understand that the patches aren't medical. So, they don't work like you guys are asking the questions, right?
So, another question, where do I put X39 for neuropathic pain? I don't did you mean neuropathy? you know, like I guess, but I don't I can't answer that. What I can answer is that you use the patches.
And a lot of us that have something specific that doesn't feel good use X39 or you use Eon and X39 or X49 and X39.
Again, every human is different and you have to find what works for you. So sometimes I get an arthritic flare up for me in a specific spot.
Does this heal that? No. Does this take the edge off? Yeah. Right. So I'll put two I'll put one on one spot and one on the other. So I kind of bookend it.
Okay. So it just depends on what you're dealing with. Um part of it is just put the sticker on.
It's a It's like almost too stupid. Like just put the sticker on. [laughter] Okay. Um, is it possible that some part of one's body that is healing itself is causing pain in the process? Yeah. So, this could be called retracing.
She's like saying like if she has knee arthritis pain, getting a little more uncomfortable before it gets better.
Yes. That's pretty common with anything you have. It's called retracing. uh some people will call it a healing crisis.
What happens is your body went through trauma and while your body is trying to heal that trauma sometimes it retraces back through the steps of the trauma and so you can feel uh it again. However, what's normally happening is because there's a lot of activity going to that location from these healthy younger cells. It's like it's like when you rent like everything's great in the house right now, but when we renovate a section of it, it's going to be a mess.
Well, it's cuz there's a lot of workers over there. So, you've got activity and then they'll clean it up and it'll be good. So, right when when activity is happening, when your body's healing something from anything, sure, it doesn't feel good. So, that's just normal.
Um, and who knows? Like, again, we're not talking about patches. She just was asking if it's if when one part of the body is healing, do you feel it more? Of course you do. Okay. I'm allergic to stevia, so I can't use cellergize. Can you recommend a supplement that is comparable to cellergize? So the point of celliz was some of the ingredients, right? Like beta alanine to support X49 or um glycine and histadine I believe are in, you know, um cellergized. You're going to get that in your meat and eggs.
So part of that is then okay and then there's some other things B vitamins and nothing like fine you could take like a okay all the stuff is just normal stuff okay nothing like major mind-blowing it's just a nice combination of support for the specific patches for the day salarized day day we're talking about morning um it's the seab buckthorn fruit extract so that's just omega 7 so you can get yourself some omega7 c or specifically just look for seab buckthorn fruit extract and that would be something you could take.
All right. Um, someone's using SP6 to help stop food noise, but it's not working.
And part of it is um the forest fire and the gas can analogy, right? So, you got the forest fire. The SP6 could be like a garden hose. It's helping, but you're not noticing it because you're like eating the worst possible foods possible and you're not helping yourself. So, you can't really help an outofcrol forest fighter fire meaning like you can't help.
So, all these cravings if you're eating heavy carbohydrates in the morning. So people are like, "I don't I eat, you know, overnight oats in the morning with a banana." And I'm like, "Have you actually ever counted how many carbohydrates you're eating?" So that's where I want you to really consider the keto 24. You're going to actually track your carbs. I need you to see what you're eating because most of you have no idea.
And if your one meal has more than six carbs, one meal, no more than six, you're going to crave sugar and carbohydrates and snacking all day long.
Just understand most breakfasts are designed heavy carbs and that sets your whole day off with food noise, like constant food noise. So, you know, SP6 will help support that if you're trying, but if you're not trying and you're just expecting this to be an easy button, you're just wasting your money. So, um yeah, it should be your left inner ankle four finger widths from your ankle bone on the inside.
Uh let's see. Again, another question about what's the best use and placement for something specific and there is no use or placement. You just put it, you can bookend two X39 on the air, like around the area, put one on the area that it doesn't feel good. One on the back of your neck or below your navl, I usually say if you're trying to work something below the belly button, put it below your navl. If you're trying to work something above, put it on behind your neck, you know.
H okay. Uh my dad started drinking electrolytes one daily. He started applying X39 for less amount of hours like five.
I'm not entire So you're giving me like a really bad run-on sentence here. So I'm not entirely sure where you're stopping and starting but still feeling that feeling of nervousness in his stomach. I don't know what that means.
Um, he might. So, oftentimes when you feel queasy, is that what you meant? I don't know what you mean by nervousness in his stomach. Does he feel queasy? That's usually a hydration issue. You said he's 92.
Most people who are in their 90s are not drinking enough water. He needs to start sipping water every 10 minutes. And that may that may be hard. [clears throat] So just stick the patch on him and let him tell tell the nurses or whoever he's with if he's not with a nurse just drink more water.
Okay, blood pressure. Let's talk about this cuz some of you guys I see it here in the chat and then on my actual question thread. Um I have had high blood pressure um my fifth day in that is a potassium issue. Okay, this is super important that you all hear me please. Number one, are you eating a high processed carbohydrate diet? That will create a potassium imbalance in your body, meaning an electrolyte imbalance, which will cause blood pressure to spike. And here's why. The basis of these patches is a mitochondrial basis. That's what's happening is it's activating mitochondria and that ATP starts kind of spreading throughout your body a little bit aggressively and it doesn't feel good and your blood pressure can go up if you are low on potassium.
So we correct this with honestly potassium.
Okay. So, please, you guys, please stop and make sure people before they start the patches are drinking water properly, 4 to 5 ounces every 30 minutes, and they get on something like Redmond's Relight, something that has a good amount of potassium, like 1,00 800 milligrams to 1,000 milligs of sodium. They need more sodium, not less. Try to get like on a good sea salt or something. And that's why I like Redmond's. And then they need the potassium in there. Okay, it's so important.
And then I think um the other question was, could you possibly have high blood pressure from patching? And that's exactly what's going on is your potassium levels are wrong and you're um maybe eating too many processed carbohydrates. So please um please understand me when I say like you guys have got to get on it's the easiest fix. just get on an electrolyte and those electrolyte drinks are not electrolytes.
The like sports drinks that are like electrolyte drinks are not electrolytes.
Okay? You need the stick pack that has like 1,000 to 800 mill 800 milligrams to 1,000 milligs of sodium and like 400 milligrams of potassium and like I don't know 65 or so milligrams of magnesium.
Okay. Generally speaking, that's what you need. You don't need added sugar and added gunk. You don't want those sugary drinks that are loaded with high fructose corn syrup. You don't want any of that garbage. That is going to mess with your electrolytes.
And my husband thought that for years, like, yeah, Gatorade is electrolyte. No, it's not. Okay. Um, best patch for fatty liver. Maybe stop drinking. Oh, he's going to he's going to come and do a product. He This is his favorite. He's so weird. Really?
Okay. So, that's Ultima replenisher.
It has no sodium in it, though. So, that's because he can drink that all day long, but he still needs the sodium. So, you see what I mean? So, we salt the food with the with our PRL pink salt for sure. He's so weird. You give him you give him a platform. So, he's got a little group growing. He's got like 500 people in it. and he's now done he's done two videos and now now he's all in.
[laughter] It's so weird. Um he's super super introvert too. Okay, so fatty liver um you have to stop eating processed carbohydrates. Seriously, I'm s like do the ketoore 24 please. It's the simplest thing you'll ever do. Um yeah, ketoore 24. You can get that on patchedu. Um patchedu.com. But yeah, the patches don't do fatty liver. Okay. So, like that's kind of a weird thing that they just it you you got to stop eating processed. You have to stop eating like carbohydrate ratio is too high. I I'm not like against carbohydrates. I think we're just eating way too many. [snorts] Um Oh, somebody asked me a question in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish.
Let's see the translation.
Should we always start with X39? Yes.
But some of you need to start with Eon and X39 because the Eon helps your body.
It supports healthy inflammatory responses. So if your body is like way out of whack on the inflammation, sometimes your X39 is going to take longer to work because your, you know, healthy cells are going to go after the inflammation first. So, if we can get Eon working at the same time as X39 during the day, that's going to be your best um thing to do.
Okay. Um, if you have parasites, so someone's asking about parasites and they're having a hard time medically eliminating, which by the way is a very common problem. Um, I would do my parasite book. Honestly, if she's been going doing this for years, she will love that book. Honestly, any of you guys just it's a fun book. It's my editors have said it's like the best book I've ever written. I'm like really?
That's a odd thing to say. Um but the the holistic parasite detox, you can get it on Amazon, but it's a better buy through PatchedU. Uh we try to buy in bulk and then just give you guys a discount. So, um I throw a free copy in every once in a while for those of you guys who order a lot of things. So, just depends. And that's Tim knows like that book is just a fun book for you guys to learn about. But yeah, that's how to do a parasite cleanse the right way. Um, the other thing I didn't talk about in the book, which I guess I should have, is doing castor oil packs. I'm not a huge fan of them cuz they're really messy. Um, and many of the like packs that you can get online are like latex and they really are bad for you. So, you'd have to get one of those um like liver wraps that is going to hold the castor oil, which gets all over the bed and a mess is just um but get one that you could wash and that is not going to leak. So, I have one and it works really great, but that's something that you just have to do and that's a helpful tool is doing castor packs, castor oil packs. And we really never talked about that in the book because this was more about what you can take and how to take them and what the rotation should be.
How do you patch if having dental dental surgery? So, today I just got my two teeth put in. Uh, and I'm not feeling great, but I asked him, "Please don't do anything." So, I didn't look droopy like I did two Mondays ago. Um, but yeah, Jacob got four wisdom teeth pulled and I got two of [clears throat] my metal fillings uh changed out, which is just so nice to have those gone. But, um, Jacob patched I kind of wish he would come on. He just patched up. He never used anything. Nothing. I I had He doesn't swallow pills well, so I had the prescription ibuprofen chumped up for him just in case, like crushed. And I'm like, I He knows better than to take it. But I'm like, if if if you're in so much pain you can't take it anymore, I've got you covered. We're going to put this into some applesauce.
You know, it's not the end of the world if you have to take something, but it's not great, right? We want to stay away from NSADs as much as possible. But um but yeah, you know, he had uh icewave, he had like carnosine, glutathione, x2x39. He had two of everything. You know, we didn't do two ice wave, but he had two of all the patches on. And he he would kind of do some during the day and then he would do some at night. So he would wait knowing that like okay I want to have the car the glutathione and the carnosine at night because I'm going to wear the ice wave and the X39 during the day and the Eon. So he did the Eon as well. So and he would do two of each. I mean it was a lot of patches but it was fine. He just was like oh I'm going I'm going to go out my my friends. Can we hide them? Cuz we had them like all over. Just it's fine. Do you you figure out those all are going to help flush your body really well. Um, you can wear glutathione during as well. It's I know people say don't, but it's not, you know, it depends on how long the surgery is for. I know that we're talking about dental surgery, okay? Because they if you're getting put under um it's not going to push you out of anesthesia because it's only usually dental surgeries don't last more than like 30 minutes. Honestly, they don't they unless you're doing something major, it's like a 30-minute surgery. And there's no way that anesthesia if you're going under, which it's better if you can say, "Can I just have something where I'm still awake? I don't want to do the full under." Um, that's better for your system. But Jacob went full under cuz he wanted to. Uh, it's probably the closest he'll ever be in his life to being drunk because it was so funny. I have the funniest video of him coming out of it. And um his girlfriend was like, "What?" You know, but cuz he doesn't drink at all. I mean, the kid is just like determined not to kill his liver. So, uh determined not to take meds, determined not to do any antibiotics cuz he was on every single antibiotic possible. There was like seven different antibiotics that he went on when he was in first grade. Uh because he was in the hospital and they didn't know what was going on with him.
We they could still never figured it out. Um, by the grace of God, he came out of it, but we expected him to die when he was in first grade and it was awful, awful, awful like Isaac moment.
Um, but yeah, you just got to be careful with all that stuff because, you know, major surgery, glutathione, you wear right when you get out of it. Um, we didn't have the patches on him during surgery. when he went in to get the scans done and all that, sure, you do X39, X49, and Eon, but then when um he went in, he was not patched up. And right when he came out, we patched them all up. Um so, but you can you can go in with X39 on. Just it's up to you. Glutathione is not going to push it out either for what you're doing. If you're going in for major surgery, uh then don't wear glutathione.
I wouldn't wear any patches going into surgery, um major surgery, but she's saying dental surgery. So, I'm just being clear. Okay. Um, all right. We're a little bit over. Uh, we're going to do a really fun X2O with Joe tomorrow. So, some of you guys, um, on his team know I tag team with him every once in a while. So, I will be on his call tomorrow. Uh, let's see. Uh, I want to answer your questions here.
Um, what if you have clients that are not taking vitamins while using patches?
Should that be stressed? I you know what vitamins are vitamins. They're I don't like vitamins. I like whole food nutrition, right? So the Premier Research Labs multivitamin is what I recommend because it's all whole food nutrition. It's not it's not a vitamin.
We don't want man-made vitamins. I'm not a fan of those. So, you know, nutrients, minerals, things that we need are important. Um and some people just don't want to take them. I mean, my husband hates it. I'm like I barely can get him to take certain things that he is taking because he's learned to take it. He's like, "Yes, yes, dear."
>> I have a question.
>> You have a question? Yes.
>> Off topic.
>> Off topic.
>> Yeah. Has anybody seen the movie Odyssey over the weekend? This would be good.
>> Has anyone seen the movie Odyssey? He's actually interrupting the Zoom right now. Has anyone seen the movie Odyssey?
And is it any good? So, I'll wait. We'll see if somebody says Thank you. Thought he was going to comment about the vitamins thing.
um he's using some new things that are actually waking his brain up. And I think if you've ever followed if you've followed me for any length of time, you will you know how odd this is that he's interrupting like this.
Anyhow, okay. Um branch chain amino acids. Great. If you want to use um BCAAs, uh Thorne is a great company. I mean, that's up to you. Yeah, I mean go for it.
Uh, could you possibly Okay, I think we talked about that one. If you have pain specifically on the left side of your body or like your left leg or your left arm, is it okay to put the patch on the left side? Yeah, for sure. I know certain patches are right side, certain patches are left side, and certain patches are midline. Um, X39, Eon, Icewave, X49 or kind of anywhere patches. I mean technically X39 and X49 are midline patches but you can put them anywhere. Um certain patches are right line patches like glutathione is a right side patch. SPC is a left side patch. So those aren't pain patches. So you just put those on the side that you know although like I we've done glutathione on both sides like if you're trying to do a something a little bit more aggressive. It's not the end of the world. It's just certain ones are specifically for the left.
Like I think Silent Nights is left. I don't use that patch, but SPC is left.
So those stay on your left, but the other ones can pretty go Mitch go midline or right. Uh but yeah, depends.
I don't have any thoughts on instant hydration packs. I don't Is that a company?
So if you guys want the Premier Research Labs link, is that what you're asking about, Scott?
Uh, you guys can text P RL P RL like Premier Research Labs to 949-868313.
8680 868, no 949868313.
Um, you guys can message me on Facebook if you can't remember something. I I try to look in spam filters and sometimes it doesn't go through. So, if like you're like trying to message me and you're I'm not responding, you can tag me in patched edu. That's another way. Um my phone number is around, but I need you to know like my personal phone number.
Um a leader just told me that I'm mean because I don't answer people. And I'm like, when have I not answered you? He goes, "No, not me, but other people."
I'm like, "Okay." And I showed him my phone. So, this is fun. Maybe you guys need to see this. my text messages.
Every single person in my text has like an emoji. Like Joe Navaro has like a a what are those boards called? Um I can't remember, but he has like a little like a arrow like that goes right through the board like bullseye. Um other my team members like if they're under Tim, they have a squirrel cuz he's like we joke that he's the angry squirrel. My church family has like a purple cross. Um, my personals have a red heart. My family have a the pink double heart. Everybody has an emoji. My hair stylist has cutting scissors. So, if somebody texts me that I don't know, they don't have an emoji. That means I they're not on my team. I don't know them. They're not in my practice. I don't know them. And I don't necessarily have the legal ability to respond. So, if you ask me a non-compliant question, I actually usually just don't even respond. So, is that me being mean? No, that's you pushing your way into someone's private cell phone. Okay, that is illegal for me to respond. So, that's not a me problem.
That's a you problem. I do the best I can to be super nice to you guys being here to answer your questions, but um but there's a boundary, right? And so, you got to respect that boundary. So, you're welcome to message me questions about where did you find this product or I want to join your husband's group.
What is that group? Or what is this about? You know, how do I get that product you mentioned? I don't mind helping you guys with that. But if you're going to ask me what patch do I use for my diabetic neuropathy?
Who are you? That's what you guys do.
You text me a question and you don't even give me the courtesy of telling me who you are and how you got my number.
So, it's an interesting thing. So, I try, but you know, a lot of times I just don't answer. So, if you think I'm mean because I don't answer, it's maybe look in the mirror of yourself from what you're asking me, right? Because it's I'm not I'm not LifeWav's customer service.
I think that sometimes that like do people think I'm customer service with LifeWave. Okay, Tim, here's some answers for you.
My son just saw it today. Said it was great.
>> Yeah.
like Gladiator. I don't know. And then another person said, "I heard the movie's good." And then Sandra, Canada, Sandra, he knows you now cuz you're at in Hawaii. So, you got to earn these trips, you guys, so that we all can hang out. And Sandra and I, we've been friends for years.
>> She's amazing. Yeah, cuz she did the Diamond Head Trail. We're going we're going next week. Um or two weeks from now. He's She says, "Tim, we're loving we're loving to we're loving getting to know you, Tim. [laughter] Okay. Um, he I you know, I think he's feeling comfortable engaging with you guys. His brain is changing.
Okay. Um, oh, Silent Night is the right side. Sorry, Tina. Thank you for correcting me. I don't use that patch. I don't like that patch. Sorry. Um, uh, I don't see any other reviews on the movie. Just the two.
>> Okay. Well, thanks. Sorry to interrupt.
>> No, you're you're good. Okay. So, Cheryl says, "I'm not on your team. I love listening to you and learning. I love your transparency. I refer my team to watching your teams. You're welcome. And that's part of what Monday nights are for, right? Is like, come here. I will answer your questions if I can get to them. Right. So, like Scott's saying, skin irritations, any true allergies.
Okay. So, this is so wild, this whole thing about um people claiming that LifeWave has changed the glue that they didn't. Okay. I've been back and forth with like the VIP and they're like, "We're trying to figure this out." But there we have not had a glue change.
It's the 3M um acrylic glue. There's no change on that.
What happens is people can develop an allergy to acrylic glue over time. It's not it's it's there's a silicone 3M and the acrylic 3M. I wish LifeWave would use the silicone 3M. Much higher chance of not having an allergy. You can develop allergies to acrylic glue, but it's very rare. Like very rare. So 99.99% of the time your people are not allergic to the glue. It's that they have a user error problem. It's that they have the patch. I don't even know if you guys can see this. You probably can't, but I can see a little air bubble in there cuz I move around here. It's not a lot of movement. But if I put the patch So I have another patch on on the spot it's supposed to be, right? So it's down low.
It doesn't move. But some of you, I see you. Should I do this at convention when we have conference coming up here in Anaheim? Should I come around to everyone that's wearing their patch wrong and poke them just for fun and be like, "I told you guys I was going to poke you if I saw you wearing the patch wrong." Because some of you dummy dodos, is that rude? I don't know. That's just who I am. Some of Tim's like, "Oh, some of you guys are wearing your patches like on your neck where it creases or like on your face where it creases."
If you're wearing the patch somewhere where your skin creases, air will get in. And when air gets in, bacteria gets in. And when bacteria gets in, rashes happen.
Usually, it's user error. Okay.
So, you have to lovingly help your people. Where are you wearing it? Show me. And you'll see. Oh, your skin moves there. So, like if I put it up here after after a while, it's like it's opening up and bending and and that's in the pool. Forget about it. I'm I'm here here. I'll wear it here and here. And then I'm like swimming and I'm like, "Oh, there goes my patch flying over into the into the filtration system.
So, we h [laughter and gasps] we have to just remember it has to be in a nonmovable spot.
And yeah, if you've had a bunch of cescareians, don't put it there. Maybe stick it higher. Right. So, Tim doesn't like wearing it on the back of his because he doesn't like the fact that he can't see any of the residual, you know, the glue residue and and the little fabric. So, that's the other thing where you put it yesterday and then you wash your skin and you don't realize that you've got little fabric pieces on the sticky area that were there and it gets weird and then you put another patch over and another patch over. Now you're putting patch over residue and now that is a petri dish on your back and then you actually get like a rash. And yeah, you can swim with the patches as long as they don't open and get stuff in them. See, this has a little opening now cuz I've peeled it off. And if I go swimming, it's going to fall off because of use, right? It just is. So when I go swimming, I typically put it somewhere in my bathing suit line that the bathing suit's going to hold it. Or I just swim, take a shower, and then put the patch on or put the patch on and then take the patch off and go swim and come back and put the patch on.
I mean, come on, you guys, right? Are you guys adults here? I mean, you we have brains, right? It's like don't go into the hot sauna where you're sweating like a maniac and then wondering why is my patch falling off? Well, you're sweating like a maniac, right? So, um yeah. I mean, there's all sorts of things to think about and that's what it is. Uh do you guys all have my patch manual? Did you guys see the sale that happened this week? You can still get the 10 pack for that price, but it was like a really quick sale and a bunch of you guys jumped on it. So Tim shipped all those out. He got on it. If you just do one book, it's quick. If you do one book plus a bunch of other stuff, it could take like a week or two. It just is what it is. But if it's one book, it's just like quick, right? Get that book. We, you know, he he he works he works late at night. Um, but I encourage you guys to grab the patch manual if you can. It's still a good price. Uh, the the bundle pack is a better price. You get everything for like the cheapest possible. Uh, and you can drop ship to your people, right? I patched my granddaughter with Silent Night. Uh, that it's why I know. Oh, cuz she knows.
And she also has my patchbook. I have my patchbook. And I was saying it was on the left and I was wrong. Um, don't be sad. A full price book is worth every penny. I'm telling you. And if you bought it on Amazon, it can't help you.
That's a different deal. That's not through us. But if you bought it through us, it's spiralbound. It's beautiful.
You probably got some extra fun gift with it, so it's all good. Okay, [sighs and gasps] glad you guys are enjoying it. And uh that's it. I think we got as many questions as we could. I know we're way over. Um all right. And some of you guys are asking real weird questions about cancer, which we can't answer, so I can't answer those. [laughter] All right. We'll see you guys next Monday.
Um next Monday. Yes, we'll be in Mammoth, but next Monday, I think we'll be good to do next Monday. So, you're welcome.
Share with your people that we're here.
Again, you are welcome to text me if you have a question with about stuff we offer. I don't, like I said, we can't get into answering any of your questions about patch placement or where to do it for what thing cuz it's not it's it's illegal for me to do so. So, thank you for honoring that. And I can't find I never look at myself. If I looked at myself, I would be fussing with myself. There we are. Um I have to be able to end it and I can't see the screen because I don't like looking at the screen. [laughter] So I'm always just looking at your questions. But thanks for hanging out with me tonight.
Um those of you guys in Joe Navar's group, I'll see you guys tomorrow night.
My team will be welcome to join that as well. Uh make sure you get on that.
We're going to be talking about the water machine. Drink your water. I'm drinking more here.
Oh, my husband does not like this jean top. Thank you. He's like, "That ruins your outfit cuz I have like linen pants on that are now up. It's so It's so It's like raining today, so it's so humid."
But thanks for being here. Someone said they like the top.
Anyhow, uh get your patches, please. If you are not patching, shame on you. Your biggest regret will be that you didn't start sooner sooner. These things are a gem. All right, we'll see you guys soon and and uh take care. Be blessed, you guys.
