[00:00:00]There's equal access to opportunities that the federal law actually still requires under the Civil Rights Act and other things. So, equal access to opportunities requires some diversity and some other initiatives.

[00:00:11]>> Mhm. And then there's protection from retaliation if you are speaking up against these sort of things. You can't be singled out and say, "Well, you know, you asked for Women's History to be honored Yeah. for wearing or reducing your hours or, you know, moving you to a different department or anything. So, we still have protections and different things. However, we still have to remain vigilant and fight the attacks on diversity, equity, inclusion. And even I'll put a O in there, opportunity.

[00:00:38]>> Yeah. Cuz at the end of the day, that's what we're fighting for >> Mhm. or fighting against the lack of opportunity, the centuries of discrimination and exclusion. So, now we need some intentional opportunity. And you cannot undo centuries of exclusion without some intentional inclusion.
