Belligerent Karen Accuses Police Officer Of Having An Attitude | Karens Getting Arrested By PoliceAñadido:
What's that, Al, OF THE COURT?
I WILL CALL THE POLICE.
I BELIEVE there's more alcohol in your system than a 0.08 based on what I saw on the test and in your eyes. Pull over right now because you're being arrested for intoxicated driving. One drink or the beginning of a chaotic TRAFFIC STOP.
LET GO OF THE KEYS.
I'M CALLING THE POLICE.
FROM THE gas station to the back of a police car in just a few minutes.
The woman claimed she had just one drink, but her strange behavior and the heavily damaged rear end of the car immediately made police suspect something far more serious. My lights lighting up? I didn't see the lights up there. Okay. You got a license on you?
You understand that you just destroyed the back end of your car and that was a no go zone past where you were going through? I didn't see. You didn't see at all? No, I I That's why I was I was like the other If you Uh, license or registration? You think How much have you had to drink tonight?
I had one drink. One drink, that's it?
>> Yeah.
Why are you You have a little bit of a slurred speech.
Oh, I don't I only had one tequila and alcohol I had was Okay. How long have you been drinking since? Um, it was like 10:00 when I had my first drink. Okay. And that's all I had.
Um, here's where I got my um, front axle um, replaced or purchased.
What do I need that? I need your vehicle registration and your driver's license, like I've asked twice now.
Right. Which you don't need to have an attitude with and I've I've dealt with my infant in the car before. Okay, and I I'm asking Showing you is the last thing.
>> And I I didn't I don't care about Okay, but I was literally just showing you the last >> I am asking for your vehicle registration and your driver's license.
>> literally just showed you the last two things that I showed. Okay, I'm going to ask you one more time.
>> an attitude with >> One more time. And I'm asking for the >> registrations and your driver's license.
What do you need? I need your vehicle registration. When police ordered her to step out of the car, the woman suddenly locked the doors and started screaming repeatedly, throwing the entire scene into chaos.
Thank you. Step out of the car for me as well. Yep.
I'm having a problem with my infant in the car and my face is Are you with someone? Step out of the car. I will when I get a chance to. You can step back.
Step out of the car.
>> You can step back.
You're not going to step out of the car.
You're not going to force me out of the car. Step out of the car. You're not going to force me out of the car.
I'm calling the police. Step out of the car. You can't force somebody OUT OF THE CAR.
I WILL CALL THE POLICE IF YOU HURT MY INFANT IN THE CAR.
LET GO OF YOUR KEYS NOW.
I have my infant in the car. I was literally going One sudden act of resistance enraged the officer at the scene. And from that moment on, everything spiraled out of control.
It doesn't look like your kid is in the car.
You were just over what's it called?
You're not about to arrest me for something that I didn't even do.
I haven't done anything.
I was literally getting gas. I was getting out the car and she wanted to pull me out the car like I did something wrong.
Let go of the keys.
Let go of the keys.
>> When I see deputy Chico, I WILL.
LET GO OF THE KEYS.
LET GO. I'LL TELL YOU ONE MORE TIME.
STOP.
I'M CALLING A DEPUTY. I DIDN'T ARREST.
I DIDN'T ARREST.
[ __ ] STOP.
I DIDN'T ARREST.
I HAVEN'T ARREST.
I HAVEN'T ARREST.
I haven't arrest.
I haven't.
I haven't arrest.
I haven't arrest.
I haven't.
Get inside the [ __ ] car.
NO, I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING.
I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING.
I'M TELLING YOU I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING.
I literally was just GOING HOME.
I CAN'T IF YOU DON'T LET ME.
I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. I haven't done anything.
Turn your feet in now. What seemed like a minor crash ended with the woman facing multiple serious charges and riding in the back of a patrol car that night.
I was literally getting It well, yeah. Well, I went to go out. I asked her for ID like five times.
And then she wouldn't give it to me. And I I go step out and she goes, "Fuck you." and kicks me right in my [ __ ] shin. I was like, "Oh, you [ __ ] bitch."
So I just yanked her out, so.
So listen, um she's being arrested tonight, obviously.
Um, she's getting a few charges tacked onto her tonight. Um, as far as her breaking the barricade, just cuz it is city property and now we have to charge her with it as well. We just got to get a witness statement for you saying, like, you know, you picked it up, you saw it, kind of thing. When you put your name and stuff down, you can put the address for the city and stuff. You don't have to put any of your personal Whatever you want, so we're just going to get that and we're going to be on our way.
Criminal mischief, battery, resisting.
And then the DUI portion Peter's going to take care of it. I'm coming with you nonetheless. Okay.
So we're with him, but he's taking care of it because it's Yeah. what is going on with it. Um, so this is where I'm at with it, okay?
So she's in the car. I asked her for her reg- I asked her for her registration. She's not [ __ ] giving me her registration.
Obviously, I know she's drunk. I asked her for her driver's license about four or five times.
In addition to damaging a city-owned barrier, she was also charged with resisting law enforcement, driving under the influence, and assaulting a police officer.
Next, a woman sitting in a car parked in a handicap spot at 4:00 a.m., but police quickly discovered something far more unusual than that.
Oh, what are you doing? No, I wasn't sleeping. I was calling.
Where are you trying to get to? Oh, wow.
Um, right there.
I'm sorry. Do you have your uh ID or anything on you?
Um, yeah. Do you live here or Um, my friend does.
>> Your friend does? Yeah, but I wasn't driving. I mean Well, the car's running right now. Well, not right now.
I mean, the lights were on. The lights The brake lights were on. The brakes?
The whole dash is lit up. No, this is.
Yeah. Oh.
Okay. right.
Sorry.
Do you want me to get your ID, ma'am?
Yeah, here you go.
I'm sorry.
Here.
Thank you. Thanks.
Miss Langston? Yeah. Do you still live in Milwaukee?
Yeah. All right, do you know where you are right now?
Yeah, Brown Deer.
>> Yeah.
We are not in Brown Deer.
This is um not key Milwaukee.
Um Wauwatosa.
Um It's almost Brown Deer. It's like a block from Brown Deer.
Um We're a couple miles from Brown Deer.
Yeah.
Um Do you know what apartments these are?
Yeah. What apartments does your friend stay at?
Like, do you know the name of them by chance?
I can't completely tell you. He's not answering.
This is irritating. I'm sorry.
>> 4:00 a.m. He's probably asleep. Yeah, but we were at the same club. That's why.
>> Oh, you're at a club? We were at the same club together.
>> What club was it? Um Mr. B's. Oh, okay.
Okay, I know the place. It was a birthday party there. I got you. And we were there at the same time, and he told me meet him there, and I did, and I meet him back here and and he's at this house right here.
That one. That's why I parked like I'm not not parked. That's why I came Just one simple test in the apartment lobby was enough to change the entire atmosphere, and the woman visibly began to panic. First thing I got to do, do you have any issues with your eyes or anything?
I wear glasses, but I don't have them right now, but I'm fine.
>> But you can you see my finger at least right here? Yeah. Okay, cool. No issues with your legs, no injuries or anything?
All righty. So, I don't want you to be anxious or anything. Just listen to me.
I'm not going to lie to you about anything, all right?
All right, so first thing I need you to do is I So I you to come to like an attention stance, okay?
So, what I want you to do for this test I just want you to focus on my finger.
Focus on it with just your eyes, okay?
Okay.
>> Don't move your head at all. Just follow with your eyes, all right? Okay.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Seven.
Eight.
Nine.

When the breathalyzer result appeared, the mother of four immediately broke down crying, repeatedly begging police not to turn that night into a disaster.
Blow the balloon just >> [sighs and panting] >> All ready?
>> And how long do I blow? Just till I tell you stop. It's not long. Just like you blow a balloon.
Perfect.
So you say you had one glass of wine?
Yeah.
You're positive you didn't have anything else?
>> No, I don't do drugs or anything.
>> Do you Do you know what the legal limit is in Wisconsin? No.
So the legal limit's 0.08. Okay. Okay.
Mhm.
Now I'm going to be real with you.
Based on what I saw, your I believe there's more alcohol in your system than a 0.08 based on what I saw on the test and then in your eyes.
And I just want to let you know on the PBT you blew over a 0.08, just so you know. You blew a 0.01.
A 0.106 a 0.01.
>> A 0.01, which is over the legal limit.
Okay?
So here's here's the situation right now. And I don't I know you have anxiety. I don't want to freak you out, okay?
