I Waited 1 YEAR to Watch The Odyssey in 70mm IMAX... Was It Worth It?

[00:00:07]This time. Odyssey time, man. I'm finally getting to go watch today.

[00:00:13]Um it's a bit earlier than the 19th. I got these tickets 1 year ago. 1 year ago. I've never bought tickets for a movie a whole year in advance. I hadn't even seen a trailer. Bought the tickets, but today I'm finally getting to go watch it. I'm going to go watch it in Mississauga, Ontario.

[00:00:29]It's one of the few locations where they have 70 mm IMAX film, which is going to be crazy. I wanted to go like see it from the projection booth to see what it looks like and see the film and everything.

[00:00:42]So, I might make another video about that, but today we're going to go watch the movie. We're going to review the movie. I'm really hoping it's everything that I expect and more. But, you know, you ever been just excited to be alive to see something like in the moment? It's definitely today, man. So, if y'all ready, I'm ready, man. Let's go. The Odyssey. Let's go.

[00:04:22]>> Okay, guys. I just got back from the movie. You know, this is a quick quick little review. I don't want to give out any spoilers.

[00:04:30]But, I got to tell you that is the best movie I've watched probably in the past 10 years, for sure.

[00:04:38]Like 100%, no glaze. No glaze. I'm not a glazer, you know what I mean? I would say definitely Chris Nolan's best movie.

[00:04:47]Um I know a lot of people may not believe me about that as well, but it just goes to show you got to go watch it. You got to go watch it. You guys got to go watch it in 70 mm as well. Like, there's no other way to experience this movie. I know a lot of people are like, "Oh, you know, I'll just catch it regular cuz 70 mm sold out." Like, I actually think you should wait, to be honest, because like, the whole movie is the full screen.

[00:05:12]A lot of people don't understand that.

[00:05:13]It's like the biggest screen possible.

[00:05:17]And a lot of times with some of the scenes, they'll cut it and make it short. Like, this was the whole screen. So, it's just like, if you're going to go watch it regular, you're going to miss out on a lot of footage, like the whole experience. But, um I wanted to show you guys this, too.
