[00:00:22]>> Soft foods or normal diet post-op >> Normal diet. And I always joke with my patients that the nurses tell them the right answer, start [music] slow and move on to normal, but if you're feeling fine, eat whatever you want.

[00:00:33]>> Shower on day two or on day three >> Shower on day two. [music] There's no reason you need to wait for most surgeries and it just makes you feel human again to get in that shower.

[00:00:43]>> Walk around the block or just the living room >> Walk around the block. I think it's good for your mental health when you're recovering to see the outside, get out in nature, and move your body.

[00:00:52]>> Robe [music] or loose button-down >> I would say loose button-down. I think with a robe people feel sick and I think if you're dressed up a little bit wearing normal clothes, you feel better during recovery.
