Bitcoin offers a seductive escape from the operational friction of real estate, trading physical utility for the elegance of digital scarcity. It is a rational pivot for the modern investor, provided they can stomach the volatility of an asset that provides no shelter.

POV: You Bought Bitcoin Instead of Real EstateHinzugefügt:
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the channel. Yours truly, Mr. Bitcoin Maxi. So, we have to we have we have some things to talk about today.
I've got my cup with water in it. And we're teaagging.
So, got some things. Got some things. got some things I want to talk about today with you all. Now, I apologize in advance if all of a sudden you guys just see me uh start having a seizure just I'm currently in the carb loading or heavy carb intake right now, my dieting and working out. So just fast forward whenever I wake up and I continue. So for the people in the back that are fairly new to the channel, I come from a real estate I have a real estate background. All right. Now my parents built their wealth substantial amount of wealth in real estate. So growing up was always like, you know what, I never never wanted to do real estate.
I just not something I wanted to do. And then I started learning about investing, the real estate investing side of things. And it kind of changed the game for me. Um I seen what my parents went through with um tenants. Um, and as far as real estate being real estate agents, um, was just a headache, you know, it was just a complete headache watching them, um, go through the stuff that they went through. You know, they were real estate agents and then they had to work under a brokerage and and give their money, basically some of the commission to the brokerage. And I was just like, you know what? I do not want to do that.
I don't want to work really hard and then have to give my my commission, you know, up and split it with a brokerage.
Now, I did go to school for for the prerequisites for a real estate agent.
However, I ended up doing, like I said, the investing side of things. And where I'm getting at with this is I have a really, really, really, really big network of real estate investors, real estate agents, um, and builders across the country, Puerto Rico as well. And so I'm seeing a lot of chatter talk in the real estate world where a lot of people the millennial age, you know, they're having a tough time, right? So we have people that can own homes. They are low income earners, middle class in uh earners, right? and they're just like, "Dang, like, can I have I don't make enough. Like, my wages just aren't keeping up. I'm putting 40 hours in and wages are just literally not keeping up. I don't know if I'm going to be able to own a home. I just don't know. And even homeowners, right, it sucks for a lot of homeowners.
Mortgage rates are going up. Um, you have, you know, insurance is going up, property taxes going up, and it's crazy because it's like, well, you could pay off the mortgage, right? You still don't own the house.
Don't pay on your property taxes and see what happens. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm sure there's somebody watching this, it's going to be like, "Dang, I've been through it or I'm currently going through it and it sucks." And so right now what I'm seeing in the market is now millennials are starting to say, you know what, maybe buying real estate isn't the best thing.
Maybe buying real estate is not what I should be buying because of the factors that I just basically said. And so now they're starting to say, you know what, let me check let me let me let me look into this Bitcoin thing. Um because like I said, a lot of investors that I'm talking to are pulling out. They're saying, you know what, we're not investing no more. um the properties that we do have um that we're generating good cash flow and um we're positive on debt cash flow compared to the debt putting it into Bitcoin. Um a lot of investors are just pulling out. Real estate agents um are having a tough time buying and selling houses. Um, and so what I'm getting at is real estate is just this huge, huge, huge market that a lot of people have made a lot of money off of. Okay? And so what I'm seeing is now we're having this group of people in the real estate world that are starting to take notice take notice of Bitcoin. Now they're getting interested in Bitcoin because a lot of what I'm seeing and hearing the past few days in the real estate world is tenants is a big issue now. A lot of people are having a hard time paying their bills and having tenants and having to do eviction processes is just a headache in itself. So a quite a bit of investors I've talked to said that you know what let me ask and I've done a lot of calls with a lot of real estate investor friends that I've that I do know and they've asked me you know basically they paid me and said I want you to tell me everything you know about Bitcoin and I want to learn about this. All right.
So, they're getting tired of the constant issue of tenants. Like I said, now the homebuilders as well are are there's a lot of prices, right, are going up of just things that basically require um things to you have to build a home with, right? prices like that are going up. So, homebuilders are having a tougher time. And so, a lot of the non-believers and underachievers that don't think we're going to go to a bit Bitcoin standard are wrong.
And as well, I'm also saying that one to bring up, another thing that I'm noticing is states are now coming out with legislation saying we do not want CBDC's.
So, I really think that all that FUD that's out there with CBDC's, it's not going to fly. um a Bitcoin standard is going to be adopted and so when that is I don't know but I think it's going to come a lot quicker than people realize. Now the real estate right world what's going to eventually happen from what I'm seeing and hearing through talk and chatter and and and a lot of the investors as well and their friends are talking about getting interested in Bitcoin because they're tired of the rising costs of everything and they say well if I buy Bitcoin I don't have tenants.
I don't have property taxes. All I have to do is pay the um what are those? The exchanges, right? If unless you go to OTC's, which is over the counter, right?
Straight to the miners. But we won't go there. Well, we'll say the exchanges, right? All I have to do is pay the exchanges a commission basically for me buying X amount of Bitcoin each transaction. All right? So, why am I going to sit here and going to have to deal with tenants when I could just park my money in Bitcoin instead of parking it in the house that I have to pay property taxes on. Um, and if I want to rent it out and I want that person to pay the mortgage, but then I have to worry about things that are coming up. for example, is what they're telling me and talk and chatter.
And this has been the same census of that conversation where they say, "Well, if the water heater breaks, right, if the water heater breaks, then I got I got to fix that. If something happen happens with a pipe, might cost a lot of money to go in there and do it depending on where it's at.
You just folks, this is coming. Whether a lot of people want to say it's not or it is, it's coming. All right? Because the simplicity of just parking your money in Bitcoin and lit literally sitting on your rear end and just letting it appreciate where you don't have to do any any of of the BS headache work like you would with real estate. and investors and buyers and sellers are starting to figure this out. So, what I'm telling you all right now, what's going to eventually happen is we're going to see a repricing in the real estate market where eventually a lot of the capital is going to start flowing into Bitcoin and then we're going to start seeing home prices, I truly believe, come down or at least a little bit more affordable, right? um maybe not so so much because of the the inflation, right? However, something's got to give. And I think that if the system breaks, most likely we will see a repricate because a lot of the capital, like I said, is going to flow into Bitcoin. And so, I want you all to picture this.
You're a millennial like me or whatever age you are, right? So from the point of your point of view, let's imagine this.
We have Bitcoin and we have a house. All right?
So we're living in the house right now.
Let's just say we buy a house. So we're living in the house and we're working a blue collar job.
Let's say we're work we're we're we're making let's say 80,000. you know, even though I know a lot of people probably don't make that much, but we'll we'll say for the sake $80,000 we're making, right? So, $80,000 mortgage is $1,500 a month, right? When you got property taxes at the end of the year.
Oh, dang. My car broke down. I got to fix the car depending on what it is. Oh, dang.
The water heater broke. What am I going to do? Got to fix that.
Uh, what else?
The plumbing goes out. We got to fix that. You see, it's just you you can't plan for these things, ladies and gentlemen. You just can't. But what you can plan is that Bitcoin is always going to be going up as inflation's going up, as people are getting tired of their wages not keeping up with inflation.
And so people eventually, ladies and gentlemen, are going to get tired of inflation, the rising cost of everything, the money printing, the bankers controlling everything, bankers basically making money off of everybody, people are just going to get tired of it. And so Bitcoin is so so so so early. But let's say another point of view. We're not going to buy a house. We're making that same $80,000.
And we are not going to buy a house. So, let's say that our rent is the same, $1,500.
Okay. Well, cool. They We don't have property taxes. Let's say property taxes are 2,000 3,000, right? A year. Well, dang. We That's 2 to 3,000 extra we can save for the year and put into Bitcoin that we don't have to put into property taxes and pay Uncle Sam for that. Cool.
H Oh, the water heater broke.
Yo. Yeah. Is this the office? Yeah. Can Can you guys mind? The water heater broke and I need you guys to come and fix this. Oh, I appreciate it. Yeah.
Your maintenance come. All right.
Oh Dang. Something else.
Something's always happening with this apartment. Yeah. Hello. Yes, it's off. I know the water heater just broke, but you know what? Now the water pressure is just not coming out of the shower. I need you guys to come fix this, please.
Oh, I appreciate it. You see that money that you didn't have to spend on those things? You just save that money to go put into Bitcoin, right? And you don't have to do anything. You don't have to lift a finger. All right? And so eventually people are going to realize this. But the point of this video is don't wait for a lot of people to realize this and to wait for everybody to be rushing through the door and you trying to rush through the door with them. Take this time now when Bitcoin is at 76,000. Like I tell you all everybody, there's so many non-believers out there because we are so early that people don't understand how early we are. But like I tell you all, I can't predict the market. Nobody can predict the market. But I will say, even though it sounds like a double standard, I will say that when people catch on, it's going to be a freeforall for Bitcoin and it's going to be harder and the price is going to get more expensive. And then you're going to be looking back at this video and my channel, for example, and be like, "Dang, it wasn't financial advice." Mr. Bitcoin never gives us financial advice. But I just wish that I would have taken that stuff more serious because I was listening to all these people saying that Bitcoin is is done. We're at the top. But folks, when Bitcoin hit 126,000, right? We needed the whales to dump in order to distribute it to the smaller fish and the smaller shrimps, the people that need to build the wealth. It needs to change from the whales to the little people in order for those little people to start controlling it. Um, or not controlling it, but to start holding it.
All right, that's how the game is going to work. But it's not going to work for you if you don't have patience in this game. And you let all this fear-mongering stuff, all these people that say that they time the market, all these people that say that uh well, Bitcoin's done or Monero or ETH or Soul, it's garbage. All right. All all cryptos besides Bitcoin is garbage because what is the US government mostly holding?
Bitcoin.
What is El Salvador? What are they doing? They're holding Bitcoin. Making a Bitcoin city, all the the the the mainstream stuff, Bitcoin.
All right? So, please, if you're going to get into the altcoins, this isn't the channel for it. All right? But I want you all to picture, like I said, the two now If you made it this far, the thing with the other POV, I guess, with the uh what was I going to say with the other POV with buying Bitcoin instead of a house, right?
Is all of a sudden you save so much.
Oh my gosh, now I have a million dollars worth of Bitcoin and now I can go get a loan against my Bitcoin and I could buy a house, no mortgage.
