[00:07:29]Hyperyroidism is you know it starts from your brain where it it comes to when you have low thyroid hormones. There is the thyroid stimulating hormone which stimulates to produce thyroid thyroid hormones T4.

[00:07:53]So when it stimulates to produce T4 which is thyroid iodine thyroxine sorry thyroxine thyroxine is converted to T3. And when your thyroid gland does it so much and is stimulated and it brings more thyroid to your body that is where we call that is where we call hyperyroid.

[00:08:19]Hyper is high and you know the work of thyroid that is a lot the T3 that is active it enhances something that is metabolism. Metabolism breakdowns of glucose and energy and your body works so faster. You understand? So hypothyroidism leads to a person to be thin. Yeah.

[00:08:43]Thin. And um sometimes when you are you know when your body is breaking down so things so faster breaking down things so faster and making your body to be uh active you create so more heat. So if you are exposed to a certain to heat again even the sun sunlight you feel that it is burning you feel like hey this sunlight is burning. So when you have high thyroid hormone in your body, hyper T3, you have heat intolerance and you become thin and you become thin.

[00:09:22]Your eyes are like this popped up because you have hyper thyroidism. But there are some instances whereby uh you have a problem with production of thyroid stimulating hormone. The hormone that stimulates the thyroid gland or you have a problem also with the thyroid gland itself. So this one makes you to have low thyroid hormone. You need a supplement like levothyroxine. You need a supplement.

[00:09:53]You know a supplement is to enhance your thyroid. there you will have a big body opposite to opposite to the other one which will have a thin body. So a big body and here you will have something that is called um cold intolerance. You are always having cold because your metabolism is low.

You know some people say that uh there are some condition you cannot treat like if you have something called thyroid dogs thyroiditis you will not treat it you have to supplement you have to supplement with the same hormone. Yeah, we have seen adrenal glands. Adrenal glands like in the kidney that produces adrenaline produces adrenal cortisol hormone. See those are hormones that are like adrenaline is for fight and flight. It helps you when it comes to some issues. So if your kidney is suffering, you'll have some problems like this. Cortisol is a steroid. you you'll have some problems. Some people when they like cortisol they have a low kidney issues are very complicated because if you have a kidney problem the first thing you'll start having is treating edema that is swelling of your foot and then after you have swelling of your foot your pressure will go down.

[00:12:35]That one leads to heart failure. Now we are not just at heart failure. You check. We go to another step whereby when the kidney is suffering you know the kidney helps to produce a hormone that is called eriththropoine.

[00:12:51]Erthropoine is a hormone that helps you to get enough red blood cells. Helps you to get enough red blood cells. So imagine you have acute kidney in there and then it comes to be chronic because kidney injury the when we talk about kidney injury acute or chronic it means if it is acute kidney injury what do you have?

[00:13:19]the kidney has failed to filter the blood and remove toxins as needed. So if you take something like excessive alcohol or some drugs and then it goes to the kidney and brings a problem that one we call acute because you have been you've been healthy and you all of a sudden you have taken something that your kidney has been injured. So what do we call it acute But if it becomes chronic whereby continuously the kidney is not filtering blood and sometimes people go to get dialysis.

[00:14:10]Instead of you getting a lot of toxins, we uh get you to a machine. It filters your blood. That one is called chronic kidney injury.
