[00:00:00]Hi guys, welcome back to another video.

[00:00:03]So, let's have a look at a newly launched token called Chip. And it is an ecosystem like it is an ecosystem token of USTAI.

[00:00:14]This is a synthetic dollar and it has a fairly good market cap, I would say.

[00:00:19]280 million. It is a lot and like this stablecoin came out back in August of 2025 and it is doing fairly well. I can clearly see that it did hit a peak of like 650.

[00:00:38]And as of now it is at 280. So, basically it is competing against likes of ENA, I would say, as well as like USTF. So, this is like uh this is a synthetic like dollar.

[00:00:53]Anyways, now Chip is like an ecosystem [music] token of this like product. If you take a look at >> [music] >> what it does, I mean the Chip like it is like a governance as well as a utility token.

[00:01:08]And besides that like they do have a lot of products. So, they have different things going on here. As you can see here they they have real world assets, they have DeFi and some other products and like uh and if you take a look at how it works basically like the USTAI like loans uh gives loans for the GPU and it is like really interesting.

[00:01:35]So, again if you take a look at how it works, it is a two-sided credit protocol that connects AI first infrastructure provide operators who need capital with the depositors who want yield exposure to compute backed lending.

[00:01:51]So, really interesting. But again overall if you take a look at like the AI market it is not that profitable as of now. So, again it is unclear whether this is going to be sustainable or not. But as of now like it is working out really good for the Chip because if you take a look at its price uh it is doing extremely well, I would say. Now, if you take a look at like what it does, so it is a governance protocol.

[00:02:21]So, basically it is used like users can vote on a various things.

[00:02:26]There is like there is collateral standards, as you can see here there is interest and trust rate parameters.

[00:02:32]There is like loan eligibility criteria.

[00:02:36]And after that there is also protocol upgrades and integrations. There is protocol fees parameters. They have different fees. I can clearly you can see it here and you can also stake token. So, really good, I would say.

[00:02:49]Now, if you take a look at the tokenomics of the token it has a total supply of 10 billion.

[00:02:56]It is not that big, I would say it is a fairly good supply.

[00:03:01]Now, the interesting thing is that if we take a look at like its distribution um they gave like 29% to the investors, 23% to the core contributors and 19% to the reserves and 27% [music] to the ecosystem bootstrapping. So, as of now like we have ecosystem tokens in the market whereas for the investors as well as for the core contributors as well as for the reserves, they will come out in Q1 of 2027. So, we don't have like we don't have to worry about the supply. So, again like the only supply that is going to be in the market is going to be this ecosystem. And of course uh they gave some of it to the airdroppers and some of [music] some of it to the yield, I think.

[00:03:50]And some other things as you can see here. So, they had like their first uh airdrop season. So, they most likely have more in the future as well. So, overall I would say like this token has a fairly well tokenomics >> [music] >> and well done tokenomics as well.

[00:04:09]So, this is their GPU loans. Uh if you wanted you can actually apply for it here as well.

[00:04:15]Now, besides that if you take a look at how it is doing, and these are like the different stats you can find out on Dune. Uh you can clearly see that like USTAI supply is going down. So, that's not good, I would say. But overall I think like this is a fair it is doing fairly well, but again AI is still like in the bubble, so it is unclear whether AI market will continue to perform or not. So, this is kind of a risky token as of now, I would say.

[00:04:51]But again like as of now it is doing really well. So, as of now the price is like it did hit a new high of like 8.2 cent.

[00:05:02]And it is going down as of now, you can clearly see here. But from what I can see it will most likely go up again because if you take a look at its price it is just consolidating and like it is trying to go higher. So, if you are planning to buy it, I mean this token, you can use fib retracement and like you can just [music] let's say that if you want to buy this token you can buy it somewhere around 7.2 like 6.8 or even like 6.5 or even around six and you can sell it as it goes up.

[00:05:41]And clearly from what I can see there is a possibility that it hits a new all-time high because it seems like a really strong token.

[00:05:51]Like if if you look at the pattern it goes up, it makes a correction and it goes up again. So, that is a pattern that it's following as of now. So, as of now we are in a correction, I believe. So, again I think like it will stay here for some time and after that we'll most likely see a really good breakout.

[00:06:12]That is what I'm expecting from this token.

[00:06:14]Uh as of now at least. So, the reason I think like it is doing really well is because when it launched the token like did launch on all of the big exchanges. So, that includes Bybit, Binance, we have Coinbase Upbit and a lot so.

[00:06:32]Again, that is the reason this token is doing really well unlike other newly launched tokens. So, again I think like once like it hits the high, so that high could be somewhere around I would say 10 cent or even like 9.8 cent or even slightly higher than that. But again, once it hits high it will most likely make a really good correction.

[00:06:58]So, as of now again if you miss this like wave, I would say it is better to avoid it. But if you're holding it I think this token can push as high as 9 cent or even slightly higher than that. But again, we never know as it is a newly launched token it can also go down as well.

[00:07:16]But I think like if they announce some kind of news or some kind of incentives for the Chip holders then I think like there is a possibility that we could see a really good move from the Chip as well. But overall I think like there is still one move left before we see a massive I would say massive crash for the Chip.

[00:07:38]So, as of now I'm expecting a really good move up like at least as high as I would say 10 cent or even like 9. 9 or even 9.8 is a possibility. Anyways, thanks for watching.
