[00:00:15]Okay, my people, we all know um that our Prime Minister Simon Evance case, I mean appeal, will be is fast approaching.

[00:00:29]Um according to the news or the reports we got says that um his appeal hearing case um will be around um August.

[00:00:56]So, we have um couple of um mo- months, weeks, months, days to go.

[00:01:03]So, but there is um you know, a twist to his um appeal hearing because when Prime Minister was sentenced, according to the reports we are receiving, and which is going to use Prime Minister's lawyer will use use this um to defend him during his appeal hearing.

[00:01:38]You recall when Prime Minister was sentenced and was going to court, there was there was so many errors that were found by the district courts that sentenced Simon Evance.

[00:01:53]They didn't Maybe, you know, they were um reports of um collecting bribe from Nigeria and the other things.

[00:02:08]Because according to reports we received, they said that evidence that the prosecutors used to sentence Simon Ekpa was online evidence.

[00:02:25]Online proof that they got.

[00:02:28]You know, during that time his case was going on.

[00:02:33]We were complaining, his lawyers were complaining, they were asking question.

[00:02:40]You are accuse someone based online or propaganda coming from Nigeria.

[00:02:47]Where is your proof, concrete proof to show that yes, this person that you accuse committed such a crime?

[00:02:55]Now, since Simon was sentenced, they accuse him of terrorism, incitement, and all that. But the evidence they used to sentence him, we all know the evidences was coming from the Nigeria failed state, terrorist state that they used. The Finnish court, the prosecutor, the judges, they were not in Nigeria to get their real information.

[00:03:26]They were in Finland being um you know, fed with fake propaganda news that was coming from failed state, Nigeria state government terrorists because of their selfish interests.

[00:03:54]The Finnish government came out openly say that Simon was the one blocking the um bilateral relationship with Nigeria. It was there.

[00:04:28]That was the time they were all planning their evil to sentence Simon Ekpa.

[00:04:37]Today, the evidence they used and what they accused him of is is is is out there.

[00:04:47]The kind of crime that is going on in Nigeria was Simon Ekpa was the one doing it?

[00:04:52]And it's even worse today.

[00:04:55]So, as the trial is fast approaching and we believe and we know that our prime minister will get a fair hearing.

[00:05:09]They said, "Yes, the evidence used to convict separatist agitator, Simon Ekpa, was largely digital.

[00:05:19]Prosecutor used extensive logs of his online posts and videos to prove he orchestrated crimes from Finland."

[00:05:31]The Finnish court sentenced Ekpa to 6 years in prison for incitement to terrorism, belonging to a terrorist group, and weapon facilitation.

[00:05:42]State prosecutor relied on thousands of hours digital evidence, information from the Nigerian government accusing Simon Ekpa of incitement, accusing Simon Ekpa of sponsoring terrorists, accusing Simon Ekpa of leader of terrorism. All these things they were all fabricated just to use to stop Simon Ekpa.

[00:06:07]Finland, like we all know, is one of the country in the world that have been regarded as peaceful and a country that respect human right.

[00:06:20]But during the Simon Ekpa's case, Finland was will I say compromised by the Nigerian terrorist state government led by Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Co.

[00:06:36]because of their interests, because of their relationship, or whatever.

[00:06:44]But we all know that they sentenced Simon Ekpa based on the lies, propaganda from Nigeria. It wasn't evidence that they gathered back in Nigeria. They were not All the prosecutors in Finland, they didn't travel to Nigeria to get the evidences.

[00:07:06]They rely on they say, or what we see, or they what we saw, or what we know, or the information that they got from the terrorist state of Nigeria.

[00:07:16]A country that the world, America, recently placed as CPC country, country of particular concern.

[00:07:28]A country that Canadian government proscribed, labeled as terrorist government.

[00:07:36]So with all this, Finland we say it, and we continue saying it, Finland should be ashamed. Finland government should be ashamed of itself, not Finland citizen, but the government. Because this has got nothing to do with the Finland citizens.

[00:07:54]So, they should be ashamed of themselves, the government led by Alexander Stubb.

[00:08:01]And we always say this and we'll continue saying this.

[00:08:05]That is quite unfortunate that the current president of Finland Alexander Stubb was a good friend of Simon Ekpa.

[00:08:14]For years together they are in one party in Finland. He knows him and out.

[00:08:21]So, if he believe in a country that has been placed as a country of particular concern, a terrorist state, to sentence an innocent man, a friend of his, that means that man is something is wrong with him.

[00:08:38]For accepting believing in what rubbish information or evidences that he got from a third state like Nigeria to sentence a freedom fighter that he knows very well.

[00:08:54]So, that will tell you that there is something that went behind the closed door.

[00:09:00]But everything will come out very soon.

[00:09:03]So, we hope and we believe as the appeal um um case is coming up, the things will come up and the prime minister will regain his freedom. We stop here.
