In restraining order hearings, courts examine whether one party has engaged in a pattern of coercive control that creates fear for the other party's physical safety, which includes behaviors like monitoring communications, threatening to release private information, and using past vulnerabilities to maintain power over the victim.

Turtleboy v MereDeath - RO Hearing Part 2 - LawTube Reaction CompilationAdded:
The judge could go, "Well, they both suck, but this person sucks more, and therefore I am, you know, putting in a one-way order."
>> It could end up that both of them get a restraining order against the other one.
>> But I believe that Judge Drestler is either going to give both of them orders or give zero neither of them orders.
>> No way. They don't both get granted.
>> You think?
>> No way. No way.
You think both of them will get granted in other?
>> Oh, yeah. They're both going to get granted.
>> Or could say they both suck, so neither of them get an order, >> but I think the judge may split the baby and give them each a restraining order and say just both of you get one. Just stop stop contacting each other. Stop talking about each other. Stop.
>> Or the judge could say they both suck, so I am ordering them both to stay away from each other.
>> This guy's going to grant both orders.
He's going to grant both of them.
>> It's already It's already in exhibit.
It's in.
>> He's going to go, "You're you're both [ __ ] crazy. Stay away from each other."
>> I don't know. We'll see what happens.
So they just called Aiden Connie to the stand. They said Aiden Connie Anna.
They're calling Aiden to the stand.
>> Don't make me popcorn if you have to.
>> Raise your right hand.
>> Okay. The swearing in Amanda. You slely swear to tell the truth, the whole truth. Nothing but the truth. And don't ask anyone to send you that their tits.
I do. Okay. You can't send anyone a dickpick during the trial. Okay. He agreed to it. He put his hand on the Bible and his nuts and did it allegedly.
It's for jokes. Can you hear this?
>> Allegedly.
>> I wear several hats. I'm a journalist, a satist, and an activist. I I write about stories. I take strong positions on them and I do my show where I satarize it and I make jokes and have fun.
>> And it's fair to say that when you investigate people, saturize them, make enemies.
>> Yes, that's correct.
>> And here we are in a case where Meredith O'Neal has sought to get a restraining order on you and you're trying to get a restraining order on her relative to course of control. Correct.
>> That's correct. When did you first meet this Meredith O'Neal?
>> Um, I first began communicating with Meredith O'Neal when she messaged me while I was incarcerated.
>> Meredith O'Neal was making overtures to you.
>> That's correct.
>> And how did that happen?
>> Uh, she began sending me flirtatious messages uh while I was in jail. She would send me videos every night, 30 second videos um calling me handsome.
>> Ladies, if your man is imprisoned, do not get puck wild. Do not find a man in prison. you have the right to do so, but you also have the right to ruin your life if you do. So, thank you so much.
>> When you're in jail, you're you're very lonely and uh it felt very good to have somebody uh reach out who is so seem to be so nice and pretty and um you know, it's very easy to fall in love while you're in jail.
I mean, I kind of get it, but at the same time, like, dude, you should have been skeptical of anybody reaching out to you. If you don't know them already, you should have been like, uh, why?
>> I hear ladies say, "Oh, well, then I always know where he is." And that just shows how dirty dog you dudes are.
um what would possibly possess you to um you know to want to have contact with me. So yeah.
>> Oh my god. You got to learn not to put your dick in everything. You can't dip your wick in everything. If you love your wiener so much, you got to protect it from falling off.
>> What did jail do to your mental?
>> I was extremely vulnerable and I was traumatized um from being in jail, you know, being taken away. I have two small children. Being taken away from them, you know, with the snap of a finger like that is extremely scary. Um, I see a therapist regularly for PTSD. Um, I've woken up in the middle of the night since after being released kicking and screaming about going back. Um, and there's nothing I fear in life more than that. Um, which is why she uh told me that she was going to have she was going to tell police that I hit her because she specifically has been there.
>> I'm going to object to the narrative form of >> No, you know what? You'll have an opportunity on cross-examination.
Continue, sir.
>> You specifically >> The judge is like, I just want to get out of here today. Keep [ __ ] going.
>> Know because she'd been in bed with me when I wake up kicking and screaming.
>> So that's actually my next question.
>> Yeah. These manifestations of of your mental condition, PTSD, type symptoms.
But did O'Neal have a tribute to these?
>> Yes, she knew all about it.
And that's we're about to say how >> she knew about it because sometimes I would wake up in bed kicking and screaming, crying about going back.
>> In 2025, you uh sought to end the relationship, right?
>> That's correct.
>> Now, had you tried to end a relationship a few times?
>> Many times.
>> How many times?
>> Five or six.
>> Five or six. What happened every time you tried to end the relationship with respect to what she would ask? Every time I would try to end a relationship with her, she would tell me that she was going to release information that she had discovered while going through my phone extraction without my permission in order to harm me. Particularly, there was a conversation I had with another woman in 2023 before I even knew her um that she read when she was reading my messages. She found uh naked pictures of the woman in my phone and want to know more about her.
>> You know what, Meredith could probably teach classes on this. There's probably some not to do like illegal stuff. Well, maybe somewhat illegal for the ladies.
Like, hey ladies, if your man want to get buck wild, here's how to log onto his phone, message these hoes, and tell him to leave you and him alone.
>> Uh, a conversation in which we were fantasizing about having a threesome with a third woman with their in text messages. She said, "Fine, I'm just going to tell the Reeds, Taran Reed, what you said about her."
>> What?
What?
Um, I was not looped in on the drama, but he's like, "Third woman, third woman, third woman. I'm gonna tell Karen Reed what you said about her." And it's like, "Oh [ __ ] the third woman is Karen Reed." But Karen, oh god, poor Karen Reed. She's been through enough, you guys.
>> I don't like that.
>> On July 10th, um I decided to end things for good because I had found out that for the last six months, she had stolen um an Apple Watch that she had gotten me for Christmas and hooked it up to my phone and had been reading and monitoring all of my messages and blocking at least four women in my phone. And she was doing it live. And I found out she was doing this on July 9th. I confronted her. She denied it.
And I said, "I can't be with you anymore."
>> Oh my god. This is men. You know, we always put the stuff on women, but you have to be careful who you cheat on. You You just have to. Nowadays, you never know. You know, you can cheat on four ladies, but one of them is going to be stabby. That's just how that's just how it is. That's how it is. Okay? You You just There's always going to be a stabber in the bunch. There's always going to be a there's always going to be a gone girl in the bunch. And you just got to be prepared for that. I'm not saying it's right, but it's okay. Like Whitney Houston says, "I'm gonna make it anyway." It's just, "Oh my god, it's so scary." Um, >> without getting into too much of the technicalities of it, how did you figure out that she had your Apple Watch and was accessing it?
>> Well, you get you can just go on your cloud and you can see the data location of where the where it is. And the the watch was in her apartment in South Boston. They said it right on there the exact address. Now the judge's hands are in prayer. He's in prayer.
He's praying for this to be over soon.
She uh stole his Apple Watch and was reading all his messages and blocking people.
>> And she would just deny it to me.
>> This is after you broke up.
>> Uh no, this is while we were still together.
>> And so was that one of the reasons why you broke up with us?
>> That was the final straw.
>> The surveillance relation.
>> I felt like I was being surveiled the entire time. Now, on this July 10th date, July 10, 2025, correct?
>> Correct.
>> You uh wanted to finally end the relationship.
>> Yes.
>> And uh she reached out to you via text, did she not?
>> That's correct.
>> And what happened?
>> She said that she wanted to come and get her stuff, what was left over, and I said, "Well, I don't want to see you, so I'll just leave it in the mailbox." And she agreed. And she came over. And when she did come over, um I was out with my my kids. Um >> was there an issue with uh you babysitting at the time?
>> Yeah, I was with my >> You don't babysit your own kid with you watching your own child?
>> Yes. Um well, that was an incident in May in which I was >> Are you safe, Mr. Bradle?
>> Yeah, she's done that before.
>> She has previously told me when I playing this back to your wife.
The judge is like babysitting your own kids. Yeah, your wife is gonna your wife's going to be pissed. But it's like, let Aiden finish his thing.
He told me when I've watched my kids to get rid of them, drop them off with my ex-wife because we need to have a conversation about our relationship. So, she constantly wanted to put herself before my children and deal with her emotional needs before them. This was a almost like a cat and mouse game that she was playing with me.
>> Were these times when you would call several times? Was this related to the self harm threat?
>> Yes.
>> And explain how >> well on that day she had threatened uh that she was going to harm herself. She had also threatened that she was going to release all of my um like I said the sexual messages with other women intimate images and I just felt that um I had to do whatever I could to get her not to harm herself and harm me.
>> Okay. Back to July 10th. She says I'm coming to your house get rid of this child. Right. In essence, >> yes. Is that a fair characterization of of her texting?
>> Yeah. I said, "I'm with my son. I don't want to see you."
>> What happened?
>> Well, she is ended up find she finally acquiesced and said, "Fine, I'll just get my stuff."
>> Oh, I like >> Then she said she had to go to the bathroom. She knows the code the house that I was renting at the time.
>> Nothing worse than when you are stalking your ex and you want him to leave his kids and just talk to you and you got to take a dump at the same time. Has that ever happened to you? You got the diarrhea, you know, cuz you're just all you're all upset in the tummy tum and you're fighting and stuff.
>> Well, she sent me that and said that I fell. Can I just And she used that as an excuse. Can I stay here?
>> What did you say?
>> I said, "Sure." I felt bad for her because it looks like she had fell.
>> And did you go home?
>> So, I ended up going back.
>> Well, I walked into my bedroom and I saw something horrific. She was sitting in my bed crying >> under the sheets.
>> Uh, I would say under one sheet um but not like covering her like she was sitting up in bed and she was crying and her face was covered in blood.
>> You're sitting in your bed partly under sheets. Covered in blood.
>> Covered in blood.
What did you say?
>> I was horrified. It was like something out of a horror movie. I was so scared because >> Okay, watch the judge's expression here.
Watch. The judge is giving away a lot with his expression here.
>> Appeared as if she had superficially hurt herself and covered herself in blood in an attempt to get me to feel bad for her that I wouldn't break up with her. It's all part of the pattern of coercive control.
>> Control. Dude, this is not gonna be the look on his face when he's listening to all of these streams. And I don't know if his entire streams though. He's not gonna listen the whole thing. It's probably just got clips.
>> Yeah. Um, I don't think it helped Aiden at all to say the words coercive control here because when you're bringing these kinds of things, when you start specifically using the language of like, you know, of this stuff like therapy language or whatever else, the judge is like, um, >> still I mean, three minutes of some of this and his reaction. I mean, how much can you take if you're the judge?
>> Yeah, he's already not happy right now.
He's definitely not going to be happy when he goes over all that evidence.
>> Aiden's saying course of control is really not helping.
Like you say what happened and the judge can conclude coercive control, but you don't tell the judge coercive control >> because then the judge thinks you're just like trying to manipulate him.
>> Were you something worse than just control >> regarding the blood and her being in your house covering blood?
>> Well, yeah. I mean, I was worried about constantly worried about what she was going to release about me, what she was going to post about me, how she was going to try to harm me. You know, I'm out on bail. You know, I've um and she was she an active part of my criminal defense team. I mean, I gave her access to everything. And I wondered what what she was going to do to harm me because she was constantly threatening me with it.
>> Had that ever come up >> in terms of any references to the fact that you were out on bail and that something could happen to you?
>> Yeah, she constantly uh pointed that out. Now he's explaining the story about the key fob and the shoe and the uh like Meredith called it a toddler tantrum.
Bradle phrased it framed it as a panic attack and I don't know I I feel like the judge is believing him. You can tell me what you think.
>> So the I I woke up and I had one shoe there and no key fob. I had left key fob on the coffee table next to the couch, two shoes underneath it. There was only one shoe there and no key fob. And I said, "Where? What did you do with them?" And she was lying to me and saying,"I don't know where they are."
And and and mocking me and and filming me.
>> How was she mocked?
>> Well, she's like, "Well, oh, you're so drunk. You don't know what you're talking about." Like, "All right. Wow.
You're I didn't hide anything. I don't know what you're talking about."
>> She's making a digital record. Yeah. The filming. And so I >> point You had a panic attack that we saw in the video, right? Whatever you want to call it. So when I so when I um couldn't so I felt trapped because I had no key and I had no shoe and I went out in the hallway and I began filming myself like document myself because this is giving me flashbacks to the night that caused the bail revocation in the first place.
>> Oh no in a woman's apartment.
>> The Lindsay Katani. Is it the Lindsy Katani? I remember hearing about the Lindsy Katani. It is very similar to the Lindsay Katani apartment story. I believe he's referring to Lindsay Gatani and that's the reason Lenny went to jail Peter >> and the kids were there and apparently she had like a big apartment. It's like a very nice these women have nice stuff.
My god. Oh god.
>> Went out in the hallway and I began filming myself like document myself because this is giving me flashbacks in a night that caused the bail revocation in the first place. being in a woman's apartment was drunk, making all sorts of accusations against me, and I feel unsafe and want to leave.
>> What were the accusations?
>> I mean, dude, I'm just gonna say it.
Maybe you should stay out of women's apartments for a while.
And also like just not only that, but like just just forget that women exist. After she tells me that she's going to send me to jail and and say that I hit her, um I have nowhere to go. So, I go back into the apartment and she agrees to let me sleep on the couch, but she continues to taunt me and say, "I'm going to tell the police that you hit me." And I said, "Please don't. I have two kids and I love them so much."
>> Isn't that a mirror image of exactly what happened to you the first time?
Yeah.
>> The other woman, >> it's the exact same scenario.
>> So, what did that do to your state of mind when she's telling you that?
>> That triggered all sorts of trauma with me. Um, again because I went to jail for the same over the same exact accusation which she was well aware of.
>> How do you know she's well aware of?
>> Because she's heavily involved in my life and my case. She knows everything.
>> Did you talk about it with her >> all the time?
>> And what did she do with that information that particular night?
>> She weaponized it against me to trigger a panic attack.
>> Is that what we see you crying like a baby on the floor of her apartment?
>> Yeah. And I was screaming, I I can't go back. I can't go back.
>> I like the lawyer going, "Is that how we see you crying like a baby?" And it's like that actually I liked from Bradle because um Bradle needs to kind of show that his client is pathetic.
>> Video from her showing you.
>> Yeah. I had no idea she was taking that video because my face is in the ground and she has since posted that video on November 26th on Twitter to humiliate me. That video has been viewed by millions of people specifically to humiliate me and harm my reputation.
>> Judge just looked up for the first time in a long time. He had been looking down at his hands. And when Turtle Boy said, "That video of my panic attack has been posted for millions to see." Watch the judge's reaction as he looks over at Meredith. I think I think that's where he's looking.
>> Posted that video on November 26th on Twitter to humiliate me. That video has been viewed by millions of people specifically to humiliate me and harm my reputation.
>> So, she didn't help you. She's videoing you doing that that night.
>> That's correct. And she tried to talk me out of not breaking up with her. She spent about three hours talking until she finally accepted the reality of it.
And the next morning on the 11th, she woke up. She left and we were broken up for good.
>> Oh, thank God. Oh my god. The nightmare is over.
>> She clean the blood off her at any point? No, there's actually those seeds.
Those sheets are permanently seen, unfortunately.
>> Or literally.
>> Literally.
>> Shirley, you ain't lying. Spit some dates out quick. It's impressive.
>> But it's probably memorable. Some of the ones that he remembers like that, they're kind of memorable.
>> It just makes you a much better witness when you can do that.
>> Yeah, for sure. Like when she would say, "I can't recall a certain time that he released sexually inappropriate messages about me." And Brad's like, "There's been so many and you can't recall one."
Like Karen him spat out the dates.
>> She's got them all in her Trapper Keeper.
>> Yeah, I heard you say that.
>> She's got an old MTV Trapper Keeper.
She's got them bad boys in. It's like, "Hold on, let me go to the Trapper Keeper."
>> He's a Taylor Swift fan. She has Lisa Frank. Oh, >> hear the Velcro open on it.
I think I've got it right here.
>> Now, you have stated that Miss O'Neal took your data and uploaded it. How do you know that?
>> Um, >> that's an answer, Judge.
>> Okay.
>> How do you know that? What you have said previously?
>> We're going to lead with an objection, though. We're not going to get up and argue. We're going to lead with an objection. Write that down on your desk.
Object >> ask and answer. overruled.
>> So I need with an objection. Write it down.
>> We got my phone extraction from the Commonwealth in my case who was not compatible with the Mac. So I gave it to her because she had a Windows device that I purchased. Got it for Christmas actually. And she attempted to log into her computer with that and download it.
But in our text messages, it shows that she was unsuccessful at that. So she brought it back and gave it back to me.
Then on January 30th, the attempt she when I was at the gym, she hooked up my Apple Watch to my phone >> and began reading all of my messages with various women.
>> My god, she's like Edward Snowden. Oh my god, she's such a hecker. How does she know to do all this stuff? Sometimes I can barely turn on my iMac. I have to ask you guys every live if the if the stream deck's working. And she's just like, "Oh my god, she should work for the Russians. What's going on over here?"
>> Did you catch that? Did you catch that?
Judge wrestler was meanwhile he was contemplating his life. He was contemplating him becoming a judge.
Okay. He was twiddling his fingers and all of a sudden he hears Apple Watch. He said, "Tell me more."
He's all in, babes.
>> The judge is heavily invested in this testimony.
>> One of the women, she found pictures of her breasts.
>> Oh. and she took a picture of that one breast and distributed them not only to me but to many many many other people.
They're all over the internet now.
>> Don't be sending other people tots around the interwebs. It's not right.
It's not right. Okay. I clearly did not find the Apple boobies. The Apple boobies were found loveies and the Apple boobies were sent around.
Okay. So I can't It's no longer privileged if the Apple boobies were sent to me, not by Meredith, by someone she had sent said apple boobies too. I just take Polaroids and I mail them. Mail them.
Also, Polaroids have like a natural little filter on there, you know, and I can do this and hide my arms. I I very good at sexing polaroids. Allegedly, >> she demanded that everybody else on the internet stop uh talking about her. And the problem is that Meredith posts negatively about a lot of people. She attacks a lot of people and she's made a lot of people not like her and they criticize her. And when they criticize her, she blames that on me. and she has said, "If you guys continue to criticize me, I'm going to continue to release Aiden's privileged communications with his attorneys in an attempt to damage his case."
>> You control these third party creators.
>> I do. I've asked some of them to stop, but then she attacks them more and they respond.
>> To the extent you try to control someone, it's to get them to stop bothering her.
>> Yeah. I was I was doing anything I could to get Meredith to stop the constant attacks. She went on a fourmonlong uh tirade on Twitter and on YouTube totally posted all sorts of materials. She posted a video of my 8-year-old daughter crying that I had sent her in confidence because I was going through a divorce and my daughter was uh struggling with going to a new home and I had sent her the video asking for parenting advice and what should I do about this? What?
My daughter's crying. I don't know what to do. She has since distributed and published the video of my eight-year-old daughter crying and my ex-wife as well.
You know who I feel the worst for in this whole situation? Turtle boy's ex-wife. Oh my god. Can you imagine?
She's just like, "Can we just have sex with someone who's not gonna with all this drama, you know, because now we now the kids are getting involved cuz people are creepy. Cucka bananas." Justice for Turtle Boy's ex-wife, you know, cuz she's just like, "Come on, Aiden.
Seriously, where do we put our dick? Oh my god, they keep showing up at the house. Ahay."
You know, I mean, just we have to protect her at all costs. this ex-wife because she was cheated on too, you know, and she's trying to have a good relationship with the kids. It sounds like they have a decent relationship, but she's got to deal with this all the time. She's like, "Which gone girl is it now?" Aiden, I don't like kids. I don't like kids being involved on for anyone or any side. Don't bring children into it. If you have or families, if you have beef with someone online, have the balls to have beef with that person.
It's yucky and weird to [ __ ] with kids and it's yucky and weird to [ __ ] with families in my opinion. It's too much.
It's too much. I'm getting heart palpitations over here. Okay. I'm getting indigestion. I'm going to have to take a pepsid.
Poor judge. He's so hungry. He's waiting on that meatloaf at home the wife's making. It's going to be done soon, sir.
I hope so. How much longer we got on this one? Oh my god. Like an hour. an hour. An hour. Look at that little cutie Metallica mom though. She looks worried.
It's okay, sweetie. Everything's going to be okay. We're safe here.
>> And um she has been doing this all the time. And so people see this and people criticize her for that. And then she blamed and she tells them, "If you guys attack him, if you guys are defending him, then I'm going to just hurt him more. I'm going to release more privileged information um that the public hasn't seen."
So, she was I believe she was doing to control my um what I was posting.
>> And the sad thing is, babes, maybe you don't know this, but it worked. It worked.
What was asked was delivered and there was leage and there was ceasefires allegedly.
>> Course of control.
So, the course of control thing is interesting because now that Bradle is getting to drive that home, the judge is going, "Okay, this is a little different." At least I'm hoping so. The judge is going, "Okay, instead of this just being about people threatening each other, the the coercive control has come into play.
She's basically blackmailing him to do what she wants or she's going to release things that were given that were shared with her in confidence.
>> Trying to cut it down to the minimum.
>> Take your time. I'll have some popcorn >> till this is done. So, it's our clock.
>> We're not leaving. Stop it. Stop it. Who had lady Who had a lady boner? You did.
I know you did. You were like, I'm so We're not we're not pushing this off.
We're not saying immediate recess at 2:30 3:00. It gets to 3:30 almost 4.
You're like, "Shut up." And he goes, "We're not leaving."
He he becomes Leonardo DiCaprio in the top at Wolf of Wall Street and he goes, "WE'RE NOT [ __ ] GOING. I'm not leaving."
Now, there were some grand jury minutes uh that you obtained in your criminal case. That's right. Superior court.
Correct.
>> Correct. Did the uh Miss O'Neal have any access or use of those to your knowledge?
>> Yeah, she was kind of like my secretary.
I would give her the information and she's very organized. She's an accountant and she would organize them on the Google Drive. She would publish them on there uh so my legal team could access them uh quickly because I'm not very good with the technological aspect.
That's also a big red flag.
>> Things helping you with your case.
>> Correct.
>> Women who are like super organized >> legal team. That was your character.
>> Just as crazy as the ones who are really good in bed.
>> Attorney Better or I didn't have any interaction. That's to your knowledge.
Correct.
>> That's right. You did not know that I was giving her this information.
>> Okay. So, um with respect to uh >> and confirm >> jury a minute. Uh what's what do you know that she that she did with these?
Well, she has uh published them and distributed them and even did a show on them. She she had a show that she entitled Savage Sunday unimpound mean that she was going to >> seriously Savage Sunday unimpound trademark nurse Kim summer 2025. Rude rude Meredith rude. Come on, just give me a little credit. put a little credit.
>> [ __ ] >> Savagely, you know, harm me.
>> Those are her words.
>> Yeah, she titled the episode Savage Sunday unimpound.
>> Go to unimpound.
>> That's correct.
>> Oh. Oh, and I'm sorry, Aiden, you couldn't say trademark nurse Kim.
Come on.
>> Unimpound.
>> That's correct. meaning she wanted she stole that from all of the impounded documents including grand jury mailer >> including communications that we received in discovery from the Commonwealth that were under protective orders that I I had given her to help organize on the Google Drive and she said that she was because she was not under a protective order she could do whatever she wants and that she was going to hurt me that way and try to damage my case. Uh and that's exactly what she did.
>> Oh my god. Pound in pound town.
>> She has since removed those videos. She has deleted all that evidence >> at the Is her YouTube channel still up?
If so, what is it?
>> Who's Jason Broyals?
>> Uh Jason Broyals was the person that was distortion.
>> Jason Jason is under the chat.
>> I don't know what that means.
>> I'll ask another question.
>> I don't know what that means. Judge, do any of us? All of us don't know what that means. Okay. Right at this moment, it should have played because this is Jason Bro. Bro, you can call me Haley.
Sorry, Auntie.
>> Okay, now we're going to get to Jason Broyals. They're going to pivot to Jason Broyals, not Haley Walrech or Haley Walrech on Twitter. Somebody who allowed people to think that that account was me for a very long time. And the abuse and the harassment that I received because people thought that I was that Haley Walbrick's account uh is unfathomable.
If you know, you know, it was a long time ago when I first started covering the Karen Re case in January 2024.
Let's see what they say about Jason Broyals.
>> Who is he just in general in relation to all these people? He's a person that both her and I know from the internet.
>> He's the guy sitting in the front row there.
>> That's him. Y >> shirt on.
>> Yes, that's correct.
>> All right. And so at some point, did he interpose himself to uh moderate some dispute between you and M O'Neal?
>> That's right. He kind of made himself the mediator, saying he wanted to calm tension between the two of us.
>> Didn't work, sir. Didn't work.
>> Nice try, though.
>> He tried to be a mediator. He tried to like broker a deal between us.
Judge looks over at Jason Broyle sitting in the front row and says, "Didn't work, sir. Didn't work.
Didn't work.
Nice try.
I mean, it's not appropriate for the judge to be intervening like that, but it's [ __ ] funny."
He said that her demands were that I uh refrain from posting about her, get other people to refrain from posting about her, and that I go to the Holden police and ask them and tell them that I no longer want to pursue criminal charges against her for wiretapping me.
And in exchange, she would not stop posting about me, but she would refrain from releasing this alleged recording between my attorney and I.
>> By the way, that is a suggestion that she committed a crime. So, yeah.
>> Oh, well, that sounds like blackmail, doesn't it?
Uh, here's what you're going to do.
You're gonna stop talking about it.
You're gonna stop posting about it.
You're going to go to Holden and police and tell them that she didn't do anything wrong. And in exchange for that, she will not she will refrain from releasing the Better recording. Oh, I don't know. Let's see how the judge feels about this.
I I can barely keep up and I've watched some of this go down online.
>> Did you report this to the whole police?
>> Did I? Yeah, I did report this to police.
>> Did they do anything?
>> They did not.
>> Didn't do anything.
>> What did Royal tell you about whether or not he was acting alone or on Miss Neil's behalf?
>> He was acting as a mediator. You know that.
>> How do we know that? How do you know?
>> That's what he said. Um what did he say?
Well, he said he was just passing messages between us trying to get this result.
>> And uh how do you know this?
>> What grown adult would even want to be a mediator? I don't understand those people like I'll mediate. A [ __ ] that. I will run from it or watch it from afar with popcorn.
People like I'll mediate. They just want to be in the drama. They just want to be in the drama. That's what Judge Jolene believes. I have ruled anyone who's like I'm mediated. They just want to be in the drama. They want to be a character.
>> To your knowledge, how does Meredith know that?
>> She met him on the internet. He's uh he loves to get involved in online drama.
It's kind of what he's known for.
>> Nothing worse. Nothing worse than a drama mama who's in it. The drama mamas who watch it love you. Oh my god. But the in it yuckies >> tends to be a woman on social media. Um and uh he just his entire life is getting involved in other people's business.
>> I mean there is some irony there. Um but yeah, >> pro tip. Pro tip. Hot take. Don't make friends on the internet. Just Just don't make friends on the internet. Can we go to old oldfashioned friend making where we meet people in person in school on the job? Can we do that?
Don't meet people on the internet.
>> Topic when you were together.
>> Is this your last topic?
>> Uh, two short.
>> You got five minutes.
>> The judge is like, "Is this your last topic?" And he's like, "Uh, I have two."
And the judge is like, "Hurry it the [ __ ] up." Five minutes, [ __ ] Be done.
>> Miss O'Neal, uh, purchase a Netflix subscription during your the time you're doing.
>> That's right.
>> Did she use that for uh for let's say purposes outside of uh what you use Netflix for?
>> Yes. After we broke up. Yes.
>> She did.
>> She monitored me. So, she was monitoring my activity through this Netflix account. And she changed the name of the Netflix account.
>> Here we go.
>> Instead instead of saying Aiden, it said Aiden [ __ ] Lindsay.
Oh my god.
>> Oh my god. What?
What?
You Oh my Oh my god. I I have a Netflix account that has a lot of people on it.
I need to pay extra because people keep joining it and I'm like, "Oh my god."
And Netflix caught on to that and they were like, "You got to give us more money." And I'm like, "Go [ __ ] yourselves."
>> Is that new information? I never heard that before.
>> Yeah. My children could see that right in front of them when they went on their on the Netflix channel.
>> Out there, dude.
>> Last topic. Last topic.
>> Judge is just so tired of this [ __ ] >> I always felt so scared waking up every day >> about what she was going to do next to try to hurt me. And I would do anything.
I I called her on December 13th crying like a child, begging her, "Please stop.
Please stop." and she said, "No, I'm going to continue to do this because you [ __ ] with the wrong person." And unbeknownst to me, she recorded that entire conversation and has played segments of it of me crying in that phone call.
>> The incidents relative to >> What did I tell you? What did I Eventually, you're going to come around and you're going to cheat on the wrong one and that one is going to be the one that's going to put you in episode of snapped.
>> 100 miles an hour tailgating and showing up at your house in your bed covered in blood. Did they reduce your sense of physical safety or autonomy?
>> Yes.
>> How so?
>> Well, I was constantly in fear of of what she was going to do next, what she was capable of because she had superficially cut herself and covered in blood and uh you know, attempted to almost drive me off the road. I was scared for my life. So, I didn't know what she was going to do next. And because she's monitoring me, I don't know where she is at all times. Um I'm constantly getting text messages that I believe are from her.
>> So, you were placed in fear.
>> These are the elements of the 209A order. uh requirements that the judge has been talking about and Bradle is tying it all together.
>> He's trying to hit point by point one like there are four things you have to hit in the statute. So he's you he's pulled an example of one of each >> and asking him directly worded from the statute questions about whether he was in fear. They didn't do Meredith's attorney did not do that with her.
>> Meredith uh when you look back hits none of the points and doesn't even have a cohesive like order.
>> Yes. Is that it Mr. Bradle?
>> Yes. Thank you.
>> Okay. Council, you got any cross?
>> Yes.
>> Oh, yeah. They're going to have cross.
>> Was it 24 or 25?
>> When what happened?
>> When you saw her lying in blood in your house.
>> Oh, July 10th, 2025.
>> July 10th, 2025.
When you got there, you were horrified by what you saw?
>> Yes.
>> Did you call the ambulance?
>> No.
>> Why not?
>> Because she said she just wanted me to comfort her and be with her.
>> Okay. So, that was good enough for you?
>> Yes. Okay. So, it wasn't so bad that you felt you needed to call the ambulance, right?
>> No, it was not. You're not calling an ambulance, >> right? So, you're all this talk about it was horrifying and blah blah blah blah blah. That was just you kind of living here, right?
>> No, it's pretty horrifying finding somebody crying in your bed covered in blood.
>> And um And you think she did that because of you?
>> Yes.
>> Because what? She wanted to be with you.
>> Yeah. She doesn't let men leave her.
That's her pattern.
>> Got it. is and and um so so it's your feeling that she's so uh magnetized and you're so charming that she just doesn't want to leave you. And that's what this >> Oh my god, dude. Do you know nothing about toxic relationships and coercive control? Tell us you know nothing about it without telling you telling us you know nothing about it. You were so charming she would never want to leave you.
>> All right, if that's the game you want to play. Even the judge looks confused.
She did not want to leave me. That's correct.
>> Did not want to leave you. But she did.
>> Right.
>> No, I left her. I broke up with her. You left her. I dumped her. Correct.
>> Get it right. Objection.
Let him finish. She said, "No, I dumped her. I dumped her.
>> I kicked her to the curb." She said, "I kicked him to the curb." No, I kicked her to the I dumped her. We're done. We are never ever ever getting back together except for those times that we got back together. Did you change the Google Drive access from private I mean from public to private the very next >> it was not public.
>> Did you change it from private?
>> I I changed the access.
>> Oh my god. He doesn't understand the how to do the Google drives. So you can give certain people access to your Google drives. All he probably did was then take her email her access off of it. It probably wasn't public. It was just him and his team and then he gave it to Madith. That's what I'm assuming. Oh my god. Objection. get to it. Sustained.
Sustained.
>> So that only selected people would be able to read it, even if I sent it to them, right?
>> Prior to that, it was not public. You're acting like it's just out there.
>> Can I answer your question? Can I answer your question? You asked me if it was out there publicly.
>> You could not just search for this and find it on your own. It had to be sent to you.
>> Sure. So someone gets the link to this Google Drive, they can access it, look at everything.
>> Yes. If Meredith sent it to them, they could absolutely do that, >> right? But you don't know if she did that.
>> I do know that she did that.
>> Right.
>> I do.
>> I totally know she did that [ __ ] >> Oh, yeah.
>> And and that's why you're very afraid of her.
>> Of course.
>> Okay.
>> There are naked pictures of me on there and all sorts of intimate images.
>> How did you get naked pictures?
>> Why? Because it's on my phone extraction.
>> Okay.
>> There's naked pictures of me and other women.
>> He goes, "Why would you give naked pictures of yourself to your legal team?
because it was on his total phone extraction.
I don't think I don't think Meredith's attorney understands what is going on here.
Look at the judge.
>> There's naked pictures of me and other women on the phone. All of whose privacy has been violated by Miss O'Neal when she distributed naked pictures of them.
>> Who put those pictures?
>> They're in my phone.
>> Yeah. Who put them there? You >> I took pictures of them. Well, sometimes they would >> Yes, I took Yes. Some people do that.
Like these older guys like that's like a thing you can do. You can just like ask lady lady's like send you the tips. This attorney is just like he's blowing his mind. Sexing is blowing his mind.
>> Yes.
>> You judging?
>> Oh he says you judging me.
>> Are you judging me?
>> Oh my god. Now they're having a fight about whether or not it's appropriate to take naked pictures of yourself. Are you kidding me? Aiden's like, "Are you judging me?" Yes, some people do that.
Are you judging me for my sexual practices?
>> Are you king shaming me, sir?
>> Although Meredith, this is your paragraph 2 academia, right? Your your quote updated affidaval.
>> That's right.
>> Right.
>> Although Meredith has been harassing and tormenting me for some last eight months.
I was hesitant and scared to psue a restraining order because I realized these hearings are public and that she would use the proceedings as a way to further torment me.
>> That's correct.
>> I knew she would mock me for this, >> right?
>> As a signal of a man asking the court for an order of protection against a woman would be used by her to further harass me. I was hoping she would grow tired of harassing me. Stop, but she So, basically what you're saying here is that he didn't want this thing to be public.
>> No, he didn't.
>> Right. So, what you do is last Friday after I filed a motion to have this impounded and keep all these people out.
You posted on your show and on Twitter, hey, the dumb lawyers motion got denied.
Everybody show up at noon time for the hearing because you're so >> Isn't that what you did? Nope.
>> Yeah.
>> So, I think >> I'm sorry. Is that a direct quote? I'm sorry. Attorney, did did you watch were Were you watching the show?
I think that was Was that a direct quote?
>> It gets to credibility and credibility is the live issue in every >> Move on, council. Move on.
>> I got your point. Remember, you're playing to me, not to a jury. Move on.
>> So, Mr. You also >> tell him, "Dad, >> you seem to know a lot about the law, quoting the statute, coercion, control."
>> The judge is just so tired of this. Um, and I get it.
>> It was at this moment that I realized him and I may actually have familial heritage because I believe it was when my migraine began to step up a notch. I went to a five alarm migraine eedrin migraine immediately to the dome.
>> He needs some eedrin. He should be he should I mean this this judge should have all the endorsements from all the products and he needs his own TV show.
>> I love this uh comment that the the cutie gals got over there um from this Peta. Peta says the judge is the biggest winner of the day. I could watch him all day for sure. He needs a judge show. He needs to rule over internet court. I call help him. I'll help you baby. Call me. Call me.
>> Okay, go ahead and play it. What are we playing?
>> This is a video judge of him saying he's not afraid of my fight.
>> Okay.
>> In direct contravention of what he said here today.
>> And that is a really bad thing for his, you know, for his aspect of things because at the end of the day, the test is do you have a fear and is it a reasonable fear, right? Because you can't just have like a fear that is crazy town. You've got to have a reasonable fear.
>> There are plenty of people that need restraining orders that fear for their lives, not fear for you hurting my feelings, not fear of you posting online.
People fear for their physical [ __ ] safety. You know, it's um if he says he's not afraid publicly, that kind of undermines his his claim.
>> You don't I'm not going to [ __ ] jail ever. Get back from your dick. [ __ ] I'm not going to jail. Understand that.
I'm not scared of you. I used to be able to hear you in the summer, right? Like what [ __ ] did this [ __ ] do? You can't [ __ ] hurt me. There's nothing you can do to [ __ ] hurt me. So, you should give up.
>> Oh, I'm sorry. So, now we have both of the parties saying, "Fuck around and find out." And I'm not afraid of you.
What are we here for? What are we here for? For us? Is this for me? Is this for you? What is happening?
>> You should give up. You can't [ __ ] hurt me. Your days of terrorizing you are [ __ ] over. Your days of the emotional manipulation and [ __ ] like that. That used to worry me.
You can't [ __ ] hurt me. I'm too [ __ ] strong for you.
>> You're not afraid of her.
>> Hurt me legally.
>> Not physically. Legally.
>> Yeah. Right. You're not You're not afraid of her legally either.
>> She ran out of screenshots, Jared. I'm not afraid of her legal anymore.
>> She doesn't go online anymore, right?
>> Sure, she does. She has all sorts of burners.
>> Oh, she does.
>> Oh, yes. Many.
>> Okay. Um and um so >> Aiden goes, "She has many burners." And her and her attorney goes, "Oh, really?"
Like he's like, "She does? Wait, she doesn't even go online anymore?" Oh, >> I still think that's damaging. And so that may be a factor in what the judge does.
>> You say that you you told uh in answering one of Mr. Bradle's questions, you said that you don't control people through your website, right?
>> Yeah.
>> You can't direct people to do things.
>> I can try.
>> You can try and and often times it's right.
>> Sometimes it is, sometimes. In >> fact, he got in trouble for that for doing stuff over during the guarantee trial, right?
colonies against you for witness intimidation as a result of that. Right.
>> What?
>> Listen to the question.
>> The question is, >> oh my god.
Objection. Hostile lawyer. Listen to the question. Listen to the question. YOU BETTER RESPECT MY AUTHORITY.
>> OH MY GOD.
Excuse me. Whose courtroom is it? Don't tell dad what to do. Okay? You can't just say, "Answer the question."
>> The question is, it's true that you actually do control people through your turtle show. You ask them to do things and they do things.
>> That is 1,000% untrue.
>> It is true that you control people through your turtle show. Must obey turtle book. Like I don't know why people have this assumption that like just because you have a YouTube channel means that you can like make people do [ __ ] because that's not how this works.
>> Okay, ask a question. Are you almost done here?
>> Uh >> he's getting mad.
>> Well, you're losing your right to give a closing statement and I'm going to have you file whatever you're filing by 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning at this courthouse. So, it's your time you're playing with.
>> Yeah. No, I hear you, Josh. Um >> Oh, boy.
>> You know, you gave Mr. Brad.
>> I'm I'm just I'm just applying a little pressure. I'm not telling you.
>> Oh my god. This is like objection.
Childish. Sustained. Sustained.
Sustained. But that's an insult to the children. I believe the children are the future.
>> Oh my god, I accidentally went backwards. Oh, I've never been so happy to see Melanie Little's face. I mean, I'm always happy to see her face. She's a beautiful pumpkin spice baby.
>> Got me all flustered now.
>> Well, get unflustered.
>> I got to think about.
>> Love the judge there just being like, I don't care if you're flustered. That's a you problem. Figure your [ __ ] out. Um, unfluster your [ __ ] >> Yeah, get unflustered. Grow up, bro. Put your big boy pants on. You're a [ __ ] lawyer. You're in a courtroom. Grow up.
Jesus Christ. I'm a little flustered.
Nobody wants to hear that [ __ ] He got me all flustered now. He says, "Look at the judge." H all the pain relievers in the world are not going to relieve the migraine he's going to have today.
>> Why did you go earlier to get a restraining order?
>> We talked about this already. I was I was hoping she would stop on her own and I thought and also the stigma of being a man trying to get a restraining order against a woman is something that she would mock me for. A lot of this information is >> I kind of see that too. Um, guys do get mocked if they are like, you know, it's seen as a sign of weakness. Why would you be afraid of a woman? Um, I I I do see that one. Fair.
>> But notwithstanding the fact that you were petrified, you still dated her from March of 2024 until June of 2025 when broke up with >> Yeah. Scared to break up with her.
Coercive control.
>> You were scared to break up with her because you're coerced in control.
>> That's correct. I mean, listen, this attorney is mocking him for wanting a restraining order against him. So, when he said that she would make fun of me because I'm a man looking for a restraining order, this attorney is proving his point because Meredith's attorney is mocking him for seeking a restraining order. Do you see what he's doing? He's proving his case for him.
>> So, you were using Mr. Royals as a mediator.
>> That's right.
>> Whose idea was that? Yours?
>> I don't remember. Probably his.
>> Well, you were friends with Mr. I I don't know.
>> Was he on your show in the past?
>> Doesn't make someone a friend.
>> Oh, >> he interviewed me one time.
>> Very often >> on your show.
>> I was on his show.
>> Oh, on his show. And And in fact, you kind of had a lot of social intercourse, if you will. Right.
>> Intercourse.
>> Not social intercourse. Oh my god. All the intercoursees.
Social intercourse has entered the chat.
You had social intercourse with intercourse with Jason Broyals. You could not script this better if you were sitting in the writer's room at SNL. You could not script this better.
>> Do not ever use the phrase social intercourse as a lawyer with like because people don't understand what social intercourse means.
Social intercourse is we hang out. We are we are all together having social intercourse right now. But it sounds like you're trading fluids.
>> And you spoke with him about you with with Mr. Broyals about um threatening to get her fired, right? You threaten you threw Mr. Royals the mediator. You can threaten to get her fired.
>> No, I said if she keeps this up, she's going to get herself fired, >> right? And you and you went online on your show and you said, "Hey everybody."
You gave her a place to work, right? You you told everyone State Street Hair, right? That's it. State Street. She works at State Street, right?
>> Purple Head. He's trying to answer the question. I don't know.
>> I need an aspirin. Can you just ask one question and and let him answer it?
>> You know you're doing well in court when the judge is like, "I need an aspirin."
I see you, judge. I see you. He did not name a brand of aspirin. I said, "Exedin, but he needs an aspirin." He's like, "I don't know what is going on here.
Nobody can breathe.
This is wild. You're talking about Ray from Dallas. There you go.
>> What about him?
>> You You gave him air time on your show.
>> Who is it? Ray from Dallas.
>> Yeah.
>> Ray from Dallas.
>> Yes. Judge.
>> Sorry. That's wrong. Sorry.
>> Yeah.
>> Ray from Dallas.
>> The judge is like, I am so tired of being disrespected by everybody in my [ __ ] courtroom.
>> Ray from Dallas is entered the chat and the judge was pissed that turtle boy did not say yes, judge.
>> That judge was like, I'm your daddy now.
I'm your daddy now.
>> Ray from Dallas.
>> Yes. Ray from Dallas.
>> On one of your shows, you basically let him go on and on and on about marriage, right?
>> No, >> he has his own show where he does that.
>> Let me call that up real quick.
>> Hold on. Before you start, you're going to start playing me video audio. Some guy Ray from Dallas. IT'S ON HIS SHOW.
>> I DON'T CARE WHAT RAY from Dallas said.
I don't care what Ray from Dallas said.
>> Like, I'm sorry if the guy is just Ray from Dallas. I feel like there's a little bit more foundation that is needed.
>> I don't care what Ray from Dallas said.
>> I'll listen to it. Okay. I'll listen to Ray from Dallas. comes out is making all kinds of horrific sexual innuendo murder threats.
>> Murder threats. No.
>> Yes. I'll kill that [ __ ] >> Absolutely not. You're making that up.
>> I'll make sure that [ __ ] sell her body. That's what Purple Head said on his >> Wait a second. We're talking about Ray from Dallas. Is that the same as Purple Head?
>> No, that's another guy.
>> Okay. Can you focus for a second?
>> Guys, guys, guys, guys. Sometimes it is tough to deal with internet people.
>> This guy's like, "It's too many scream names >> because internet people all have unusual like nicknames and usernames and whatever else, right?
>> Purple head, turtle head, koala bear time."
So, um, sometimes you have to like take some time and establish who the [ __ ] you're talking about. You don't just leap into Purple Head. You're like, "Who is Purple Head?"
>> Oh, it's too much. Soup, salad, bread sticks. I don't care what Soup Salad Breadstick said.
>> Look at his face right there.
>> He looks like he needs a small garbage can to throw up in.
like he ate too many gummy bears, you know? It's like we got to [ __ ] wrap this up.
This is so [ __ ] strange. This [ __ ] over here got a trapper keeper. It's like, why would you be scared of anybody if you own a [ __ ] trapper keeper?
>> Hold on. I have a sound effect. This is what it sounds like when she opens it.
I didn't know anything about this, but >> this fire needs to go out. It needs to go out. I mean, >> this fire needs >> It needs to stop.
>> Needs to stop.
>> And I I don't know if I'm going to help that or hurt that by my decisions.
>> Needs to stop. That's what I think. I think he's gonna he's going to split the baby. But listen, this he's telling us everything. He's telling us his opinion on this case.
>> Listen. Listen to this man. Listen to this wise wise judge.
>> The judge is like, "You [ __ ] children, I will drive this courtroom off a cliff."
That's really what he's saying here. I will drive, if you kids do not stop fighting, I will drive this courtroom right off a cliff. He's like, "I didn't know this, but now that I do, this fire needs to go out."
>> And you know what I would be doing if I was Braidal and if I was whoever the [ __ ] is the other guy?
I would be going, "Look, we don't know what this judge is going to do.
Can we just work out a deal where we both like [ __ ] off rather than having to risk a um, you know, an adverse ruling?
The problem is is that I don't think either of their clients can really be trusted to follow anything. Like if the judge says don't talk about the other side, it'll be a race for which one ends up in jail over it first.
>> No shenanigans out in front of the courthouse. I will promise I promise you I will prosecute you myself if there are shenanigans out on the door out on the steps. People >> look a little law girl. No shenanigans.
He said it.
>> What about Tom Foolery and Bali who? Do we okay with Tom Foolery and Bali who? Just no shenanigans. What in the flipping love of the traveling Mary was that?
>> Oh my god, what a circus.
Oh my god, what a circus.
