This space is finally starting to feel like home. Uh, what the heck is Jen bringing over here now? Look out. I'm rolling this right over here. There we go. This is just the place I wanted it.
Ta-da. It's a seat. I made. Wow, it's so cushy and cute. How'd you make it? I'll tell you. I started with a bunch of egg cartons and then I just began stacking them together. They fit perfectly together, you see, so they're easy to stack. When the stack was as high as I wanted, I then tipped it onto its side.
The next part was a little tricky because I sort of had to accordion out the stack, but then they made a circle when the two ends met. Then it was just a matter of adding a foam top for the cushion. I had this yellow blanket, so it covered the whole thing. And then I just used a big purple elastic band to hold the blanket in place. And that was it. My seat cushion was complete. Not only that, but now our room is complete, too. I can't believe how well we really turned the whole thing around. No kidding. You've got your cozy little bed nook below and your puppy corner. Those are two of my favorite parts. But don't forget, you've got your cool artsy corner on your side and your bed on top.
We really worked hard and it totally paid off. High five.

Okay, this is the last one. Now, I need to tie them in place. I'll use more strips from the top to do this. I'll just work my way across the mat, securing each part until I have something like this. Pretty neat, huh?
It makes the perfect rug. My feet will be nice and warm. Oh, yeah. That feels good. It's perfect. That turned out well. Ooh, I can have some cotton candy.

Then I can put fairy lights inside the bottle. I'll fill the bottle with them.

Next up, I need a glue gun. I'll make small dollops of glue across the bottle.

I'll stick them to the glue. This will give it a little sparkle. Then I'll stick pink cotton to the bottle. I want to cover it completely. It's ready. I'll place the bottle onto the stand. It's like a raincloud, except it makes me happy. I love it. It belongs right here.

You must use the tire in your room. Well, fine then, I guess. No one said it has to stay looking like a tire. This fabric is going to make all the difference.

For the next step, I need to flip it over.
I've got these golden table legs that'll do nicely. This next part will require some power tools and screws, but I'm up for the challenge. The screws go in super easily. That's it. The whole thing is taped together nice and solid. But tape won't be enough for this next part. I need some hot glue. But not the clear stuff, the colored glue like this red. A look at that happy little heart. I'm still using it as glue though. I need to add this foam to the top. Now for some yellow fabric. Oh wow.

Oh my gosh, my clothing. And it wasn't hard to do at all. You just need to start off with a blank t-shirt and some plastic. You'll need to cut the butterfly shape out of the plastic and then add some different colors of paint to a paint roller. You can use whatever colors you want, of course, but rainbow is always fun. Now, to get painting the shirt, just roll that paint up and down the cutout section. There, it's done.
Take the plastic off. And doesn't it look amazing? Wow, unicorn. I can't believe how easy you made that look.
Thank you so much. I feel amazing in all these pretty colors. Oh, but your walls are pretty boring. I might have to do something about that, too. Time to tackle the space. And we don't even need to use magic. Yes. I just want to make sure the tape is nice and straight on this wall. And I need to add a little strip between these two pieces, too. And then I need to use my scissors because I want to snip the ends like this. I've got to make sure I have to get them all. And I'll leave a little tail. Perfect. I've made a cute little puff ball of yarn. I just need to add this one to the other colors I've already made. I left the tail so I could tie the puff ball onto some string.

Then, fill in the gaps with white paint, covering up any remaining ink. Now, apply paint to the tile. Place a small amount on each brick.
Start to paint the tile. The foam gives a nice textured effect.

Stick a strip of LED lights along the frame. Bend the lights around the corners. We want it to be one continuous strip.
Once you've done that, start to apply glue over the LED strip. Make sure you don't miss any spots. A zigzag pattern is ideal for this.
Almost done. Now, stick the teddy bear stuffing onto the glue. Give it a press to make sure it's secure. Repeat this all the way around the frame. Make sure that none of the LED strip is showing.
Once you finished, stick artificial butterflies to the stuffing. This is looking great. This is starting to look more like a home. And I love the lighting effect.

Place tape around the edge of the pillow.
Next, start to stick smaller pieces of tape at an angle. Make a row of small triangles.
Repeat this all the way down the pillow, filling in any gaps with tape.
Once you've done that, remove one row of tape just like this. Be careful not to peel off any other tape.
Working down the pillow, remove every second row of tape. Then grab a brush and start painting. Dab the brush over the top row of triangles. The tape acts as a border, stopping any messy accidents. Paint each row a different color. Once the paint is dry, peel off the remaining tape. This part is nice and relaxing. Again, be careful. We don't want to ruin any of our hard work.
Then just remove the tape from around the edges. That's better than any lipstick stains. What do you think, girls?

Wooden skewers. Place a wooden skewer on a flat surface and apply a small dab of glue to the end. Continue doing this until you have a large frame. Place a skewer down the middle, splitting the square in half. Glue another skewer horizontally to the frame. Continue doing this, filling the frame.
Do the same vertically, then paint it.
Personalize the frame by adding some decorations. It makes a great way to display photographs. There we go.

This is the last part. That's one half done. I'll let the paint dry, then switch colors. I'll flip the tire over and paint the other half yellow. I'll use a smaller brush for the tricky parts. The yellow is a good contrast to the purple. Okay, I'll let that dry.
Now, I need these pins. I'll stick them into the tire. I want to space them out evenly. Then I'll attach a chain to one of the pins. Then I can loop it around the rest. Just like this. I'll fill the center of the tire with a blanket. This will give it some padding. And that's it.

Well, besides that, we're going to want to make some wood bracers, too. If I put this in the corner, it'll really make the frame sturdy and strong. I'll get to work adding my corner brace down here, too.
Great. Now, we're ready to put some plyboard on top. Looks like we're going to need some more to cover the whole gap, though. Excellent. But we're not done with the drills. Oh, no. We need to make sure this plyboard stays in place.
I don't know where we'd be if we didn't have these cordless drills. Woo! Good job, drill. Now we just have to repeat the frame that we made below, but for up here. It's even easier this time because we know what we're doing. Jared, bring that board with a window on it and put it right here. Oh my gosh, it's so cute.

Yes, it looks like bricks. Paint bricks. Just like I wanted. This is turning out great. And paint is a lot easier than real bricks.

And then I'll add this yellow felt on top of it. And now for more glue. Two lines will work. And now back to green felt. I'll just keep adding more and more layers of the felt, alternating colors. Now I can pull them apart. And taa, look. See? And just like that, your socks are now organized. You don't have to worry about losing one. Yes, you're the best. Let me put these on. And I'll finish with some yellow paint, too. Now, I'll pour this paint over the pot. Got to be careful, though.
Ooh, look. Here comes more of the pink paint. And now for the blue and the green, too. There we go. All the paint has been used and it's dried on the pot.
Next up, time for the pool noodle. I'll need a knife to cut it. There, I've made the slices I needed to. And now to take off bits. It's starting to come together. It's looking like a plant. All right, it's shaped. Now to add some paint. This green paint will really help it come alive. That's a good pun. Ooh, wow. It's looking so good. I'll do some yellow dots. And then to really make it look real, here are some spines. They stuck right to the paint and look amazing. Perfect. I'll just put them with a steak right into the pot. Mom, I'm so glad you're back from your trip.
