The human body contains 11 organ systems that work together to maintain life: cardiovascular, digestive, endocrine, integumentary, lymphatic, muscular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory, skeletal, and urinary systems. Understanding these systems helps individuals better comprehend how their bodies function and how to take care of themselves through proper nutrition, exercise, and health practices.

This message got hell for review. It's right here from Jordan in case y'all missed it.
Uh Justin, chill out. Health and fitness channel.
Why does it say oh my god? Why does YouTube have auto translation to oh my god from different commenters?
My hairline is going way back to the 1990s.
The 80s where I came from.
You smell like Megatron. Very nice.
All right. Are there any mature people in the chat? If you're mature, say something mature. 3, two, one, go.
Sedara, I'm just going to block you. Don't call me mom. It's weird.
Your tongue block.
Had to wait for the other comment message to go away.
Mil, you're pushing 30. All right. So, act like you. What's up?
I look beautiful today. See, let me shine up my forehead for this video. Let's shine it up.
My forehead smells like peppermint. What does your forehead smell like?
back at you.
Oh, Jake, there's so many things wrong with that comment. I'm gonna block you and I'm also going to um report it for bullying.
Not because I care, but because your account has to get blocked so you don't hurt other people. Lil Durk, it's a health and fitness channel and a one love channel. You're welcome to stay, but you've been blocked.
Yeah, my forehead smells like peppermint right now.
Don't be jealous of my forehead. All right, everybody ready? It's a healthy fitness channel.
It's a health and fitness channel, also a one love channel. I I'll let it sink in that I have a forehead. Take your time. It's a lot to take in. I understand.
But my forehead and I were cool.
Don't hold me to your stereotypical beauty standards.
My I was born like this. This is not a retreating hairline.
They said a retreating hairline. That's from the comment section. It's not a receding hairline. Okay.
This has been my hairline since birth and it doesn't bother me. If it bothers you, I don't know. Scroll.
Hi, mate. Nice to meet you. You like my stuff? Did you see my stuff?
I had 6,000 videos. I got rid of most of them.
Who wants to be mine? You've been loyal.
Wow. That's what y'all go through. I would prefer y'all focus on health and fitness than trying to help grown people act grown. That's why I would hope you're here for the health and fitness.
Don't worry. Thank you, Cupill.
It is a big forehead. Don't lie to me now. It's huge. It's totally huge, but I love it. So, you know what? The big You know what they say, the bigger the forehead, the more kisses it holds.
It is not. Well, it's normal, but for social media, it is not. Look, see, goo thinks it. Okay, let the forehead be the topic of conversation. I'll wait.
Oh, wait.
You know what's amazing? We wake up, right?
And you wake up like, I'm going to make a difference in the world.
I promise you, the problem is not you, it's the people. Okay? It's not you, it's the people. cuz I woke up ready to do health and fitness. But some people are very much stuck on the little things that don't matter.
I'll wait.
I am more than a forehead.
Thank you. So beautiful.
Do some push-ups. No, if you scroll, you'll see I get up on my pull-up bar. I pull up. I don't push up, I pull up.
What's your purpose? Let me ask God.
Hold on, God. They're asking what my purpose is on the chat section.
I don't know. I can't hear him. Oh, thank you, Orderly Chaos. You're a brand new commenter. What's up? Looks like Orderly Ka Chaos likes this orderly forehead.
What's up?
Uh, I am not rapping, but I have a really good spoken word thing that sounds a little bit like I'm rapping, but none of it rhymes. You want to hear it?
Why you asking how tall I am? I would tell you because it's a health and fitness channel, but I have the feeling you don't care about my health and fitness, buster blades.
Um, I'm telling you, uh, 7474.
I prefer you focus on the fitness if you want.
Yeah, I have a mod. I'm good with the mod. If I could mod, I mod and orderly chaos. Thank you. I appreciate it. I definitely felt that love. I saw it. And I hold a really good health and fitness conversation if you would like to have one. Orderly chaos. How about this?
because you left some dollar bills there. I'll make sure that you don't leave without me saying this. The human body has 11 organ systems. In order to keep life, it requires a healthy balance of all 11 organ systems working together to keep your life.
If you two want to memorize the names of the 11 organ systems, it is most helpful to put them in alphabetical order. It would go like these.
Cardiovascular, digestive, endocrine, integumentary, lymphatic, muscular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory, skeletal, and the urinary systems.
Life gets easier when you could break down your own body into the 11 organ systems so you can best know how to take care of yourself.
Uh, thank you 74749.
Yeah. So there's a few people that asked before you that I have to keep keep in mind the fart system. So you should know where your farts come are getting uh made and that's going to be in the digestive system. Okay.
If you have questions about farts, you should Google it.
If I do crunches, yeah, usually I have a I have a lot of different routines. The the crunches come up a few times.
All right. If you're going to be I'm just going to block you, goo. Too immature for me.
I gave you a lot of warnings to switch it up a little bit.
Now you got to go. You're blocked. You won't know that. So, you might keep commenting, but I'm telling you, I won't see. Not only will I not see any of your comments, nobody will.
All right.
This was very nice. Thank you. Orderly chaos.
What an interesting screen name.
All right.
I love your channel. Thanks, Ideals.
That was nice.
All right, everybody ready?
I'm going to do breathing exercises.
Neck stretches. Oh, orderly chaos is still here. Mine is not great, but I appreciate it. Don't forget mental cuz you have to have head space. Are you making fun of my forehead again?
You trying to say I have enough head space because of my forehead? And I'm joking. Um, yeah, with health is mental, emotional, spiritual, but I have to stay in my scope of practice. I'm a certified personal trainer. I have my degree in exercise science. Um, oftent times with that, if you're working on your physical, yes, uh, it's important to work on your mental, emotional health and often times counseling is recommended. Um, orderly chaos. Your message got automatically translated by YouTube and it just says from.
So I don't know what you meant to say there. I'm utilizing the digestive system right now on my peanut butter sandwich. There you go. It's getting utilized. Very nice.
I don't know. Y'all win me over when you talk about food.
Well, everybody ready? Did I miss the door the door giveaway? I almost thought you said the doorway. I was like, "Wow, somebody read my screening." Hey, Miss Cece.
The door giveaway. Why? What are you saying? These doors. Wait, where's the joke at? Cuz my screen name is I get up in my doorway. Imagine I give away doors.
I love that idea. Miss Cece. Mrs. Cece.
Do you know that the screen name is called I get up in my doorway? But I think you were talking about this. You trying to make fun of my background?
I said I was giving away a door on MySpace. That's cute. Very creative, Mrs. CeCe.
My space. Are people still using MySpace?
I'm not joking. Are people still using MySpace? I would love to know. What's this say? Taco shell.
Taco shell. No.
Yeah, my for I I have proven my forehead isn't here for no reason. I stored a lot of information in there.
You ready?
Uh let orderly chaos. Very nice. Thank you.
You don't have to put $2 every time you talk to me, though. Thanks, though. Um, hey, you called me girl. Hey, girl. Wow, you like these shoulders.
Excuse me. Hold on a second.
What's up? Sometimes I have to mute randomly just to keep different things around here private.
What you mean 141? Oh my my weight.
Yeah, I'm 5'3 and a half. I'm considered obese. So, as much as I love and appreciate all the ways that we all are different over here, I focus on the ways that we are the same. We all have the 11 organ systems of the human body. I'm considered obese. I'll go ahead and let you see my obesity.
B obese.
Okay.
Uh, let's see. Body fat BMI is considered obese. And check it out. I would be just overweight, but because I'm 1 ounce over 25, it puts me in obesity over here. Body fat.
Now it says where is green, not the darker green, the lighter green between 18 and 28. I know it's mirrored.
Just read it backwards. And I'm at 32% where I'm in the orange. So really I'm overweight.
Okay. Then it tells you about your muscles, your lean body mass, subcutaneous fat. Subcutaneous fat is the fat that's under the skin.
Visceral fat is the fat that's built up in between the organs and they say to get it under 10.
Extra body fat percentage may lead to a higher risk of chronic illness. One of them being heart disease. One of the biggest most important things that I could share with you is to pay attention to that body water. They say we have approximately 60 70% body water. Um that's not necessarily true. Even though you're not sick, you might not feel symptoms.
Your body water might be low.
Find out what your body water should be.
Um, low for me is 47.6.
My body water is 49.8.
Too low. When it could be 60.6 and up.
Now, one reason why this matters is cuz should I get sick again, I have a higher risk of having a very difficult time with that illness, including influenza A. I almost passed away from influenza A this past January. Later, I learned because I've been tracking that my body water been low. I don't know if I ever had good body water my entire life. This is not something they look for or let you know about in the health care systems. This is not something anybody ever cared about in my life. It's not something I really uh knew could be an issue. I always thought that if I wasn't sick and getting dehydrated and I felt good again that I'm probably good. It turns out that it's possible somewhere in your life your body water never came back up.
It's possible when you're born you have good body water. We don't know what happens after that because nobody's tracking that part. And that's one of that's one of the most important parts, your body water.
So, how do I increase my body water? Do I just drink water all day? No. That could be unsafe as well. You still need a healthy amount of water plus other nut uh nutrients. Um, I did have to look this up and it turns out to also include fruits or vegetables with more water content in it. Also, extra body fat percentage makes it harder for the body to retain the water.
What's up?
Yeah, electrolytes too. Electrolytes is not body water. Electrolytes is electrolytes.
Now, it's not going to be just electrolytes that's going to save me here. I shared that I have extra body fat. Extra body fat. Why does it matter?
Cardiovascular system, heart, blood vessels, blood. Three types of blood vessels, arteries, veins, capillaries.
We have approximately 3.5 to 4 L of blood circulating in the body approximately every minute.
I want to get my um blood pressure monitor and my oximter.
Um I'm going to get my heart rate and blood pressure. Um all right. Um heart rate, blood pressure. So we put on approximate we are to have approximately 60 miles of blood vessels in the body. We put on approximately 5 miles of blood vessels per pound of fat.
Function of the cardiovascular system to carry oxygen, nutrients, carbon dioxide and waste. When I was muted just now, I went ahead and finished uh my breathing exercises to make sure that I still get this oxygen.
Nope, I don't say states exactly.
I don't know what it's called. Um, I'm actually like if you take this body and this body water and bring it to the health care system, they won't care because it's in the healthy range. They usually wait. Look, 47.6 right here. I'm at 49.8 when I belong over here. If I go to the health care system, they're just going to say, "Oh, no problem. You're in the healthy range." They're going to wait until it's too late. Not too late, but a little a little bit more of a struggle with more urgent care needed. So, it's going to be up to me to turn this thing around.
Imagine Oh, AZ, what's up?
Why did that comment get held for a review? AZ, look at it. I just had to share it.
Wait, you're making my DNA salad? I might cry. And that means a lot coming from you.
What are you gonna How are you making yours like exactly the same? Where are you making what are you make doing? Make it your own. How about that? We'll learn what you can do to make it your own.
Thanks for sharing. The DNA Excel gets me excited.
Naveen, what's up? You talking to me, Na'vi?
That's too bad English is not my first language because it's my only language.
What? What's up, Servy?
Well, there are some things that you can trust the health care system with. There are tests that get done and we need those. So don't fully turn away from the health care system. Do try to find people to work with that care about you, that care about giving you respect and answers that you're looking for.
It's not a foreign language.
Nowhere on my phone is a foreign language. You mean you mean that it's coming out backwards? It's going to come out mirrored. I can't fix that. There's nothing for me to do to fix that. When I turn this phone to face you, it's going to be backwards.
Still English.
All right. I'm going to respond to health and fitness com conversation only. Tutor, you're getting blocked and reported.
It's a health and fitness channel.
You got stuck in junior high school when you started to uh let me watch my mouth. All right, tutor. You've been blocked and reported.
Uh you're adding red onions and cucumber.
Wait, so you're using dandelion greens?
Hey, Angela, what's up? Good morning.
Uh actually, okay, hold on. If you already have the back pain, you want to be careful. I think yoga can help prevent back pain very likely. Depends what the back pain is from. Um I the only yoga that I do right now is either you'll see me following somebody else or I did a selfstudy on the sun salutations.
So and the focus for me was to memorize the names of each pose while doing it.
So the challenging part was to know how to say the names of each pose while doing the sun salutation yoga on the side. Um but I still do the sun salutations. Usually I would do it on a Sunday.
That's like suns Sundays is how that was supposed to go. Eventually I want to do it every day though. Um you got your x-ray on your back. You have my scoliosis. So, that's more common than you might think.
I know people with scoliosis. Um, I'm familiar with it. Uh, they say yoga, yes, but you want to be very careful and make sure that you know the degree, okay? Don't let them just say you have mild scoliosis and that's it.
Get your ask for your medical records.
Ask for a copy of the images. ask to know between which and which vertebrae the scoliosis is located at.
Okay. And if you want to follow up, let's follow up on that. Um, just to have conversations now, just to keep your personal private medical information private, I'm going to go ahead and remove it, but I saw it and I'll remember that.
Uh, yes, but if you feel pain, don't do it.
So if you if you already have pain first let the pain alleviate um itself uh by doing what you need to do. I suggest resting but if strengthening is needing needed or stretching but with this condition you have to speak to a health care professional and maybe even ask them uh I hope your insurance covers it but for uh physical therapy yeah to help you do it properly. Now, is is there dandelion greens in this DNA salad? The DNA salad is something that I call my DNA salad. I read that approximately 98% of the body may become brand new in approximately a year. Um, something like the DNA takes approximately 2 months depending on damage. So, I looked up foods to eat for the DNA. It suggested dark leafy, greens, yellow, and orange fruits and vegetables. Of course, speak to your health care professional before making any changes to your diet or exercise program and make sure that you choose what's good and safe and right for you.
So, I came up with my DNA salad. I read that dandelion greens have more nutrients than spinach and kale together. So, I just go for the dandelion greens, but of course, if you want to add all the leaves and it's good for you, go ahead. Uh, I also put orange and yellow pepper. Then I put extra virgin olive oil, uh, pepper, powdered, black pepper to help absorb turmeric. I put turmeric and then I put garlic and onion powder. If you're a beast, they will just offer you medication.
Gemini, my pain trans. You call me Gemini.
Sorry. And then you wrote something serious. I'm sorry. I got stuck at Gemini. Why did you call me Gemini? Um, my pain transferred from my back to my sternum.
Okay. Why? What is this?
What's up, Tyler? It's a health and fitness channel.
You got the dandies. That's so cute. Uh, Angela Naven, your message got help for review. Why are you asking for Angela for their height and weight?
Um, is yoga the same as Tai Chi in terms of benefits? Probably not. They're totally different.
Uh, I think some of the benefits will be the same, but not from top to bottom because each one does something different. You do it in different ways.
Uh, baby, I'm gorgeous.
Okay.
Uh, okay. So, okay. Whoa.
Um, we went over the DNA salad. Look, I have salad right here looking at me.
That's just spinach. I also got Let me put um a first of all, how was that movie?
Do you know how much I used to love Mortal Kombat? I used to play that game.
Um that should have been secondly, but also I wanted to put you on to Sprouts. Don't sleep on the sprouts or the little seedlings.
Okay. People are eating that and putting that in the salads, too. That's my next level up.
All right. Now, anybody else want to finish any of the conversations that's been started here before I go into next stretches.
I wait.
It takes time to text.
All I have to do is chat. Chat, chat, chat, chat.
decent.
Oh, and then we went into onions. Okay.
Um, if it was decent, then I don't need to talk about it further. Uh, do you like onions?
Yes.
In my in my DNA salad, it was a little rough though cuz I didn't chop it up. I think if I do it, mince it and don't do too much because it was bitter, spicy. It was like Too much onion.
Uh, Paras Patel, what's up?
They said, "Wash your salad." Good.
Even if it says three times wash, wash again.
I had a three times wash salad before and it still had the little bugs in it.
Okay, I'm exaggerating. I only saw one, but it was still there. All right.
Mortal Kombat movies are okay.
Oh. Oo, I'm surprised.
I I must have really liked it when I was young, that movie, because we were young, didn't know better.
We liked it. But we just like the characters. The characters could be dancing and we still would have liked it.
Okay, I'm going to do the next stretches. I could talk about food. We could stay on the salad. So, Ay, you're saying that your salad has dandelion greens, yellow peppers, orange peppers, extra virgin olive oil. You're also doing black pepper and turmeric powder.
And more recently, I added garlic and onion powder. You're doing all of that.
Thank you, Joe Nuna.
And I don't fake smile.
If I'm focused AF, you're going to see a focused AF face. This ain't a pretty face. Ooh, let me be cute and smile for you. We're focused on fitness. Who you see working out at the gym smiling? When people walk into the gym, sure you might smile at the front desk guy, but that's it.
Everybody else, you put your game face on. It's about to go down. That's how I start the mornings.
Whoa. You're doing my ingredient.
Do you want to see how many calories it has?
Something we didn't do is do it to the tea. So like how many cups of this uh dandelion greens are you having and all that and then you put it in the My Fitness Pal app.
For me, I just chop up one two. It's going to be two peppers. I put it I don't know your bunch of leaves. I don't know how many leaves you have. For me, we get a nice little bunch. It cost $349.
This is the leaves in here. This is the the stems right here.
the leaves.
You soak it first. I wash it in vinegar.
I soak it in vinegar. So, I put it in my salad container.
Water. Vinegar.
I even let it soak while I can chop up and prepare the onions.
But, I'm sorry, not the onions, the peppers. But the peppers get washed, too. But sometimes I put the peppers in there and just roll them around in the water with the um vinegar.
But then I just go ahead and rinse those first, chop it up.
And if you want to rip up the leaves with your hands, it's a it's it's another level where you're like, "Oh, I made this with my hands." I I tear off the dirty part of the the bottom of the stems that dries up. You don't have to.
I just take those off because I don't want to eat them. Then I rip them, rip them, rip them, rip them into bite-siz pieces.
You do your workouts at night.
Workouts in the morning or night. It depends on what the exercise is.
It would depend what the exercise is.
Uh, for example, I have something called my seller sizer. It's an indoor rebounder and that one is good to get your morning started. You bounce on it and that could get you ready and all I was going to say perked up to get through the day, but it also when you bounce, they say you could bounce yourself like a baby and put yourself to sleep. So, that one could go either way.
I wouldn't do like a hard strong cardio and then go to sleep. I don't know uh if I'm missing health benefits from that or not, but you definitely are not supposed to elevate your heart rate and then sit down. You always need a cool down.
Spinach. What's up, Leroy?
My DNA salad. Well, yeah, spinach is cool. It's loaded with stuff. Um, my DNA salad. It could really be any. It says dark leafy greens. Okay. So, you're not doing anything wrong. If that's what you got, what you like, keep going. If you want to add to it, you can just add more different types of greens to it. Uh, make it your own. All I read was dark leafy greens, yellow and orange, fruits, and or vegetables. But for me to make it one, two, three, because I read that dandelion greens have more nutrients than spinach and kale together, that's my grab and go. I'm like, if I'm going to spend money on this and I got to get this done quick, I'm just going to grab the dandelion greens, yellow orange pepper, chop it up. Boom. I got the base. Then I read to have extra virgin olive oil. But be mindful, not all extra virgin olive oil is the best one. So, somebody let me know about the extra virgin olive oil and said that there's different brands that are better than others. So, look into that. I haven't done that.
Uh I have made this DNA salad on live before.
Let me see if I could find it. Uh I just recently put all my videos on private. I had over 6,000 videos. Now I think it says 2,000 something. Um, yeah, I could do it. I can't do it right now, but I could just tell you.
Get a bunch of dandelion grains.
Soak them in water. Clean them with vinegar.
Let it soak in water. Vinegar.
Clean your orange pepper, yellow pepper in the in there. Rinse it or not. Go ahead and chop up the peppers.
To chop up the pepper, first I make an incision in the top, taking out where the stem and the seeds are.
Then I chop it into what I call lines.
Then I take those lines and I spread them out and I chop them into cubes.
Clearly, it's not real lines or cubes, but you can use your imagination.
Do that same thing for the other pepper lines.
Cubes. Boom. Done. Take these leaves, rinse them. I go look at them one by one and make sure there's no little bug egg sacks stuck to it. Sometimes you'll see little lumps stuck onto it. Those are little bug egg sacks. They're sticky. So there on there, you got to make sure that this bunch doesn't have anything weird or gross attached to it in it.
Okay. You rinse them off. I look at them one by one. I put them all back together. I rip off the bottom.
Now, this part I'm going to keep. You rip it into bite-sized pieces to the leaves. Okay. The grip here at the stem is because it's a little more hard to rip it and tear it over here by the leaves. It's a little more delicate and gentle. So you could go like this.
Boom.
Leaves down.
Peppers in extra virgin olive oil.
Apple cider vinegar. I forgot to say that before.
Black pepper. And you're like, "Oh, yeah. This is going to be what helps my body absorb that." Turmeric. Turmeric.
One of the health benefits is anti-inflammatory. Turmeric.
Boom. That used to be all. You can add a drizzle of honey. So, it's not so bitter.
And newly added garlic, onion.
Now, if you want to get real cool and you're like, "This is a salad, but where's the food? I need a little crunch and munch."
This the green leaves is not doing it for me. They have something called buckwheat crisp bread or quinoa crisp bread. They look like crackers. So then you might take some of those, crunch it up.
Maybe you like a low cheese situation.
Maybe you want tofu. Maybe you precooked chicken. Then you start bumping up your salad with extra.
You put in the crisp bread cracker situation trying to stay as healthy as possible. Don't Don't get lost here.
Don't pick up those crackers that you just like and they they got bad ingredients in it.
Stay healthy. Here they have buckwheat crisp bread. It's a cracker. It's crunchy. They have quinoa ones.
Then you can add your little cheese. I don't know what type of cheese you're putting, but sprinkle however. If it's feta, sprinkle it. Chop it however you want your cheese with the cracker in the salad.
What else?
All right. Oh, if you want to really bump it up, then you can add whatever seeds would be a good mix. Some people add nuts. Maybe you got to chop up the nut first and then uh sprinkle that in. Maybe it comes already diced up a little bit. Um flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nut seeds, pumpkin seeds.
Could do whatever you want.
Yeah, croutons. I Yeah.
So, for me in place of the common croutons, I go to the buckwheat quinoa.
Hey, what's up, Brandon? Sir Phillip is back. Hello, Sir Phillip.
You love my crazy hair.
Me, too.
Um, okay. I Okay, we're good.
Everybody ready for neck stretches or we want to stay on this lovely food topic?
So AZ, here's the kickup. Are you ready to do it for two months straight?
That's that's been my goal for like my whole life now. Keeping up with it consistent two months. I haven't achieved that.
So, let's start June 1st.
Wait, what's today? Yeah, I'm gonna start June 1st again.
Hey, yay. Yay. Yay. Oh, that's right.
Back at you.
We're talking about food, health and fitness. Okay. Any more on this topic?
health and fitness topic.
Did I miss some gems? People dropped gems on me and I didn't see it. Gotcha.
Wait, I I just now saw that there's gems here. What did I miss?
Who was dropping gems on me? I missed it.
I missed little floating things.
I didn't get any gems.
There is no savior sent flowers.
I didn't see that. Let me get a screenshot.
How did I miss the flower?
All right, I'm back.
When do I sleep? What's up? Oh, I sleep like a baby.
All right. Thanks.
Thank you. Back at you. Um, everybody ready for next stretches?
AZ, do you do the neck stretches ever?
We don't really talk about it.
Message help for review. It's so funny when it's a Okay, neck stretches, guys. Upper trapezius scale leans levator scapula sternocly mastoid shoulder stretches.
Oh, back at the ankles. You ready for ankles? AC there's lots of ankle things.
And it turns out I do them on tiny steps toes days.
I'm not sure if you heard the last of what I said last time. Do you have the resistance bands?
The smaller ones. the small rubber ones that are like flat rubber. You have those you do the neck stretches throughout the day night.
Okay. Uh do you have the flat resistance bands?
That's my next I was like make sure I catch up with you in that part.
We're not done with these ankles. We're gonna get these ankles right. But don't forget all the way down to the toes. The toes support the foot. The foot supports the ankle. The ankle supports all the way up.
The muscles around the tibia, the fibula.
Did you know the posterior tibialis comes down around the front of the foot over the ankle?
Hi, hot flame.
I am not your granny, but I do plan to have a granny insta and flex on y'all in my bikinis.
Okay.
No, no, if we're doing ankles and you're trying to get back running, first of all, your appointment's tomorrow.
Ask for PT.
See if your insurance covers it. and get yourself.
Okay, get yourself this one.
I like when y'all inspire me to open these things that I never use.
Hold on.
These ones.
Okay.
Okay. They have the lightweight, medium, harder, and harder.
So then there's different things you do with your foot like that with resistance. But first, do no resistance.
Okay, the beach towel. I don't know what you're doing with your beach towel. It sounds cute, but you're going to need something like this. What's a towel going to do when this does this?
Okay.
I got to open them up. They're getting stuck together. That's how long I didn't use it. Okay.
No, I don't. We leave the splits alone.
Next question.
I stretch.
That's called an adductor stretch. Your upper inner thigh area. There's muscles there to stretch.
I don't I never wanted to do a split. I don't know. There's nothing about it that's like for me. Split for what? What are we doing?
Stretch. I stretch.
All right. What else?
Everybody ready? We covered it. You saw those.
Next up is neck stretches.
All right, cool. You're going to get it.
I think you need it. If you're going to do ankles, you need that. But also the weight you got beyond that based on what you said of course speak to your health care professional and maybe I got it wrong but based on what you said and me myself having extra weight foot problem understanding ankles I thought of two more things obviously you're already working on it weight loss strengthening the muscles flexibility. Make sure that the muscles around the foot because of the tension just for anyone from walking the muscles some muscles get too tight and while some of them are getting tight some of them are getting looser and weaker uh and so weight loss but also don't you see my footwear is not cute I mean it's cute to me they're cute to me they're not the typical cute sneakers that's popular that everybody's trying to do. Uh, but you need footwear that in the meantime, especially while you're healing, supports up the ankle. So, like a midtop, high top situation.
All right.
Incognito. What happened to this? You're a different incognito.
Yeah, I like my boots. I first of all, they're sneakers.
But what's so funny and what I love about it, if you if you look at some 2021 videos back then, I was looking I was making it up. I was like, running sneaker boots. I really wanted a running sneaker boot.
They didn't really have a lot. I found one Adidas one and I slapped my I get up logo on it. iron on and yeah, it's very important. But when you're running, you need when you're running or walking though, you need that area to also permit the movement at the foot and the ankle. So you don't tie them up too much, too tight, so that you could walk for real, but it's still supporting. If you need to want to, you put on also the little stretchy type bands for the foot ankle area. If you have healing to do, but you're still doing things that plus the weight loss and the like strengthening exercises and stretches.
Yeah, that'll all work out. Also take one day at a time. Don't do too much too fast if you don't want to end up with the excess skin. Sometimes we have to do a lot fast in order to keep different other aspects of our health and then we have to deal with the excess skin. But if that's not you, do it in a moderate pace so that your body gets the memo and it can come with you as you start to lose the weight. Again, you're still on the younger side, believe it or not. So, now is the time to really get that cuz when you get older is not only harder, but the skin the snapback doesn't snap back quite the same.
Brooks are nice. Yeah. So you got the bottom foot support, but if you're looking for ankle support, get something that goes up. And don't worry about look and or ladies or whatever you care about. Worry about number one, your comfort, your health, and all that first. And then real if I don't know if this is like a concern of yours, but real people will notice more the confidence that you have in what you're doing and how you move rather than how it like it might not be somebody's typical type of footwear or whatever that. Okay.
And then when you start feeling yourself, you start standing taller. You move different. And people are actually going to look what you got on. Why you feeling so good?
Okay.
I'm glad we have this talk. Anything else?
What's up, gogetters? It's a health and fitness channel.
Anything else? I'm going to move on into next stretches unless we got more.
Oh, you are block.
Step one. Step two. Sometimes you don't even let them know. Step two.
All right, next stretches. Okay, at the start of this video, I did do my breathing exercises. I was on mute, but I still went ahead and I took deep breaths in and out.
From here, we're going neck stretches. I love wearing this thing for neck stretch.
Okay, I guess you good. You good?
So, for me, I got extra fat in this belly right now. But we got to take it easy here cuz I'm noticing the skin is not keeping up. This is a lot of weight loss for this body and this was my biggest area and so I need that skin to keep up. So, I have to take it a little easy. Keep working my way through it. Make sure that skin is coming with us.
Otherwise, I'm going to have excess skin and I'm not and it won't go down. It actually seems like it needs the support of the fat in there to come down with it.
Okay, I'm going to go neck stretches.
Shoulders back and down.
I have a mirror right here. I'm going to use it. Upper trapezius. The upper trapezius stretch goes a little something like this.
Upper trapezius. This part.
Find your first point of tension.
Stop and hold for 30 seconds and breathe.
more flexible. Yeah.
And what are you sorry for it?
You are like the last one that needs to I I I deserve a lot of apologies from what happens in this comment section.
You are not one of them.
Um, what uh what's up the mage frog? It's a health and fitness channel. I got to block you. I don't like that.
Message help for a review.
Okay. Yeah. So, in junior high school, I used to think I was fitting in with people wearing a shoulder bag.
Some popular brand shoulder bag. It had me like this. My books were heavy. So in order to hold it, I was like this. I still have muscles that are too tight in here that have me out of alignment.
Now I'm here. I was waiting for like some more conversation. I was like, "Oh, I don't see anything. Let me stretch."
But I'm here to talk all this. This is what I'm doing it here for. Nobody's stretching with me.
Uh, okay. And I'm not in a rush.
Okay. Shoulders back and down. Yes, this side is tighter than this side.
But this is what I was telling you about alignment. That's why before I told you what to do, I wasn't about to give you just ankle exercises because there's so many muscles up the foot, up the leg that I don't know. I can't see you. If if any of it's tight, I can't really take your word for it. Of course, like I trust that your knee is aligned with your second third toe and you're standing up tall and straight. Yeah. But there might be something that you might not notice that I might not notice. Uh we watch your gate. Maybe while standing there, you can stand like this, but maybe when you walk, it might come off either at the heels or the foot. Um, and so when we do that, we're looking for muscles that might be too tight or too loose around the joint.
But so that same mentality you take from the feet and we look at your kinetic chain. Your kinetic chain, ankles, knees, hips. So now we talk about shoulders. Look, while I sit here, this one's a little higher. It's from back then.
Yeah. But nobody cares when you're a little kid. Nobody cares ever.
That's going to be up to you. Even if I brought this to the doctor, they won't know what to do.
They're going to be like, "Okay, you got pain?" No, I not paint. It's just not aligned.
So, boom. Shoulders back and down to the best of your ability. Even when I go like this, my stretch is here from my pull-up bar. Observe all that. Shoulders back and down. If you have rounded shoulders now and we're looking at shoulder alignment, there's a whole load of muscles that can cause that. I did mention it in some of the members video, right? I went over the muscles that cause um what is called pronation distortion syndrome. outward toes, inward knees, upper cross syndrome, rounded shoulders with your head protruded forward, and uh lower cross syndrome, which is an excessive lower back arch.
Uh meaning that these hips are forward when they need to be straight up and aligned if they could depending on what your body is doing. Okay, so it's back and down.
So this is something I aim to correct when I'm here.
And then you lean upper trapezius stretch. Boom.
Breathe. Now what's hard for me in this position is it's harder to breathe in proper alignment.
So my body got used to being like this.
This is where I'm comfortable breathing at.
If I am using my muscles in a different way, pulling it back, proper alignment, now I feel muscles uh that need to stretch more and make space for my lungs as I breathe.
So, there's lots of little things like that that you might not hear me say, my own personal experience, but maybe that helps y'all understanding or paying attention to different things that might happen for you.
So, here's this upper trapezius stretch.
If you don't feel a stretch, you take your hand, place it behind you. If you still don't feel a stretch, you take your other hand and place on your head.
I am a certified personal trainer, but I don't I don't know if that's why I'm fit. I've always been sporty, kind of fit. I actually got super fat. I'm in the middle of losing weight.
I'm still overweight today. My scale called me obese, but I'll be overweight tomorrow and then give me to next week I'm going to be back fit.
Uh it I don't know if it helps reduce snoring, but maybe you want to look into that. Do neck stretches help reduce snoring? I will go ahead and just look that up real quick for you.
No, I never broke anything.
No, I just have that chronic injury in my left foot, which I think is there because well, I used to wear cute sandals.
Believe it or not, I used to dress cute, feel cute, flat sandals, no support, knowing that this might hurt, might like cause a bunion or something, but I still went for the cute summer sandals.
I don't know if it's the day that I tripped on a crack and I really hurt my foot. Uh, but that was up at the toes, but since then I had a chronic injury in my foot, but it's it just never stopped. And it could have to do with malignment. Um, when I was young, I used to sit crisscross applesauce even on the school chairs until one of the teachers told me not to do that because my legs might grow bent out of shape.
Um, and I don't know what reason my leg has to be a little bit maligned, let's say, but my left foot, that injury either started because of malalignment, overuse of the foot, but also maybe because of the extra weight I put on. So, yes, when I'm slimmer, it takes the weight off the feet, off the knees. Um, and then when you build muscle, the muscles help keep it strong around the joints. So then you can lift up off uh what might cause your injury. So it really wasn't until that I found that footwear that it gave me an opportunity to get it together because if you have a foot injury and you have to lose weight, but it hurts when you walk, it it gives you a lot of limitations. But now with that footwear, I could walk again without pain. And um now I I never feel pain. It's shocking because it was almost 10 years.
What's up, sad panda? You like You see this forehead?
Wow. Sounds like you really like it with the OMG in the front.
Okay. And what else here?
Look at this one. AZ, you see this?
These are messages held for review. I'm going to unhide them so y'all could see what I deal with.
Okay, AZ. I only talk health and fitness. If your conversation is not on a health and fitness comic, I will just gladly ignore you. If you try to be mean, I'll block you and report you as one 123. I'm grown up.
I'm glad you think it's that funny.
All right.
Uh, I never broke anything.
Never got too badly injured.
Like severely injured. I had little injury.
Uh, I sprained my neck. You want You want that conversation or No, I can't find the video. I was recording, too. I was doing a get up. I was heavier and I tried to do a one arm hang. I was trying not to lose that technique and then I slipped.
My hand slipped. My head hit the frame like this. Ah, and then I sprained my neck. It lasted a couple weeks. I couldn't move like these.
Look, AZ, they did it again. Is it the same one? Yeah. See, um, they don't always come out and ask trans. They ask, uh, when I was bald with my eyebrows shaved and when it was growing back or if I have my scarf on, uh, are you a man? That's how they they would ask, "Are you a man? Are you a man?" This is a man.
No, they wrote man, woman, or it one time back in the day when I first open the comments cuz I had it all for years. I first put it on there was that was my comment. There was like another sentence that was so disrespectful. It was like men, women or it has to be it because blah blah, right? And then that comment, but the other comment that had me turn my comments back off forever, not forever, for many years after was when they wrote, um, I was on my pull-up bar and they said, "Cardio will do wonders for those flaps."
And I was like, "Hold on, you don't need to call my fat flaps."
If I want to call my fat flaps, I'll do that.
Now, if they wrote flabs, I don't think it would have bothered me. It could have been a typo. What's up, Batman Begins and Quagmire? You're both here.
Um, yeah. I don't know. Trans is new.
They did say that a few times before, but lately Oh, it might be this part. This part, I don't know. No makeup, the jawline.
Regular looking person sometimes. No earrings. I don't know what I don't know what's doing it for them right now other than I didn't I don't like go for like silky beautiful luxurious luxurious looking hair and lashes and lipstick and plump lips and all the extra stuff like fake false extra stuff. I didn't do that which I think if I did like even my makeup yesterday they were asking that too but I get it that makeup could could appear as such as well so I don't know also probably the way I carry myself it's a little maybe a little different a lot to take in at once and because they can't process this they just to say whatever they want.
Oh, when I sprained my neck, I couldn't move just so I could heal. Two weeks.
Yeah. In like um that that happened in like I want to say 2018 when I when I last fell. I have a video.
I'm pretty sure it's in my external hard drive. I've been wanting to share it.
Uh I didn't stop permanently. I stopped until I healed. There's another time I sprain my neck because if I take time off from this and I try to get back up back in the day I play some song. I was so happy to get back up that I went hard with whatever fast-paced music it was.
I was biking left, right, up, down, doing all the things. And then I was I was going out with somebody. I think it was like my birthday later on that day.
Um I almost cancelled because I just couldn't move my neck just from doing like this on my pull-up bar.
So I sprained my neck twice because of the pull-up bar. But both could have been avoided. It was my fault.
Uh Batman, what's up?
It's a fresh sunny morning.
I hope you have a great kick start to the week. Wow. Not just the day, but the week.
Oh, I know what day it is. 67.
I see you, Batman. All right, Quagmire.
I like how you described your style as flashy and clashy, but still cute, cozy, and comfortable.
It feels really unique because it shows you're bold, but still yourself.
Who are you? Quagmire.
Quagmire keeps pulling out details from old videos. I did call myself flashy and clashy. Why are you showing me that you're really listening?
Where is that video?
Most of my videos are a blog. So either you you just were going through my videos and it's still there or you were on that day and took notes.
I look like a model.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
All right, let's see this message. tell for review. Uh, you really know how to find good little gems like $4 bodysuits on random shopping trip.
It's actually kind of impressive.
That video is definitely I know which video that one is. That's the one that just reached a thousand views on the homepage where I'm holding the the clothing items up before I started putting my own logo on them.
All right. Any more questions? I like the Q&A. You got any more?
Maybe I'll stretch while you do that cuz I I do have to do something soon.
Not yet, but soon. I just got to stay timely.
Sup, toxic.
I'mma pull my shorts all the way up.
Yeah. All right, let's go. What?
What type of water is that? I don't know what you're talking about.
Uh, upper trapezius shoulders back and down and lean. Find your first point of tension. Stop and hold for 30 seconds.
Keep breathing. Take your hand and place it behind you. If I could go back in time, would you do this channel wearing a mask like you wanted to? Oh, somebody was listening.
Are you Quagmire also AZ's finest? You got two channel.
You're usually the only one with the details. Quagmire is just catching up.
Uh, mask.
[ __ ] Almost crying. I'm not going to cry and I'll answer. Just give me one minute.
What? That's something Quack Meyer says, right?
Um, the mask.
I could do this.
The reason why this is hard is because Oh, shoot.
Just give me a minute. Maybe I need a little minute before I answer that one.
That's a good one. I couldn't answer it and I want to. It just goes to a rough place.
Um, the mask. Okay. Originally, I was super duper so scared to be on the internet.
Um, and I was very uncomfortable and triggered with the types of explicit remarks that people make. And it used to be very triggering because of my experience earlier on in life.
Um, I was harmed when I was 16 by somebody that was 10 years older and then they threatened they made threats to not say anything and that happened back then.
So that made it very difficult to live a life like nothing happened wrong for a long time.
Oh [ __ ] Oh [ __ ] Sorry.
Okay, I could do it. I'm fine.
So, uh, part of the reason for that was to still do what I love, but still feel safe, I think.
But honestly, now that I see how the internet goes and I don't think the mask would have done anything, I would also was like I have to wear like trash bags and just share what I love. But I would like to say that um I was able to work through that in like healthy ways. But what I learned rec like just last year, I obviously I I did the counseling. I tried to work on it.
Um I thought a mask would be cool cuz the mask actually was before co so people weren't wearing masks. The only way we associated masks to or the only thing would be gangs back then before co so I'll be like h I didn't know how to really do it but people were doing it for winter so I was like I'll do that but also one thing that I try to do is still keep myself protected from that person so I didn't want my face on the internet back in the day the and still to Now everybody's connected. You got one person in common. You can't get rid of some people. That person for my safety, I have to make sure that is all the way gone.
So that would have been for that reason.
Would I decide to still keep the mask? I think it would have been a cool look.
Like um now I can do it more confidently. And actually, because you mentioned this and we had this little talk, I would love to just put the mask on cuz I could and I could also have it off if I want, but I could have definitely made that work. But as far as being triggered by the explicit comments back, I'm okay now. uh back then when I still felt very insecure and like almost like you end up feeling reharmed even though it's not happening but just the disappointment in humanity that probably would have been too much for me back then. Um what I did was keep showing myself that I'm safe. So, a lot of those videos you don't see what I'm really going through.
Um, just to do something that should be basic. Long story short, um, did I answer your question? Mask.
Would I go back and wear a mask or should I have worn the mask and stay hidden? No, I don't think I would have.
Um, when you do that, yeah, it's more mysterious, but I wouldn't be able to connect with people for real. And I think that for me, this is my favorite part is saying, "Hey, this is what happened back then. This is what I overcame. This is how I was thinking.
This is what I've done since then, face here, body here, and that's what I survived. and what it took just to sit here chilling is something that I know nobody will understand. But um that's why you see me do it how I do it where nothing's going to touch me from here.
Once you survive certain things there there's nothing that can touch you again. Long story short, oh wow, Batman. Uh, well, I wish I did more for my health and fitness. It's just that um there's there's a lot of support missing for people, even for me being into fitness. So, I wish that I did more starting even when I first really got into this at 32. Actually, I've been into this my whole life. I couldn't find friends that were really into this that wanted to do things together. Um, and so, uh, unfortunately, it was really hard to stay healthy and fit starting young. I'm just happy that no matter what, I didn't let it go.
Uh, AZ, I'm concerned about you. Are you okay?
the plateaus of the muscles. That's the only thing I understood from that all this myo sty sty stylo I don't know I don't know if you okay I'm okay so ignore trolls they exist give instances for kids to not end up like them yeah we ignore trolls correct um there's more to that story it's going to be heartbreaking but that's why I was just going to leave it to like a documentary type thing one day.
Nope. Not crying.
Not at all.
Guys ready for next stretches.
I would go back and wear the mask.
I will also go back and not wear the mask.
Whatever I needed to do to get where I'm at today, do it. If I felt more comfortable with the mask first, yeah, I actually would love a whole channel with mask. We might redo this whole thing and live it out the other way just cuz of this conversation and use it as part of the story. The two different ways that I could have two different direction I could have taken.
Play them both out. It's a good idea.
Thanks, AZ.
Uh, thanks.
I don't need a hug. I'm good.
Message help for review. All right, I'm going to do this because my phone is dying and so am I. Let's go.
I just meant in time. Like time is passing and we don't got that much.
Don't worry. Uh just the conversation is good.
A motorcycle at home. Yeah, that would have been cool.
Yeah. I mean, we're not even there yet.
I don't I don't hashtag I don't do all the things. We're still doing this in spirit.
When I'm ready to do the extra, we'll do the extra.
Look at Look at this, Daisy. Look at this one. I just had to unhide it.
I'm going to block this one.
Nah, hugs don't do it for me. I apologize. Maybe y'all like hugs. I'm not a hugger. Okay.
neck stretches, upper trapezius, shoulders back and down. Actually, AZ, fun fact. When I started to learn about, first of all, I had to see the person in court for a different reason. In order for me to get through court, I broke them down into cells.
That's always fun. I was like, "Oh, they're nothing." Cuz they used to scare the [ __ ] out of me.
Mind you, after getting physically harmed a few times, so when I had to face them, I was still not okay. But when I was like, "Oh, break them down into a bunch of cells, it worked."
And then I was like, I got this. Chill's backing down.
Find your first point of tension. Stop and hold for 30 seconds. If you don't feel a stretch, take your hand, place it behind you. If you still don't feel a stretch, take your other hand, place it on your head. If you still don't feel a stretch, gently press.
How do I soo myself?
You're saying in order for you to feel soothed, you like hugs.
So, you don't understand somebody that doesn't like hugs. Hugs are not soothing for me.
Unless it's my family and not even everyone in my family, just my close family. That's the only hug I like. Lean.
All right. You want to talk about hugs?
I didn't grow up with hugs.
So, what happened with the hugs is in junior high school, I had a friend that liked hugs.
Take your hand, place it behind you.
She would come up and hug me. And I didn't I didn't know what to do. I'm not even lying.
She came up and she would hug me and I didn't put my arms on her.
She came up. She was happy to see me. I was happy to see her. She hugged me and I didn't.
Then she said, "Uh, hug me back." So, I put my hands on her but I didn't hug. I didn't squeeze.
She was like, "Hug me." I was like, "Okay." So, I did the I did the movement.
And she did this a lot and that's how I learned to hug. But I don't think I really like it.
The last time you hugged a stranger, that sounds hilarious.
Yeah. I mean, they're nice. They're nice gestures.
I saw some friends the other day. We hugged, but it's hard to tell people that you don't like it.
Like, I like it and it's nice. It's a nice idea, but I also am not that comfortable.
All right. Upper trapezius scaling shoulders back and down. Up.
Find your first point of tension. Stop and hold for 30 seconds. If you don't feel this stretch, there should be no pain in the back of the neck here. No discomfort.
Okay. Lean.
Gaze over the outer part of the other knee. Look up.
Find your first point of tension. Stop and hold for 30 seconds. If you don't feel a stretch, take your hand, place it behind you. If you still don't feel a stretch, take your other hand, place it on your head. If you still don't feel a stretch, gently breath, still breathing.
And I realize that what I said might be kind of heavy, especially if it's brand new to you.
Um, I've learned to live with it and just deal with it. And it's like, um, these things are all help helpful and healing. No matter what the situation is, it's grounding.
Um, so don't worry, I'm fine now. Uh, gaze over the outer part of the other knee. Look up.
If you don't feel a stretch, take your hand, place it behind you. If you still don't feel a stretch, you take your other hand, place it on your head. And if you still don't feel a stretch, you gently press.
I kind of like the clashy green with this top.
What's up, fian?
Right. There you go. Hugging the pull bar. This I do hug my polar bar. This my little bestie. All right, we did upper trapezius scalines.
Let's go to sternoccllyomomastoid.
Sternoccllyomomas mastoid attaches at the sternum, the clavicle and the mastoid. Let's see if I could show you today.
Is this right here?
Okay.
In order to stretch the sternocclato mastoid, mind you, I'm going to add something to the stretch that is not an official part of the stretch. I'm going to be observing uh how and if I can release tension here at my jaw by opening my mouth.
Oh no.
Okay, I'm not going to lie.
It's a little harder to hear when it's happening to somebody else.
That's very upsetting.
It is very common.
It does need to be talked about.
You said nobody know. You didn't You don't talk You didn't talk to anybody yet.
It's important to talk to somebody.
You got to talk to somebody some way.
I got more to my story. Just make sure whoever you're talking to has your best interest in mind because the case that I have is for the person that was supposed to be able to provide uh counseling and help professionally.
And I asked them for my records and they didn't keep any. They took money. didn't keep any and used my circumstances to their benefit to study to elevate in their uh education to get a higher and higher degrees.
They made me they they made me intentionally they intentionally caused more harm and I didn't learn until the end of last year. So, I'm shocked that not only do these things happen, but we turn to the professional care systems and the amount of failure to the extent of the failure is beyond disappointing. And I'm going to be honest, this part, me trying to put together a case against the person that was supposed to help on that level, that's where I work on these deep breaths for real.
For real. Because the type of harm that could have caused if I didn't have this is a big problem and very concerning to think about other people that this is happening to that just never get a chance to get all the way up. So even though I'm sorry to hear that, I feel like this is not for no reason. Part of this channel is to connect with other peoples that can other people that can relate to a lot of these unfortunate circumstances and get up together, feel stronger together, stay healthy together, and use your voice together.
Oh, okay. Good. I'm glad you're speaking.
That's it.
You're just speaking about it.
Oh, but they're out.
All right. Well, I think a further conversation should be had. Um, I understand more things now. So be mindful that I realize so I I brought it up the other day without fully talking about it, but it's because of things like this happening to people when they're young that sometimes as they get older, it shows in different ways and it affects our dayto-day or it could in different ways even if we've overcome it, including how we deal with triggers and stress.
and then it can show in our body.
So even though I am very upset and I'm sorry and this is I didn't expect this to come up today. Um, I think that part of the reason why I feel like I'm supposed to show up and even share different parts of this is because it's more common um probably than not and it's very sad and this is what real life consists of and this is what real people are dealing with and um the conversation should be here and also different um coping skills and ideas for health um to help people continue to survive.
Yeah.
What's up, Fabian? Sorry it took me a minute. where we a very important discussion was um mentioned prior to this part two days um congratulations I hope we continue counting days there's another commenter that's counting days of their progress as well Midwest Mike what's up good morning oh Larry Gonzalez thank you yes uh so I only removed it to keep their private personal information private, not because I didn't think it was valid.
They know that I their feelings are valid. Yes. And so I really appreciate the positive community that everyone's here helping to create and it's uplifting and people are making progress. People are letting go of uh negative things and really trying to hold on to good things. So nice job.
Keep it up. What's up? Good morning, Lenny G.
Wait.
So, I deleted like 6,000 Oh, wait. I deleted maybe 3,000 video or not deleted. I put about 3,000 videos on this channel on private. So, lucky for you. Now, when I click your screen name and try to remember our whole conversation over the months, most of them are gone. That's why I couldn't see the history on some people. I got most of the um live videos have been uh put on private so I can't see the history of our conversations anymore but I do know that I kind of have like a different type of dialogue with each comment.
All right. Um so far I did the uh upper trapezius scalings.
It's hard to continue with that. I got to process that one.
You never really want to connect with anybody on that topic. But I just had a friend from elementary school recently open up to me about that.
Yeah. What's up, Naven?
Wait, what's the name of your main channel again? I didn't do it. Who did it? Ma, what did you even do? Why are you blocked on your main channel?
1.6 kilometer. How many miles is that?
If you could tell me how how about this?
You could figure out the miles. I do a I only walk. Yeah, a fast. You said run.
I can't last a mile running cuz I had a foot injury. I walk 20 minutes.
For real, let me sound so sweet. What was the joke?
The foot injury. It's just been a chronic injury on my foot.
Yeah, I can't run real good. Actually, the footwear that I have that helps me feel better. I'm trying to get Hoka allows you a year to exchange.
So I'm trying to exchange it and get a new pair.
So they're asking for like a one mile.
Then the mother removes you. What was your joke though?
Were you trying to say you learned your lesson? What's the screen name? I look it up.
I look up your screen name.
I don't know the joke.
You ran a 5K.
20 minutes. That's not me.
I'll look for it. There's like 500 block people. I'll find it. If I find it, I'll unblock it. Why do you need it to be unblocked if you're using this one? Just cuz you that's like the one you like to enjoy your time on social media with.
You go like sign in special is Lenny G here.
Look at Na'Vi said.
All right. I was doing something important one moment ago. Let me see.
Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Not saying this conversation is not important, but we talking about your blocked.
Why are you blocked? You got yourself blocked. Now you want me to come back and save you. You got yourself blocked by the mod and now and the mod was protecting me and now you want me to come back and save your screen.
Oh, was I bald?
Wow, that's actually kind of sweet.
You put your real name.
All right, I'll save you when I feel like it. I don't really That's in my laptop. I can't do it from my phone. Now you left my head. Right. All right. You probably came in clowning. You didn't you didn't realize it's a block and report channel.
Yeah.
Can't hurt my feelings over here and stay.
You have long hair. That's nice.
Somebody Somebody asked me if I knew somebody that braids hair. I said, "No, but I'm looking too." And then she said, "Well, I braid." And I was like, "Well, I braid. I can box braid tight.
I can braid.
But I was like, her hair is long.
Like there's a lot of it and it's long.
She's like, I could pay you if you need.
And I was like, I usually don't take people's money, so there's going to be time.
It would be nice, but I don't even know her that well.
I don't know. Well, anyways, that should be coming up this week soon. Only because I know what it's like to want to get your hair braided.
And then different types of textured hair. Not everybody wants to braid it.
All right. Boom. Sternocly cloudy mastoid. Gaze over the outer part of the knee. head back to the side in between.
If you don't feel a stretch, take your hand, place it behind you. If you still don't feel a stretch, take your other hand, place it on your head. Let gravity work. And if you still don't feel a stretch, you gently press over here. I'm going to move my jaw around just to release tension. It's not an official part of the strip.
Oh, I'm totally aware that it could look really weird and funny.
I got over it. I don't care.
Okay.
I mean, I'm I'm fine. I get it. You've been consistent since.
Like, cool. So, I don't see a problem with it.
I understand you didn't mean to get yourself black. You came in, you didn't know me. You thought I was another weirdo on the internet and you thought you decided to play.
Then you're like, "Oh, shoot. I played with the wrong one."
And you're like, "Okay, I get it.
All right, fine. I can undo it. I kind of remember this.
All right. I don't see what the big deal is.
What's funny is we didn't block this one and you're the same person.
If we if we were really gatekeeping, if we were really good security, as soon as you said you were the other one, we would should have blocked you already.
All right.
What you mean? Yeah, I don't play.
I skip recess.
This look like recess to you. Shoulders back and down. Gaze over the outer part of the knee. Head back to the side in between.
Breathe.
Breathe.
Take your hand, place behind you on your head. Let gravity work. Gently press.
Boom. Done.
See you. Okay. Have fun. Have a good run. Have fun on your run.
Okay. Now, I have a mirror here. That's why you see me facing the man in the mirror.
next.
They be like, "What?" Oh, man.
It's a song.
All right. We did.
What did we do? This one. This one. This one. Okay. This one. Gaze over the out part of the knee. Chin to chest.
Hand can come up like this. Place your hand on your head. Let gravity work. If you don't feel a stretch, you can gently press.
You can stop and hold for 30. I got to move. My phone is dying. Gaz over the outer part of the knee. Chin the chest.
Arm up.
Gently press.
Very nice. Let's keep going.
Terrest major bop bop.
You probably don't know what that means.
It's just sound effects.
Oh, my back felt funny right there.
But lean.
Ah, the last thing I'm going to do here is going to be with one of these babies.
What's funny is I never even used this one. And it looks it looks all cracked up cuz this is one level up from the green one.
the green one.
All right.
I do not partake.
I don't know if I ever even been there.
I'm always like, "Yo, what's the hype?"
I did see I think it was Instagram some videos on it about what's what's got to be in there for the line to be so long.
All right. Really? You supposed to pick one. I'm not going to take all these babies with us.
All right. Please excuse me.
Yeah, I got to be careful what I say on this conversation. I don't know. I never been there. I got to do my own research.
I definitely heard what people are saying. Am I surprised? No. Because it's like the rest of them. A lot of them get bought out by other companies. Do you know a Look at who owns.
There's only like three major companies that own everything.
Okay, look into it. There's like a map.
Even the farms that started private owned organic, once it looks like they're doing a little something, they get bought out and then they change it. And y'all don't know cuz the other ones built your trust already.
Uh subscapularis stretch. You only need one of these.
Boom.
And the other side.
All right, that's it.
Which ones?
What hormones are in it? What do you mean?
For real? Yeah, I'd be curious. I mean, we could do like a project.
I don't know how much I could do here. I mean, I don't want my face on certain conversations just to stay safe, but um Mhm.
Look them up. Whatever it is, look it up. All the answers are at our fingertips. There's absolutely no reason not to know.
Yeah. I don't I don't I have to just be careful what I say. I was thinking about going into a fast food restaurant yesterday just to see what changed over the years.
I kind of I thought and then once I started to think about it, I was like, "Oh, never.
Just don't just don't do it." Because there is going to be something about the smell and then you're going to want to believe that it's okay.
But I just didn't step inside.
What is that?
What are you saying? What is that word?
I'm looking it up.
It's food.
That is food.
No, I never heard of it.
Do you have brown?
Oh, it's ice cream.
That's a brand of ice cream. She's saying it like it's popular.
Yeah. No, it looks fun.
They all usually do.
Um, if the screen goes dark, my phone died. Okay.
I It's a long story, but I I broke another charger. Somehow it broke. I have to get another one.
All right. Any more uh questions? I like questions.
I could do like seven more minutes unless my phone dies.
Oh, okay.
I'm old.
Yeah, I don't know. I have chargers like um but they seem to be like slow charge chargers and it's just way too slow.
Like it doesn't even really do anything.
Even if I plugged it in right now, it's still going to die.
I just have to buy a new one. I just don't really want to because I just bought a new one and they keep breaking at the part and it's not my fault.
This just seems like cheap. Maybe I gotta not buy the cheap one I get.
Exactly. I'm old.
I just want to eat good today. It's like new goals when you get old.
Eat well.
Continue to get this fat out of your gut.
Boom. Done.
Uh, I have a family member that has that brand.
I really like the ones that first of all open up into a full square. It's a whole TV basically. I want that one, but then another family member has the flip one, but the whole screen folds. Like, it's a full screen. It's a bendy screen.
I want that one, too.
Yeah, my my pro it. That's funny. Uh, probably it was dead and that's when I bought a new one. Yeah, I didn't care. Uh, because there's another charger in here. It's just belongs to somebody else. So, I don't bother them for their charger too much.
Back at you.
What are y'all going to do? You're going to enjoy your day here with this forehead and hair or what? Um, I do hope to do mystery exercise Mondays.
That's where I take my two books, 500 exercises each, about 1,000 exercises, all of which could be done in the comfort of your own home. I flip through the pages, my eyes closed, I let my finger land on an exercise, and boom, mystery exercise. I do like yogurt, but yeah, yogurt is actually one of the I don't know prebiotics or probiotics, but you got to choose the right one. Of course, try to stay away from the sugar.
If there's no sugar, I put honey. I do do 0%. There's the other ones that have like the mint flavor. I do that, but not often cuz then you put all the little chocolate in there and mint flavor. Oh, it's amazing.
Is that what it's called? Something like that.
Yeah. Otherwise, I do 0% fat. Great.
Then I'll put honey and 100% pure cacao nibs.
Yeah. The store I went to for my 100% pure cacao, it used to come in a bar and I used to blend it, but now it comes, they stopped selling that one there. So, I found it somewhere else and it comes as nibs. So, it's like little chunks of dark chocolate that I could sprinkle in my yogurt and then you get your antioxidants from there plus all the other benefits.
Um, I feel like I could do so much more in these conversations. I'm a little distracted cuz I'm hungry.
So, I would love to try to come back. Although, I might be doing some study time first.
So, if I don't come back, it's because I'm handling responsibilities and study time.
If I do come back, I probably still did the responsibilities and study time, but had energy to keep uh working out or focusing on this, too. It's a lot of stuff to balance in a day.
Yeah, I like food conversation. Thanks for the hearts. I usually talk cardiovascular system. Oh, let me go back and get that screening that you want me I read it, but I got to go back and take a screenshot and look for it. I got it. I see it.
All right, everybody. Good.
You have more questions?
I like I like a good old Q&A.
Yeah, I ate oats yesterday.
You're welcome.
I don't know what you said, so I don't really feel like saying you're welcome to be honest. I probably I'm probably still salty about what you said. I just don't remember. There's been many many more trolling comments since then.
I just don't know which one is you.
Hello.
Why would you like to elaborate about what you would like me to answer about what happened to my face? What is it about my face that you think I should tell you what happened to it? Which part?
All right, Lenny. Uh, I ate rolled oats yesterday. Yeah, it was amazing. I ate the oatmeal yesterday and the day before. It's really good, satisfying feeling.
I felt like uh I met my uh nutrient goal with it. I put I didn't show you. Yeah, I showed the oatmeal 100 times yesterday. Yeah, I might go to the oats today. I'm not sure. It doesn't have to be the last question. It's just my phone is dying.
I don't really like fruit salad. I don't like when the juices of different fruits get on each other.
Like if you put watermelon, then it's going to get juicy on my strawberries.
I also get like a an allergic reaction when different citrus fruits or things like that are mixed and then I get blisters in my mouth. What do you call them? like welps from a getting an allergic reaction on my tongue. Uh yeah, so I don't really do fruit salad. If you want me to make something up, the other day I did buy one for my family. It just had the usual what I put in my blend.
Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries.
All right.
Hello fruit salad. What's your favorite fruit?
Put it in.
I guess don't mix it. Put if if unless you like it mixed, just put it in layers. If I do do something like that, I will put it in layers.
For some reason, I'm seeing sliced bananas, blueberries.
If it is strawberries in a salad type form, I would want to cut it. But then you get your strawberry juice on things.
You You like blackberries? I actually don't like them that much. And I'm not allergic. That's too bad.
Lenny G, don't engage, sir.
They asked me what's wrong with my face already or something.
Yeah, we should definitely do fruit salads. I just I don't know. I feel like every fruit should stand alone unless you're blending it. If you notice, I don't really eat the fruits. I need them blended or I don't really eat it unless I'm dipping my strawberry and whipped cream or something and chocolate syrup.
Or the banana sundae. Oo, banana whipped cream. All the good stuff on top. Chop up some strawberries there.
See what I'm saying?
No.
Got to make it fun or not and grow up a little bit and just eat it cuz it's healthy. But that's why I blend it.
Uh, what are you trying to do, Lenny?
They don't usually say that in regards to actual food items. I hope you realize I hope you realize what you've just said, especially here.
Nanner splits. That's what you call it.
A nanner.
You know what? I just remembered how much it sucks to type out all your thoughts. I tried to comment on somebody's life before and it sucked.
especially when they don't see it and when they uh don't understand what you said and then you have to like rewrite it or when you're texting it out and autocorrect hits it and you have to go back and correct it. So, thank you for your time in your texts today on this live.
What's Oklahoma have to do with it though?
Yeah.
Yeah. I mean, look up health the health benefits of the seasoning.
Uh yeah.
Sometimes I put salt on my avocado. Give a little extra oomph.
Yeah. Season it. Look up the health benefits of the A lot of seasonings have health benefits. So, if you could boost up flavor and get benefits, do it. Do it. Do it. Do it. Right.
I'm hungry. This conversation is like, "What am I seasoning when we're done with it?"
Nah, we don't say I don't I don't say nanners. I don't know anybody that calls it nanners. It sounds like maybe baby slang over here. Yeah, we don't. Only babies will call it a nanner.
Look at this guys. That message got held for review.
Now you see why I just give up on health and fitness and call it block and report.
You putting smiles.
All right, guys. I like to eat food. I'm going to carry on and eat something.
Thanks for chatting. A man, I don't know what to say. Do you often tell people was what what it was or is it just because I said it first?
I'm I was just wondering do you are is it part of your healing process where you talk about it like easy or no? Cuz I talk about it clearly today wasn't that easy only because I remembered the emotions of feeling like I needed a mask to show up anywhere. Well, on social media.
Yeah, in my doorway I block and report.
Although I'm not in my doorway right now.
Yeah, I just block a report now.
>> Excuse me. Including you, honey.
Thanks. Thanks for all those emojis, guys. What's up? It's a health and fitness channel. It might not look like it cuz I'm a real human doing real human things.
Regular M& Oh, you mean when most of the time that means this conversation comes up regularly?
Ah, wow. I just going to remove it to keep that totally private.
Oh, you're going to get a membership on a main channel. Okay, now we're talking.
Now I'm just might Now you just might see me move a little faster all of a sudden.
I'm joking.
All right, guys.
uh you know um every day is a new opportunity to build a new body. I read that approximately 98% of the body may become brand new in approximately a year. Um I looked up foods to eat for each of the 11 organ systems. The 11 organ systems are cardiovascular, digestive, endocrine, integumentaryary, lymphatic, muscular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory, skeletal, and the urinary systems. This is my focus every day until it works. I am 41. Some people said, "Hey, it looks like something's working." Other people say, "Hey, the is your hairline doing? It looks like Crusty the Clown."
Some of them say, "Girl, STFU, you look really 50." So, my age is in the eye of the beholder.
Whoa. You see, I didn't know that it was that common because I haven't been talking to anybody in that way. Uh, but that's really sad. I'd be curious to hear more from different men that see this happening. Yeah, I was actually thinking of doing videos on how to talk to them, how to make it work, what they might need.
Yep.
Well, um although I appreciate this conversation, I wasn't really ready. Usually I'm like going into it because I was ready today and I don't mind.
I just like you ask more thoughtful questions. You and a couple other people.
Uh so it just was like oh right that part I just wasn't even I don't know where it came from even the mask part.
Yeah I remember saying that but that was like a few weeks ago.
Um, I still didn't fully answer it, but yeah, that's that's it for now. Um, eventually I do want to write some of my story, but I have to do it in a way that protects some of my loved ones, which is a little hard. Plus, I still want to go back with a case.
So, I have to be mindful how I go about this part.
Wow, Gia is nice.
Who to thunk it?
Uh, thanks for being supportive here in the chat.
Um, all right. I don't know how much people are understanding this, but um, thanks.
All right. Well, everyone have a good AZ, you got blocked.
AZ, hold on. You got blocked by accident. Can you say that again?
I meant to I meant to hide the comment, but you I blocked you by accident. I meant to remove the comment. Oops. It's a habit. My bad.
AZ, are you back? This is not funny.
This is terrible. That's a member.
No, you're back. You're back. You're back.
Good thing I caught that. I was It's a long story. You see like in italic text like the comment was hidden or removed.
But I it said that. Yeah, I made a mistake. My bad.
Sorry.
You're back. Like usually he's he's going to say bye unless he had a go.
That's when I knew something was wrong.
All right, guys. Thanks.
Thanks for the health and fitness conversation. If you got some good deep breaths in, that's great. Some neck stretches, shoulder stretches. I would like to catch up and hear about the subscapularis stretch. Do your hands touch behind your back? Keep me posted.
May everybody get up and stay up in your own way today and always. Thank you. All right. Stay up one day at a time. I need time to process. I'm I'm a little bit upset that that we relate on this topic and it's it's that good, but it's terrible.
Okay, bye. Have a good day.
