[00:00:00]Intro 303 will risk our lives. If we are placed in an institution, it is a fate worse than death for many of us. We need reform, but Intro 303 isn't it. This bill ends home care for thousands of very disabled people. Full stop. Period. It's a gift to the insurance companies who can then dump these people into nursing homes and end their home care. It screws both the workers and the care recipients at the same time. Is that right? NO!
