Why do High Achievers feel Unfulfilled

I'd say keep your heart really open because as we go through life, especially as we get older, especially as we go through so many iterations of being leaders in different capacities, in different roles, it's easy for the heart to close, to become jaded, to believe that this is the only way things work or there's no other way.

[00:00:27]So, I would say don't let anything close your heart, not just to others, but particularly to your own self. There is so much more to you than all these wonderful, wonderful things you've done in life. And also the things that we've done, you know, we hold guilt from saying yes to things and no to, you know, our kids or like whatever various things. And there's a way to meet those experiences that are unprocessed, to tap into our most radiant selves.
