The video effectively distills a historical tragedy into a sharp critique of institutional hubris and the catastrophic cost of ignoring systemic warnings. However, it risks reducing a complex maritime disaster into a somewhat simplistic motivational allegory for corporate leadership.

क्या जानबूझ कर डुबोया गया था Titanic? Unsolved Mysteries of Titanic | Sonu SharmaAdded:
Hello friends, I am Sonu Sharma.
April 10, 1912 was a Wednesday. The world's largest and most luxurious ship, the RMS Titanic, was setting out on its maiden voyage.
The ship was sailing from South Hampton, England to New York. The Titanic was considered a marvel of human engineering at the time.
This ship was being operated by 62 years of experienced Captain Edward Smith. This ship was carrying big businessmen, film stars, rich families and many famous personalities of that time. The Titanic was approximately 269 meters long and approximately [MUSIC] 53 meters high. Its luxury was such that the onlookers were stunned. It is said that at that time it cost around 7.5 million to make it [the music].
That equates to about $380 million today. The facilities inside the ship were no less than a five star hotel. There was everything like gym, squash court, restaurants, library, coloured glass mirrors, two big luxurious staircases, hot water, swimming pool and the biggest thing was that Titanic was being called an unsinkable ship because of its safety features. The company that built it was called Wide Star Line. The top officials of the company were so confident about their ship that they claimed to the public that this ship would never sink. But friends, history teaches us one thing again and again. Where there is overconfidence, the countdown to destruction begins. It had been only four days since the Titanic's journey began.
That dark night of 14 April 1912 and that ship which the world considered to be unsinkable. It would have collided with an iceberg and within a few hours the world's most luxurious ship would have sunk into the depths of the ocean. The Atlantic Ocean, through which the Titanic was going to reach America, was at that time filled with icebergs, and these icebergs were going to be the biggest threat to this unsinkable ship.
Now the Titanic receives its first warning, which is common for ships.
If ice is seen anywhere along the way, the ships there [MUSIC] warn each other by radio that there is danger ahead. Be careful on the way.
Following these warnings, the Titanic changed its course twice to avoid danger. But he made a mistake. I did not reduce my speed. The Titanic was moving towards its destination, America, at a speed of about 21.5 knots, which is about 40 km/h. It is equal to per hour.
Four days after the Titanic set sail, i.e. on April 14, 1912, the Titanic started receiving continuous warnings.
Not one, not two. Many times he was told that there were huge mountains of snow on the way.
But Captain Smith and his team did not take these warnings seriously. The speed of the ship was not reduced. Now slowly the day began to end and then came the night which became one of the scariest nights in the history [of music]. It is said that on the night of April 14, there was no moon in the sky.
The sea was calm but this calmness was the most dangerous. There is a small platform at a considerable height in front of the ship.
Where lookout duty is imposed. His job is to constantly monitor the ship's path. This duty was not easy at all. The strong cold winds of the sea hit the face directly. It became very difficult to keep my eyes open.
Frederick Flatt was on duty there at that time. It was around 11:39 pm.
Frederick Flutt suddenly saw something very large in the darkness ahead. A huge snow mountain made his heart beat faster.
He immediately understood that this was no small matter. He immediately rang the bell three times. This is a danger signal. Then he called down and warned the officers and said that there was an iceberg ahead, meaning the ship would have to be turned immediately. The first officer to hear his warning was William Modge. William instructed the engine room to immediately turn the ship.
But the speed of Titanic was so high that the officers could not turn it completely.
And exactly 1 minute later at 11:40 pm, RMS Titanic collided with a huge iceberg.
And the ship which the world was calling unsinkable, its destruction began.
Because at the last moment the officers had ordered to turn this ship. Therefore, the Titanic did not collide head-on with the iceberg. But he did not survive either. The ship passed by rubbing its right side against that huge ice mountain.
And this wasn't just any small piece of ice. It is estimated that the iceberg was about 200 feet high and 400 feet wide. That is, almost equal to a cricket field and its weight was about 1.5 million tonnes. The Titanic continued to rub against the iceberg for about 10 to 15 seconds.
From the outside, the collision did not seem very big.
But the real devastation had already begun beneath the ship.
Small areas and cracks formed in the lower part of the ship and through these cracks the icy water of the Atlantic Ocean started entering the Titanic.
Captain Smith and his officers arrived on the scene just seconds after the collision. To see how much damage the ship has suffered [MUSIC]. It did not take Captain Smith long to realize that the ship would sink now. The ship which the world was calling unsinkable was now slowly going to be handed over to the sea. Captain Smith and his officers were completely surprised. There was only one question in his mind: how could this happen? Because this was the same ship which the world considered to be an unsinkable ship.
And there was solid reason to believe so. The Titanic had 16 watertight compartments.
That is, the lower part of the ship was divided into 16 separate closed rooms. It was believed that even if four out of 16 compartments were filled with water, the ship would not sink. That means there was no confidence in safety. There was engineering behind it. The Titanic had two major safety features. The first double bottom hull. The main outer part of the ship is called the hull. The double bottom hull meant that there were two layers on the bottom. Even if the first layer below broke, the upper layer could easily save the ship.
And [nasal sound] secondly, the bottom of the ship was divided into 16 watertight compartments. This means that even if some parts get flooded, the water will not spread throughout the ship. This safety system sounds very strong. But on the night of April 14, something happened for which this system was not prepared. The Titanic did not hit the bottom of the iceberg. That iceberg came rubbing against the side of the ship.
Therefore, the double bottom hull was not useful because the double production was downwards and on the injured side and the impact of the collision was so long that water started filling in six out of 16 watertight compartments. This ship could hold up to four compartments of water, but six compartments began to fill up, and this was the final word for the Titanic's demise. At around 12:00 midnight, about 20 minutes after the collision, Captain Smith clearly understood that the Titanic could no longer survive on her own.
Now he had only one last hope left – help from outside. Captain Smith instructed his crew to immediately send a radio signal for help. There might be a ship nearby. Maybe someone will hear their voice.
Maybe someone will arrive in time. Radio operator Jack Phillips wasted no time in sending distress signals one after the other.
we need help. Our ship has hit an iceberg. Send help quickly. But unfortunately there was no response in the beginning. Every passing minute was becoming heavier for the Titanic.
Water was filling up below and the ship was slowly tilting and the passengers sitting on top did not know the whole truth yet.
Jack Phillips kept sending signals again and again with the hope that maybe someone would hear this sound. About 20 [MUSIC] minutes later, at about 12:20 a.m., a ship picked up Titanic's distress signal. The name of that ship was RMS Carpathia. The Carpathia's radio operator contacted the Titanic as soon as he realized that the Titanic was in trouble.
Carpathia immediately sailed to her aid.
But the problem was very big.
Carpathia was about 107 km from Titanic at that time. Was far away. This means that even if it had come at full speed, it would still have taken it 3 hours to reach and Titanic did not have 3 hours. The icy water of the sea was continuously entering the ship. Every minute the ship was moving closer to death.
Now Captain Smith made another attempt. He ordered flares and rockets to be released into the sky. It was hoped that perhaps some nearby ship might see these lights.
Maybe someone will understand that the Titanic is asking for help. Maybe someone will come to the rescue immediately.
But alas, the rockets continued to burn in the sky.
Signals kept coming on the radio but help was far away. There was no concrete response from any ship other than Carpatia.
Now Captain Smith had only one last option left. Live boats.
He immediately ordered that passengers be evacuated from the ship via live aboard.
According to the ship's rules, women and children were to be given priority to board the lifeboat first.
But here a very surprising thing was seen. The ship's crew knew that the Titanic was going to sink. He had understood the danger.
But most of the passengers on the ship still did not realize the seriousness of the situation.
He still believed it was the Titanic. It cannot sink. People thought that perhaps some minor collision might have occurred.
But where will the ship sink? And because of this misunderstanding, when the first lifeboat was launched into the sea, only 28 people boarded it.
Whereas it had seating capacity for about 65 people.
Gradually, icy sea water started entering the rooms. Then as the ship started tilting to one side, people realized for the first time that the matter was really serious. Now they understood that the Titanic could actually sink. The entire ship was now in chaos.
People got scared and started running here and there. It was around 1:00 in the night. It had been approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes since the collision. The front part of the ship suffered the most damage.
Now the water level there increased so much that the front portion of Titanic slowly started going under water and as the front part of the ship was going down, the rear part started rising up. This is where the whole commotion started. Now people started fighting for the live boat.
But there were very few live boats on the Titanic.
Why? Because the company thought that this ship would never need a lifeboat. There were only 20 lifeboats on the ship which could save a total of about 1200 people and how many people were there on the ship?
2200. Meaning it was clear from the beginning that not everyone could be saved. At around 2:05 in the morning, Titanic launched its last live boat, and at that time, about 1,500 people were still on board. There were screams everywhere. There were people crying. There were families being separated. Some people were praying. Some people were running and some people were just standing and watching death coming towards them. Then at around 2:20 something happened that should n't have happened. The Titanic broke into two parts and slowly began to sink into the depths of the Atlantic Ocean.
Of the approximately 1,500 people who survived on the ship, many either sank with the ship or died of the cold, as the water temperature at the time was around -2 degrees Celsius. It is said that Titanic's captain, Edward Smith, remained on the ship until the last moment and sank with his ship. By the time the RMS Carpathia, which had set out to help the Titanic, arrived, it was too late. There were more dead bodies floating in the sea than lives. Later, when the sinking of Titanic was investigated, some very shocking facts came to light which shook the entire world. The first and most painful fact was that on the night the Titanic was sinking, it was only 37 km from here. There was another ship in the distance. The name of that ship was SS Californian. It is said that if that ship had come to the aid of Titanic on time, perhaps hundreds of lives could have been saved. And see the irony, this same Californian ship had given the last warning to Titanic that there are many icebergs ahead, do not move ahead and the warning was absolutely real. The SS Californian halted its journey at night due to this danger. Because its captain felt that it was not safe to proceed further. Therefore the ship was stopped there. But a big mistake was made. The radio operator of that ship switched off his radio and went to sleep. And because the radio was off, he could not hear the distress signals sent from the Titanic.
Meanwhile, Titanic was continuously sending signals for help.
Rockets and flares were being launched into the sky.
Every signal was saying that we are sinking. we need help. The Californian crew members also saw those rockets in the sky. He informed his captain Stanley Lord about this. But it is said that Captain Lord did not take that warning seriously. He thought there were very rich people on the Titanic. There must have been a party going on and they also wondered how the Titanic could sink. So on one side people were fighting death and on the other side someone thought there was a party going on there. I wish Captain Stanley Lord had taken those rockets seriously that night. I wish I hadn't turned off the radio. I wish someone had refused to believe that the Titanic was unsinkable. Then perhaps history would have been different.
Another important thing that came to light in the British investigation was that Titanic was warned about icebergs several times on the way.
He was repeatedly told there was snow ahead. Walk carefully. But despite so many warnings, the ship continued moving at full speed.
Now the question was why the speed was not reduced even after so many warnings? There is a story behind this.
Joseph Bruce was the chairman and managing director of the White Star Line, the company that built the Titanic. It is said that Bruce wanted the Titanic to complete its maiden voyage in just six days.
Why? So that the world can be shown that Titanic is not only the biggest and most expensive ship but also the fastest and most luxurious ship. That means it was not just a journey. It had become a race of prestige. The race for brand image, the race to create records, the race to impress the world, but that race proved to be the last.
Friends, when the Titanic sank, it took the world more than 70 years to find its wreckage.
In September 1985, a team of American marine explorer Robert Ballard and a French oceanographer finally recovered the Titanic from the depths of the ocean. The wreckage of Titanic is about 3800 meters i.e. about 3.8 km below the sea surface. got down. And when the ship was found, it was found in two separate parts [music] lying about 600 meters apart. The world's richest people once traveled on the Riss, whose stairs were once used by the royal class and whose halls were filled with music. Today, that same ship lay [MUSIC] at the bottom of the dark, cold, and silent sea. This is what the Titanic once looked like. A symbol of grandeur, power and luxury, today only its broken structure remains. There are reports that [MUSIC] bacteria and other organisms beneath the sea are slowly eating away at the metal structure of the Titanic, and it is said that in the future, the remaining structure of the Titanic may also sink completely into the sea.
Friends, even though the Titanic sank in the sea, its story has not faded from people's minds even today. More than 114 years have passed. But even today there is curiosity in the world about Titanic. The story of Titanic is not just the story of an accident. This is a story of overconfidence, ignored warnings, blind pursuit of speed and the illusion that nothing wrong can happen to me. Titanic reminds us that no matter how big the ship, how famous the company, how powerful the leader, if the warning signals are ignored, sinking is certain. Be it life or business, the one who cannot control his speed, ego and direction in time, one day collides with his own Titanic.
