So stress is primarily it's something that would show us that there's a sense of danger or something wrong in our environment.
However, in more modern times it tends to be defined as something that is outside of my capacity. So something that is if I was to lift some weights, I could apply stress on my muscles, but but when it becomes too much weight, it becomes stress.
Something like like a pen, I don't have any stress lifting a pen.
However, if this was a 500 lb pen, it would there would be stress for me to try and do that. So physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, it's dealing with things that are outside of our capacity to handle or deal with, then stress is incurred.
