It's practically been two months now and we have had no chicken. Hi, my name is Mashi. I'm formally overweight and currently over the excuses. And welcome to my channel where I react to what people are eating. Okay, fat people. It seems to me like you guys are enjoying these deep dives I do on people who are taking GLP1's. So, I discovered a new friend of ours who's been on the GLP1.
Her name is Stephanie Williams. She calls herself Steph on social media and she is a coffee talk girly. I discovered her through coffee talk. Our girls always drinking coffee, different types of coffee. So, you know damn well that she is doing it up with her liquid calories. So, scrolling through her content, as soon as I discovered that our girl is on a GLP1, I knew immediately that she's a candidate for us to review. So, let's review her GLP1 journey and find out whether or not our girl Steph is making changes.
Day one again.
Let's try this. So, today starts day one of another GLP1 journey.

Okay, so our girl is on day one of her GLP1 journey again. So it means that she might have taken it in the past and she failed. I went through her feed and I saw nothing about a GLP1 through her feed all the way down up until 2025. So perhaps she didn't post her journey before because our girl is not necessarily a what I eat in a day content creator. She's just a woman, a mom who loves posting coffee. So let's find out more about her.

So, we can't be passing out at the gym and then calling like 911 and our candy or something. So, got my walking pad from the Tik Tok shop and I have my rower. I have my ab machine. So, here we go. Here we go. I'm going to do this. You guys are going to be my accountability partner. So here >> girl, you should be your own accountability partner.

>> All right, so the video we just watched is from February 2025. That is when our girl was restarting her weight loss journey. I don't know what JLP1 she's on. I just know that she is on a JLP1.
So let's follow her journey and hopefully she's going to be a candidate that we can be proud of for once in this series.
what I ate on my day one of my GLP1 journey.
>> Okay, so her caption on this post, which was posted in February still, is um day one on Zip Bound, and she's sharing what exactly she's eating, how much protein she's having, and she's telling us that her dietician suggested she have 150 g of protein, but she only had 98, which is fine. Look, girl, you're only on day one. Relax. I started off my morning with some of the Devotion Hydrolex Vitamin Water. Cucumber melon was amazing. Then drank a whole cup of water. Then I had me a protein shake.
160 calories, 30 g of protein. I love the chocolate peanut butter. Not in my coffee though, just by itself.
Another bottle of water. Done. Notice I don't love plain water. It's going to have a packet in there. I had to run to the grocery store and needed a drink.
So, I got me a Diet Doctor Enough cuz I needed some caffeine. Let me know. Do you guys have Dr. Enough where you're at? They're delicious.
Came home, fixed me a little breakfasty snack. I don't know. Um, it was half of the English cucumber, dipped in a little bit of light ranch, and two hard-boiled eggs, 12 g of protein, which is good, but that shake had 30. So, another cup of water for the go.
I think this one was a strawberry daquiri from Margaritaville. So good.
And then I always think I have to have a snack. My friend Amber got me those cashews, so I took them with me today.
Cashews have pretty good protein in them. And then for a late lunch, I had a hamburger patty with peppers and onions and some pickles. And then I dip it in just a little bit of light olive oil, mayonnaise, and ketchup. I'm a dipper. I think I have to dip everything. And so it's This was delicious. Just hit the spot. And pickles are always to win. I love pickles. They're so good. But this was just delicious today. It was really good.
Maybe I was just hungry. I don't know.
>> Okay, so our girl is doing it up with the sauces. Girl, be careful with the ketchups and the mayo. I know that it feels like you're having healthier alternatives when it comes to the food, but the moment you add these ketchups and these sauces, the healthiness of your meal kind of goes away. Well, it reduces. So, be careful with that. Then, um I made me a prof because I'm really trying to get that protein in. And so, I made me a decaf um protein coffee.
And the shake that I'm going to use is going to be the um Premier salted caramel popcorn. I love that shake. It's so good. And then I added in some vanilla and hazelnuts to make it like an autumn caramel crunch from Scooters. And then I finished off that cold foam. And I drank on that all day. And I'll be honest, I struggle to get it down.
>> My issue with these cold brew coffees that Americans are making popular nowadays is the fact that a person ends up drinking so much damn caffeine.
People are literally over caffeinated.
This woman is a caffeine addict. We're only on video two and I can already tell you that she's a caffeine addict. Okay, I'm telling you that because I already went through her profile, but either way, our girl is a proper caffeine addict and she can't let go of this stuff. Then I had another thing of water and a rice cake with some peanut butter as a late snack. And then for supper after my shower, a little bit of Philly cheese steak casserole. It seems like I ate a lot, but I'm trying to get that protein in and I stayed within my calories, so that's a win. Just thought I would share with you guys. See you tomorrow. Have a great night.

Then, vitamin water from Devotion and turkey sticks at ball. And then another turkey stick in the car cuz I'm a snacker. Y'all, my bestie got me these cookies. I had to try one. I didn't eat the whole thing. I just ate two or three bites.

Let's go back. That's not two or three bites, girl. There's no way you didn't eat the whole cookie. There is absolutely no way.

Another water down. Then me and my daughter went to Chick-fil-A. I got 12 grilled nuggets. I didn't eat all 12. I ate almost all of them, but paced myself because I wasn't super hungry. Dipped them in one packet of honey mustard. If you want to know how many calories you're consuming at Chick-fil-A, look up Chick-fil-A sauce. Y'all can have eight more nuggets for one pack. That's pure craziness.
Then I came home and I exercised a little. did not get in 30 minutes because that rowing machine kicked my butt, but you guys need one because they say no pain, no gain. That thing had some pain. So, y'all need to get you one. Then, >> it feels like this workout is performative, but either way, our girl is on day two of her weight loss journey. And her caption on this post is, "Don't think I hit my protein today, but I'm battling a hormonal sore throat.
I stayed within my calories and I'm cutting back on caffeine." Posting this helps me see what I'm really eating in a day.
>> Me and my mama were going to go out tonight for a little Gallentine night.
And so I decided to make me a s'mores cookie coffee. Delicious. 30 g of protein down just like that.
Y'all look at that stain on my shirt.
What in the world, >> girl? Like get it together. Wash your damn shirt. I hope our girl Steph is not going to give us the same vibes as the girl I covered in another episode. Her name was Michelle Platty. That girl was just hogging it up and eating whatever the hell she wants. When I actually uploaded that episode and I watched it, I realized that this girl was not on any kind of diet. This girl was not eating healthily. She was hogging away but disguising it because she called everything protein, protein, protein.
And you guys were the first to call it out in my comments because I saw someone comment, "Let's take a shot every time this girl says protein." I looked for that comment. I can't seem to find it, but whoever you are, please make yourself known in the comments of this video. I appreciate you guys so much.
So, watching my girl Steph, I'm very much hoping we're not going to end up in a Michelle Platty situation where she's hogging it up, but calling everything high protein. High protein. So, it kind of flies over our heads. The fact that she's hogging away right in front of our eyes. This time around, I'm going to be extra vigilant watching our girl stiff.
I don't have my life together. It's all good. At this Gallentine's night, they had chocolate covered strawberries. I had to get one. I didn't eat five, just one. I made steak for my family. I was not hungry. So, I ate two bites and I was done. Made water and gonna >> Where's the water? Where's the water hiding? Oh, it's the purple stuff cuz she is a water talk girly.
>> Make another one before bed. I did it, y'all. I did it.
>> Day two.
>> So, that is our girl's day two on her GLP1 journey. And I think our girl is doing pretty well for someone who's never lived a healthy lifestyle, but is trying to do so well on GLP1. I mean, it's only day two, guys. Let's relax a bit.
>> Day three on my GLP1 journey. Here's what I ate. Started off with a water and then um some of the Devotion brownie batter.
>> Okay, so this is brownie batter. 20 g of protein, no sugar added. Okay, go ahead, girl. Wild out.
>> I'm going to make some waffles with that. 20 g of protein. While those are making another water, >> she's a water talk girl. Look, I understand all her water is different colors, but what can we do? She's a water talk girl. As long as she's drinking water, that's all that matters to me.

And then I ate a strawberry and a piece of bacon. Me and my daughter stayed home from church today cuz she woke up with a cough. And so I had some chips, salsa, and sour cream for a snack. I buy the thin and crispy chips. It's less calories and I just like those better.

And then for lunch, I made us hamburgers and that is on a keto bun with grilled peppers and onions and some pickles.
Then I built bar to get some more protein in.
This is the brownie batter puff.
Delicious.
17 g of protein. Water on the way to church and a turkey stick after church.
Keep those bad boys in the car.
And then my family ate cookout for supper and my mom got me some wings. I was not really hungry, but I came home and I ate three of those wings and I'm going to save the rest for tomorrow. And enjoyed that Coke Zero. Those wings were delicious. They're Cajun dry rib.
>> Those are giant wings. I thought she meant like tiny little wings. Those three wings are an entire meal. Damn.
>> I'm a dipper, so a little bit of ranch.
Earlier in the day, I made myself a proy and I thought I made a video making the proy, but I didn't add it in here. And I put it in a large cup and um I have drank on it all day and I used um one of the devotion packets for it also. It was the seven brew angel food cake. And I'm telling you, I struggled to get this down today. I have not been hungry. Not been hungry.
My only issue with our girl's coffee in particular, because she is a caffeine addict, she said so herself, is the amount of coffee that she's drinking, basically a one liter bottle that she's drinking coffee out of. Do you drink one L of coffee? This is my issue when it comes to these cold brew coffees that Americans have made popular. The fact that people are drinking so much coffee.
I saw online that Dunkin Donuts now sells a bucket of coffee. A bucket. How much coffee do you Americans need? Also, I love my American subscribers so much.
You know, I'm just making fun of you guys. I check my analytics. I know that y'all are my bosses. Okay, so that's it for our girls day three on her GLP1 journey and she seems to have made quite a number of changes. I'm very proud of her and there seems to be some progress.
But let's speedun it a bit because I want to find out whether or not the weight is coming off.
>> Day four on my GLP1 journey. Started the morning off with some water.
And then I made a cup of coffee. Y'all, I don't know if it is the zip bound or what, but my coffee is just not hitting the same in the mornings, but it was good, but it's just not hitting the same. Another cup of water.
Um, breakfast. Just did the protein shake because I struggled with that prof yesterday. So, just did the protein shake. Going to make a little lunch slashnack. I don't know. two pieces of my ham from the Sam's Club. I love this ham. And then just do some whipped cream cheese and some pickles. We're gonna roll it up. Just a ham rollup is what this is. One of my favorite little snacks. And then I get hyperfixated on them and I'm going to eat it every day now for weeks because that's what I do.
It was so good though. It's easy, low carb, low calorie. I don't know how much protein's in there, but it was good.
And then we did another cup of watcher.
Y'all, these Walmart packets are delicious. More water.
Trying hard. Trying hard to get the water. Today was free coffee day at Starbies. And so me and my girl had to go. I got sugar-free vanilla, but I did get some um brown sugar cinnamon in there to make it a snicker doodle. But it was still y'all. I had to eat a little bit of this fruit pizza. I made my hubby. It just kept saying, "Stephanie, come and eat me." So then me and my daughter tried the blackberry Dr. Pepper. I am more of a coconut fan.
Supper, I made a meatball bake for my family. And then these are some of the leftover wings that my mama got me. I didn't eat the bread in my um meatball bake. I just ate a couple of the meatballs. Actually, I think I ended up eating five of the meatballs.
And then um I'm just recording while I'm at supper. So, here I'm talking to my family and laughing and all that and chowing down on my food and they make fun of me because I record everything.
But that's all right. If they weren't making fun of me for that, they'd make fun of me for something else. I went so I heated those up too long. But the meatballs were delicious. The chicken was even more delicious.
I'm going to drink it cuz I don't want to waste it. But I really did not enjoy this blackberry Dr. Pepper. So, my daughter had basketball and so I decided to go walk at their track above the gym. And for one, I didn't wear proper shoes. For two, you have to climb stairs to get there. Um, for three, there was somebody walking really fast behind me and it was giving me anxiety.
And four, I have POTS and it just has not been a great day. So, there we go.
Didn't walk. I walked about 15 minutes.
Came home and had me a Built Bar for a snack to get 30 more. No, not 30. My goodness.
17 gram of protein in.
I love the Nutella one. If you haven't tried it, it is like a candy bar. Candy bar. So good and chewy. Got squishy.
Anyway, day four in the books. Thank >> Okay, so day four is in the books. Our girl is still making steady progress, but we still haven't had a weigh in. Of course, it's only day four, but let's see what happens after here.
>> All right, y'all. I just wanted to show you this little workout machine that I have.
>> So, this video is still in the month of February 2025. So, it's been approximately a week since our girl started her GLP1 journey. And she already got some equipment. She's going to show us a little exercise setup. Um, I got it on the Tik Tok shop. It was not a sample. I really did buy it. But I'm going to show you the things that you can do. You can sit at your chair and cycle and use it as a stepper where you can do situps, push-ups, which I cannot do. Uh arm exercises and leg exercises.
So this morning I did my walking on my walking pad and then did some ab workouts and um did some sit-ups on my little I think it's called a Zava Zavi something like that. But it is really neat and it was not expensive at all.
I'm going to link it below. You guys need to check it out. I cannot do a sit up without this. And what you do is you sit on this and this comes up and helps you to be able to do a sit up. You guys need to check it out.
All right, y'all. I just wanted >> Okay, I get that she needs this. I want to see her use it. I want to feel like she's going to use it, but I'm a bit on edge because equipment like this, people normally buy at the beginning of their weight loss journey. They're excited, they're pumped up, and very quickly they just forget about it and the equipment starts gathering dust. So, I really do hope that this girl is going to be using this equipment. I really do because this Zivvie, whatever the hell it's called, it can't just go to waste.

We're halfway through February now and our girl is now reviewing Built Bars.
So, she has not given us any update on her weight loss journey, but she is here to review Built Bars for us. So, let's see what she thinks of the Built Bars.

So good. Give it. Okay, so our girl is still enjoying her Build Bars. I'm so happy for her. But let's get back to a weight loss journey.

Uh I sampled the Prime Bite protein muffins. I just had one of those. More water.
For lunch, I had some of the Just Bear chicken nuggets. So, it's my first time trying those. Um, they were decent. They wasn't They're not as good as the Chick-fil-A nuggets, but there >> This girl loves chicken nuggets. It seems like, girl, if you want chicken, just have chicken. Don't have the ultrarocessed version of chicken. Trust and believe, you'll feel so much better, and this journey of yours will go on so much quicker. In fact, looking at the comments here, everybody's proud of her.
Someone named Maggie commented here, "Great job, girl. I always have a hard time when my family eats things I can't have, but this is a good idea because I love spaghetti and don't want to deprive myself from things I love. Do you track?" So, our girl Steph says that she did used to track her calories, but videoing helps her more. So, I think she should probably track instead of just videoing and guessing cuz it seems like she's guesstimating.

They were pretty good. I mean, I would buy them again.
Y'all, it's so cold in East Tennessee.
Another hot coffee, but I made decaf, so it was good. Another water.
I'm not sure I got all my waters in like in the video, but it's okay. For supper, my family had spaghetti, and I love spaghetti, so I just had a little bit.
And then I made some salad with that.
So good. So good. I'm not going to deprive myself and not have anything, but And then we had some more water. And then for a snack tonight, I'm having a bill bar.

>> She is booked and busy. And I understand that when you have a family, when you live in a household, it's much harder to just be on your little diet, especially when you live with people who want to continue with their demonically gluttonous ways while you're trying to change. So, the fact that she was able to balance out and have what her family's having whilst also balancing it out with some greens and filling herself up with some good fiber as well as some micronutrients. I'm proud of our girl.
She is seeming like she's taking this journey very seriously. The only thing I hope she does is wean herself off of the water talk sachets because those little sachets are just depriving her. The water that she's having is practically juice. And I understand that most of these sachets are zero sugar, but girl, just have water. Just have water. Damn.
And in a comment here, someone commented, "Great job, girl. I always have a hard time when my family eats things I can't, but this is a good idea because I love spaghetti and I don't want to deprive myself from the things I love. Do you track?" And our girl commented and said, "I had before and probably need to, but videoing helps me, but I don't want people to think I'm dumb. Girl, just track. Girl, just weigh your food and ask EI. It's so easy these days. All our phones come with built-in assistants. Just weigh your food and ask your built-in assistant and say, "Hey, Mimi." Oh, hey mumu. How many calories are in 60 g of chicken or 60 g of rice or whatever? What are the macros in this much of this? Just get a food scale and you're good. Anyway, next video.
>> GLP1 journey. What I ate in a day?
>> So, we are now on the 22nd of February 2025. Just 2 days after the previous video, and our girl is still on track with her GLP1 journey, it seems like, but she still hasn't checked in. It's practically been 2 months now and we have had no chicken.
>> Profy for breakfast. Whole protein shake, water, and then >> first time our girl just drinks plain water. I'm so proud of her. I'm so so so proud of her.
>> And some pork rinds for a snack. Also had a hot coffee and water this morning.
And then some of this um carbonated water from Walmart.
>> Our girl is drinking a lot of water. It seems like her body has been craving water. Remember, when you're really thirsty, your body stops caring about the taste of water and it just wants water. That's why gym water tastes so good while you're at the gym. And as soon as you leave the gym, that water from the gym tastes like garbage.
>> Throughout the day, I had more water.
And then for lunch, we had just a light lunch. Two mini Mission tortillas with a couple turkey pepperonis, a half a piece of cheese split between the two wraps.
My dog got the other half of the cheese.
and pickles. Can't go wrong with pickles. I had to eat light today because I knew supper was heavier. Um, I made another prof with a fourth of a protein shake and the rest coffee and syrup. And then pizza is my love language. Your girl ain't turning down no pizza, y'all. So good. We had supper with my family. So good.
>> Our girl still having her coffees with her syrups. I believe her syrups are not zero sugar. I'm a bit worried if that's the case. Then I made cake for the family and I couldn't turn it down y'all. It was delicious.
>> I can't blame this girl. You can't make cake for your whole family and not have any. But what you can do is make a healthier cake for your family and have a healthier cake alongside your family.
One thing that people get wrong is they think that when you're on a health journey, it's just your journey alone.
No. If you live with people, the whole household needs to be on a health journey because your kids could benefit from eating less as well. Everyone in the household could benefit from your lifestyle change. It takes one person to change the whole household. Remember that if there's one rotten apple, it's going to make the whole household rot.
So, if there's one clean apple now, which is yourself, girl, you got to spread the habits around.
>> Delicious. But I think I stayed within my calories. And so, we'll call that a win on pizza night. Good night.
>> Okay, so it was pizza night. But one thing I love about our girl is that she took into account the fact that she's going to be having a lot of calories later and she ate light during the day.
She must just calm down with the pizza though. She did not mention how many slices of pizza she had. Everybody's going to say a slice or two slices, but remember that pizza is so high in calorie that even your little two slices is a lot of calories. So be careful with that.

So good. Um, then I had me a prof. My day got started later cuz I woke up with a migraine and so this probably didn't happen till like 11. Y'all, I had a hard time drinking this today. I don't know.
>> Just because it's a protein coffee. We need to know what the hell you're putting in it. Girl, you're talking about syrups and stuff. I don't know what is in that.
>> Why? But it was good. But you just never know when you're on a GLP one like what's going to settle well and what's not. for a snack while my kids play pickle ball. Some edime I think is how you say it. These were the ranch flavored. I found them on Tik Tok shop.
So good. My kids wanted to get lunch out and we went to a little not a little but a restaurant fast food restaurant called Pals near where we're at and I got the Chip Town sandwich and only ate half of the bun and the dog is trying to get it not sharing.
Then I made me another iced coffee. It was delicious. That protein coffee though was just not going well. More water.
Um was starving at this point and um ate a boiled egg.
Then cooked breakfast for supper. Um I ate on a kids plate and had one egg over medium, a half of a biscuit with a little bit of gravy. Um I have some hash browns, but I don't even eat those. and a piece of sausage.
>> Moderation. You do not have to deprive yourself. Just moderation.
>> I think I took one bite of this hash browns. Didn't eat.
>> Hash browns aren't my favorite, but my family loves them.
>> Then some Coke Zero for all you haters.
But think you're not supposed to have soft drinks.
>> Moderation. Once again, I drank my water today. I can have a Coke Zero.
I think I have to have a snack every night. I wasn't even hungry, so I ate a fourth of a rice cake just to make myself happy. Something on my glasses.
I'm so weird. Anyway, >> why are you snacking when you're not even hungry? I hope you're truly changing your ways. Don't be snacking if you're not feeling hungry because you're just perpetuating the mentality that's got you where you are. The same mentality that got you in the situation that you are now. I don't care if you're having half of a damn rice cake. Don't be eating if you don't feel like eating.
Once again, our girl is not giving us any updates when it comes to weight loss. What was her starting weight? What is her current weight? It's been 2 months now. We don't know anything about our girl's weight loss journey. We just know that she's on a GLP1 and we know what she's eating.

>> So, I was able to find one more video and this is the last video of our girls GLP1 journey. So, let's see some more.
>> GLP1 journey food update. Hot coffee to start the morning. So good. Then I had me some water. I tried to have um lots of water today. I think every water had one of the Margaritavville packets in it. This lemon shake. Your girl will be going to Sam's this weekend and getting me some. It tastes like the milk out of a bowl of Froot Loop cereal.
So stinking delicious.
>> So this video was posted on the 28th of February, 2025. It has essentially been 2 months of our girl being on her GLP1 journey. And this is the last video we're going to be watching from our girl Steph simply because after this video, her GLP-1 journey goes silent. We hear nothing more about it for years after this. I guess she gave up on this GLP1 journey. But I will also show you guys where she's at currently. And you can decide for yourself whether or not you think she stuck to it or if she actually did make changes.

More water. And then for lunch, my daughter had Zach's fees and um I just cashed in some points that I had at Wendy's and um got me a burger without a bun. They clearly did not know how to wrap it lettuce. And let me tell you, I felt like after I was finished, I was like, I just wasted 350 calories. It was not even that good. It was greasy. It was just not good. I should have just skipped it and ate something at home. My daughter went to DQ to try the new cone.
I had to try one bite, which in return gave me a sweet tooth. So, I came home and fixed me a apple pie coffee. Less calories, had some protein in there.
Delicious. For supper tonight, we had something easy. But let's talk about this. The banana bread coffee. Went to see my mama for a little while. I had to fix me an ice coffee. Delicious.
But tonight for supper, we just did something easy. And so, I made a frozen pizza for my guys. And then I made up some chicken salad. And um I ate one little slice of the pizza and then some of the chicken salad cuz your girl's not ever turned down pizza even if it's frozen. But then I ate the chicken salad which just had a little bit of mayonnaise, cheese, and bacon pieces in it.
But um after that, I felt like I needed something sweet. So what'd your girl do?
Fixed a cup of decaf coffee, of course, because it was at her bill bar. So, we just made some coffee. I probably didn't meet any goals today, but didn't go over my calories, so I'll call that a win.

>> Okay, our girl is making a lot of change. I mean, that chicken salad she had looks absolutely fabulous. It has mayo in it, but hopefully it's not a lot of mayo. She had one slice of pizza, which is completely fine. Our girl seems to be prioritizing protein, and that's all that matters the most. All these coffees and the caffeine that she's having is worrying me a bit. Now, that was the last video on our girl's page about her GLP1 journey. Since then, our girl has not posted any other updates about her GLP1 journey. All she's been posting is what she's been eating. I don't know about you, but it's looking like our girl is looking a heck lot healthier as of late. I believe she is sticking to things. Um, she recently had a hyctomy when I checked her social media feed. That has nothing to do with what we're covering at the moment.
Overall, I'm super proud of our girl because it seems like she might have stuck to it. When I look at her at the beginning of her journey versus now, I see a drastic difference and she looks a lot more happier. So, I think her journey might have been a successful one.
