So, when you're sitting around worrying and doubting and thinking about all sorts of different scenarios, you can feel just as exhausted as you would when you go to work out because you're essentially redlining the engine. There was a study done at Penn State that says about 91% of the things that we worry about never actually happened. And one of the really challenging things is about 95% of our thoughts are the same thoughts we had yesterday. So, I believe the real solution is what yogis and mystics and spiritual people have been talking about for thousands of years and that's learning how to develop the skill of being present. And it really comes down to four things. Number one, being aware of your breath. Your breath is always present from the day that you're born to the day that you die. Number two is what you're imagining, what you're mentally focusing on on. Number three is the words that you're saying to yourself, that internal dialogue. 70% of our internal dialogue goes unnoticed. If we can just bring a percentage of that back to our conscious awareness, it's going to serve us in a major way. A fourth one is your physical body. Being able to be aware of your physical sensations.
