[00:00:00]The hackers have figured out AI takeover and it's happening and they are infecting the models at a global scale and there is no way for us to stop it.

[00:00:10]The reason why there's no way for us to stop it is we do not understand neural networks. We do not understand these models. So we can't tell if they have been corrupted. There's no way to determine this. What Hugging Face for example could do is they could just not let anyone download models. But do you think Hugging Face is going to do that?

[00:00:30]Like, think about it from Hugging Face's perspective. 99% of the models are safe.

[00:00:35]1% of the models are malicious. It doesn't really affect Hugging Face because they're not using the models.

[00:00:40]They're just hosting them. So, what are they going to do? They're basically going to have all of you, and I don't mean this to pick on HuggingFace. It's an unfortunate business practice, but basically, they're going to use all of you as guinea pigs. They're going to have you get infected from the model and then report it and then they're going to block the model once someone else figures out that the models have been hacked. That's what's happening right now because that's the only way really that it can be done. There is no security metric in place maybe except for diff that can even do security analysis on a model. Can't be done.
