The store managers still keep guessing which display works, why customers leave, where they spend most of their time. So, as a solution to this, I built a retail vision AI, a smart retail store management system that turns the CCTV footage into real-time business insights using computer vision, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. The system uses multiple YOLO models by tracking, O&X optimization, and custom-built analytics dashboard, all running into a normal single loop.
