[00:00:03]Was your energy bill high? Like, it's not just me." And everyone was like, "Yeah, our energy bill is higher." And one of my friends was like, "You know, they're saying like data centers are making everyone's energy bill to go up."

[00:00:10]And so, I started looking into it, and I started discovering that they were building a lot of hyperscale data centers in Kansas City. [music] And then when I was trying to find news articles about it, there were not many people publishing like press releases [music] about like how exciting it was like a Google data center was being built in Kansas City. And I was like, "Well, it seems like maybe there's some concerns here about data centers." Like, it's not just a good thing. And the more I just started poking around, the more I found out all the problems with them, and the more I was frustrated about the lack of coverage [music] of the concerns around them.
