And those same households are the ones most often targeted by aggressive [music] door-to-door sales companies with promises of savings, government incentives, and lower bills that frequently don't materialize. And when the promises don't hold up or the incentives [music] change, homeowners are still stuck with their solar loan for another 20 to 25 years.
