The video effectively demonstrates that self-defense is not a legal loophole for those who intentionally incite violence through racial provocation. It provides a sobering look at how premeditation and digital history can dismantle a defendant's narrative in the eyes of the law.

(BIG UPDATE) Chud The Builder has IMPORTANT Preliminary hearing to decide if Judge will REDUCE BONDHinzugefügt:
Yeah. Yeah.
[music] >> So, there was an update today. Today was Daltton Etherly's preliminary hearing to see if the judge would basically change his mind and reduce his bond so Chud could find it easier to bail himself out of jail. So, the question is, did he make bail today? And the answer is hell to the no. But Chud did just get a little bit of good news today. They dropped his bail from 1.25 $25 million to $1 million.
>> Streamer accused in a shooting outside the Montgomery County courthouse has now had his case bound over to a grand jury.
Dalton Etherly was in court today. He's facing a list of charges. The most serious attempted criminal homicide. A judge also set his bond today to $1 million.
>> They taking [music] you to [singing] jail.
>> So, the case is now headed to a grand jury and they dropped the bail to $1 million. I don't understand why they dropped it at all. In fact, I feel that they should have increased it. But things are still looking very grim for Daltton Etherly. But there's more. It was also revealed today in court that surveillance cameras documented the entire altercation, the shooting, and everything that took place. Here's the report. During Thursday's hearing, McGomery County Sheriff's Office investigator testified that video surveillance cameras documented the confrontation. At about 1:15 p.m., Etherly approached Fox, who was at court that day for a child support hearing.
Etherly had a selfie stick in his right hand. After the verbal altercation, Etherly walked away. Fox then approached him. According to the arrest warrant that was reiterated by the investigators on Thursday, Etherly then turned his body in a bladed stance and reached for his firearm in his jacket pocket.
Thereafter, a physical altercation ensued, said the warrant. Now, lead investigator Michael Weber testified that Etherly can be seen trying to pull his gun out of his jacket pocket. And then Etherly later claimed that he was reaching for mace he normally carries.
Weber said the footage shows a firearm being drawn, not mace, not pepper spray, and that Etherly told investigators his mace had been confiscated during a prior arrest in Nashville. The footage has no audio, and Weber said he could not determine what was said during the argument. Attorney Jake Finley representing Etherly suggested that Etherly was placed in a headlock during the struggle, but Weber said, "I could not see that in the video." Weber also testified that once the fight began, Fox took Etherly to the ground and that a bullet could be seen ricocheting as they fell. Seven shell casings were recovered at the scene. All seven from the same gun. Damn, seven shots. Chud, he was definitely trying to accomplish what he was always trying to do, which is kill a black man, and he was very unsuccessful at it. Now, this is where things get really interesting, and this is another reason why Chud should not get bail at all. So, let me go ahead and read this.
Investigators search Etherly's truck in his home. They found an airline ticket to Istanbul dated for a May 22nd departure. They also found a bulletproof vest, a rifle, a shotgun, ammunition, and a suspected bag of marijuana. They also recovered Etherly's electronic devices for evidence. Weber noted that no mace was found at the scene in the truck or his home. A mobile forensics investigator showed the court inflammatory racial videos and social media posts made in weeks leading up to the shooting. One highlighted post from early May stated Ethal would use lethal force to defend himself and walk away free. That's the post that I've been showing you guys. And of course, the post was a lot more racially graphic than that. Body camera footage from the day of the shooting was also played. In it, Etherly told an officer he hit me, started welling on me, and I had to defend myself. The officer noted that Etherly did not mention any threats at that time. So, this is where we are with the case today. Hopefully, uh, the victim Fox, he makes a speedy recovery and he can give his side of the story because once again, they're stating that the surveillance cameras had no audio.
But at the same time, I do believe Chud the Builder, he was live streaming and he has all of the audio, I believe. But even without that audio, we're going to get audio from the victim, Fox. Chud was live streaming when he was talking to the police officer and explaining what happened. And even when Chud explains what happened, he even sounds guilty. He even sounds like [music] he's admitting that he did call the guy a racial slur and that's what escalated the situation and provoked the victim. Listen to this clip again and pay attention to how Chud he explains that the disabled veteran Fox told him I have PTSD. So don't say none of that racist stuff around me.
Once again, this is Chud telling his side of the story, right? So this is what the black man says to him. And right after that, Chud, he admits that's when the guy started to well on him. As if Chud did exactly what the black man told him not to do. In the surveillance footage, it pretty much supports that's exactly what Chud did. It says that Chud, he walked away. And when he walked away, that's when the black man approached him and a fight ensued. So, you can obviously tell that Chud he walked away and he said some racist stuff as he walked away and that was the only reason why the black man would go over to him because the black man had already told him, you know, don't say that racist stuff around me. And there's hundreds of videos proving that this is what Chud is known for. He's known for provoking black people and saying racist things in their face while he's going live. And now we know on occasions he was even wearing a bulletproof vest. So this is all premeditated. And this is the reason why he should have no bond at all. And I'm telling you guys, he still might get it. I mean, he's already raised over a quarter of a million dollars from his racist fans that of course remain anonymous. And I've already told you that they should legally have to reveal who they are.
They should have to give up their government name, especially when they're donating to a white supremacist and a domestic terrorist. With that being said, I'mma wrap this video up. That's all I got for now, guys. I'm on to the next one.
>> Walked past sitting on the corner.
>> I walked up to him cuz they they're pointing at me.
>> They're laughing. They're pointing at me and I said, "What's up, guys? How y'all doing?"
>> I said, "Do y'all like the you like the new suit?" He said, "Walk away from me."
I walked away from him. He came back up to me. He He literally said, "I have PTSD. I feel like I'm in. He said, "You start saying all that chimp out [ __ ] to me, I'mma hit you." He hit me, started wailing on me. Even after I had to defend myself by shooting him, he's still wailing on me.
>> Secret Service Sam here in Chud the Builder is facing up to 61 years in prison. Hallelujah. The ancestors have spoken. As you guys know, in Clarksville, Tennessee, he provoked a man. He even tweeted about it that he was going to go out and provoke somebody until they do something so he can pull his piece. Now, the problem is there is stand your ground law in Tennessee, but it does not allow stand your ground to people who provoke the fight and he clearly did. He actually tweeted about it. He was so arrogant and so high on his white privilege that he thought he could go around calling black people the n-words, saying all this chimping out stuff, and that he would be okay to defend himself. But oh my god, I cannot wait. A, he's probably already somebody's gone balls deep on him by now, I'd imagine, or at least we can only hope. Um, but this is not going to bode well for him. When he gets in front of that judge, when they review his tweets, when they see all of his past videos of all of his racism on display, he he live streamed it all. I mean, is not very smart. I mean, he is going to he's going to get what George Zimmerman should have gotten, if you know what I mean. This is for the souls of Trevon, Sandra Bland, I mean, Sonia Massie, you name it. Philandro Castillia. This is for everybody. And this should be a lesson to all you racists that justice will come for you. And Chud the Builder is going to be Chud the Chugger in prison. Just wait, man. He is going to get the bone from Tyrone and everybody is going to be cheering it on, man. That mustache is going to get turned to a nice milky white. Oh, what do you guys think? Let me know in the comments.
