What happened to Todd Blanche?

[00:00:00]Hey everybody, this is going to sound crazy, but there was a time last year at the start of the Trump administration when many of us in the Justice Department believed that Todd Blanch was going to save us. Blanch came from a pretty mainstream legal background. He worked at DOJ for eight years as a prosecutor and he was wellliked by his colleagues. He later became a partner at a top law firm. So when he became the deputy attorney general, many serious people inside DOJ thought he was going to run a tight ship and push back on Trump's revenge agenda. Those people were dead wrong. Blanch has turned out to be Trump's biggest enabler. He is responsible for some of the worst atrocities of this administration. As our top lawyer, Blanch owes certain duties to this country, including loyalty. He has abandoned all of those duties to serve Donald Trump. Lots of people who knew him before Trump are asking what happened to Todd Blanch. I have a deep dive on this topic over on my Substack. I would be so grateful if you'd read it and share it.
