WATCH: Racist Cop's DISTURBING Rant Backfires as Footage Goes ViralAdded:
Real interesting. Um, so a Houston cop has now been relieved of duty because of a racist video rant. Here it is.
The amount of times that I will always and forever say that I hate Oh my god, I I hate. Like I hate y'all.
Like you Like I don't We were slaves. These are under a Like for a reason you guys were slaves. You guys don't know anything better than to steal. Like oh my god. Like I was literally eating food with my friend. So I had my wallet next to me like my whole purse and those Like that little little small ass did I not steal my wallet? Oh my god. I would have grabbed my heel like what the No harm or nothing. Y'all don't know how good it felt to say like out loud. Like god damn. Like oh my god, I felt like I was back in the Marine Corps.
Like I Like I kid you not. I don't know what came over me. I grabbed by the neck and I was like, "Come here, you And oh my god, like I felt like the world just stopped. Like it was just peace. Like Like I don't know. And then he was just like Like even I in my head I was like, "Damn step off my cuz I called him a dumb Well, everybody has goals in life.
Um, hers was to be racist and unemployed.
And here's the irony. If the cop would have just done racist stuff, perfectly employable according to the standards of today's police departments.
Saying racist stuff, well, you got to go. We We have to let you go. That's too much. Put it on her full mass. We have the background. Ashley Gonzalez, Houston police officer, has been relieved of duty after a video circulating on social media allegedly shows her making offensive racist remarks.
That's according to the police department. Gonzalez had logged more than 1,600 hours of course work for the police academy and other law enforcement organizations according to documents pulled by KPRC2's Bryce Newbury. Gonzalez was sworn in in 2024 beginning of the year and assigned to the South Gessner Patrol Division. Gonzalez was identified as a speaker in a video of a racist rant that has gone viral on Facebook.
Gonzalez is sitting in her car can be heard using racial slurs, making offensive remarks, targeting black people. She also expressed hostility toward people of color and makes comments referencing slavery, racial discrimination, and stereotypes. We're going to get into some of the specifics.
Uh, but obviously uh, an individual who has a gun and a license to kill should not be uh, biased, racist, prejudiced, etc. Because they are supposed to serve the public good. Now, let's not act naive.
Uh, this person just happens to be a special kind of stupid.
Uh, but usually racist individuals conceal it enough to where they don't do racist rants, they just do racist stuff on the job.
All right? Uh, if you heard she said, "I felt like I was back where?" At the Marine Corps. Which would indicate based on her Well, proclamation, uh, she was racist there.
And seemed to be probably in an atmosphere of racism.
Okay?
And she also talked about how good it made her feel to be actively, openly, publicly racist. Once again, why?
Why would someone want to lose reputation, credibility, and money in order to just say racist things against a group of people? Well, typically they have a lot of self-hate in them. Typically. All right? Uh, but it's unrecognized. Now, Miss Gonzalez, once again, was a cop.
So her cases, any case that she investigated, uh, has to now be investigated, too.
Because her personal bias of racism could be at play. And any case she testified in, you must open the books.
This is to the district attorney.
This is the way to right the wrong.
Because there's no way an individual who has expressed such uh, defiance of protocol um, should have a standard um, or even a wink and a nod. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we caught you here. We're sure you didn't do anything else racist on the job. We're not going to look. She doesn't deserve that and the people she may have victimized deserve the opportunity to be set free.
Um, Gonzalez was identified as a speaker obviously in one of portion of the video.
She describes confronting someone she claims attempted to steal her wallet.
Quote, "Y'all don't know how good it felt to say" and then she blurts out the racial slur. "Oh my god, I felt like I was back in the Marine Corps."
End quote.
The speaker says in the video the U SMC has confirmed Gonzalez did serve in the Marine Corps from 2019 to 2023 attaining the rank of Corporal E3.
She has been relieved of duty pending an investigation an HPD source confirmed Tuesday morning. In a statement, uh, Douglas uh, Griffith, the president of the Houston Police Officers Union, said that they are extremely disturbed by the video and emphasized that it does not condone or tolerate racist behavior amongst its members.
"The Houston Police Department prides itself as being one of the most diverse police departments in the nation," Griffith said. He added that the union believes HPD will take appropriate action regarding the video in an effort to maintain public confidence. Well said. Very rarely do I compliment a police union in their statement. They are typically never on the side of the public and at least this police union president is talking about public confidence needed to be maintained more so than a racist cop as a member. Uh, KPRC's um, Bryce Newbury contacted the Harris County District Attorney's office. A representative said officials are not taking any action related to the situation at this time. The DA's office provided the following statement. Quote, "Without discussing this specific case, I can confirm uh, there is a process in place to notify prosecutors, defense attorneys, and the courts when a police officer has been disciplined or terminated for conduct that would tend to impeach their credibility." That's called a cop out and feckless leadership because the DA can investigate uh, these things themselves. Yeah.
