Now the high court had earlier concluded hearings and reserved its verdict on the interim injunction plea. Now after recording that all parties had completed their written submissions, Justice Joti Singh noted that oral arguments had already concluded and made it clear that no further filings would be accepted before the order is pronounced. Now during the hearing senior advocate Rajiv Nyer appeared for Priya Kapoor denied allegations of concealment or diversion of assets abroad. Now he told the court that full disclosures had been made and backed by financial records and also disputed claims regarding the scale of the deceased annual income. Now addressing specific allegations, Nia dismissed claims about a high value Rolex watch saying that they were based on images from a fake social media account and not on any verified source.
