Delhi HC on Gymkhana Club: Centre Asked to Respond in 8 Weeks Over Eviction Row

The assurance came during a hearing on the plea by club members challenging the government's order directing it to vacate its 27.3 acre property at two sajjang road in Lutian Delhi for defense and security related purposes. Solicitor General Tushar Maha appearing for the center told the court that June 5th was only the date given to the club to vacate voluntarily.
